It is in a great location, you are about 15-20 minutes from the bridge of las americas and the consulate, taxi or Uber ride . A few nice restaurants around and a grocery store, walking distance. The area is super nice , clean and safe . Staff was very friendly, nice to have a gymnasium and coffee or hot tea 24hrs . 15 minutes ride to the consulate.

The driver is a kind person!! There was no safe box in the , there is no telephone in the room, there is no ice bucket, and the kitchen staff closes the window so as not to be disturbed, the system falls very often.

It’s accessible The front desk receptionist did not charge card when we checked in and were given the room keys. Then the next receptionist called our room at 12:45am, by this time my family was asleep and we got startled with the call. The receptionist who went in at that shift was calling because our room was not payed for. So she proceeds to charge the card on file and she charged us more than what booking. Com quoted

It was a clean place and breakfast was good didn’t waste much on food thaks to that. It is so far walking distance from everything there isn’t anything near that hotel. And i was there for a whole week and so bored they claim to have tv but they dont the cable is cut its just placed on the tv as of it works. I meesaged them about and they never got back to me.

The breakfast was delicious! The location was great. With easy access to one of he main streets which made it easy to get around.

I did not like the bed or pillows. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were too soft.Also didn’t know it was next to a night club and the loud music didn’t allow a good sleep.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and always polite. We received transportation accommodations to one of our appointments and the driver waited for us to bring us back to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel needs more maintenance, the room they gave me when I arrived, the A/C unit did not work, they change the room and the A/C Unit was very noisy, the bathroom curtain was old and ripped, the door lock was missing one part so it did not work, excelent staff, very kind, the breakfas was ok

I have traveled the world and this was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was small, outdated and dirty. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The food was awful and the customer service was rude and dismissive. When I wanted to discuss issues with my reservation with the manager, the manager was never present. In the USA Marriott is generally recognized as a quality hotel. How this hotel ever became a part of the Bonvoy group and to have the Marriott flag is incomprehensible I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.

Very simple and small room, the bed was nothing out of the ordinary, but there was a lot of noise, you could hear people talking in the hallway, we couldn't rest.

Issues with my reservation due to no availability of room when arrived at the Check-In hour (3 pm) - Issues with internet access that made us walk all the way down to the front desk to demonstrate to the lady that the password didn't work and finally, noisy at nights due to the area is a Discoteque area, it is OK, but they do not advise about that, the music is all night long to much.

The A/C unit had a musty smell which was almost unbearable. Very small rooms and guests were roudy. Very expensive for the quality.

I was in the city for an event and needed a room to spend the night. Before the event ended, I booked a room via Expedia with the insurance included. When I got the confirmation the time to check in was at 3 pm the following day. I contacted Expedia and the hotel to explain that I needed the room for that night, both said they could not help and to contact the other party. I requested to cancel the reservation and requested a refund but Expedia said they would not refund my money. I lost the money and had to find another place to sleep that night. Will not use Expedia again.

Rooms are too small and air quality falls drastically even the AC turned on and there is a drainage small when you roam around the hotel parking

Our one night at the hotel was ok. The room was clean but we were there on a Saturday night and had to ask for a different room since the one we got was close to a disco bar and it was noisy. The second was better but you could still hear the noise. A better option was to have gotten one on the opposite side but we got it on the same. Breakfast was ok. If you reserve here, ask for a room on the north side of the building.

There are many problems, the coffee machine doesn’t work all the time and the laundry area is open but the staff says that itsn’t available and there’s no any dispenser machine where I can buy the laundry kit and in the hotel page says that there is no problem for using the laundry area. In case of my family, we’re staying here for six days, so is very important for us do the laundry

You need to update the pictures of this hotel. It is falsely portrayed on your website. Dirty and unsafe.

Only inconvenient was that the parking lot access doors could not be operated with the card, probably a safety measure by the hotel.

It’s clean and rooms are a good size. The pillows are lumpy even though the beds are comfortable. The air unit was not working, and there was constant banging in the middle of the night and mid morning. There is no safe in the room. Breakfast is ok and staff are friendly.

Clean, the room has mini refrigerator, microwave. Breakfast has several options.

I really cannot understand why the housekeeper knocked the each door to see whether there are people inside to clean. Literally, it made me get up from the noize.

There was no stay. I booked it 15 days ahead and paid for it. When I got the the hotel the clerk told me that their system runs all the reservations at 6 pm to charge the card. I was confused because I paid in full. He said it was either my card or a system failure. So they canceled my reservation. It was 1am and had driven 6 hrs and I was tired. He said he could give me another room but it was almost twice as much or I could rebook it and try to get the same price. Really??!! On a Friday night?! Worse experience ever

We check un around 7:45 and never went up to the room, we arrived around 2 am and room very very cold, took almost an hour to be warm

The hotel people are very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a comfortable stay. Very clean and the breakfast which is included are amazing everyday.

The room was smelly, like dirty laundry. I brought my own sheets, blankets and towels, but the smell was very strong specially in the pillows.

Place was dirty, very noisy hotel plus heater was very loud.

The cleaning was the worse part, my first stay here was a great experience not sure what changed this last time but the hotel was in very bad shape. The area is great!

People having a party in one of the rooms the were shouting and being loud at 4 am called front desk let them know and they did nothing, the party still went on. It was ridiculous that you let people do that on hotel.

Seems like they always have construction going on. Parking is limited and congested due to shared parking with restaurant. Rooms smell mildewy. Wifi is terrible. Check out in app says 1pm, but actual check out is at 12. (No late checkouts).

Rooms are really clean good condition. Rooms are small and away from center next to bars. They serve the same breakfast everyday, small gym, no pool, can hear noise from other rooms and does not offer transportation service to airport.

Hotel was great, service was very good and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times before and nothing has changed. Everything is always great, that is why I keep staying here.

Also no ice for water. The room was very hot, yes it did have AC but iy would turn off and on.

I decide to give this one a try. I booked online. The price was 90 bucks for a two bed. It was very clean but bathroom needs a fart vent. You take shower and fogs everything up. Ac worked fine. The only problem is that it’s next to a night club which made noise till 2 o’clock in the morning. You also can hear road noise. I was in the 4th floor. Breakfast was pretty good not the best but good. I give it an 8 out of ten. Parking is private and well lit. Felt safe n secure. They have a guard 24/7
