First of all, after a 5 1/2 hour drive, I had to wait 20 minutes to check in, because no one was at the desk. Then walks in Keith with his Chipotle bag, asking how may I help you? I replied, I need to check in. He gives me my key cards and I leave to spend time with my family. Later that night, around 9, I come back to my room. I take a shower and I'm getting ready for bed. As I pull my covers back, my sheets have hair in the bed and they appear to be dirty. I call the front desk immediately, and Keith says come down and I'll put you in another room. I gather my things and head downstairs within 10 minutes. When I get to the front desk, Keith says I don't have a room to put you in. I said are you serious? Why would you have me to come down here then? He replied, yeah, unsympathetic, I just sold the last one. I said, what am I supposed to do now? He replied, I can give you some sheets and you can change them yourself, in a smart tone with an attitude. I said, really? I paid $200 a night to change sheets on a bed? He replied, well housekeeping isn't here. He started mumbling under his breath, and stated that he'll go change them himself. He walked off from the desk, and came back approximately 10 minutes later and stated that he spoke with manager, and he wasn't authorized to change the sheets. I told him he was very rude and his customer service was horrible. He said, "Yeah, I know!" Horrible experience!!

We had an ant infestation in our room and got bit in the process.
- 3/5
Bar was nice. Room was great. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had.
- 2/5
We arrived well past check in. Around 4 am in the morning. When we got to our room, the bathroom and bathtub was not clean. The soap dispenser was empty and one of my bath towels was damp.
- 4/5
It was nice, but not up to the standards of Marriott. The linens were worn out in both my daughters room and mine. We did not have a top sheet which made me extremely uncomfortable sleeping with only a comforter that other patrons used. I asked for my bed to be remade but the man did not speak English. After 3 requests I had to make my bed myself. Housekeeping needs to be trained properly on making beds and cleaning the kerig coffee makers.

The room set up was very nice and easy access to rooms. We got there early and they were very nice to get us in early. We were very tired so I was very appreciative! They do not do a free breakfast

- 2/5
The room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm but was not available until 6 pm
- 2/5
The room did not have opening windows, so air circulation was fundamentally bad. The room was always hot and stuffy, hard to breathe no matter what temperature you set the thermostat at. Internet was fabulous though. No stupid contracts to sign, no stipulations and logins and accounts to create. Speeds weren't fast. But they were adequate. No breakfast is included, and everything in the hotel is an extra charge. I did not use the TV. Hot tub or the exercise gym. So I can't comment on those. Hotel location was fine. Parking is free and they get close to running out every night. But we always found one. And the area is safe from vandals. Walkablity is very poor though, and so was the purchased breakfast, dried out and overcooked. Sigh. Employees were nice though! Room suffered from lots of bugs. Even in my bed I found a stink bug. And room service didn't replace the soap when it ran out. I won't be back.
- 5/5
The person at the desk, I believe it was Andrew, was incredibly cordial.
- 1/5
No, the air conditioning was not working properly and it was very noisy
- 5/5
My one feedback is the placement of the TV. It is partially blocked by the armoire and is a very bad angle for viewing tv from the bed.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Clean room.

Smelled like feet! Room was dirty. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Halls not vacumed
- 2/5
The bar was crazy, because this lady named Mary. I am not sure she gave me her right name because you were out of uniform and no name tag. She was rude and nasty because I couldn't put my billed on the room number i did have my credit card on file with the hotel. That is the only problem with the hotel. The staff was great especially the young gentleman when I checked in. I forgot his name. He was so cool and great. Thank you

Staff were super friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
This was an emergency visit so I was grateful for the availability of the room, the staff not knowing my situation just moved everything along without a hitch…the location is under remodeling construction right now, so some things are a little dusty, but overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay.

It was expensive for 4 of us it cost us 70.00 for the breakfast. The pool was ice cold. Did not give us the right room that I booked. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I killed a bug in the window of our room. Half the plugs don’t work. When we got there ask them to refill the soap container and finally after the second time they did it.
- 3/5
The pool was very nasty. It had more dirt than a cornfield.

Very relaxing, loved the huge fire pit! A cool evening by the fire pit was so relaxing!
- 5/5
Most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. Other than the neighbors slamming doors in the morning it was very quiet. CLEAN!! Was happy with a later check out time and the pool/hot tub being open later. Downfall was the keurig quit working so if we wanted coffee we had to go to the lobby.

The room stinks

Friendly staff, spacious room, Cleanliness was superb. Close to shopping and dining. OVERALL experience was excellent and will stay again on next visit to family there.

The pool was extremely cold. The first room we went to, the ac wasn’t working. But the put us right in another room. Overall a good stay but the pool was too cold to enjoy.

I would most definitely book with them again! We got a queen suite with two double beds and a pullout sofa couch- it was awesome! staff are friendly and helpful, and the on-site bistro was perfect after a long hot drive into town.

Clean and very friendly staff!
- 3/5
Both my room and my cousin’s room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of cat urine, which made the environment very uncomfortable. I was grateful to have brought disinfectant spray. In addition, the room was dusty, and we noticed dead bugs along the window sill. The fitted sheets on the bed did not fit properly and consistently came loose from the mattress, which was frustrating throughout the stay. The bedside lamp was also non-functional. Initially, we thought the bulb was the issue, but after replacing it, we discovered that both the lamp and the outlet were not working. Although we reported this to hotel management, the issue was never addressed during our stay. To add to the disappointment, we did not receive any housekeeping service over the course of our three-day visit. Given the condition of the rooms and the lack of follow-through from the staff, I would not stay at this location again nor recommend it to others—especially considering the price point. This experience was not reflective of the quality I typically associate with Courtyard by Marriott.

Our stay was wonderful and the team had a blast!
- 5/5
Melissa, who was working in the bar/restaurant, was amazing as well! She was very nice. She was able to make our cocktails to our liking.
- 4/5
It was my first time in Tennessee, I can say it was a pleasant one and my stay was very comfortable
- 4/5
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of pillows. The hotel is starting to show its age. The room was very dark, especially the bathroom. This made it very challenging for putting on my makeup.
- 4/5
So many choices close by just there for a quick pit stop. Pretty chaotic when we got there with a hotel full of cheer girls. Felt bad for the front desk guy as they didn’t have clean rooms due to housekeeping issues that day so he upgraded us to a suite. Room was very nice. Loved having the outdoor fire pit. Thought about doing the hot tub but pool area had an odor to it. Sure it’s a nice place when they have everything working correct. Appreciate the upgrade and room was nice so hope they get it back together.
- 5/5
Check in went very well. The desk clerk was very friendly, professional and personable. The room was comfortable and roomy. We stayed for 5 days. It worked well for us as we were visiting friends who lived close by. We did not eat at their on-site bistro, or use the gym, so can't comment about them.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. The area is very busy but the location sits back off the major highway. The staff was very friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Clean - comfortable room - we would absolutely stay here again.

Check out was at 12pm we had our do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9am waking us up and again at 10:15.

Excellent hotel. Very quiet. Worth every penny. Will stay again when in the area.

Horrible experience... Back to Hilton I will go
- 5/5
The property was very nice and the staff was as well!
- 4/5
Hotel was in a very nice location, easy to get to and was clean. Our room had a musty odor so we were given a different room. This room was nice and clean. Only complaint was there was no one around in the morning for breakfast, coffee or check out. I was really looking forward to Starbucks before we left.
- 4/5
Staff was very polite.
- 5/5
Parking was a bit crowded. Had to park out back every night. Some boats and rvs took up too many close spots instead of parking out back
- 4/5
It was good....spacious & quiet. I enjoyed it.
- 1/5
Well, I made a reservation the night before and when I got there they didn’t have an available room. The excuse was the room had a plumbing issue
- 2/5
I was surprised this hotel was scored so highly. It was one of the more expensive options available in Clarksville so with that and the high rating, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed dirty. Our room was old and worn, and the bathroom smelled so strongly of old urine it was nauseating. I can usually overlook a little uncleanliness, but the odor was too off-putting.
- 5/5
Nice clean friendly hotel
- 4/5
Nice, clean rooms.
- 3/5
While our room seemed clean, the facilities here were very dirty. The indoor pool room was 1,000 degrees but the pool was ice cold. Pool area was very scummy.
- 4/5
Really easy parking, I had a Penske van and no tough turns. Nice straight forward parking. All types of food options within walking distance.
- 4/5
My family need a place to stay last moment, and they did not disappoint. They definitely have high standards here…..
- 4/5
Very roomy suites. Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Fantastic property and great location. Staff was friendly and polite.
- 2/5
Property is in poor condition. Our curtains were torn, carpet had a toenail sitting on it, dead bugs in room, couch cushion was showing with torn upholstery, rust visible, and pool appeared unclean. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
No breakfast semi warm coffee in lobby. Will not stay here again for over $100 pee night.
- 3/5
No Hot water in the shower.
- 3/5
Will not stay again
- 4/5
Staff was nice and the property was quiet.
- 4/5
Con: staff start cleaning rooms very early and loudly.
- 3/5
We had to ask for towels for 3, coffee for 3, cups for 3. No microwave in room. No bartender downstairs at the bar, the snack bar was barely stocked, and it seemed they were short staffed in every department. Unimpressed for it being a Marriott property.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
I think I might have been allergic to the detergent used to clean the sheets and bath towels.
- 3/5
I wouldn’t recommend. Lady bugs and stink bugs in room one. Second room no heat. Front desk night clerk poor customer service. We had to come down in our pajamas just to get a new room key everytime.
- 4/5
Only one trash can in the bathroom. I got a bad back and having to get up and go a hunting for the one trash can depending on where Im at in the room is inconvenient.
- 5/5
Great experience all around
- 5/5
Had a comfortable night at this hotel, beds were firm yet snuggly and we had room to spread out. Would stay here again!!
- 5/5
Very fast check in.
- 5/5
The suite exceeded my expectations, even my son said it’s like an apartment. Didn’t have a microwave which was a downfall but that’s the only one. There was a 3rd party construction crew there cleaning the building that was not following safety measures and coincidentally got bleach on my son’s new black hoodie. Even though it ultimately was not the direct fault of the hotel, management definitely went above and beyond to make up for the mishap! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and let me tell you, I would highly recommend the Courtyard to anybody traveling in the Clarksville area!!!!!! I will definitely be returning!!!
- 5/5
The overall service was excellent with a special mention to April and Elizabeth who helped me even before they were open in the morning.
- 2/5
The pool was stinky and the door was held open with a towel duct taped to the wall. The pool itself did not look very clean. The hot tub had one jet that was very strong. The room’s toilet didn’t flush we called and they said the maintenance man wasn’t there. That’s when we went down to the desk and complained again and they finally gave us a different room. The new room’s smelled due to poor ventilation. The room we got also did not have a microwave but our old room did. Will not return and would like a discount.
- 5/5
Nice spacious room, check in was quick and easy. The sofa mattress needs updating but other than that the room was great and staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Fast and easy
- 5/5
It is in a great location
- 5/5
I loved the customer service. The parking was a major disappointment. No entry from the rear parking area. A bit scary at night.
- 5/5
The staff are all extremely polite, funny, and over all great people to have a conversation with. The pool was nice but feels like there’s a bunch of sand or something on the bottom of it. The rooms were very spacious, very clean, and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The chief Robert and Keith did an amazing job on our food.
- 3/5
Overall experience is just OK.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok not the most up-to-date or cleanest. The pillows smelled like cigarettes even though it is a "Smoke Free" hotel. Breakfast was only available for a purchase, nothing was included.
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff. Cleaning crew very nice as well. Room clean. Hot tub and pool amazing. Great gym. Fantastic hotel. Wonderful experience all around!
- 5/5
Room was very nice and so was pool for kids. Wished dining room was available in the evening.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Marriott was enjoyable. We had supper the first night there and it exceeded expectations. Robert, the chef, did a great job on my burger and fries and my daughter's Mexican dish. He also served us a very good breakfast the next morning. We were very pleased with the food available without having to get back out into the TERRIBLE traffic.
- 1/5
The elevators were all out of service and I walked I to my room and the bathtub was filthy
- 1/5
I made a reservation for a double queen with a sofa bed through Expedia. They gave me a double queen room without a sofa bed. I specifically picked this hotel because they had rooms with sofa beds. When I went to talk to the front desk he said the reservation came across as only double queen. He offered blankets to make my child a pallet on the floor. After going back to the room we started plugging our electronics in. Several of the outlets were loose. I couldn’t plug in my CPAP because the prongs would just fall out of the holes. The ac/heat didn’t work well so it was cold in the room. My fiancée went to the desk for more blankets. She was told there were no more. So we decide to climb into bed. Turn down the sheets and there were brown stains on the white sheets. Since they were out of linens we didn’t use them and were just cold. Terrible stay after a long day of driving.
- 4/5
A great hotel, but we unfortunately got a room where the air was not working. We didn't realize it until the middle of the night so let the front desk know in the morning. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and would stay there again.
- 5/5
I really liked that there was a limited menu restaurant and bar on property. The staff was beyond helpful and welcoming. The chef, Robert, told me about a special he could make for me. It was so kind of him to suggest that he could make something fresh for me.
- 5/5
I miss a on site restaurant. Had to leave property for supper when I was dead tired and would have liked quick breakfast on site. Everything else was excellent.
- 5/5
The chef was amazing he really made us feel great we had breakfast and it was so delightful
- 2/5
No hot water?
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay.

- 5/5
property was clean and updated. friendly staff.
- 5/5
The Bartender and the Chef was great!!
- 4/5
Nice accommodations
- 5/5
I wish there was a charging station at the hotel.
- 5/5
Easy and friendly check-in. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for stays in this area.
- 1/5
Was double charged for my stay (hotel asked for a credit card for a hold fee as all for but actually charged me the room fee) Called the hotel no less than six times. A manager was never available and no one ever called me back.
- 4/5
I was a little surprised at the room not having any usb chargers available. The bar doesn’t seem to get used at all, I ordered a couple a beers and realized why when I paid the tab.
- 3/5
This was a very run down Marriott property for the money ($209) that I wouldn’t choose to stay at again. There was nothing special about it what so ever. Hot hallways, dirty fridge/drink station and No coffee pods or cups in the room. They didn’t even have a channel guide or a book with details about the property. They had one person working the bar/“restaurant” and while it was quite slow, even to get a drink, the food was good. Pool was way too chemical laced - the air in the room burned our eyes. Not our best experience.
- 4/5
Great location
