    There are a few additional fees not mentioned by hotels.com that are shady at best. This bothered me. A $40 upgrade to stay in the room you have extended a night in from 11a (check out) to 2p (check in). No where was this disclosed on the app or in person. I would havd had to vacate and then return a few hours later after paying $70 for each nite already. Fishy at best.

    Nothing really. It was right off the highway making it easy to find it and get back on the highway the next day. Plentiful parking, so no complaints there either. I wish I got there earlier to enjoy the facility.

    How easy it was to reserve a room. How nice the staff was, and how clean the room was. Also how very close gas and food was to the room. Could have walked and got food. Plan on staying again for my future trips. Thank you. Nothing really. It was right off the highway making it easy to find it and get back on the highway the next day. Plentiful parking, so no complaints there either. I wish I got there earlier to enjoy the facility.

    I stay at this hotel/motel often when in Clarksville. It is very reasonably priced as one of the cheapest hotels, yet it is clean, everything offered is available, working and it feels safe. It is also in a really good location, I can walk to get breakfast or lunch, Walmart is around the corner, not too far from I24 and located in densely populated blvd which is a shopping and dinning district. I’m not looking for the Ritz Carlton, sometimes it’s nice to splurge. But this hotel works for me and at often more than half the price of some mid-range hotels.

    This was the worse experience I ever had. The manager and employees was so disrespectful. They follow us around and they were even peeping in my daughter room. They put us out and call the police on us. We just check in we only sat our bags down didn’t even us the restroom. They told us we had to leave for no reason they didn’t even want to talk or hear nothing from us. Out of all my 68 years I never ever had this to happen to me. We were there for a funeral of our loved ones.we travel from Michigan to Clarksville Tennessee We had 3 rooms double beds and they said it was 2 many people it was 12 of us 4 people to a room I couldn’t understand what happened.. I would never ever book a room there at Rodeway inn and suites again. Not even recommended it to anyone. They refuse to give us our money back for 1 night because they said the room was messy when you put a deposit down it cover whatever damages or mess so if the room was messy why they give us our deposit back and take the first night payment from us make it make sense. Bad business

    N/A This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls were filthy and scuffed, paint peeling on the doors, the carpet felt disgusting under my shoes, I didn’t even want to walk on it with bare feet, there were stains and burn marks on the bedding. It stank like weed and cigarettes. I checked the beds multiple times for bugs, thankfully I don’t think we caught anything but It wouldn’t surprise me. We kept all of our things up off the floor for fear of critters. Learn from my mistake, pay an extra twenty for something incredibly cleaner.

    I booked this hotel because it said it had an EV charger. When I got there and it didn't, both the hotel and the hotels.com employee and supervisor tried to gaslight me. Took almost an hour of standing in their 100⁰ lobby to get a refund, acted like they were all doing me a huge favor cuz I was the crazy one....

    Room was clean, comfortable, and the shower was great. Staff were responsive when the remote for the tv would not work. There are no elevators that I could find, and this could be a problem if you stay on the 3rd floor and have a good bit of luggage to move to your room.The pool was closed, covered and had dirty water standing on the cover with a lot of trash around it. Doesn't seem to have been used in a while. Overall, the room was comfy and the price was right.

    The front desk manager was rude to me about having a service animal. I asked if could I get a 12 pm check out he told he the room was already booked for the next day so I can to leave at 11 am check out time but he can give me 15 more mins. The bathroom was dirty an it was someone’s left over food in the fridge.

    Extremely disgusting conditions. I walked in and was there for maybe 3 minutes, seen bugs, fingerprints, dirt, etc everywhere from the bed to the shower. i tried to get a refund as i refuse to sleep in such nasty conditions and they made issues with that as well. very inconvenient for something that is their fault.

    But, there are 2 towels, cloths, etc, the ac or heat is off upon arrival so it’s a oven or freezer, the house keeping staff start knocking early almost as if they are booting you out… I hold my own and ask for accommodations or whatever I need and don’t mind staying because I usually pay about $69-80.

    When we got there to check in, the management demanded a $500 CASH deposit $250 per room) to check in, which would not be refunded until inspection of both rooms when we checked out. We didn't have anything close to that kind of cash, so when we mentioned that, they said "Take or leave it" So we left it, booking two room further up the road in Kentucky. We've never been treated like this EVER in our 69 years. Avoid this property like the plague.

    unfortunately staff refused to accept my Expedia reservation because he said it wasn’t received by Expedia. Expedia gave a call to hotel to send in my reservation and was told hotel didn’t had access to email. So my husband and I had to pay out of pocket for the room with the understanding that I was going to receive a refund from hotel gave the approval needed to Expedia so my refund can be processed. It was a long long night dealing with this over the phone with Expedia because the hotel receptionist on 10/28/2023 10:00 P.M. wasn’t able to call Expedia so eventually Expedia did contact hotel employee and confirmed and gave the ok for my refund. This was basically the negative part. The hotel room was clean & easy parking. Kind of noisy with cars speeding out of parking lot and ongoing traffic at night. The receptionist staff was having a hard time and I understand it wasn’t his fault. He stated that office was closed and his boss wasn’t there and unfortunately only his boss has access to hotel email and for this reason he wasn’t able to confirm or accept my reservation with Expedia even after I show him my reservation confirmation email on my phone. Wasn’t enough. Hotel boss or manager need to handle this or they shouldn’t advertise with Expedia if reservation’s won’t be accepted when check in. First and last time I stay on this hotel. Never again..!

    ... Upon check in i was asked obvious questions that the front desk should find on the reservation. Knowing what i paid and the description of the room they employee /owner proceeded to give me a smaller room which would be considerably cheaper. After going into the room and seeing it was absolutely the wrong room i went to the desk where i was told that was the room and that's how they do things...im not the type of person to be messed with when i spend my money. I expect what i pay for. As the conversation became more than it should have been i decided it wasn't worth it...id handle it another way. Long story short i was called back to front desk and given another room. Clearly the room my prepaid reservation said i asked for. Very rude !

    Then the rm was dirty, blood on the sheets, hair and dirt on the tile who know what on the carpet as it was dimly lit even with several lights on. The curtains would not fully close and the door and it’s frame did not meet and you could see through the cracks. The Wi-Fi did not work on my phone if my laptop was on. The tv had very few channels and had delays and disruptions in service. And to top it all off my vehicle was stolen from the parking lot - it was recovered but all the contents were swiped clean at an est. value of $200-300.

    The owner of the place was very outgoing and friendly. I have to say that I think he has an out of touch concept of price vs. amenities. Site lists free breakfast for this hotel. He bragged about how he stopped doing it and closed his pool, so he can offer rooms for less than his competition. OK, but paying $20 - $30 more and getting that breakfast offsets the cost of said meal. Hotels.com did not show any hotels in the area with destination chargers. We did find out that a nearby place actually did have them. If we do come through there again, we will likely choose that place as the cost of using the nearby Electrify America chargers vs overnight charging while sleeping at a destination charger, and "free" breakfasts more than offset the higher priced room. Beds as usual were of the asphalt plank feel instead of a mattress.

    The woman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming, and was the best part of the stay. The property is extremely dated and does not look well-kept. One night after I had gone to bed, several men outside my door began banging looking for their friend, I guess? They went to several other doors and did the same and no one stopped them. I’m sure management had to be aware and did not confront them. For me, that makes it unsafe and certainly unsafe for solo travelers, especially women.

    My son & grandchildren were visiting me in the room & management called the room to ask about visitors & also kept walking by the room. I had paid for 2 nights…the first morning they called the room to tell me I was late for check out. Will not stay there again

    The rooms were not clean at all there were pubes sticking out of the towels, crusty white stains on the tops of the blankets completely visible to anyone standing in front of them. The walls had pubes or other hairs stuck to them in the bathroom which had yellow streak stains running down the wall behind the toilet. I wish I could give negative stars.

    Refrigerator-freezer with extreme discolored ice build up. Doors, fixtures, lamps and general surfaces dusty and fingerprints. Half of curtains coming down.

    Upon check-in I was charged twice for a one-night stay. They have assured me that my credit card was refunded for one of the charges. Currently, I have not received any info from my credit card company in regard to my refund. It's an older property that really needs a major undating. Only got analog TV - really. Room was relatively clean. Lobby totally shut down and all transactions were conducted through a window.
