    The staff were very kind and accommodating. Joshua was a huge help. Tv didnt work. Bathroom light didn’t work. Outlet by the bed was ripped out of the wall and we couldn’t use it.

    The ONLY positive thing about this property was the location. This property was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they actually come in and clean. I truly believe the sheets are changed and that’s it. There was stains on walls, carpet was dirty, brown liquid on ceiling, black mold was covering the entire bathroom ceiling. I wouldn’t stay here again if you let me for free. That’s how nasty it was. We were there for my son’s tournament, had an early game, left the property checkout day at 7:30am, returned at 9:30am and our card wouldn’t work. They already shut our key off even though check out wasn’t until 11:00am. Very disappointed in this property and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

    The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. ☺️ The bed was soooo hard. I didn't sleep well at all. My back hurts. I also had to keep an eye on my stuff and keep my bag closed and locked because there were bugs in the room. I left really early this morning after seeing a 3rd bug and a 4th bug crawling on my daughter's shoes. I didn't get a picture of that one because she picked it up and I knocked it out of her hand. ??

    The chairs in the room were pretty dirty. I don’t know if it was from overuse or just not being cleaned. It did not look like the pictures. The furniture was beat up. It was musty in the room. We had to bring our own air fresheners just to be able to breathe And I asked to go to a different room because there was the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room and she told me that all the vents were kind of connected so no matter what room I went to I was gonna smell it.

    Great hotel, sweet staff, but hotel maid was kind of rude. Almost angry that we were staying longer, but the lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and sweet. Even with the maid being a little bit rude I still would give it a 10 out of 10.

    No Smoking Room ("NO SMOKING" sign on door), but clearly the rooms had been smoked in (absolutely reeked of stale cigar smoke, and there were many, many large burn holes in the bedding), which would indicate the smoke alarms do not work. The bolt lock on the door was broken and the characters lingering in the parking lot would make you want the extra security. The only window in the room was entirely cracked (the glass had "spider-webbed" from top to bottom and side to side). The curtain had not been hung correctly, so it did not close all the way (leaving a large gap to let in sunlight and unwelcome peepers).

    My family and I stayed for a total of four nights double bed for people one family member came over. We are now banned from the property and not able to rent from them anymore which is a blessing as far as I am concerned they were rude. rude rooms were absolutely horrific Cheaper is not always better

    It was so dirty that we left and got a refund. I’ve never done that. There were bugs, it smelled like smoke, the sheets looked dirty, the furniture was cheap and broken, etc. it was the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. I feel so bad leaving this review but it was horrible.

    This hotel was utterly disgusting. The room smelled like cigarettes and beer dispite requesting a nonsmoking room. The water was not running well and came out in spurts every now and then. The tub was completely dirty and no amount of cleaning could make it come clean. Pulling back the comforter, the sheets were ripped and bugs was crawling around in it! Could not even sleep in that room. Went to the front desk and the white lady with brown hair and a bull piercing said we know there is nothing I can do about it. When I asked for a refund to get another room she refused and said I can go somewhere else but there is no refunds available. Utterly disgusting! When I complaints to hotels.com they lied and said I never said anything and I never complained. Dispite me asking them to have a manager look at the cameras to show! Save yourself time, money, and patience.

    The worst was they charged me $17 extra that It was not posted anywhere on their website, claiming that this is from the bank for card payment fee; a hidden illigal charg. And the service was poor as well. Also unethically using shopping carts like Target shopping carts instead of their own service carts and claiming that because they are privately owned, they can do so.

    After a very long drive, I get to the hotel and they didn’t have a room for me. All I got was, whoever was working didn’t write down your reservation. I don’t have a room available. The staff was irresponsible and unapologetic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never try to be cheap again. You get what you pay for.

    This place is ssooo out of date! The room had a funky smell to where I had to leave the door cracked over night & shoved all the furniture in front of the door to feel "safe". Baseboards are coming off, had no remote to use for the TV. NEVER GO HERE!

    Room 101- Second room mostly just smelled musty, old and very very faintly of cigarettes. It wasn’t anything $50 of febreze couldn’t handle. While checking this room for bedbugs I instead found used condoms & mold on the bathroom walls. We did stay 3 nights in the room as my husband and I needed to be in town for drill at Fort Campbell. (A Convenient drive) During my stay I observed 1 housekeeping lady seemingly tasked with cleaning 60 rooms. When I brought attention to how unkept our rooms had been prior to our check in I was informed that the owner has had talks with the only house keeper and then later informed he had torn into her on my behalf. I do not believe the house keeping is staffed well enough to try to hold a single person accountable for the upkeep of 60 rooms. I may be reading into it a little much, but she could be being treated so poorly because she’s non English speaking. Unless you are used to smoking indoors, bring your own towels and bedding as the smell and residue is not washed entirely out between stays. All staff members were doing the best they could.

    Your website does not communicate very well with the hotel, they wanted to charge us again when we had already paid. The first room we had was a smoking room, we are not smokers. The website says free breakfast, they only had coffee, we don't do just coffee for breakfast. No facilities to print boarding passes for air travel.

    I don’t think the room had been cleaned since they opened the establishment. There were drink spills all over the walls, shower head was corroded and there were roaches under the microwave. The beds were washed and cleaned but had cigarette burns and some stains. It was a lot quieter then expected but very sketchy area. A lot of people living there.. The younger lady with dark makeup needs an attitude adjustment but the older lady in the morning was extremely nice. If you have an alternative, use it.

    The lobby looked really nice. The receptionist was nice. The first room was "non-smoking" but smelled like an ashtray. The nice receptionist offered a different but it smelled like weed. We tried a 3rd room and it smelled like a slightly cleaner ashtray. We checked out immediately.

    This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed at in my life. Everything at this location is immaculate. My wife and I only stayed one night but I will never forget how wonderful the staff and facility were. Everyone I encountered was so kind and professional. The room itself was undersold by its pictures online. When we entered the room my wife and I were speechless. The room was everything we ever could have hoped for and more. Everything was clean and well maintained. The television was crystal clear and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Thank you Gateway for your legendary hospitality. I can’t wait to travel again so that I can plan a pit stop at my new favorite hotel.

    Office staff was nice and friendly. But everything else will be a hard pass for us coming back again. Our room smelled like a bar the entire time and was told even if we switched it wouldn’t change anything since the cigarette smoke comes into the downstairs rooms through the vent. Only have 30 mins when you check in to get a refund, so act quick!

    Do not even consider staying. Coakroaches are terrible. noisey, not too clean. first day there had been out till dusk when returned sa one roach. after turning on bedroom light many appeared on wall and microwave. it was about 12a packed my belongings and went to cancel my reservation. Would not rembuire the day I checked in because I had been there to many hours before seeing bugs. refunded my second day. Feel that I should have been refunded both days. manager was very uncaring.

    We checked in went to room I checked for bedbugs ( was clean from that). Left as my husband is a musician and had a show in the area that night. We got back to the room about 3/3:30 am went to bed. Next morning when we woke up we Found roaches in the room. I notified front desk all the lady did was let out a big sigh and said “ok” . Also we done late check out as we knew we would be getting in late and house keeping came banging on the door and the front desk lady said that housekeeping don’t always get notified???Thankfully we didn’t take our things in the room.

    This property has a wonderful lobby and the clerk was courteous , and that’s all that I can say thats good. My double bed room was suppose to be smoke free, yet there was an ashtray w complimentary matches on the coffee table. Next all the four holes in the walls that have been patched w white plaster and forgotten about. The bedspread had cigarette burns on one bed, the other had driend “food” on the bed spread. One of the hand towels had obviously been used -it was crusty and slightly soiled-and then hung back up for the next customer as “new”. The venting above the sink vanity had tooth paste and brown goo it. The noise outside my door from people going back and forth using loud voices lasted all night long.

    Do not stay here!!! When we got to the room it smelled like weed and mildew. Went to the front desk and requested a new room. Same thing!! The place was not clean at all. We found a different hotel to stay at and got a refund. There was a family that came in after use that got 2 rooms and when we were leaving, saw them packing up their stuff to do the same.

    No. Holes in walls, flies, old bedding thats paper thin. Brought my own as i usually do at hotels. Bought bug spray and sanitized as. Do not recommend. If you're able, pay the extra 10-20 for a comfortable nights rest somewhere else. The place needs to be renovated stat.

    Clean & quiet. Shower was great! Needs updating. Maid service needs improvement…they did not come at all one day! Was told they did not do laundry that day! Ok, so I guess that meant they don’t bring clean towels, empty trash & make beds?! My husband had to empty our trash in the dumpster. No coffee pot in rooms; which is not cool when you’re in the back section & coffee is only available in the lobby.

    It was a very good place staff was very helpful. Would stay there again if I ever go back. Bed was comfortable could of used thicker pillow but everything was great.

    And the room was smaller than what I’d reserved. The front desk folk moved us to another room for the next two nights of our stay and it was great. Very large and roomy, comfortable. Amazing shower water pressure. For the budget conscious, a good value stay.
