    Once the food did arrive it was good but if they’re going to serve breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 it should be available. It almost feels like they do it on purpose so they serve less food to save money. Otherwise, it was fantastic

    Although we checked in using the Hilton Honors app, our room was not available when we arrived. Had to wait in line for a while before getting service then to find out no room available. We had to sit in the lobby for more than 30 minutes so they can arrange a room for us at Hilton Garden Inn. They were very nice but it was very inconvenient to pack and rechecked in the next day.

    I thought the staff was excellent as they helped us with the baggage along with letting us check in a few hours early. They had another convention or something that was meeting in the lobby and everything went smoothly and uninterrupted.. make sure you get the breakfast too because it’s as good as it gets. I would recommend it again.

    Check in was at 4pm but our room wasn't ready until 5 because " they didn't have any housekeeping." Then we asked for a physical key and digital key, the front desk attendant said we could have both and they would both work, turns out he deactivated my digital key, and when I went back down to ask him to reactivate it he deactivated our physical key. Would not recommend staying here.

    The room needs to be deep cleaned badly. The carpet was filthy, so you could just see the dirt buildup on it. The bathtub was giving sleazy motel; rusted and peeling. The bathroom ceiling needs to be redone and checked for mold, expeditiously! The doors and some of the walls looked as though someone throw up and splatter went everywhere. We spent almost 1300 for tonight plus an incidental fee of $200 unacceptable. The staff was friendly though.

    Pool is pretty small. No chairs, just a few loungers. On site food is a pizza place that only makes pizza, and the crust is paper thin. It's like eating a cheese covered sticker. Stayed at many embassy suites over the years, this is the worst one to date.

    Overall, we had a very good experience here. Everything was solid, if not exceptional in any one area. Location was great, room was mostly clean, though it didn't seem like house cleaning vacuumed and cleaned the floors, The quality of the breakfast was not as high as I remembered, but the lines were reasonable and the food was plenty stocked. It was a very good value overall and I would stay here again.

    The room was clean and large. We liked that it had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and had a table and coach area separate from the bedroom section. The complimentary breakfast was really good with an option to create your own omlete. The location was just by the magnificent mile and a block away from the red line. As with any hotel in the big city parking wasn’t free but a closed parking lot was nearby. The closed pool was an extra addition, which my son enjoyed.

    I think there needs to be more staff for cleaning. The overall appearance was clean but the vents in the bathroom, under floating walls in the common areas were dusty and had pieces of trash under them. (Paper and bottle caps)(mezzanine level).

    We did have a few minor issues like the room was not ready at 4, when we checked in, but the man at the counter was very kind and he did offer a different room. He also gave us a $10 off coupon for the restaurant and complimentary drinks. I wanted the corner view though, so we chose to wait until the room we reserved was ready. The sink in the bedroom never got hot water and at times, the water came out of the faucet brown. The bathroom water was fine though. Breakfast was great! All the staff and guests were wonderful. We met a housekeeper in the elevator during one of our trips out and she was so incredibly kind. We enjoyed our short visit with her. The location is also perfect! They offered in and out valet but we never took our car out, the location is so convenient. All in all, we would stay here again.

    The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast variety. While the breakfast was good, I feel it could offer a few more options to better match the overall level and quality of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its cleanliness, comfort, great service, and one of the best locations in Chicago.

    The website displayed a picture with a hot tub although one was not present. The room was extremely loud until about 11pm due to city traffic, although I’m not sure what the hotel could do about that. There is no parking validation in the area so be prepared to spend another $80 for valet parking or walking to another location. All the garages nearby were $9 per 20 minutes. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. I missed cocktail hour but this is a nice amenity.

    They would not accommodate my original reservation. The omelettes station was very well run. We were on the 3rd floor facing State St & the noise level was off the charts. We were there Sat & Sun evening. It was the first warm weather & without rain for these people living in Chicago so that might be part of the reason. Fire trucks, ambulances, & cop car sirens every hour all night!

    You can't beat the location of this hotel; it’s perfect for walking to everything Downtown. The staff was super nice, too.     1 dresser drawer would not open. The shower leaked onto the floor. 2 of the exercise machines were very broken. The bathroom mirror is difficult to use for makeup application for short persons. I appreciated the location for shopping and eating out. We are very happy with the amount of exercise walking to get to Navy Pier, river boat tours, and easy access to ride shares for the museums and fountains.

    We booked through a third-party for four adults. We specifically booked what was listed as a two room suite. It turns out that the Hilton and Embassy along with Expedia, provide you with a TWO ROOM hotel not a two BEDROOM hotel, much to our surprise. So we had four adult women over the age of 50 attempting to share two double beds, all enclosed in one bedroom. When telling the front desk they put us in the wrong room, they put us in a new room that was identical to the first room. It appears that some of the staff did not understand the difference between “bedroom” and “room” and neither do the people that put together the website. It was beyond frustrating, yet there was nothing we could do about it without spending $400 a night for a second room. We chose to squish together and one of us took the sofa bed, which of course was highly uncomfortable. A day manager shared they get the bedroom complaint often but yet don’t do anything about fixing the website listing. The safe, phone and lamp outlets did not work, They sent someone up to do those repairs while we were gone. We came back and nothing was fixed. The AC was located in the bedroom and pretty much only kept the bedroom cool. The breakfast was fine. The happy hour was basically popcorn and drinks. And when contacting Expedia, who reached out at the hotel, we were offered a measly 5000 Hilton honors points for our trouble which equates to about $25. Now tell me how I’m going to split that with these four people…

    This hotel was perfect for exploring Chicago! It's within walking distance to many attractions, sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was a hit with our kids and the full hot breakfast definitely helped us get the day started right. The room was spacious. It felt like a two-bedroom suite. An added bonus is happy hour each night where you get two free drinks! On top of that, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is probably where we will stay when we visit again!

    First red flag, guests in line behind me were able to successfully check-in. Frustrating, but I thought maybe it was because I had multiple rooms. Returned at 11:30pm and the staff brings up my reservation and tells me that they have NO ROOMS AVAILABLE, but they will move our reservations to their sister property of Hilton Garden Inn nearby. I won't bother commenting on the series of unbelievable issues that followed at the other hotel, but it was 2am before I was in a room. Staff at Embassy Suites were very apologetic, but no one ever offered a single explanation as to how this could have happened. I've never had issues using third party booking sites, but this experience definitely will make me second guess using Hotels.com again.

    Heat in our room broke twice. Front desk person did not show any compassion although it was below freezing outside. Maintenance guy fixed it but it broke again in the middle of the night. We slept in a freezing room. Another guy came in the morning and fixed it and said that the other person did not do it right. That is why it broke again. Told the front desk but just gave me a sorry. Will never book this hotel again!

    Property and room were clean. The clothing drawers were big enough for all of our stuff! Closet also had a lot of hangers! Bathroom needed a little upgrade but not bad. Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel was in a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again. We didn’t use valet but used the self parking garage a block away. Should have used Spot Hero to save more money but it was still $75 cheaper to park there instead of valet.

    Great location for exploring the city. We walked to many destinations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was decent, and way better than expected. Only criticism would be the bathroom needed some work. When peeling paint is hanging from the ceiling, you gotta wonder. But overall, a good choice!

    The rooms get outdated- we could hear everything going on outside which woke my small children up many times and then on the other side of the room you could hear other guests. We did lose a note in the room and staff was not helpful with finishing my son’s stuffed animal.

    I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! The property was clean, in a great location and had wonderful service. The breakfast included far exceeded other breakfasts offered at other hotels. The parking was also easily accessible. We received a free upgrade to a room that better suited our needs and this was something we didn’t even ask for. I will definitely be staying at this location again the next time I am in Chicago.

    Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was in need of some repair. The door between bedroom and sitting area was warped and it took great effort and made noise when opening. Bathroom door looked like it was cut at the bottom for some reason and shower ceiling looked like there was water damage.

    When arrived for check in to pay for room i booked with Expedia had no idea that i had to pay $100 a night for security deposit which was never mentioned to me with the hotel manager he helped us out with that we we’re able to get our rooms.

    Can’t say enough great things here. Suite style room was spacious with two separate rooms, each with a tv so kids could do their thing. Location was perfect, easy to get to everything. Breakfast was excellent, they also gave us some free drinks at happy hour. Modern and very clean. Price was extremely fair. Could not have had a batter stay and will stay here again.

    Our family of 4 checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. We have stayed at several hotels in Chicago, but moved the Embassy Suites. The living room has a nice pullout couch that was surprisingly comfortable. The mini fridge was nice to keep some leftovers. We didn't use the microwave, but it was nice to have. The kids loved playing at the pool and really just loved playing in the room, too. We loved the separate living room area, so the kids had their own room at night. The free breakfast was by far the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered that we've visited. It's so worth it, since it has something for everyone. The hot food consisted of eggs, breakfast potatoes/hash browns, sausage, and pancakes/waffles/French toast on rotation. There is also a chef to cook eggs/omelet to your liking. There's cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and probably more that I missed. The staff at the hotel were all extremely nice and helpful. The location is in a prime location near Michigan Ave and the L. We also walked to Shedd Aquarium from the hotel. It's a trek, but so nice to walk by the lake. The kids both want to stay at the Embassy Suites the next time we stay in Chicago, so it got a 5 star rating in their eyes, too! Fabulous stay!!

    The price was reasonable for what we experienced. The breakfast has an omelet station, which was great! The rest of the food were just average. Some foods were cold or soggy. Nothing special. Our biggest issue (which was partly out of their control) was the pool. Our kids were so excited about the hotel so they could swim! Unfortunately, the pool was closed for most of the evening because another child had an "incident" in the pool. The staff did tell us we could go down the block to swim at the pool of another hotel. When we considered that option, it was further than we wanted to walk with pool stuff and the pool looked much smaller. We were originally told the pool is usually closed for about an hour in these situations. Not only was the pool not opened an hour later, it was not open 13 hours later when we went the next morning! They did open up shortly after we wanted to swim in the morning. We had to adjust the itinerary of our trip because of this. Again, we recognize some things are out of the control of the hotel, but it was nevertheless disappointing.

    The rooms are spacious. While the pool is rather small my kids loved it, and we went every evening. The breakfast was good, and offered a large variety of choices. With the nearby access to the redline I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Chicago.

    We did have an issue with having our room serviced during our stay, after a long day out we came back to it still not being serviced, after asking the front desk they said they would put in the request so we hung out in the atrium for an hour and a half and it still wasn’t done, had to go down to the front desk again and ask which was very frustrating.

    The rooms were great and we enjoyed the view of Chicago. The mezzanine and hallways were noisy on Easter night (and especially on the night before Easter) but the kids were sleeping on the fold-out couch and they didn’t mind, but the bedroom was quiet because it faced the outside. We loved the breakfast and happy hour (2 free alcohol drinks for adults and nachos, pretzels, pasta salad, and fountain drinks for everyone - super fun!!) It was a great trip to Chicago - and we loved how close the red line was - just a block away!

    The pool was small and I felt like it was not clean. Kids couldn’t even see under water with their goggles. There were a lot of kids running around without parents and we had several knocks on our door from kids messing around. We did call down to the front desk and they sent security up immediately. So that was a plus! Employees were very attentive.

    Room waa big and nice. Staff was veey nive and friendly. The amenities were great a full breakfast and a free happy hour with drinks and food. The best part at the end when you check out at 11a if you had Vaket parking you could leave your car until 3p so that allowed us to tour more of the city without having to drive around through traffic or worry about our luggage.

    The room was clean but phone was left in room even thought no land line. Curtain hooks were not properly functioning. Being near casino, we were a little crowded and full of all kinds of people and a tad noisy. All and all it was decent place for a one night stay.     The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, they did not make an attempt to provide us with information regarding when our room would be ready. They seemed unaware about the hotels amenities and what was available. in particular it felt hosipitality, they told us that they upgraded the room after having had us wait for so, long but that was untrue, we were given the same room. as booked.

    The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and this hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions. My main issue with this hotel is that it was too popular! It was really crowded when we were there and even with 4 elevators sometimes there was a wait. Still, I would definitely recommend it. The size of the room, full breakfast, and location all make it worth it.

    They gave us a handicap room that we didn’t need. No towel rack in bathroom argued with me about it to get one put in. So we had no counter space in bathroom bc I needed to put towels on counter. Food was good and when pool closed down they told us we could go to adjacent hotel which was nice. Just wish Alma wouldn’t of argued with me and I have it on texts

    The originally room they checked us into was terrible and nowhere near as nice as the photos in the listing. It also had water leaking from the ceiling from the room above. It had paint peeling on walls and ceilings throughout. A hole in the door. We reported this to the front desk and they moved us to a different room. They claimed they were “upgrading” us, but when we went to the new room it ended up being the exact same room that we were in previously, just on a different floor. In this new room, the carpet was stained and smelled terrible. The beds had stained bedding on them. The pullout couch bed didn’t work & wouldn’t come out so one of us had to sleep on the couch for 4 nights. The bathroom light would flicker on and off throughout the night and would not turn off so that kept one of the kids up at night since it was so bright. The windows are terribly thin and uninsulated so we got no sleep at all because of the loud noise of wind, cap cars, traffic all night, ambulances/firetruck sirens, people yelling up and down the busy streets, etc. The included breakfast was terrible. The eggs were watered down and mushy everyday, the pancakes were dry and hard/crispy, the sausage was cold everyday, it had a very small selection so we ended up having to buy breakfast elsewhere each morning which was expensive & we did not budget for that since we assumed we would be eating breakfast at the hotel each day, that’s actually one reason we booked this hotel. Really bad experience.

    The hotel was in a wonderful location to everything. A ton of food and shopping near by. The staff, breakfast and complimentary happy was fantastic. The down side was that the TV in our room never worked, part of the room were literally falling apart, we could hear the room next to us through the bathroom vent. Not muffled, clear as day. It kept our kids up all night, as they were very loud. I felt like that was a severe lack of privacy

    The valet and check in process went smooth. The room smelled and appeared nice upon entering however soon after we noticed how dusty it was, and I mean DUSTY. You could see where the carpet had been vacuumed and the spots that were missed had a THICK layer of dust. Very gross but we were just staying a night and would be out of the room most of the time. The ironing board was literally in pieces in the closet, I called the desk to request another and was told someone would bring another up right away but 45 minutes later it never came, we had an event and I couldn't wait so I had to prop the board up on chairs to iron. Returning to the room that evening I noticed no television remote so I called the desk to request one, they did bring the remote the NEXT MORNING 14 minutes before check out! Slight inconveniences but inconveniences nonetheless. Housekeeping must do better. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, buffet style and other options made to order.

    Room had broken heating, for the two days I stayed with small kids. had to go to corner store and purchase small heater to keep room warm. At checkout I had to bring all my luggage down the stairs from fifth floor due to multiple out of order elevators. Restaurant on site was not family friendly. No children allowed due to bar. Was asked to order from pick up area only to take back to room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    This was a really nice place to stay, especially for the pricce! It’s located in a great location in downtown Chicago close to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, museums and public transportation!There are some wonderful cafés to visit right outside the hotel, including a French cafe, and a Trader Joe’s close by for extras needed during your stay. As for the hotel itself, the customer service was exceptional which I might add, is hard to come by these days! They were very accommodations and the perks were a plus! They have a wonderful happy hour in which you get free snacks and cocktails! I mean who wouldn’t love that Extra Perk? The pool is nice also. The only caveat is there’s no hot tub. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable, smelled good, felt cozy, shower was lively. Everything was really nice over all!

    We were traveling with two small children, and the pool was a major reason we chose to stay here. Our kids were very excited. Unfortunately, the pool was shut down on the first day. When we were finally able to access it on the second day, it was absolutely disgusting. The water was cloudy, grimy, and filled with hair and debris. While in the pool, I stepped on something at the bottom that appeared to be feces. It felt like we were swimming in muck rather than a properly maintained pool. We lasted approximately five minutes before immediately removing our children and showering. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. While the hotel looks decent on the surface, the longer you stay and the closer you look, the more you notice how dirty and poorly maintained it has become. Cleanliness clearly is not being prioritized. This was especially disappointing because we have stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience. The quality has deteriorated significantly, and we will not be returning. I would strongly caution families, particularly those with young children, to look elsewhere.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located to areas we wanted to visit that was walkable. It was over all clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was average. The made to order eggs were the best as the other hot foods weren’t great. However, we would stay again when in the area for our next visit, as the breakfast isn’t a make or break for our family since there are plenty of places around to enjoy meals.

    My family and I have visited this property annually for the past 3 years. It’s perfectly located near Michigan Ave and the staff is amazing, particularly Alma! I can’t share enough how warm, welcoming, and helpful she is each visit. Breakfast is great and parking is somewhat on the pricier side but located underground which is a plus.

    The staff was great and friendly. Room was big and comfortable. Had a microwave, sink and little fridge. There were moments that i night I felt too hot and then cold, i guess AC was not functioning well. The only two complaints that i had. First, there are 4 elevators but i don't know why they only put one to function and if we were lucky they would put one more. The lines to take the elevators were crazy long. Second, they had an issue with the laundry and only put two towels in our bathroom, we were three and we had to share the towels several times. For the rest everything was great. Would come back.

    It has been the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in, day and night its kids running up and down the corridors, yelling in the mezzanine till 1 or 2am. Staff wont do anything to put order in the hotel, its basically come in and do as you want. Stayed for 6 nights and got 1 decent night of sleep. To me this is the Motel 6 of Hilton hotels

    Breakfast was good! The rooms are a little smaller than typical embassy rooms due to it being downtown. Two elevators were down during my stay which made it difficult during the NYE rush. Nice lobby decorated nicely for holidays. Polite staff. Loved the fridge and microwave in the room

    My only complaint were the elevators, not putting all four elevators in operation during the day was an inconvenience for people on a tight schedule. We were on the 11th floor and had to take stairs multiple times due to the hotel only operating 2/4 elevators during the day. Also, the cleanliness around the edge of the pool was a little questionable as well. Like it needed to be scrubbed. But everything else was really great.

    The overall stay was ok. The staff was nice. The elevators were an issue, only 2 were working and there were long waits. The room was good and spacious but the bathrooms were outdated, the door was missing a panel and the wood was showing, the shower had stains and rust on the drain. The breakfast was really good and it was nice it was open until 1030am.

    Checking in we were hit with a oh by the way you have to pay a $100 per DAY deposit. We had already paid for the entire stay and never saw anywhere we had to pay this deposit.The room, for what we paid, was a little run down, very dark and very small. Dont expect to get anywhere quickly. 4 elevators and we had to wait up to 20+ mins for an elevator. They are the worlds slowest elevators. The breakfast buffet leaves alot to be desired. We went at different times each day, very small selection and they ran out of items and they were not replaced. Seating is very limited. Each day breakfast seemed to get worse. When checking out ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED receipt!!!! Im glad i did. They tried to charge me over $300 for valet parking. We chose to street park or park in nearby parking garages as it was so much cheaper then their $80 a day fee. The upside is they offer free washer/dryer to do your laundry. Its within walking distance to many things. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

    Room and amenities were outdated and many things in need of repair or replacement. Phone in our room didn't even have any cords so it was basically useless and we only had one remote to share between the TV in the bedroom and TV in the living space. Room service didn't come to drop off new towels after the first day and after requesting it the next day they came but still left us with no towels. Ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time to and from the 6th floor as 2 of their 4 elevators were broken the majority of the time. The free breakfast was very extensive and run as efficiently as it could be for such a large amount of people, but still resembled a stampedge with the lack of elevators being a real problem. Will check out other options next time we are in Chicago.

    Clean rooms, awesome free evening drinks/snacks. The two main issues we had were that only two elevators worked, so at times, we waited 10 minutes without the elevator, and ended up walking up/down 7 flights of stairs. This issue caused the stairway to be packed all the time. The other issue was that when we first arrived into our room, the window was left open by someone prior to us arriving and it was well below freezing. It took two calls and over three hours to get someone to come and close the window with a certain tool.

    Location is excellent. Omelette station is great. Can’t check in online if booking with Expedia. Wait for elevators is too long. Didn’t clean room during our entire stay. I just went ahead and grabbed clean towels from the carts in the hallway. The pool was out of service After I said I was going to switch hotels they told to go to the Hilton Garden Inn on the next block and tell them I was from the Embassy Suites and they let me use their pool. And they did. The hotel is severely understaffed, staff is good and patient, but can’t do it all.

    We stay here when we visit the city. Always clean, staff is great, rooms are great for two adults and a teenager. Complementary breakfast is a huge plus with great options. Perfect location to access all areas of the city.

    The room was clean and the breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which makes it easy to park overnight without needing a valet.

    I prefer Embassy Suite over any hotel. ES does not fail in quality, comfort, cleanliness. We enjoyed Chicago very much. Embassy Suite was in walking distance. Staff were very friendly.

    First staff member we came across was check in was rude, standoffish, and not helpful. Not sure his name. Toilet was broken. Hair in fridge. And walls were so thin we could hear all our neighbors.

    Pool was closed the entire time. No notice at check-in, no signs, etc. Again, aligned to lack of responsiveness to issues. Hotel is a great location, other guests were friendly, and provided food was a great value. There are a lot of options of places to stay and though I was properly compensated for my very sizable issue, I will choose a different property for my next trip.

    This is a great family friendly hotel. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. Threw my daughter at 13 th birthday celebration with one of her friends and they had a great time. Mom and Dad also had a great time as well. The only thing about this hotel is the parking. It was $80 a night so you might get the room for a good value, but you also have to consider parking.

    The hotel management was not helpful at all. They did not give complementary drinks during check ins because you can only use the coupons between 4:30 pm to 7 pm. I checked in at 7:30 and wasn’t given any drinks. They also don’t have a computer room with a functioning printer. The staff is also not well educated to provide any support. Rooms were good but the overall experience was below standard.

    Very displeased that the pool was shut down the entire week that we stayed here. When you pay for an amenity it would be nice if it were available. Housekeeping staff seemed very inconsistent as well.

    The stay was good i guess, but there is no pool at the hotel and we needed to wait for long time for the elevators, we also had to take the stairs from 6th floor with 2 kids and the luggages bc the elevators are so full. But we enjoyed the breakfast! Its just that i booked the hotel for the pool. I hope they informed us ahead of time so that i dont have to bring our swim suits and vest for the kids.

    Very disappointed that the pool was out of order and the hotel decided not to share that information in advance with guests. We booked for a fun winter trip for the kids and would’ve selected another property had we known the pool was closed. Please send out notice as many other hotel chains do for your guests.

    Easy access to everything from this hotel. The metro, a grocery store, and so many restaurants. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The view was only ok and the pullout bed was pretty uncomfortable. Unfortunately I ended up sleeping on it with my adult sized child. But everything else was amazing. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. The bar and snacks were a nice touch.

    The door in our room was broken and couldn’t even be closed. Staff told his housekeeping knew about it, but it wasn’t fixed before we checked in. No kind of compensation for it was offered.

    Loved how large the room was, great location, loved having a refrigerator and a microwave. Fun that they had both a free breakfast and cocktail hour. It was packed with long lines at both but was a nice perk. Close to so many things, Jewel grocery store was a block away for last minute things. Would stay here again

    Of back and fourth trying to get a new key, we ended up needing our door to be recoded which took over an hour and we had to wait for them to be done so we could go to dinner. This was our first night so it was a little frustrating. However. Staff is very kind and the happy hour and breakfast is very nice.

    Horrible front desk staff. It took 30 minutes to check in at 1:30am (with reservations) despite 2 people working the counter and being the only ones there. We got to our rooms to see we were given the wrong bed configuration. Back downstairs for another 15 minutes to get it sorted out. The next day we returned after sightseeing to find ourselves locked out of our room because they claimed we only reserved them for one night. When I showed documentation of our 2 night stay, it still took them 10-15 minutes to fix it with no apology. Rooms were for 6 people and only had 1 blanket and 3 towels.

    The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clean. There was sufficient space in the room. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and a 9 year old. Unfortunately the fold out couch was very small and uncomfortable. Loved the fresh breakfast and had a delicious made to order omelet. We will return again while visiting the city.

    Room was clean and spacious, staff was very nice and amazing. Happy Hour drinks and an amazing breakfast. Vallet was very prompt, i seen other complaints about it being cold but yes by the windows with the shades open during winter it was a little chilly but as soon as the heat came on it was toasty. I will definitely stay again

    Great location, we could easily walk to the magnificent mile, navy pier was 1 mile away and lots of great shopping and Christmas lights within walking distance. The made to order omelettes in the morning were excellent, and the drinks were enjoyed during the complementary happy hour.

    Breakfast was a good selection and kept fresh, manager reception was nice, except for the snacks. Would have been better to just have popcorn, instead of animal crackers, vegetables and chex mix. Thank goodness there were free drinks. The front desk staff were a little hard to understand. The room was too hot and unable to adjust temperature. But we made do. They could use new pillows. Those were horrible. Would I stay again. Yes, the location was great, close to the red line, michigan ave and lots of restaurants.

    Phone and microwave did not work - chipped drinking glass replaced with “paper” cups after complaint- bedroom door had major possible water damage causing noise when opening and closing- no do not disturb sign in the room - due to no phone had to physically go to front desk to complain, non of these issues were resolved even though they said an engineer would come to check. No one ever came. upon check out manager gave 10,000 points but due to the amount paid per night this was not good enough. It was a 50th birthday celebration so very disappointed
