Breakfast was fantastic plenty of home-cooked potatoes, bacon, home made biscuits. grits and waffles.Bed was comfortable and was able to park close to my room.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.

Bathroom is a little outdated, but served its purpose. The restaurant was excellent. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs if you are on the 2nd floor.

It had a great breakfast, didnt expect to be seated! Pool area was nice an plenty of room. The only thing was I was missing drapes to close all the way at night. Room 162, everything else was perfect.

They actually had bacon for breakfast! They were just as friendly as we were leaving. I would stay their again while visiting TN.

Stayed overnight just to sleep on a long drive. It was pretty clean but outdated. Good for a 1 night stay but wouldn’t stay a long time. Breakfast was ok did enjoy the waffles thou. Pools looked nice indoor and outdoor but didn’t have time to enjoy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would stay again for 1 night!

Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine and ice. Once I found the ice machine it was out of order as well as the hot tub and there was no vending machine. At this point we decided it didn't feel safe and I was extremely disappointed so we left so my stay at this hotel was approximately 2 hours then I drove home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to any family

Overall it was a nice stay. The check in clerk made sure everyone knew she didnt want to be there. The hotel and rooms are very dated, but clean. Our microwave didnt work. The beds were decent. The breakfast bar was decent but basic.

The room was not clean

The room was not clean. Used flosser on the floor, blood on the pillowcase, stained sheets and hair on the sheets. I asked for a refund and they said to send an email. So far no response the email and they won’t answer the phone.

Ok stay

I wipe down hotel rooms before unpacking my things and I found quite a bit of dirt around the sink area. There was no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Also, it was a very noisy location. Our room faced a very busy intersection, ie bass booming cars, emergency vehicles, and just traffic noise. I sleep with ear plugs (good ones) and I could hear the traffic noice through them. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work. The hot tub, pool and breakfast were excellent! The breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Great quality, nice variety, perfect temperatures. I would be open to staying here again, but, I would request a room opposite the busy intersection.

The access to room was very difficult as it took multiple attempts to unlock door. There were frustrating times when we ready to call for help but staff was no where in sight. The door opened eventually.

On a secondary note, although the pictures of the lobby were accurate, the pictures of the rooms WERE NOT. The bathtub was gross and the furniture looked like it was from a frat house and was rotting away in the place were the fridge had leaked. The wall paper was peeling away from the wall at the baseboards and the linens just looked tired. If we had stayed in the room for longer than five minutes I would have made sure to take more accurate pictures for them. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed by a booking thru this service and I have used them since 2014. I will NEVER prepay again. If that is the only option, I will look elseware!

Excellent breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Definitely a great place to stay just try not to be on the interstate side. You can hear all the traffic.

Excellent location and the food at the restaurant was very good. We find it very convenient to have a bar and restaurant on location....no extra traveling....just relax for the evening. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I chose this hotel because it advertised a hot tub and an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working the entire week we were there and the indoor pool was shut down to replace tile for 5 of the 7 days we stayed there. The sauna was nice and the exercise room had adequate exercise equipment, but no strength training equipment. The grounds were very well kept, but the room had wallpaper that showed signs of wear and odd stains in the bathroom and molding, but it was comfortable with a nice mattress. The free breakfast was one of the best I have had. Perfectly cooked bacon, oatmeal, sausage, fruit, juice, cereal,grits, cream of wheat, yogurt, and biscuits. The biscuits were very good. I gained 5 pounds just on biscuits they were so light, fluffy and hot. The staff was very, very helpful. I really hoped the hot tub would be fixed so I could give a better review because the staff was so nice. The price was very reasonable - one of the cheaper ones I found. The inside pool, non-working hot tub and sauna are in the lobby area. The inside pool is small, but the water was warm. The outside pool was closed as it is seasonal ,- but even though the days were hot and in the 80's, there were not any lounge chairs outside. I could have hauled one out of the lobby, but that would have been awkward. I did ask if I could hoping they might do it for me. There was another guest staying there who threw a towel on the grass and sun bathed.

This property has seen it's better days. The lobby was nice, but dated, the pool(s) looked to need the water treated, and the hot tub was dow. The breakfast was very good. The rooms (ours at least) was worn, in poor repair, and gave the feel of not being exceptionally clean.

Love the breakfast, great choices. Like having a restaurant within and a bar. After traveling the day great not to have to drive anywhere. Definitely a great location. This was our third year here, that should tell you something. Shower splashed and floor got wet. Did wipe up but nothing we couldn't tend with.

Room was old, dirty looking, dated and smells like wet dog . Next time I will spend a little more for a newer hotel. Food from restaurant and breakfast bar was good. It had everything we needed but should have been nicer and cleaner. The staff and customers should have a better environment to sleep and work. Change should be done asap . POOL AND BREAKFAST

The room was very clean. The bed was not that comfortable, but the pillows were. The bathroom is super tiny. The toilet being right beside the door making it where you can’t shut the door is inconvenient. The indoor pool was very nice and kept up. We had a 3 year old child so the kiddy pool for him was very nice. The indoor pool is inside the lobby so others may not like that. The breakfast buffet was very good food. The fact that you don’t have to check out until 12pm was our favorite part.

The room was very dated and several items did not work. However, the staff were first rate. If it weren't for the staff at check-in, housekeeping, and dining room during breakfast, this hotel would have had a lower rating.

Staff member was very helpful. Hot tub wasnt running and we got in late so didnt swim. Not sure property reflects the photos as well. Rooms are outdated and need refreshed. I didnt see bugs, as some other reviews mentioned, thankfully. Beds were actually really comfortable and clean. If they updated rooms, id recommend but wouldn't stay again. I also prefer rooms to be inside vs doors on outside.

The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and felt old and poorly maintained. There was visible mildew in the restroom, several electrical outlets didn’t work, and overall the space clearly needs a full overhaul. This was not the comfortable or clean stay I expected. I would not choose this property again.

The hotel is old, but well maintained and clean. I was disappointed when I checked in and a sign said the whirlpool was closed. We like to relax after a day of driving in a whirlpool. But they have a sauna, just as good. Even kinda better because we never have access to one. Besides the sauna, there is an indoor and outdoor pool plus an indoor kiddie pool. The carpet in the room has seen better days, but the room was clean and smelled fine. The Internet was kinda weak, I bring a fire stick with me to watch our apps. I had some trouble getting the Internet connected but figured it out. The breakfast was HUGE. The normal cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, etc. They also have ham, bacon, sausage, French toast, waffles and oatmeal. All of the staff were friendly. I can't recommend this highly enough especially for the price paid. Oh, forgot to mention it, they also have a restaurant and bar. We didn't use it, the menu wasn't very big, but it had a variety of options and it wasn't just frozen pizza.

Indoor pool and kiddie pool were clean and a good temp, hot tub was out of order. Kids enjoyed themselves after a day of travel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was not in the best condition however. Did enjoy having a courtyard facing room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was free and was a buffet in the restaurant. Restaurant was also open for dining and orders from 5-9p.

Needs a style update. And paint. Beds were ok and breakfast was really good. Asked for 1st. Floor because we saw a lot of rooms empty, but got 2nd floor. They were super super accommodating by letting us come a night early!!

Hot tub wasnt working, purposely booked this hotel again because of hot tub. Also my lock on my door wasn't working. I had to go back to front desk over 20 times because i couldn't get the door open. Finally just left the door propped open with the medal lock thing so i wouldn't get locked out. Staff friday and Saturday night didn't try to help. Just kept giving me new key cards

The first room we were given reeked of marijuana. The second room, although supposedly non-smoking, had a stale cigarette odor from years of neglect. I have a feeling that it was simply re-branded as non-smoking without a full rehab. The second room had two full beds, not queen beds as paid for, was dirty, and hadn’t been updated since the hotel was built. The toilet ran for many minutes after flushing with a high pitched noise. The air conditioning system ran periodically and was so loud that we barely slept at all. My small well behaved dog who travels everywhere with us couldn’t even rest. We would call this hotel the “No Quality Inn” and we hope no one else wastes their money like we did. We didn’t stay long enough to try the breakfast. We should’ve slept in the car, it would’ve been more relaxing and with a better smell. This hotel should be ashamed of the disgusting accommodations it’s providing for its guests. Never again.

Some very loud noise at 7:30 a.m. that went on for about 10 minutes. Maybe a car wash next door at the Marathon or something.

While initially booking, I was super misled by the photos provided for a “double room”, thinking it was two rooms because the pictures depicted two different bed set ups, one with a sofa and one with an arm chair. Upon checking in, that was not the case, but as a family of four, we made it work with our small children. As we walked to the room, we noticed multiple “women of the night” loitering around. Rooms are outdated versus the pictures and there was pee pee stains on the pull out sofa. The staff was honestly amazing, especially for the breakfast buffet. We didn’t stay long enough to use amenities but they did look inviting (the indoor pool). Will I ever book here again or trust another quality inn? No.

I’m sure this was a beautiful place when it was new. I would stay here again. Just feels dated. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of dinner! Breakfast offering was plentiful.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The room had a very stale/musty smell and the bathroom needed some extra cleaning. Loud neighbors decided to smoke right outside our door at all hours of the night so that put a damper on the trip. Overall, it's worth what you pay.

This place has to be fictitiously fixing their reviews. There is no way they could honestly have a 4.8 rating on Expedia. It is a dump. Front end staff was eating at desk as I arrived. Downgraded me to two queen beds wo asking, after advising me I booked a smoking room king instead of a non smoking king. Told me it was gonna be more money to switch to a non smoking king. I did reluctantly cause I wanted a king. Had to return back to desk 3 times cause keys didn’t work. Room needed updating, curtains dirty, toilet ran, wallpaper peeling. Paper thin walls. Breakfast 1/2 of items were out. Never returned w refills on coffee or drinks. Smell of pot everywhere. Never been so glad to get out of a place in my life.

It was amazing the first night was me and the hubby that room was great the second day we had the kids for our good ole Sunday funday and that room wasn’t as good but it worked and the kids had fun. Staff is amazing especially the Bartender in the lounge she does so much.

Room #220 was spotless. We only had problems with the door on the first day, as it was difficult to open, but my husband found a solution: pull it outwards, insert the key, and then push it inwards. All the staff were excellent and friendly.

I was greeted with the warmest welcome which was so nice after a long day of travel. I liked having food options in the hotel which was yummy and didnt have to get on traffic. Everyone was so nice and the hot tub felt amazing.

Staff was great. It is an older hotel. So don't expect emaculate. But the rooms are clean the beds are comfy the place has the best amenities. Great breakfast bar with real food, great even restaurant on site and bar. Pool hot tub and sauna, so if you are looking for an all inclusive cost friendly getaway this is the place to go!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for an early check in and they graciously agreed. And we were able to spend more time with our grandchildren. The room was clean as usual.

It's an old motel but it was clean, room was spacious. It was a handicapped room, so the bathroom was big and had roll in shower. Mounted shampoo and conditioner were hard to use with arthritic hands. The side walk to the room did not have a ramp just a normal curb.

We love this place because they're so accommodating with our two dogs, with lots of outdoor play area and floor space in our room!

Everything about my stay was fantastic. The temperature of the pool was perfect and the kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and sauna as well. We would all give it a 10/10 and would love to stay there again anytime. The buffet breakfast was great too.

The room i annishalie got appeared clean and tidy an older place built in 83 as a holiday Inn converted to a quality inn later still has the ald carpit and wallpaper is dated but otherwise clean . As i slept Ibegan to be attacked but what i can only guess was chiggers. So i got up went to the front desk and the host was very helpful getting me a new room virtually identical to the first minus the parasites. The next 3 nights were uneventful the bathroom is cleen no mold just old. Everything worked and i had a plesent stay the staf did comp me the one night for my anguish. And yes i would most likely stay again for the breakfest and and bar along with great dinner options.

This place was good for the price. It is an older motel, but appeared clean. The tv remote was sticking though. The pool and breakfast was indoor, but you will have to walk outside to get to it. The best thing was the breakfast was outstanding. It was much better than most hotels I have stayed in.

Very convenient, the staff was friendly during checkout and breakfast! the breakfast options were amazing, and I would stay here again solely because of that. The beds were comfortable, but the walls and floor of the room were a bit gross/dirty. I didn't use the shower because the head of it where the water comes out looked dirty and had a lot of buildup. For what I needed it for it was fine though and I would stay again. Did I mention the great breakfast?

Rooms were clean, ac/heat both worked great no bugs! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast spreads we’ve had in several years. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay-extended our trip and will return again. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful

The rooms are like a motel setting, where you have your own individual door. It is an older building, but surprisingly, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, but the process needs improvement. The process of checking in to eat is very slow. I had to wait in line about 7-10 minutes before being seated even though there weren’t that many people. Dirty dishes were still on the tables and no clean plates to use.

It is an older hotel/motel that has been refurbished. They do have a restaurant and bar which is nuce. And the breakfast was very nice.

issues with toliet. day 2 bathroom and outside area flooded, extended to carpet area. did not offer another room. had to ask for them to mop up bathroom after they sucked up water. The maintenance men layed towels down on carpet to soak up water. room smelled terrible after.

The room was fine, but the standout @ this motel was the Breakfast Bar. We usually pass on the "continental breakfast", but no need! One of the best breakfast bars we have ever seen. We are definitely going back!

The rooms were older as was the hotel. For the most part our room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The rooms carpeting should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The room cost was nice. We would return again.

Overall a great experience. The staff were all wonderful! The hotel is older, but has been updated nicely. Everything was clean and in good working order. There is a bar and restaurant on site, so while there are many dining options nearby, we did not leave the hotel once we checked in. When driving West this will now be our go to stop.

The only issue we had with the property was traffic noise. There was constant noise from the interstate but there was also a stop light nearby. Loud vehicles accelerating from the intersection continued late into the evening.

Clean room

Great place to stay. Indoor pool, kids pool and clean lobby. The rooms can use a bit more cleaning but overall a good place to stay. excellent, staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good and provided a nice selection. The coffee was weak and could be improved. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

Traveling with our 2 pups can be challenging, but Quality in Clarksville TN had plenty of safe green play space, and it was lovely facing the courtyard. The food at the onsite restaurant was top notch!

When we first walked into our room, we could smell mold. I looked in the bathroom and the wall behind the door was the source of it, there was quite a bit. After going back to the front desk to complain, they gave us another room, barely an apology.

But the rooms were pretty in need of some TLC, particularly the bathroom floor tiles and ancient ventilation therein. A renovation should be in order, but otherwise a great stay!

Our room had bed bugs in it. I squished it on the hotel note pad and called the front desk. The lady on duty was great. She told me to come to the office right away. We packed up our stuff and I pray we did not bring home any bed bugs. We was given a new room. It smelled funny and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did not sleep much at all because now were was freaking out there was bugs in this room too. The employees were all a first class crew. Everyone was super friendly. I told my boss about the experience and she was in disbelief that our money was not returned and the night comped for the fact we killed a big fat bed bug in our room.

It's a good place to stay. The breakfast is good and consistent. We stay here 3 times a year. Indoor pool and hot tube are the draw plus a good free breakfast. Great for a staycation with the family. Great value for money especially for families. The people make it enjoyable. Very friendly and accommodating. They are also no nonsense but in a good way!

I asked for downstairs room , I'm having hip surgery in 9 days and it was midnight , was told only upper level rooms available ! . Bed and pillows very comfy.

The hotel had a bar and the breakfast was one of the better ones. Not just a carb based offering.

Bed was dirty. Muddy pawprints on duvet. Tub and sink dirty. Sink didn't drain well. Microwave faulty. Definitely don't shine a black light in this room if you want to sleep. Dog urine on all walls.

We were very impressed with the spacious, tastefull lobby. Very competent and friendly check in. The courtyard with pool was lovely to look at and we had a view of it! Comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. Very nice breakfast included with hard working friendly staff. We'll be back!

The door to the bathroom would not close. The floor was cracked in places and along the trim. The breakfast was the highlight of this stay. They had lots of options on the buffet like bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, oatmeal, grits, cereal, French toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and so much more.

The staff is amazing and super kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are older but they were clean. I loved the atrium with the pool and restaurant/bar. Very good visit overall!

Found Hair in the bathroom upon arrival, the outdoor pool was closed, called front desk numerous times for wash cloths-no one answered and someone kept turning our door handle to our room

Extremely disappointed. I had 2 rooms: the fridge in one of the rooms was not working, was leaking and had a terrible smell. A technician came to check it and said that someone will come later to repair it; that never happened. The other fridge had a broken tray. Both pools were out of service but no one told us when we check in. The bathrooms in both rooms were dirty. The breakfast was not at all as shown in the pictures. Will not come back.

First room toiket was running qith water 1 inch below top. Changed rooms. All rooms smell wet and musty. Dirty/stained tub. Phone doesnt qork in 2md room. Not the best accommodations but cheapish.

The floors were very filthy. My socks were very dirty like I went outside. There was standing dirt in the bathroom and hair, even though there was a C it really didn’t cool that well it was muggy and hot all night, both nights very uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant to check in check out Other than that. I had no interaction with staff. The TV amenities were wonderful. The room was somewhat dangerous. I tripped over the bed trying to get in the bathroom. The bed was too close to the door in the bathroom. Light switches were hard to find in the dark because they are very low and even though you know that it’s still hard to find because they’re not in the usual place There were quite a few cosmetic issues visually but other than that, everything was fine. The toilet was running continually when I first went in, but after juggling the handle several times it finally stopped and we didn’t have any more problems with that. The grounds were beautiful and very pleasant for walking around and its location is wonderful and even though it was next to the freeway, it was very quiet and did not hear anybody in neighboring rooms above or next to us. We were on a bottom floor.

It was close to the place we needed to be

The location was wonderful. Service was nice. Breakfast had many options available to choose. Pool water was foggy so chose not to use. Disappointed that the hot tub was broken down. The carpeted foors in the room were always moist.

The bathroom needs attention. The paint was slopped on the walls and trim. The bathroom looked very old but it looked like someone tried to update it but it was a very bad job.

The breakfast was a good idea. It would have been better if there were more options. The breakfast was the same thing every day. We had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The door frame was rusting in the bathroom. The air conditioner in room 106 was not operating very well. That made it hard for my kids to sleep at night. The employees were the best part of our stay. I had to get 3 rooms because of the size of my family. We were all treated with amazing kindness and respect. The beds weren’t the best. The mattresses had dips in them.

The lobby is really nice. And most places to stay look like this in the area. But my family didn’t feel safe. My husband stayed up all night because he felt so uneasy. And the hotel rooms defiantly need a deep cleaning. I didn’t take pictures cuz we where only there for a Cpl hours to sleep and hit the road. But it wasn’t clean how it should be. There was hair on the mattress topper and the bathroom needed remodeled for sure.

Rooms are quiet, especially on the inner side of the courtyard. HVAC system is quiet also.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and were a bit worried because the place was deserted. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! You get a coupon for the breakfast buffet and it was also very good. The only complaint i have about our stay is thatbthere were people in the pool being very loud when we were trying to sleep.

The place gave me the creeps!!! The room was dirty and there was spiders coming from the floor boards. Not to mention the front desk lady was a complete airhead and didn’t know anything. I received a dirty (milk and throw up spots) baby sheet with two small spiders crawling on it. The pool was super cloudy with hair. Don’t stay here, for 110 dollars stay up the street seriously!

Did not realize this was a property with all exterior corridors which is unusual for a Quality Inn. Was very pet-friendly with a nice pet walking area.

We loved the courtyard and the pools. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room really needed to be updated. The pillows and mattress weren't the best. The carpet really needed to be cleaned. I walked across the floor after showering and my feet were dirty again. The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi was awful. I never could get on it with my tablet or phone.

Hotel was great, only issue was on a Saturday night they had some sort of night club or party going on and we could here the music at the pool and even in our room. We had many problems with our hotel key and so did they people next to us. Room was pretty clean except my kids found some opened candy all under the night stand between the two beds. So either they didn’t clean all the floors or they just swept the candy under there and left it. The breakfast was also very nice and had lots of options. Overall we would probably stay here again.

I walked on the carpet in the room without shoes on and you wouldn't believe the dirt on my feet when I got in the shower. I don't think I will stay here again.
