We stayed at the hotel for a night. It was a very good experience. Large and clean room with two queen size beds, nice bathroom and everywhere clean. Coffee and hot water are available 24/7. Breakfast is quite good. We like Holiday Inn.

You always get a warm welcome at this hotel. Staff members are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the quality is maintained even when very busy. The small pool and gym are much appreciated. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Parking is free and easy. A major bonus is the proximity of cafes, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy etc. All are within easy walking distance. Nothing

this was a family stay for two nights to attend a soccer tournament. The staff was professional, informative, and very helpful. The room was clean and very accommodating. We didn’t use the pool or outdoor space. My husband and son enjoyed the breakfast. I would like to see more vegan options during breakfast.

The rooms are very clean (i booked 3rooms), the bed, bathroom, carpet and drawers were very clean. The lobby, breakfast, outdoor patio and swimming pool are well kept. Plenty of parking and lots of restaurants in the vicinity just walking distance. I recommend this place and 5stars...

Poor communication with the staff cause a great inconvenience for my family! G the night staff didn’t communicate with Adrianna the morning staff that we requested a one hour extension on our check out, which lead to a knock at the door at 11:03 and then a harassing phone call as if we were lying to address with us, then instead of acknowledging the confusion was a mistake on their part with poor communication from one shift to the other a lesson was being taught to me how I should do better with reporting to the morning staff when I want a late check out oppose to the night staff! This inconvenience which may seem small in the big picture but my family didn’t need to be addressed twice on the same issue when the poor communication was not something we were able to predict nor control!

We selected this hotel because we were in town for a baseball tournament and it’s not too far from the ballpark and it also provided a hot breakfast. When we checked in we were told about a possible power outage that would be from 9pm-3am and by then it was too late to cancel. We thought no biggie, we wouldn’t be back until late anyway and we would be going straight to sleep. When we returned they provided a small mini flashlight to us, which was a nice gesture. Well upon waking up around 6:30 the power was still out which I’m guessing affected their hot water heater. It was not pleasant taking a cold shower during the winter. When we went to leave no other accommodations had been mentioned or provided nor was an apology. We just provided the front desk clerk with our room key and room number and we were sent on our way. The power outage had affected the other hotel in the same parking lot but it looked like other accommodations had been made for them, I wish they had a backup for situations like this. Other than that the rooms were clean.

Was a quick trip to visit family. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities that I needed. And the front desk lady was super friendly and fun.

Our Baseball weekend stay went smoothly, we came back to a clean room. Now after long days on the field, that was def a plus. Guest service was very friendly!

Unfortunately, for the day I chose to stay at the location. They had a scheduled electrical service. They informed me that the service would be from 9pm-3am and would not have hot water, television or any power at all. It actually took longer. Power came back up at 8:30am. Luckily checkout was at 11am.

Booked back in July for 1 night stay in December. Arrived to power outage that was scheduled, unfortunately I wasn't informed until I arrived. Staff was polite and did their best for the guests. Power eventually was restored a hour before we departed the next day.

Cons: The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well, and housekeeping did not replace the towels after cleaning. The nighttime concierge was often away for long periods, leaving guests waiting to check in with no one at the desk.

This hotel looks brand new. Staff was amazing during check in and breakfast. Super clean. Rooms are big and clean. Spacious shower with a tall shower head and great stream.

Travelled with my son’s soccer team for a tournament. The photos made the pool look a lot bigger. Complimentary breakfast was great, room was perfect for our family of 5 and our pup. Love that they’re family and pet friendly! Would stay again

Was a good pit stop after a long flight. Collected the car and drove 40 mins from Lax to get a good nights sleep before heading to vegas. Guy on the front desk was excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Local food options available. Free breakfast the following day added real value for money. Was a lot of offerings available and I think was worth an additional $20 on the stay but it was part of the price. I’ll come back here again.

I really like how this hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and easy parking area. Microwave and fridge in the room is a plus.

Did not receive any kind of support after the incident. I send them the pictures and videos of the roach in my room, they said a manager would contact me to compensate and handle the situation. It has now been 20 days since the incident, i have called multiple times, they keep saying the manager will call me and I still have received no support for this. ROACH in room at 6AM! Seriously! Do better IHG. Terrible support

Floors in the bathroom and the hotel room were dirty. Looked like they hadn't been wiped or vacuumed. Bathroom smelled moldy in the morning. AC constantly turns on and sounds like a semi-truck engine even when the thermostat is on OFF.

This location was perfect for my needs. I planned to meet friends that live in Chino Hills. And I had plans in Pomona during the visit. This worked out perfectly. We had great food choices nearby, access to the freeway, comfy beds and a sleeper bed, and a clean room. Ideal stay!

Every time i come to California this is my place to stay. Love the comfort, the excellent service, the clean of the areas , beds and hotel in general. I have a eucalyptus trail close by and a hindu temple which are great places to rest and practice grounding techniques.

Everyone that worked there was absolutey wonderful! Ended up canceling my next hotel and staying here longer. Clean and so easy to get to. Lots to eat around.

We were here for a soccer tournament and we really appreciate that they put us all in the same floor. I love the free breakfast it saved us time and money. They have an awesome patio outside by the pool where we were able to make a carne asada for the team. The staff even brought us utensils to use. The rooms were clean and very spacious. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels.

Our flight was severely delayed and we got to the hotel 5 hours late at 4 am. Liz at check in was great, she saw we were tired and got us in the room as soon as possible. Thank you! Rooms were clean and up to date, black out shades were awesome, slept in till 10 am.

Such a nice new hotel in the area. It’s closed to everything. 5 mins driving to shopping mall, supermarket. I especially love the complimentary breakfast and there is coffee and tea all day available in the lobby!
