everything very nice expect the personal at the front desk need to be friendly now the guy at the gate the older gentleman was real nice and polite they need to learn from him

First room provided was not ready to use. Another room was provided. No shuttle from airport, only from hotel to airport. Shower faucet was akward to turn on because hand had to go through a hole in glass wall. Shower head meeds to be cleaned. No table to use for eating in room. Basic breakfast. Other than that everything was good, but pricey for Mexico,

The shower basically floats the entire bathroom and part of the entrance every time you take a shower and this is a problem they are aware of but choose not to fix it properly because you can tell the erosion and rust on the bathroom walls and by the moisture damage all over.

Picked the hotel because it included a shutte ride to the hotel. It did not. I was told no shuttle rides were available.

I was genuinely impressed with the property. It was clean and comfortable, with only small issues like a leaking ice machine and a stained duvet. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service ruined the stay. The front desk lady was rude and dismissive. When I asked for extra pillows for my mom, who has bad acid reflux, she questioned why we needed them and how many were already in the room. The same thing happened when I asked for extra towels it felt like an interrogation instead of basic hospitality. There was also no iron in the room. The hotel has potential, but the staff’s attitude made it a really unpleasant experience.

Shower was leaking water into the bathroom. The club next door was loud until 145am and the AC had musky smell

The location was perfect. The hotel has complimentary transportation to the wedding. Breakfast was very good too.

During my recent stay, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. There was no air conditioning throughout the property, including the lobby, hallways, restaurant, and, unfortunately, in the first room we were assigned. We checked in at 3 PM with the outside temperature at 101°, and the room felt more like a sauna than a hotel room. I immediately informed the front desk about the issue, but I couldn’t stay to ensure it was resolved as I had wedding preparations and errands to complete. When I returned later, the staff assured me the problem had been taken care of. However, when I headed upstairs, I discovered the elevators were out of service. After climbing five flights of stairs, I opened the door to my room only to be met again with overwhelming heat and humidity. At that point, I returned to the lobby and requested a new room. While I chose to remain calm and polite—especially given the stress of my wedding—I felt extremely let down. This was my first time ever writing a public review, and it’s unfortunate that it has to be a negative one. Hospitality is about more than just providing a room; it’s about creating an environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for. Simple gestures such as a warm greeting at check-in, asking about the purpose of the stay, offering assistance with heavy bags, and promptly resolving issues can make all the difference. Unfortunately, these elements were missing, and I did not feel that the level of service matched the price I paid.

The pool is nice and the gym is complete. Loud neighbors, the room I was checked in is next to a bar, so from Thursday to Saturday it was LOUD until past 2 am.

The shower drain did not work, the toilet seat was broken, the room was not clean when we arrived and smelled musty in the room. The towels were so old and scratchy would not recommend!

Room 212 blinds and air conditioner was not working and room was hot. For breakfast There was a waffle machine but no ingredients to make the waffles. I understand that there might not have been waffles for that day, but they could pick up the machine, so people don’t think that there is waffles when there isn’t any. Awesome I understand it. It was in Mexico. And maybe they were trying to show us Mexican food, but maybe you should have other selections other than beans and spicy pork chicharrones, I don’t eat pork, so maybe they should’ve had another selection for people that can’t eat pork,. They did offer yogurt with fruit, fruit was fresh. Orange was excellent but coffee was cold. I have stayed at Hampton property in the USA many times and have never had these issues. Also there was not a coffee machine in the room. Front desk staff was very pleasant and apologize for all of these issues, but I know it was out of their hands

El aire acondicionado era muy antiguo y ruidoso!! Demasiado ruidoso!! Las molduras de madera viejas, despintadas, carcomidas y rotas. Frigobar no enfriaba y solicitamos cambio. El agua de regaderas demasiado caliente. La alfombra vieja y desgastada. Desayuno demasiado básico. Alberca sucia y agua helada. No hay wifi en habitaciones.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This hotel is far from Consulate and Restaurants. They do have a shuttle service which you have to schedule in advance. Over all we had a great experience I highly recommend this place .

I try to book this hotel at least twice a year. However, it was very unfortunate that when coming back from my event at night I decided to take a shower and to my luck after leaving the shower lots of cockroaches started coming out. It was so crazy and disgusting. I went to the front desk and they switched me to the room across but I notice when checking out there was dead cockroaches in the hall. This was very disappointing and I doubt I come back to stay.

Reporté mi puerta que no cerraba y me aseguraron que alguien iría a arreglarla todo el día dejaron mi habitación abierta y sólo me di cuenta al regresar por la tarde. Solicité cambio de habitación y la encargada de turno me trató fatal. En la nueva habitación no hubo agua caliente hasta que insistí que fuera la persona de mantenimiento que tardó más de 40 min y mágicamente ya tenía agua caliente mientras el me aseguraba que no había hecho nada mas que abrir la llave. Fue una experiencia mixta, frustrante por el servicio del personal (no todo obviamente) y fue buena experiencia porque pude estar cerca de mi familia.

The Hotel was Walking distance to Restaurants and the Surgery Office. I felt very Safe in Mexico. Me and my Husband went there for 4 days. The Hotel is very Clean and I didn’t have to worry about someone taking my belongings out of my room.

Urgent need to change the old towels. I brought to the front desk one of the towels with almost holes on it to show that to the manager. He never shows up or does anything to communicate with me. It’s a well name hotel with bad management.

Overall, my stay was good it’s not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, but this time the elevator and hallway I was in smelled of marijuana. Security is good.

The streets around the building are in bad shape and a lot of noise at night due a disco dance close to hotel, but the hotel by itself is one of the best.

Probably won’t stay there again. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Air unit loud and smelly. Shower and sink plugged up, water slow to drain. Check in took forever. Definitely needs upgrading.
