the guy at the snack area was the nicest person there, very polite and talkative. they have staff there cleaning constantly. be aware if they offer you pancakes for breakfast, $8 usd for 2 pancakes. nothing had flavor, there were chilaquiles, beans, eggs with potatoes as well as sweet bread. asked for coffee like 5min before breakfast, attendant just answered with "isnt there coffee in your room". looks like property needs to be better taken care of. looks sketchy when you pull up as it is a little hidden, there was a missing front glass door. beds were way to hard for our liking even though they are new, very hard mattresses.

The breakfast buffet food was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful Everything was very good, but I wish the room had a microwave and mini frig like they have in the U.S.

Breakfast every morning was great . The staff was very helpful and polite. Clean lady was so sweet. She deserves a raise. The mattress was no good. My back hurts every morning. Another thing the carpet was stain with foot track by the bed closer to window. Need to shampoo the carpet.

The hotel smells good since you enter the lobby. Staff was waiting to open the doors Housekeeper always friendly. Receptionist where friendly and all staff uniforms always in tack Tv volume would go out. Rooms have no microwave. Laundry on site is a must when there is people traveling.

That it was clean. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The WiFi was awful the room smelled horrible.

The location was exceptional to get to and from the US consulate building where we were getting some documentation done. The staff had great customer service. The facilities are quite basic, the gym has no weights, no fridge or iron in the rooms. It’s more of a short stay hotel, very short stay.

Really clean and modern. Beds were terrible, WiFi service was horrible and tvs hardly worked. Beds were super uncomfortable. Gym could use better equipment.

breakfast was tasty and delightful. Very clean and nice . Everything was amazing the only thing I didn’t like was that the mattress is so hard. I would wake up with a back pain every day. I would recommend to change the mattress. The mattresses were so hard I don’t like it because I would wake up with back pain.

It's walking distance from the Mall and restaurants. The room didn't have a fridge or microwave. We had to buy a portable cooler to keep our food and drinks cold. Also it seems that all of the hotels in the area serve the same food for breakfast every day. Chilaquiles eggs and beans. Honestly the only good thing was the sweet bread. The milk and the orange juice tasted terrible. Orange juice it's more like water with sugar. Do not recommend.

The breakfast was delicious The beds are hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were no good. And bed only had sheets no actual bedding like comforter or a blanket

The staff were great. Breakfast was great quality and tasteful. Want to give a special shoutout to Derek, he was very friendly and gave exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond every time I asked for something.

For the most part my husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect since it was very close to the consulate. We were able to walk to other nearby businesses as well. There were a few inconveniences in regards to our room not having hot water throughout the day- it would come and go which was very inconvenient when we wanted to shower in the morning. We liked the option for breakfast however a variety would have been nice, as breakfast stayed the same everyday for the most part and was okay. We did really enjoy the housekeeper services. Specifically from the second floor, was very kind and did a wonderful job with restocking and cleaning our room. It made our stay more comfortable. All in all our way stay was well especially since it was so close to the consulate.

They have a limit on the number of people allowed for breakfast; each extra person costs three hundred pesos. You need a breakfast pass, you have to go downstairs to get an iron and ironing board, then return them to the lobby, and the staff there weren't friendly, even making fun of us. Very bad service.We need to change the hotel to Holiday inn

Beds a little hard, some days rooms didn't seem fully cleaned beds were just made. Rooms were cleaned late and had to wait for clean towels a few days, wish they put a few benchs in front of the hotel for people to sit or more seating areas in the lobby. The whole staff was really great and super nice.

Rooms were very clean and staff were attentive.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The best part was the room where clean once we arrived and where cleaned on a daily bases. The location was close to the US consulate and good distance to the local mall. Over all I really recommend this hotel

The hotel is amazing, comfortable rooms and the breakfast each mornings were delicios, especial the gentalmen that was in charge of it his costumer service was great. I stayed for 1 week at the hotel 29 july to 5 of agust 2025 highly recomend.

Some of the staff was rude. The cleaning lady was amazing throughout our stay. The breakfast was okay most days. It was cold most of the time. Front desk definitely needs better customer service. You need a washer and dryer! It was awful trying to find where to do that so inconvenient. Also got a few bites while there so shake your beds

Room smelled like sewer water. Tv and Wi-Fi never worked. Problem with room keys. I was told I would get a new room and they would let me know when it was ready. That never happened.

The only downside was the front desk experience. The two female receptionists appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, never offering a smile or greeting. In contrast, the two gentlemen assisting with the doors and luggage were exceptionally kind and professional. Honestly, they provided a much warmer first impression than the front desk staff.

The decor was nice, beds comfy, loved the breakfast buffet and the customer service and the water dispenser in the lobby. But the room only had an iron if requested at the front desk and the iron was soiled, no microwave or fridge, no tea or coffee maker, only two towels of each and the walls had hand marks in the room and in the hallway and elevator other surfaces were clean and updated.

Small not comfortable beds or pillows, only two bath towels, thin uncomfortable bedding, small crowded food area, limited breakfast, Mexico has good beans but the blended beans there were unusually unpleasant.

It looks like they went through a renovation so overall the hotel is fairly clean and staff is very professional. They offer a very good breakfast selection every morning. The downside to this property is that there is no laundromat. The rooms are not equipped with a microwave or small fridge. If you are there for consulate reasons then be prepared to walk to the bridge to safely cross to the U.S consulate which is about a 8 minute walk.

All around very, very good. The restaurant was more expensive than I paid in places nearby, and I couldn't get the same price on my room for an unexpected extended stay. The housekeeper did a great job taking care of the room, better than most staff at other hotels I've stayed at recently. The shower wasn't as hot as I'd like it to be, but it was fine. The rest of the staff was wonderful, attentive, and respectful, everything was clean and in nice condition. The location was perfect. Safe, quiet, clean and conveniently located. 8.9 out of ten

Our experience was AMAZING!! we stayed there for 1 week and all the staff was always very helpful and very friendly! The hotel is right in front of the consulate and the clinics, many resturants near by also a Liverpool at walking distance! Felt safe and super comfortable the whole time! Highly recommend 👌

I stayed in this hotel because of it’s convenient location right across the US consulate. It’s also walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center. The staff was always nice and helpful, The buffet breakfast that had many food options. Room is average but price wise I think it was a good deal

The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint is the rooms do not have amenities like microwave, fridge. Another breaking point is no laundry on the premises which is inconvenient for when you are staying for multiple days.

Stay here for about 4 days. It’s safe to stay here. You can walk to the US Consulate or grab a cab. The food is good, the rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Great location if you are going to the US Consulate in Juarez. It is right across the street. There is a pedestrian overpass. Very safe area. There is also a shopping center very close to it with lots of very nice stores, fast food court, and a few other (nicer) sit-down restaurants. The hotel staff was great! Super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel "common" areas were very clean. Our room was spacious and very clean. They offer roku in case you need to "kill" some time. The room we booked included breakfast which was very good. This hotel was perfect for us (2 adults - 1 room - 2 double beds) and highly recommen it.
