    The room was smelling awful and the bed was poorly made, the room in general gave an impression that was dirty. I couldn’t use the bathroom because I was scared. The a/c was old and loud. Spend 5 minutes at the room and it was all it took for me to leave. Also there were a group of man clearly smoking pot in the balcony above me with a loud speaker. I was very afraid

    The manager actually called me at work saying that they are going to have to move me out of my room because the check in staff gave me the wrong room. Moreno, she was very desensitized and lack the interpersonal skills of a manager. The hotel was very subpar period

    I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor.

    The new bathroom remodels were nice. Tub was clean. Everything else has a film on it. I booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking, and it smelled like am old biker bar. All of the people staying there seemed like crack heads and were right outside of my door yelling and singing until 1-2am. The need to get it together for sure.

    The bed was clean and the shower had great pressure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The walls were dirty, and the ironing board looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages. It felt like only the absolute basics were cleaned. Even the outside gave off more “flop house” vibes than “traveler-friendly stop.” It was cheap… and it showed.

    As I was leaving and getting into my car, I checked my credit card and saw that the $51.98 charge was listed in addition to the Expedia charge. I went back inside and told her, and she said she saw the charge and was fixing it and that she would speak to the staff.

    The clerk was attentive when the first couple of rooms could not be accessed. There was a $50 deposit requested at check in. I did not see this while booking with expedia. This was non refundable while booking, so what if we didn't have the extra 50 to give????

    Filthy Is An Absolute Understatement ! Sheets Were Stained. Blankets Had Footprints On Them. Walls Had Ick Dripped & Dried. Toilet Was Gross, Seat Not Secured.     The room had a 5 inch square hole in the bathroom wall. The paint and tile were peeling off. The walk-in shower had been modified to meet ADA standards, but at our arrival there were several towels laying on the floor as a barrier from the shower and the rest of the room. I believe it would not meet sanitary or building standards.

    I was called from the hotel the evening before I checked in and told I didn’t have a room and asked to cancel my reservation. I refused and they magically found me a room 30 minutes later when I arrived, as I was checking in they were still calling other guests to try to cancel because they were now charging an extra $100 a night for the same room. Was not about being over booked they were just greedy. Will never stay here again

    We use this property because it is a convenient stop on our trip cross country, easy on and off the highway with food options nearby. However this trip the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was in need of several repairs, and had bugs scurrying across the floor.

    The lobby was closed and we could see through the doors that it looked like someone was using it as living space. There was no breakfast because "lobby was closed due to covid." They required a $50 deposit and would not accept a debit card, only a credit card, and i have not gotten my card credited back yet. The room was filthy and there was urine on the floor of the bathroom. There were stains and burn holes in the sheets and comforter.

    We had a late check in. Upon arriving at 1 am after driving 10 hours, the man that checked us in was not super helpful. He almost refuse my room which has been paid for long before we got there. I had a State issued paper DL . Iowa sends out your plastic one within the month. He stated he was not allowed to take it. My girlfriend gave her DL . There were no bath towels in the room. I had to use a hand towel to dry off with and then go get towels. The bedding is stained . There were roaches crawling out of the shower drain. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. My son was confronted by a homeless woman and then she came to his room because she knew the front desk clerk and the clerk stated my sons room number out loud, A man and the same woman came to their room portraying to be maintenance . When my son did not open the door the man stepped aside and the same woman tried to get my son to open the door. Their room which I also had paid ahead of time for, was dirty with hair in the tub and on the toilet. This hotel needs better service workers. Updated and friendlier staff. I will not stay there again.

    Dirty. Pull back the sheet to go to bed and brown streaks found on sheets. Iron burn marks on carpet where it looks like someone just set a hot iron. No continental breakfast, was even advertised on the outside billboard at entrance as having one. So noisy. Heard conversations at 3:00am in the parking lot. Did not sleep all night. Bad choice. Should be able to cancel after looking at the room without loosing your money. Unexpected 50.00 deposit to your credit card upon Arrival for distraction of room. If your going to charge this why don’t you upgrade and repair the property. Won’t stay here again

    The room needed to be cleaned next to the night stand, as the was dust and misc next to each side. The woman when we checked in acted as if we were a bother, however we didn't arrive until 8:30. When checking out the next morning the woman working the desk was very sweet and actually made me feel more welcomed.

    I really wanted to give a glowing review here because I love these low-cost properties and want to see them succeed. All I ask is that they be clean. I don't even expect a great deal of comfort. The bed was very pleasantly surprising. As good as the bed in a $100/night room. The furniture as also new and in good condition. The beds and room seemed clean. However, the toilet seat was not clean, which is why I have to give this a lower review. I won't describe what was on it, but I should not have to clean a hotel toilet seat before sitting on it.

    Drive away as fast as you can! Do not even bother checking it out. They should have paid me to stay here. This is not the place for anyone. Wyndham has never let me down until last night. 108 was our room. There was no light switch on the walls. There was one usable outlet near the bathroom.This is a very old outdated motel. Holes in the mattress. The bathroom door inside was coming apart at the bottom. I’m 5 foot 6 , my son and husband are over 6ft. The shower head was for children. I had to crouch under it to take a shower!!! The water was hot and a good stream and bathroom not moldy, that’s the only good thing about it. Carpet felt like it never had a good cleaning.The sheets were clean. I chose this place w/ an app because I’ve always had good luck with Wyndham . Extremely disappointed!! Wyndham you really need to know what your reputation is out there. We were trying to drive straight through to our destination but found that we should stop late last night. Was looking forward to a clean healthy hotel and room.Most other accommodations were in the same price range . But again I chose Wyndham since I’d never been disappointed. I used the Pre paid app and could not leave or I’d lose my money and on a tight budget as last minute travels to sick Grandma. I do travel for family and really search out the best accommodations on a tight budget for a 911 dispatcher. Sorry Wyndham, this Travel Lodge was not up to par. Hope you do some major renovations soon!

    1. Could not open door to room. You had to try multiple times before door handle would open it. After reporting this and standing outside room I leaned against the closed, locked door and it popped open. I repeated this for the manager. The door would not securely shut/lock. It was fixed on day 3 of our stay. 2. The shower knob sprayed water when the shower was activated. Reported this on day 1. It was “repaired” on day 3...it stopped spraying/leaking when the shower was activated but then dripped fast, almost a stream, for another week until it was finally properly fixed. 3. One of the towel racks was broken and secured with some type of strong scotch tape type of tape. 4. Room was very “old” looking and had a musty smell throughout our stay. Carpet needed a cleaning badly. When washing my socks the water would be very dark due to walking on the carpet in socks for one day. 5. I found out this Motel was an old Ramada Inn. It doesn’t appear to have changed much since the Ramada Inn days. 6. No continental breakfast “due to COVID-19. But you can go to numerous buffets and restaurants close by and pay. 😡 7. Cheapest hotel in the area that I found. But you get what you pay for. Next time I will pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Positives: 1. Interactions with staff were all pleasant. That’s about it for the positives.

    Once I arrived at location I was told there was 50.00 deposit as I was using a debit card. Got to room went thru, I am a smoker, so Asked for a smoking room, there were burn marks on the bathtub, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, refrigerator, Dents, burn holes in carpeting. Had to call the main desk to list everything or I would have been charged. Noticed the first evening, a toenail right by the bathroom door. Housekeeping came on the next day, came back beds were made, and towels replaced. No coffee replenished or coffeemaker cleaned out. I cleaned Coffeemaker. I looked around toenail still there so cleaning did not vacuum the room at all. Then around 11 pm noticed a roach. Killed it, mentioned to front desk when checking out early the next morning, was told I should have called to switched rooms. I had issues trying to get into the room. Took about 7 tries every time I came back. Was not impressed what so ever. Will not stay at a travelodge again.

    The daytime front desk ladies are wonderful, the night people are rude and unhelpful. Also have an extra $50 CASH for the deposit on your room. We were told the room had a couch, get to the room no couch. Back downstairs to ask for a cot, acting like I had 3 heads and told me they don’t have any cots.

    Staff wasn't very friendly, hated the fact that 30 mins before check out they were calling us and staring at our room and as soon as we walked out they went to the room, we hadn't even checked out yet. We left the room clean and how it was given to us so no worries there but watching us as we load the car in a stalker manner was not ok, it made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Even our kids got scared.

    They gave away our room although it was confirmed and paid for. Had to pay an extra $20 in order to get a room on the ground floor as I am handicapped and can’t do stairs. Also asked for a smoking room which of course they gave away.

    The place was DISGUSTING. Feet were black from walking in the carpeted floors for only 5 minutes. Pictures look nothing like the room and the hotel was an old Ramada that they slapped a banner over calling it a travel lodge. Breakfast provided is old cereal left out all day and pool looked as gross as the room. I didn’t stay for even 2 hours before I was so grossed out I had to check out and find a new hotel. Do not stay here.

    Lots of chain restaurants and store close by. Room was OK, pretty dated. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Lots of minor maintenance issued -- nothing that hindered our stay. Just diminished the overall impression.

    First of all the pictures is misleading then I got my room I noticed a worker scraping the no smoking sign on door to smoking then he went in room and sprayed something my kids mom is 8 months pregnant she smells everything then 5 min later the phone ring they asking me is everything ok wow they knew it wasn't that's why they called the sheets was dirty the covers had holes in it the walls are dirty the headboards no in tac it's a stain on side of to lift the toilet rocks henges n bathroom it's so much if you traveling I don't recommend this place the swimming pool wasn't even ready mold in bathroom mattresses dirty phone missing alot

    Sangita at the front desk was VERY unprofessional and rude while checking me in. She would not listen to me but instead rambled on and on about the policy but did not care about the customer in front of her. Very poor customer service and unpleasant experience. I will not be staying there ever again.

    The room was disgusting when we walked in. The shower was constantly dripping so the carpet was musty smelling with an attempt to cover it up with a shake in deodorizer. We didn’t even attempt to use the shower. It was in need of repair like most of the items in the room!

    The property was in very poor condition.. even just walking on the floor in the room is was mushy and wet and gross. Shower curtain was broken and didn’t reach the tub so water everywhere. Just bad condition. Housekeeping can only do so much with a poor property. Check out was friendly and that’s about the only nice thing about the whole visit.

    The front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room nice, clean, and quiet. There was construction and remodeling going on in the lobby but only during the day and it did not effect my stay.

    I think I was pretty clear in the previous questions asked. The furniture was old and tired, the shower floor was dirty, the bath floor was dirty with som mold, the carpet could stand a clean. The door and the jams were beat up, and the heat was off when we arrived, took an hour to partly warm the room. At best it should have been a two star and listed as such.

    Liked the pillows n the wifi was really fast. The walls are thin. The water is hot n stays hot . It seems like a nice duck off. Close to food spots n shopping. Safety on point cuz it near a station or two sub stations. Check it is noon . Awesome I know
