Great Everything was good

Inside of the property very dirty, super super stinky-dirty stinky. Room was not cleaned at all. The smell was horrible. Never again will I stay there or any of their locations. Never again!!! I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t take it no more and went to sleep in my car.

The place just seemed to be heavily used. I had to ask for everything for the kitchen, it's not in the rooms. Had a problem with the first room (sink leaking and fridge not working) and had to change rooms. The staff was really good about the move.

We were not told when we checked in that we had a handicap room. We had no room to place our bathroom stuff. When we tried to address the issues we were just told no other rooms were available. We stayed there 4 days and they did not resolve the issue. Will not be staying there again

It was convenient for me close to relatives and close to shopping center and places to eat. There’s also a 24 hour fitness gym close by. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated, but clean. No complaints.

Location. The air and fan did not work in my room. It was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable inside. I was also staying there for work. I called the front desk about a blow dryer to dry my hair. The girl I spoke with said she should bring one to me room and never did. I had to leave my room and go to a nearby store early in the morning to purchase one to get ready.

We checked in about 8 or 9 at night. The lady at the desk was pretty rude. It would have been helpful to know before booking the hotel that they don’t take Cashapp debit cards. She was very unsympathetic to us trying to figure out how to pay a different way; and overall, she had a pretty poor attitude for the entire process. On the last night of our stay, we also found a bug on one of the beds that looked a lot like a bedbug. That made us very paranoid, but there was nothing we could do as it was already late and we had to leave really early the next day.

I had a hard time checking in. I had to use my coworkers card. They refuse to refund my credit card just because it said, declined the first time which I know I have money. They did not have extra pillows my key. I keep on getting it renewed every time I go in in the room it wouldn’t work. My coworker lost her phone and they said they didn’t have it in the next morning. They had it in the same place too lazy to check. Bad experience I would not go back.

Many things were broken, including the shower and the air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room did not match expectations at all. I just got in from an 8 hour drive arrived at 2:45 and was told the room would not be ready for another 45 mins I had to leave and come back. Luckily there were restaurants near by but it was an awful experience. Once we got the room the bathroom door was locked! The receptionist needed to come unlock the door we realized that the door locks as soon as you close it we had to put a towel on the door so it doesn’t fully close and we wouldn’t lock ourselves out. She jokingly made a comment about ghosts smh and then On top of that the receptionist was upset that we were not happy with the service she said I’m more than welcome to request a refund! Did absolutely nothing to better assist us. The one thing that was nice was Robert. He was a sweetheart! Do better extended stay!

The bathroom leaked the water on night. There was no ice machine in the hotel not enough stuff on hand.

Paint peeling of the walls, strong odor of cooking and someone through up outside the entrance. Bed was like a pathetic excuse for a mattress, I could literally feel the springs. Would not recommend this place unless it’s the last available room. No shampoo provided.

The drain in my shower was backed up, and then the water supply went to none at all. My right burner on the stove did not function. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude over the phone. This is a good location, and most of the workers were wonderful. Unfortunately, a sour grap manager

The sleeping quarters were okay. One of the burners on the stove did not function, and there was an issue with the water pressure overall. In some cases the water would not run. The front desk said they would send someone to check and no one did.

The room had a werid smell. There was dead roaches on the counter and the shower was very disgusting. Ended up leaving the hotel after checking in. They refused the give refund even for the second night. I understood charging me for the first night but the second night was not necessary. The staff was polite and nice i suppose

Before arriving, I confirmed that my U.S. Certificate of Citizenship would be accepted as ID since I’m already in the system as a loyal customer. When I explained this, she interrupted with condescending questions like: • “Why don’t you have an ID?” • “What type of person doesn’t carry one?” • “How did you even get here?” Instead of checking the system as I repeatedly requested, she refused to help. After a five-hour flight from Newark to LAX, a canceled ride, and a $119 Uber to the hotel, I arrived near midnight—only to be told to leave and watch as she called Chino PD. I ended up walking away with nowhere to stay. The contrast came later that night at the Extended Stay in Ontario, where Joe at the front desk handled everything with care and professionalism. He looked me up immediately, accepted my ID, called Expedia to fix my booking, and even waived the early check-in fee as an apology for how I’d been treated. Joe is what real customer service looks like. Jessica/Jazmin could learn a lot from him.

My stay has been excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, conveniently located, with clean, spacious rooms. The staff are all extremely efficient and everyone has a great attitude - always polite, professional and courteous.

They need a completely new staff!!! (After 3 previous nights of staying at the location) I was informed that the current chime card I was using as per hotel rules to keep a card on file. I try to extend my stay at the hotel for a 4th day and the manager informed me that my chime card is no good for a hold and that the staff should of informed me of this information. Even though I was physically able to use my car the previous nights, Im now out of money and need to wait for a refund, as well as no action was taken for the inconvenience. For anyone that comes and stays, be prepared to deal with incompetent workers and uninformed staff members where you might hear different versions of policies, depending whom is clocked in for their shift. This does not negate that the night prior from me making this complaint that me and my Wife were both locked outside of the hotel due to a access card malfunction, and no one on staff was able to attend to us both BANGING on the window/door for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The clerk at the time came out looking like she just got woken out of a nap claiming she did not hear the emergency phone line directly outside the sliding doors where we were trapped. Highly unprofessional!!!

The room was fine just a bit on the older side. You could see rust on the refrigerator. It says free breakfast but it consisted of nutrigrain bars, muffins (which were gone by 9am) and powder coffee packets. And there was no ice machine.

I recently stayed at this hotel specifically because the "kitchenette" feature was important for my needs. Unfortunately, my stay was a significant letdown. The most frustrating aspect was the so-called kitchenette. While it included a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, it was completely devoid of any utensils. There were no pots, pans, plates, cups, or cutlery. Most surprisingly, there wasn't even a coffee maker or a simple water kettle to boil water. For a hotel branded as "Extended Stay," this renders the kitchenette utterly useless unless you travel with a full set of your own cookware, which defeats the entire purpose. The accommodations were exceptionally spartan. The room was clean on a basic level but felt bare-bones and dated. The overall impression was one of a place that provides the absolute minimum required, with no effort made toward comfort or convenience. While the staff I interacted with were polite, the fundamental shortcomings of the room's amenities overshadowed this. For the price point, I expected a functional living space, not an empty room with appliances that can't be used. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who actually needs a kitchenette. You would be better off at a standard hotel room or look for a more fully-equipped alternative.

Property was filthy dirty. Damaged wall, furniture, carpet etc. I noticed the bathroom tub with pieces of soap and black ashes of smoke. Sink was dirty. No space in lobby to sit around or hang out. Front desk is always unattended. Laundry room for staff is right next to front desk and you can hear and feel the heat and smells dirty clothes. Staff are not friendly at all. Entry to the property is very tight.

When we checked in the staff on duty was helpful, but the following day we asked if we can change or transfer to different room but they said no available and when we told them about shower faucet was loose. They said that they will fix it but nobody came. And also nobody clean the room, nobody pick up the trash and even the used towels. We stayed for 7 days but the room still the same. I was so disappointed to choose that hotel.

We stayed in a double den room. One of the beds had a huge dip on the mattress making it super uncomfortable. The floors were clearly dirty. The tub had rust and was clearly old. We asked for extra pillows and towels that never arrived. When I went to the front office to ask a question the woman there seemed bothered. I would not stay here again.

We were charged for supposedly having an undeclared pet, and when we called to dispute it the onsite manager did absolutely nothing to try and help. All she did was accuse us being liars. They were supposed to review the cameras and as far as I know that never happened. They ultimately denied us the refund and sent us to corporate to dispute it. Horrible customer service. Will never stay here again!!!

Cockroaches in the room then when I showered there was still hair from the previous renter also the A/C would not work full time it would work for a good 30min then give out it was nice & cooler in the hallways than my room. The price is nice but you get what you pay for

It was not like a normal hotel and of course it didn’t have all the normal hotel amenities, but it was perfect for me and what I needed. I also want to acknowledge Christine and Torie! The front desk staff was very polite and professional. The furniture and room interior was very worn in and dated. It will do in a pinch if you need a place to sleep for a night but I likely wont stay here again for a staycation. For me the energy felt very heavy. The towels were also very rough, the comforter was like a sheet and tge water pressure wasnt great at all.

Check-in was a mess—we arrived well after the posted time and still waited over two hours for a room. Staff kept giving conflicting updates and even joked about us leaving. The GM was rude and unprofessional. When we finally got in, the room wasn’t clean and lacked basic amenities—no soap, shampoo, and no kitchen supplies (although we were given a steak knife, a cooking pot, and 4 plates, no silverware). I’ve stayed at many extended stay hotels, and this was by far the worst. Not worth the stress.

Stayed here before and everything was good. However, this time we had a bed that has a broken foundation. When we get on the bed or turn, it will make a loud clanking disturbing noise. It was late at night so we didn’t ask for a different bed or room. During check out, I reported that malfunction to the receptionist and the fact that we didn’t have a good night’s sleep. She just said she will put a note and no apologies extended. I felt dismissed!! and unappreciated.

There was a disturbance in the room next to us (cops were called) that lasted till the next day. We asked front desk if we can switch room the night of and rudely said no rooms available. I checked Expedia and a room was available. Breakfast was not breakfast (coffee and bags of oatmeal).

They are accommodating but front desk is odd, didn’t like to be bothered it seemed. There is no place to hang out or no pool. But we needed a place to stay and it served its purpose.

The staff was very friendly here. The towels had hairs in them, it overall didn’t feel very clean, but there were multiple towels. There was someone sleeping in the lobby when I got back to the hotel just before midnight, I figure it’s because the lobby does shut down I think at 10:30pm, but it made me feel uneasy.

It was decent for a overnight stay. The hotel's proximity to the freeway was an issue because of traffic noise.

This is an extended stay. There were people permanently living here. Limited rooms. The breakfast was very basic. I didn’t like their check in location. It’s basically a hallway nook. We did get the last room and best room because we only shared one wall but it was the first room from the elevator. The heater/ac was hard to control and the noise from the freeway was very loud.

front desk help was nice and responsive. however, the key card device was not working at the one entrance near our room. people were constantly putting a rock in the door jam so they could get in which made it unsafe. we kept removing the rock. it was probably happening because the door couldn't be opened with door key card. told front desk the night we checked in but assumed it wasn't fixed as it was the weekend

With ants.. outside...inside and in the dashboard.of my car..and the car next to mine aswell.. everywhere!!! ... i told the lady at the front desk and she was like "ants are natural, what do u want me to do about it?" I asked for coorperates #, was given a general # no options to speak or complain about my situation..they took no resposibility.. they should be aware of their businesses suroundings for the safety of thier guests and their vehicles, i mean we are paying them our $ for the great services and extended perks they say they provide. MmmHmmm....

My second stay at this hotel, I love that it has a kitchen and refrigerator as well as a microwave. The morning coffee and snacks is a plus. I like that it’s in a Tuckaway area where you’re not fighting traffic to get there.

We have stayed in ESA’s before as they are dog friendly and have a kitchen. Room was clean enough but the outside floors, elevator ect. Were absolutely filthy. Grounds and trash amoung other less disarable tenants in and around the building. Police were present on 3 out of our 7 night stay😢

The manager was terrible at customer service. Dog feces all around the entrance areas. Other staff members were very pleasant.
