Short stay but we slept great and enjoyed a warm breakfast.

Great breakfast. Thanked Sue for getting to work in the middle of the night to cook a nice Breakfast. Her chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch. The room very large and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly. It was an excellent choice for the money.

Overall, a great hotel and very convenient to the airport. The hallway had a peculiar smell but it didn’t carry into the room. I arrived after midnight and was met immediately by the front desk clerk. No waiting or trying to find someone to check you in. That’s a big plus!

Overall the stay was good. We only stayed long enough to sleep and eat. The room needed more cleaning, or at least the toilet area. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close. It was on a track and kept getting jammed. The toilet was not fully secured to the floor, but I informed the desk clerk at check-out and she made a ticket for it. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it, even being closer to the end if the time.

For the price we paid, I think we were over charged. Service and safety at this property should be reviewed and addressed with its employees. Driver for shuttle was driving too fast and yelling at other drivers. Front Desk did not check ID or verify name when keys stopped working.

This place was fine. I was worried it would be loud being so close to the airport, but it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options as well as the usual weird eggs. It was clean and everyone was nice.

Excellent hotel! My stay (3 nights) went very well. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful with restocking toiletries. Breakfast was pretty standard, but good nonetheless for it being complimentary. Hotel shuttle was fantastic! Pickup to and from the airport was very fast and the driver was very helpful. I 100% recommend the stay here!

My flight was delayed for 3 hours so I didn't arrive till the wee hours of the morning and still everyone was very pleasant.

Soooo mad I booked this place. It felt like a hospital in there. There were boogers on the wall, urine stain on the bathroom door, spiders, dirty chlorine smell, and stains on the sheets and towels.

Convenient to Ontario Niagara Falls & other tasty local restaurants, house keeping was great, the sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was dated and thin).

Location near the airport and shuttle provided excellent service and served our needs. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent from 4:30 am to 9 am. We were able to have breakfast before our 7 am flight. The staff especially Sue was very friendly and kept the dining area very clean and restocked. Coffee and hot water as well as cookies were available all day and evening. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Buffalo.

The room was clean. Slept well. Never heard an airplane. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. The only problem were the key cards gave us issues.

Breakfast was the typical food lineup. Staff was accommodating, as we had a late checkin due to flight delays and there were not much frills when we got there past midnight. Second night, person on-desk was not welcoming though, looking and sounding rude like he was fed up of what he was doing. The room (for 3) was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The bathroom was the most exceptional being large enough and cozy.

It was a good experience to stay here. Rooms was clean, linen were very good. Over all it was good decision to stay here. And Niagra Falls is just 40 mint drive from here.

Location was easy access to airport. Breakfast was okay. Room was a let down for the cost. Jacuzzi didn’t work, maintenance “fixed it” just for it to stop working again next use. Shower head wasn’t adjustable and would spray the shower door directly, cause the entire bathroom floor to go under water. Bathroom was dirty. Had to request extra towels 3 times in order to get a fresh set.

Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening.

It is a great airport hotel. They have a shuttle 24/7 and the rooms are clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend.

Sleep was fine. Fairly run down in some areas. Breakfast was processed and nothing I would want to eat. No complaining as it is what I expected going into it. I was not disappointed. The front desk person could certainly be more engaging. Sign of the times.

The hotel was what you would expect of a lower budget hotel as far as service, cleanliness and amenities, so no surprises there. However, the experience was tarnished the morning we checked out and were waiting for the airport shuttle in the main lobby. The front desk clerk, morning shift, was a one person show and they were not attentive to the hotel guests. In a 20 minute span, they took 3 cigarette breaks and stood in front of the automatic hotel doors allowing the smoke to enter the hotel lobby. Would have been the same as if they were smoking at the front desk.

After a full day of traveling and physically exhausted, we arrived at the hotel around 9pm to check in and was surprised to learn they were overbooked and my room wasn't available (booked 3 weeks ago) and was directed to their sister property "Buffalo Airport Hotel" located around the block next to a Wingnutz and Speedway gas station. This hotel appeared much more outdated and the lobby smelled of food coming from the restaurant. The room offered was also outdated and dark due to the lack of adequate lighting. Housekeeping could have done a better job prepping the room, there was hair on the bathroom floor and a long string of hair about a foot long left in the tub.

The first thing that I noticed when walking to our room was how dirty the hall rug was. We were in awe with the size of the room - it was big. We had a double queen size beds with a sofa in the room. The sofa was filthy that I had to put a sheet over the sofa before sleeping on it. There were 4 adults and due to my handicapping condition, I can not sleep in a bed. I sleep sitting up therefore, the reason for sleeping on the sofa. I believe that the sofa has not been cleaned in a while - stains and dirty sections and the sofa bottom had rips in it. The shower inside was clean, the handle was broken and the floor near the shower had caked on with dirt in the corners. Management needs to check rooms or have a list of what needs fixing that the cleaning person(s) fill out on a daily basis or find people who care about their job. The breakfast starts at 4:30 am and goes until 10:30 on the weekends. The lady who runs the breakfast was very polite, sweet and helpful. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, mixed fruit cups, bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal - 3 different kinds, making of your own waffles, coffee, milk, teas, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The food was hot and delicious. I felt that the parking was safe and it was free. As far as the staff, I only dealt with them in checking in/out.

Went down to breakfast at 0900. Service was supposed to go until 0930. No eggs no home fries somewhat disappointing.

The hotel advertise airport shuttle and free breakfast the shuttle never came to pick me up and upon check out there was no one there to take me to theairport the front desk told me to walk to the other hotel to take their shuttle. At 6am breakfast was suppose to be served the breakfast they claimed they have was only pop tarts and coffee the hallways smelled like marijuana and the lady at the front desk had an attitude I didn’t get my security deposit back in the amount of $100 I am so disgusted with you this hotel I rather sleep on the street before I stay there ever again

Parking is good , location is good. Property on the outside looks amazing. Inside it’s dirty and gross. Hallways stink. Bathrooms are always filthy. Stayed here 3 times and this is my last. Ontop staff was rude this time aswell.

Super old hotel, key cards didn’t work the minute we got there the beds are the worst thing you fall through to the floor. Would never stay there even if it was free!

Cons: The bed was worn out and uncomfortable, TV was quite small could have been larger, some stains on the floor and the mattress cover within the sheets, drains of the jacuzzi and shower were falling apart. Free breakfast was very low quality, didnt eat it. Free coffee was a nice perk.

I am a relatively frequent guest at the Sleep-Inn and always have an enjoyable stay. The accommodations are fine, the staff are friendly and always helpful, and I always look forward to the delicious and plentiful breakfasts.

when we came back they told us it still wasn't ready. After my Husband got upset they ended up switching us to a room that was ready across the hall. We don't know why it took my husband getting upset for them to not have done that in the first place.

Another major problem is having the bathroom sink outside the actual bathroom so it's right beside one of the beds. How can everyone get a decent sleep when you can hear everything going on in the bathroom? It's ok for a quick stay where you won't spend much time and want to keep your hotel cost's as low as possible It is in a very good location.

Be aware that other guests may be staying at this reasonably-priced hotel long term through insurance and, consequently, treat the hotel as poorly as their own home. Non-stop noise, slamming doors, garbage and belongings placed out in the hall and marijuana smoking were encountered through the night. Police were called but desk clerk took pity on them and didn’t have the police remove them.

The hotel was not the cleanest...there were also multiple families that were asked to leave...one involved a domestic dispute and another involved a mother leaving their baby in the laundry room unattended...not great situation for our younger kids to witness.

The front desk staff is great! The rooms are clean. The kitchen staff not as friendly. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. The microwave plate didn’t spin & the heat/ac made a loud clanking noise. Over all I love staying at Sleep Inn hotels. I picked this one specifically because of my previous great experience with them.

The maintenance of the building is not up to date. The building is good though. I had a good stay, warm and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was clean, our room was great and had a lot space for a double bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was great, we didn’t use any of the other amenities. We didn’t really interact with the staff, everything was great, very happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, some recent post had us worried. We will be back again for another hockey season. The building as a whole is older, but no different from other hotels in the area. The beds are harder than we like, but not super hard. Great place for a family, we didn’t need a pool for this trip. Great location for food delivery. We don’t mind hearing the planes, but if you like a quiet outside area than may not be your choice, wasn’t a lot flights at night so not a big deal. Otherwise seemed like a safe area around the hotel. We will back.

The room was clean and no residual smoking was present. The shower pressure was ok, but tub did not drain unless valve held manually. The sleep, park and fly option is nice. However, the advertised $7/day online becomes $10/day at the front counter, so be aware and push back. Parking during my trip was NOT onsite. It was down the road in a dark and poorly maintained gravel lot. And the staff needs to offer clearer details on the parking/shuttle procedures. Overall tolerable stay with some frustrations. And then there's the young man at the front counter who needs to learn to mind his surroundings, and control his F bombs.

We had a quick one night stay here. Stayed in a room with two doubles and a pull out. The beds were white clean bedding and we had a great sleep. The pullout had white clean bedding but the couch itself was dirty and ripped and quite in need of being replaced! I was not impressed by that. The room was clean and smelt clean when entering. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good with variety and fresh. Eggs sausage waffles toast cereal yogurt juice coffee hot chocolate. There was staff doing repairs and cleaning the building which was nice but it was a little run down and worn out. I don’t think I’d stay again because of the couch being so disgusting but it wasn’t horrible and did the job.

I stayed there for 4 nights, first night, I had some issue with my rooms, no wifi, sheets not clean, I went to night shift staff they ignored my issue and said wifi is always like this, I decided to check out next morning and I went to the front desk the guy Mr. Sam immediately took notice and moved me to another room with excellent wifi reception. The room was clean, cosy and very tidy, wifi was with perfect speed. It was great experience.

The hotel was filthy. These pictures are not accurate. The staff were friendly enough, but I cannot believe the state for the hotel. It smelled terrible, the carpets looked like they were 100 years old and had never experienced a vacuum cleaning. Very disappointed.

The pictures online do not match the rooms. The hotel was dirty and worn. The “buffet” was a typical hotel breakfast. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The room was nice, you can tell that there has been water damage in the room, the microwave wasn't balanced I had to wedge a soap holder under it, and the shower did leak I just used towels to maintain. Overall the stay was nice the bed was very comfortable.

There was not one drop of hot water in the shower (this is not an exaggeration)! The water was like ice. I didn’t complain because we left our vehicle while we went on a trip and I didn’t want them to do something to it. Plus I don’t think the staff would have cared. It is advertised on their site that if you stay there before your flight, you can leave your vehicle for free. We quickly found that it was not free. They charged me. The shuttle drivers are very nice but they are shared with other hotels and the vans are not 4wd or AWD. They get stuck and slide all over. I would absolutely not stay here again and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Room had dresser pieces coming off at one corner. Staff was so unprofessional. The environment was scary with some lady arguing with the front desk and wouldn't leave the premises and i had called the front desk to get assistance on how to use coffee machine and they said they would send someone to our room and no one ever came. One phone in the room didn't work either. The spa & fitness area was out of order as well. Will never stay here again!

Unfortunately, our room was so close to the entrance that when young people entered late in the evening singing loudly and in the morning for breakfast, every chair dragged on the floor, we could hear clearly and loudly in our room. It was very disruptive to sleep. Room 113.

I actually booked 2 suites for this family trip. The room could use updates and extra attention to cleaning. The front desk clerk lets just call her (Karen) is what it should be is very rude and disrespectful to my son. We checked in the day before and wasn't there when they arrived and she was very rude!

Great price. Helpful in using their shuttle. Marty the shuttle driver was very helpful. Only negative was the c/o detector in the hallway near our room battery was dying and making a noise at 3:30am until I said something at front desk at 8am and they sent someone to fix it.

Perhaps the check-in staff can just state, “your room number is written on the inside of your key card” I’ve had other hotels do that many times. It’s a much more discreet and safe way for the message to get across when you’re checking in.

Decent breakfast variety, but hot foods tasted very dry and processed. Room was not clean, sign on mirror says they sanitize high touch areas, but it doesn't look like anything else is touched. Walked on floor with socks on and when I got into bed, dirt from the socks got on the sheets. Shower had black marks all over the floor, I thought it was dirt, but it was actually small cracks. Bathroom sink was totally clogged, but taken care of immediately when we told the front desk. Lightbulbs burnt out. Beds were comfy overall and older hotel needs updating, but giving it a good cleaning would make a world of difference. I can live with it being dated, but no excuse for the lack of cleaning/maintenance.

Nice big room. Interesting shower, it was curved. Had nice bed and fridge microwave and a nice sitting area. Toilet and shower separate with sink area outside. Easier for more than one to get ready. Decent daily breakfast available.

The ONLY redeeming quality was the shuttle driver. He was in time, friendly and helpful! The rooms and hallways were filfthy. Its worth spending a bit more money for a bit more quality and better customer service.

Clean room early check in because of nasty winter weather

Room was filthy. I took pictures of brown stains all over sheets to show staff. Had to leave, terrified of bugs to go and try to find another hotel. Was told to tell Expedia to try and get a refund, staff was not bothered. Awful experience.

Booked a room with a jetted tub but to the jetted tub did not work they gave me another room but that room was not cleaned from a the previous occupant . When I went back to the front desk the clerk (John) said he can’t help me and I should get another hotel If I want jacuzzi that bad instead of trying to find a way to make me happy he told me the I paid was cheap (3rd party deal) so I shouldn’t complain because that room is usually more

The room was dirty!! There was mold on floor in corner of shower, hair on floor by toliet. I couldnt even use the dresser drawers cause there was crumbs and hair in it. Had to wipe surfaces down. Only thing that seemed clean was the sheets. If i walked on floor with white socks the bottoms turned dark. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. But having a dirty room just ruined overall experience

The closet door broke right off (after being previously glued together) took the maintenance man about an hour that we had to sit there while he fixed it. I got locked in the bathroom because the lock on the door was broke. The jacuzzi was DISGUSTING. There was brown greasy foam that came out of the jets. The remote didnt work. The girl that fixed that acted as tho she couldnt be bothered with it, between her phone and her laptop. The daytime desk lady was snippy and didnt want to be bothered. The overnight desk clerk was cursing and talking to himself. The sofa was dirty and the pull out was broken. The spa was out of order. When we were leaving we found bedbugs in our bags. We had to steam EVERYTHING when we got home. The only reason for the two stars instead of 1 is becasue with the exception of the three desk clerks, the rest of the staff was amazing. AMAZING. Breakfast was convenient. Parking was easy.

Our 4th stay here at Sleep Inn, it's always a great experience.

I checked into room 129 and the jetted tube did not work. I called the front desk twice. The first time a male answered but did not really seem concerned. When I still had issues with the tub I called again. This time a female answered, offered another room then made sure that the jetted tub was working. In all, two hours wasted just trying to make the tub work.

The property is dated. Hair was found on the bed, under the covers. The sheet over the comforter was stained with what looked like 3 drops of blood. The location is convenient but I won’t be staying there again.

The cover was used the sheet was used. It was not clean. I even called on my cell phone to reach out to the front desk. They told me to bring it up. They never brought it up. I only had two towels and one washcloth. Luckily I bought my washcloth from home like I normally do but the bathroom tub was not clean. It’s just terrible this time normally when I book with this hotel, I always have everything good then I have some type of double doors where the other room can knock on our door they kept knocking on our door and shaking our door knives this is very unprofessional and this will be my last time you’ve been booking here because whoever the housekeeping is not doing their jobs correctly is slacking very much

The room was in good condition, but there was some grime and dust that could’ve been cleaned. The biggest problem was the heating system. It was very loud when it was on making a banging noise. I was unable to change the temperature or turn the fan on and off it went on and off all night by itself. I had one of the hotel staff come and look he said he thought it was broken. I asked for some of my money back and he said he couldn’t do that. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were highly scented with a chemical cleaner that burned our noses and gave us sinus trouble the next day. We tried opening the windows which were unable to be opened. Also, the sink drain was filled with mold.

The room was great. The staff was nice enough, but did not give us clear information about parking our car there while we were gone, that was very frustrating. They did not follow what the website advertises so we ended up just parking at the airport. Ask for specific information about parking in their secured lot, signing the waiver, paying and how to get to and from your car.

The hotel shuttle and extended parking were easy to arrange with the staff at check-in. The return airport shuttle was also prompt, even when our return flight was delayed to sometime around midnight. Room was comfortable enough.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There was mold on the washroom ceiling, mold in the windows. Me and two other friends rented a suite for 1 night. There were stains on the office chair and stains on one of the bed sheets. I told customer service when I checked out and she didn’t do anything about it, not even an apology. She asked if I called the front desk, I did not. We didn’t notice these issues until we returned at 11pm and I was told that suites were sold out when I called the morning of the 24th, so I figured we would not be able to get another room with 3 beds. Breakfast was fine and all appliances were working but when I’m renting a hotel room I would expect that it would be mold-free before our stay. I have contacted management, and I’m awaiting a response.

The room was a little beat up looking - drawer couldn’t close on dresser, sliding door on bathroom was missing paint, picture hangers with no picture. However, the room was spacious and clean, spare sheets for foldout couch were already in the room and I love having the sink outside the toilet. The setup was perfect for my big family to get ready all at the same time. I was surprised how few flights came right over the hotel, despite its proximity to the runway - maybe 3 planes prior to 9:30am. Breakfast was yummy and well-tended, which was nice considering it went from 4:30-9:30am.

The hotel is maybe five minutes from the airport. So the shuttle driver was there pretty much immediately, which was awesome. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices and it starts at 4:30 AM, which is perfect if you have an early flight. I really like the shower, the water pressure was perfect! If you like beds that sink when you fall into them then this is great! If you plan on bringing your family or a romantic partner, then I’d probably choose a different hotel. This hotel is really good and I would stay at it again if I was traveling alone. They have a really good restaurant within walking distance called Wingnutz. $1 wings on Mondays! All in all it’s a great hotel for a good price. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I’d give it a 7 out of 10. I went for a hockey game and my Lyft ride to downtown was $21. They also have public transportation that cost between $2 and $5 The only reason I didn’t use it was because it was too confusing to figure out the schedule and where to go for bus stops and rail stops.

4 minute drive from the airport. Ample space for parking. Sufficient breakfast buffet. Except don’t ask Sue for anything as her husband will say “what do you want?” I only needed the butter spray for the waffle maker. “It’s already buttered”. I’m going to assume that is her husband as he was in the kitchen area with her and they were wearing matching Buffalo BILLS jerseys. This was not my first stay here. The beds need updating.

Room was pretty dirty, especially the shower/bathroom area. Airport shuttle was main reason we stayed at this facility and it was helpful. Good amount of parking and outside presented well.

Staff was great, the location is excellent but the condition of the hotel was yikes. Its clearly seen better days and yet theres been no reinvestment to improve the building. The door to the bathroom shower kept getting stuck, someone outside had to open the door everytime so we just stopped closing all the way, i had no illusions for the price i paid and we were only there briefly but yes the glory days are behind them

Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. I showed up shortly after 5:00 p.m.,my room was not ready. Guy was short and lacked politeness or empathy.. Just "we are short staffed, sorry" (in a cold manner). He called cleaning ladies while I waited. 10 minutes later I walked over to him asked him what was going on because I had somewhere to be in about an hour. He called back the cleaning ladies upstairs and told me he'd get back to me I went over to the little waiting area and about 5 minutes later he said my room was ready. I highly doubt a room can be cleaned, as well as a Jacuzzi tub, within a matter of less than 5 minutes. So I get up to the room the bed looks like the sheets were just thrown back on it. You could see where the mop hit the floor because it was still slightly wet, about 1/5 of the entire floor was mopped. There was a long dark hair in the jacuzzi tub. Sticky something on the floor. I did ask the cleaning ladies to change the sheets kindly. They did as I asked and were very polite I respect them. Sink did not drain. Tears and stains all over the fold-out couch. Stains on lamp shades remote broken. Closet doors did not stay closed. Mold and water around the shower floor entrance. Fecal matter was still stuck to the edge of the toilet bowl. I used to stay at this hotel about 6 years ago or so and it was much more pleasant then. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.. My kids also agreed with that. But I would not choose this place again.

We checked in around 9ish. It was a friday night. Staff was helpful but it seemed like they overbooked the facility. The shower pressure in the room we had checked in wasn't coming on. They said the hotel was overbooked, maintenance wasn't available and nothing was done for us, not even given discount for my family who spent the night without a shower.

I stayed there three nights to visit my family as I was originally from Buffalo. The microwave was broken, my door did not lock, however maintenance fixed it quickly, spiderwebs were in the corner of my room. Dated but did its job. Breakfast was really good that I do give them. I doubt I would stay there again if I could find other places, roughly the same price.

If you want to be waked up 3am by loud music, there is your best option. The breakfast worker started to play loud music and talk loudly from 3:30, and the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Couldn’t sleep, I can even hear the lyrics since then.

If I can get this hotel zero stars, I will give it zero. It look more like a motel when you’re in there. Very sketchy. Everything is outdated. The walls were so thin you could hear everybody and everything. The only thing that’s updated is the elevator. I was so scared to go to sleep because I felt disgusted. The hotel looks like people go there to do drugs and other stuff iykyk. never again highly recommend.

I was traveling alone to visit for a wedding, and my goal was simply a clean, quiet place to rest between family functions. This fit the bill. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast filled the void and got me started off on the right foot.

The included Breakfast was good with plenty of food options. Bed mattress was too soft. The room was spacious and flooring looked newly installed. The bathroom tile, caulking and grout showed wear and tear and needed updating. Internet access was good. The lamps didn’t have any USB ports for charging. The elevator was not working on our arrival but was back in service the next day. The hall carpets and lighting were dark and need updating. Overall our stay was ok but would be better with some updates to brighten up the place.

Everything was good except the sofa bed in our room was damaged. The springs literally poked my kids the whole night.

At arrival, the lobby smelled like natural gas. The employees acknowledged the smell and said it was from the fireplace. They said the fireplace had been “capped” so was therefore safe, but that it did still smell. I said I would need confirmation from a firefighter before I brought my kids into a hotel that smelled of a gas leak, so they refunded me for my non-refundable room. Staff were very respectful during the whole interaction.

Had to drive to get to anything close. Staff was not very knowledgeable on th3 area so had to rely on google. Room was clean with lots of towels. Breakfast was plentifull.

It had pretty ok reviews. Dont let them food you. Sketchy area. And the room stinks like cigarette smoke.i rold the front desk about it and they replied well we tell them bo but sometimes they still do it. Everything is so rundown and old. Nasty

Hotel didn't look like much but it turned out to be fantastic. Extremely comfortable, everything in good shape. And very close to airport. Exactly what you want in an airport hotel!

The pillows were old and misshaped. The comforter was stained. The bathroom was in need of a good clean. No t bags milk or sugar in the room. Although you can request from reception. Overall a huge lack of a thorough clean. Staff were miserable. Wore headphones so didn’t hear you when speaking to them.
