They are doing some renovations inside the hotel, it was very noisy, couldn't relax at all There is not any notice on any platform about this, which is very disappointed.

The staff was very nice, location was good. Our first room did not have working air conditioning which was very difficult and after having someone come check it out they said well we can bring a fan.. With two kids that wont work I had to threaten to leave then they finally switched rooms. Certainly not like other Ibis's we have stayed at.

We arrived to the hotel at 11pm due to traffic on the road… when we tried to check in, the receptionist asked me if they can give me 2 rooms because they do not have double beds like I requested. (And I paid in advance) I couldn’t do that because I had my children with me. My babies were already sleeping and we were tired!

The rooms are smaller than other nearby hotels, but the service was good. It’s very close to the consulate, which is the main reason I chose it—walking distance to both my medical exam and consulate appointment. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas que las de otros hoteles cercanos, pero el servicio fue bueno. Está muy cerca del consulado, que fue la razón principal por la que lo elegí, ya que se puede ir caminando tanto al examen médico como a la cita en el consulado.

Good place to stay

I did not receive the breakfast included, had to pay for it. The room smells really bad, the room wasn’t very clean and it’s really small, as well the bathroom. In my opinion is not worth the price, however it is well located, but if I’ve known it was that stinky I would have chose another hotel.

It is always a good option when immigration matter is, because the location and facilities are the best for this kind of trips.

En cama No son colchones tienen colchónetas puestas que se consideran el colchón de la cAma muy delgadas y las almohadas son muy delgadas para mi gusto no son confortables lo único bueno de este hotel es el servicio al cliente y la localidad para hacer trámites de migración tod está literalmente afuera del hotel no se requiere tomar un uber en absoluto la ubicación del hotel es excelente para alguien que busque tramitar visa. Los cuartos son muy reducidos de espacio y el servio para ver canales en la TV para descansar es fatal no se miran literalmente ningún canal.

This is our second stay at an Ibis property. And this brought si many memories from our stay in Paris, France! It was an identical room. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, which is a lot to say for the usual hotel bed. Would stay again. We stayed because we had an early early flight and it was really close to the airport. 👏 👍

The breakfast area needs improvement regarding refills. Dishes are sometimes out, and the cheese is not refilled until the next day. The cream is also not refilled, and the chocolate powder runs out frequently. Additionally, the menu is always the same, but overall, the food tastes good.

That it was close to all the places that i wanted to go .but the room doesn't have a refrigerator and a coffee maker and doesn't have a iron, most of the customers ftom this property stays a least a for 6 day so w need those articles.

The AC was working. That was a plus! The location was perfect. It was walinging distance from the consulate and the food was great. It was worth to pay extra for the buffette. I do recomend it because most people will stay for only one purpose. If you don't want to deal with traffic and transportation. This is the place!

Property is very old AC unit not working was not pleasant in very hot weather felt stuffy and suffocating. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The only good thing about the property is that it’s very close to the American Consulate. Staff was friendly.

El cuarto está muy pequeño, dos personas no caben en esa cama que según la descripción es para dos personas. La primer noche, alguien entró a nuestro cuarto porque le dieron la llave de nuestra habitación, y toda la estancia estuvimos muy incómodos. El hotel tiene dos elevadores y uno se descompuso toda nuestra estancia y había mucha gente para estar compartiendo un solo elevador.

Sin embargo, el hotel estaba muy sucio desde el primer momento. Había cabello por todos lados, tanto en los pasillos como en la habitación al llegar. Tuve que comprar mis propios productos de limpieza porque estaba en pésimas condiciones, a pesar de que hice una solicitud previa para que se cuidara ese aspecto debido a una condición de salud de mi hija. El personal fue muy grosero y poco capacitado en atención al cliente, con excepción de dos señoras mayores que trabajan en el restaurante, quienes fueron amables. El trato del resto del equipo, especialmente en cocina, fue tan incómodo que decidimos no consumir el desayuno que ya habíamos pagado. Además, el agua de la regadera y lavamanos generaba hongos rápidamente, lo cual es una clara señal de falta de higiene. Por si fuera poco, desarrollé dermatitis debido a la mala calidad del agua, y aún no se me ha curado, lo cual ha sido muy molesto y preocupante. Debido a todo esto, tuve que acortar mi reservación, y aun así el hotel se negó a reembolsar siquiera las comidas que ya no consumiríamos durante los días restantes.

Las toallas del hotel no estaban muy bien tampoco tienen refrigerador ni microwave en los cuartos pero todos los trabajadores del hotel ibis son muy amables yo estube ahí por varios días tambien el hotel está súper cerca del consulado yo tube 4 citas y a todas me fui caminando.tambien me gusto que durante que yo estuve ahí habia otras personas que fueron a lo mismo que yo y por las tardes nos bajabamos a platicar eso fue una linda experiencia tambien los miercoles tienen musica en vivo en el lobby es muy divertido si recomendaria el hotel ibis porque como les mencione todas las citas estan super cerca.

The room we stayed at has a heavy sewer smell. The smell was reported to the lobby staff, however, no action was taken by anyone. The flooring was also falling apart and missing pieces.

This is a great place to stay close to the Consulado and every office you need for your paperwork. There’s plenty of places to eat, a shopping mall and movie theater walking distance. Reasonable prices and a very attentive staff.
