Location Old and not well maintained.

We really liked the fact that there was a jetted tun available in the room. I travel a lot so that having a large tub to soak in helps me relax for the following day. Plus it was in the room which made it much more convenient and comfortable I wasn’t able to apply a military discount on the website, so the representative in the office couldn’t apply it at check-in

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. Sure, being next to the interstate was convenient, but it’s only had a very cheap facelift, not a total overhaul, and slapped the Wyndham name on it. Staff were the friendliest out of the 3 local hotels I stayed at, I will give them that. Now to the not-so-great. There was a huge quarter-sized spider on my wall (it is the south and bugs are expected to live there too, but ew!). There was feces on the back of the toilet lid, which tells me the cleaning crew doesn’t care enough to check closely. There was mold on the wall above the shower, which in the south IYKYK, bleach is a handy tool. The shower head was not secured to the wall and you could literally feel the pipe moving when adjusting it. They still had old furniture, including a rusted mini fridge. And the sheets had some kind of staining, either from mildew or blood. Throw that set out! Gross! I didn’t form a noise complaint, but one of the downstairs guests was blasting music well past 10 pm. I tried to watch TV instead, but the coloring was warped with a bluish tint like it had been demagnetized. The breakfast was pitiful. Two types of cereal or a couple pieces of fruit were the only options. I literally had a little bowl of Raisin Bran and grabbed the last small apple for later. Except for the sweet lady upon checkout, everything about this stay made me want to run.

The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.

Parking was easy. Staff very friendly. The room was modern and clean, even though the hotel seemed older. It had a relaxing atmosphere. There was no elevator, so make sure to ask for a first floor room if you can't take a flight of stairs.

Plenty of shops near by but the rooms smell of mold, the breakfast was pathetic, the orange juice tastes like drinking oj after brushing your teeth. Parking was not secure and proximity to our room was not ideal.

Then get to room. Had throw pillows size pillows on bed. Room smelled like pot. Then breakfast was 2 items Raisin Bran and a mini muffin. Some juice and water. No fruit. Nothing else.

Traffic noise

The hotel is a smoking hotel, and neither my husband nor myself smoke. Smoking can trigger my asthma. It worked in a pinch, but we will not stay again.

The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. It was clean; no frills but clean. Breakfast was on the sparse side but I appreciated the cereal options.

Love this Days Inn in Clarksville. Big jetted tub, king bed, and in the summer there is a pool. Easy access to many of Clarksville amenities. Very friendly clerk at check in

Bathroom

Room wasn’t ready when i got there after 5pm. Housekeeping was in the bathroom pooping and on the phone. Breakfast was horrible. Literally cereal, muffins, apples, and juice. Overall, room was decent for price.

Room was ok. Needed a paint job on the walls. Was easy access on/off interstate. Rated 3 out of 5 because we had a random guy knock on our door 3 separate times. We tried to talk to him through the door but he would not communicate to us. This was a bit scary & creepy. We did talk to front desk lady about it and she was able to flag him down. Turns out he had the wrong room. Futute customers, please talk to your friends and family about visiting & make sure they have the right room before knocking! Location was also super noisy. I will probably not return as the traffic was very loud and prevented a good night sleep.

Friendly Staff

The receptionist or the owner was VERY RUDE? She provided horrible customer service.She had the nastiest attitude. When I checked in from jump. The sofa bed didn’t have any sheets. My daughter went to get some she responsed YOU DIDNT RECEIVE SERVICE THIS MORNING? COME BACK IN 5 MINUTES. My daughter 2 friends stopped by. She was watching them leave so when my daughter came back for the sheets she asked her how many people in the room! I saw you walking with 2 teenagers earlier. Which has nothing to do with the fact there’s no sheets on the sofa sleeper & they had left hours ago. No one was in the room but myself, daughter, and grand daughter.

I was very happy that since I’m disabled I had a roll in shower. It is on such a busy street It would be nice to be in a section of town that isn’t so busy

Thankful for these facilities. We’ve stayed their before , chose somewhere different this trip for the sake of an indoor pool, made it one night at the other place and the conditions were so disgusting and uncomfortable we checked out and came straight to Super 8 where we’ve always had a wonderful experience for at least 8 stays now! My weekend stay was great and will stay here again next time I'm in town for the weekend. Also has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room👍

Great cheap over night stay for just passing through. Best water pressure in the shower than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However you need to remove that chair out of room 251. It’s old, dirty and dingy looking. Other than that everything was great.

Comfortable for basic overnight stay while traveling. Clean, loved the vinyl wood floors instead of carpet! Could hear birds chirping all night and the breakfast was lacking.

The suite … room 143… was clean. A little dated but nice. The property is very clean and neat. The whirlpool tub in the room was excellent for soaking after moving. This room has a larger fridge in it. Not full size but larger than a mini. The room also has a pull out couch. We didn’t use it but it’s there. Bedroom is separate with a great king size bed. Check in was smooth and breakfast is cereal, muffins and juices.

Requested a non smoking room and she said it was non smoking upon check in but the room reeked of cigarettes and pot smoke. We were a late check in so we just dealt with it. They shouldn’t advertise free breakfast, I wouldn’t call it a breakfast. Cereal with no milk, one type of muffin, apples and coffee. They should just say free coffee. I won’t stay there again

This hotel is rated 9.0 at Hotels.com but I don't think it's correct. First, the check in is terrible, will ask all adults for their ID's, requires Name, Date of Birth and ID information. 2nd, the check in process is long so depending how many adults you have the longer is the wait and the guest stays outside by the window during evening check-in process. Good thing it wasn't winter so it was ok to stay outside while waiting for about 15-20mins check in. 3rd, breakfast is terrible. The most terrible breakfast I ever had. It advertises they have eggs etc but they only serve small banana muffin, 2 kinds of cereal with limited milk, apple juice and coffee. Coffee is disgusting specially the creamer. 4th, the pillows are small, 1 regular pillow plus 2 small ones for queen beds. The bed is ok and blanket are thin. I don't usually reviews hotel experience but again I never had such a bad experience like this.

Traveling from Illinois to Georgia stopped for the night, clean comfortable rooms. Building is having some repairs done on it but I would definitely stay agin. Conveniently located off the interstate by restaurant and gas stations..Staff was very friendly

Clean and comfortable stay. Best shower of our trip with the upgraded showerhead and good water pressure! Breakfast was disappointing with only mini muffins, two types of dry cereal and juice available.

The hotel information indicated rollaway beds were available but they were not. The room smelled like a musty wet dog. The furniture was very old. The bathroom was a step up from a public campground as far as cleanliness. The breakfast consisted of sad apples and prepackaged muffins and coffee. No tea or hot water. The good about this place is the location has lots of shopping and restaurants. The rooms were quiet and secure.

When I first came here, I was told my reservation was cancelled because my card had gotten declined. Which is fine, that was absolutely my fault. However, the person at the front desk was very rude about it. I asked if I could book a room through her and she said it would be $20 more than what I had originally booked and the room I had booked wasn’t available anymore. I told her it wasn’t a problem but I would like to check on hotels.com. I found my exact reservation for $30 CHEAPER. She was rude when I was filling out the paperwork, rude when she asked for my friend’s ID, just really ruined the entire stay. When we got to our room (we got a smokers room and that’s really okay it did smell like smoke but obviously it would), it was INFESTED with gnats and bugs. They were actually dropping from the ceiling onto the bed while my friend and I slept. Just overall not a good time. We will not be staying here again.

Walked into the room and was hit with a strong stench of musty essence. There was mold in the bathroom and a poorly done patch on the wall that was separating from the wall, room 141. This was actually listed as a luxury room because it had a jet tub - pathetic. If we hadn’t book this as non refundable we would have left. We will never stay here again.

When we checked in I asked about ADA Accessibility, as I was traveling with my 90 year old mother. The clerk indicated that there were no rooms available on the ground floor, which meant that my mother was going to have to make the arduous trip up and down the stairs to the only available rooms on the upper floor. The bed spreads had cigarette burns in them, the sheets had stains, the two pillows were ridiculously small. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins and cold cereal. A huge disappointment in every way, not to mention a violation of the ADA. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else...

Moldy dirty room wouldnt change our room and no refund can be givin by what i was told by front desk. 200$ gone checked in 7:30pm left at 10pm after finding a open room for the nigh at a different hotel and $200 more dollars just for 1 night. The absolute worst experience.

We were travelling through so booked at the last minute for the night! An excellent choice, the room and bathroom was clean and well appointed. The aircon was strong and quiet. There was a microwave, fridge and plenty of coffee in the room. There were plenty of dining and shopping options close by ranging from Pho, Longhorn to Chick-fil-A. Felt very safe, rooms were quiet & these 2 exhausted travellers slept for 10 hours straight as check out was only 11am!!

The night clerk was extremely rude but the woman was great the next day. The hotel was definitely near bottom quality but at least there weren't bugs (that we know of). No snack vending, which is unusual, but there is a soda machine.
