Great place and great location

Beautiful gulf side views from our room, pool was clean and with lots of loungers, location is perfect walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking in hotel deck. Continental breakfast was stocked and plenty of dining space. Front office staff made easy check in. Will definitely stay again.

The view was amazing! Reason for booking the hotel was because of the breakfast and 2 restaurant options, but the hotel only had one hotel and the breakfast was awful! 4/10

Never stayed here but loved this hotel. It is older but generally clean and well maintained. Hall carpets a bit dirty but be expected by a beach. Rest of the place was clean and location was great! Breakfast is continental and was okay. Loved the pool area and bar on 10th floor! Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed over spring break and it was great! We had a balcony room, which was very nice. Breakfast was as advertised, nothing crazy, which was no big deal to us. Got dinner at Jimmy’s which was a nice touch. Would recommend!

This Hotel is the best for views. Two swimming pools it is probably number 1 for facilities in the area. This is probably the most expensive hotel around clearwater.

The outside bar by the pool is soo nice and having it right by the pool makes it perfect ! Love the pool area !

The pools were stunning. The property was very well taken care of. Our room was so spacious and the view from the balcony stunning. The breakfast was limited. Short walk to the Clearwater Beach that was stunning. So many places to eat in walking distance. But Jimmys on the Edge with the 10th floor views was the best. The ice cream shop across the street was our sweet spot.

The room and balcony were good and the two pools were great. The overlook of the water was amazing during sunset. Within walking distance of everything.

We had ocean view room and it was excellent. Gorgeous sunsets! Good food choices in the area , shopping and walks on the beach. We will definitely come back next April!

The pool area was infested with love bugs in the afternoon. I was at other properties which had them as well, but not like the Edge There were dead ones all over the ground. The entrance to to hotel is from the parking garage. There is nowhere to purchase snacks or cold drinks in the lobby. There is no beach! The rooftop bar was great. Room was clean and serviced nicely. Spent my days at the hotel next door (nicer pool) and nights at Shepards which is the place to stay.

I wish I could say our stay was terrific but it was nothing short from the opposite. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, the shampoo and conditioner was like water, and there was no bottled water in the room and the gift shop was sold out. The breakfast was the same stale options everyday. To top off the stay, on our last night we found a huge cockroach. We immediately called the front desk to have it removed. The lady offered to put us in a new room but said there was no guarantee that the next room wouldn't have bugs. Housekeeping removed it and the lady at the front desk said she would get in touch with the manager. We didn't hear anything from the manager until the next morning after we already arrived home. When we did get in touch the the manager, Michael, he was very rude and accused us of bringing the cockroach into the room. They took $40 off our bill and that's all the general manager at this hotel would do. Research your hotels!!!

Loved everything about the Edge. Only wish was room fridges also had a mini freezer section inside. Besides that, 10/10!

The mattress was horrible and so flat and dented in. The pool was wonderful. The first full day there was not great. We could not even be outside there were so many bugs all over us and everything around.

Bed and room were excellent, staff was great, however had champagne left in the room at arrival (gave them time) but it was warm at arrival and icebucket had leaked all over room. Toilet had no pressure and required maintenance to fix, breakfast wasnt great, no warm food besides a bread toaster and pancake maker. Food not refilled quickly. Location is excellent

Decent hotel, great location, although way overpriced but it was Spring Break. Avoid going to Clearwater in general during Spring Break, we had to coz it was my wife’s birthday. We travelled as a young family and there were some college kids staying in the room next door and there was shouting, banging, loud music all the way until 5:30am! Kept us up most of the night. Breakfast is as expected and has a decent selection. Navigating the hotel can be complicated with reception on the 6th floor and you have to go downstairs to some rooms and switch elevators to get to others or the rooftop bar. Live music at the rooftop bar is unbearably loud, could not hear each other sitting at a table to had to leave. Pool was blue but not clear, space is limited around the pool and the smaller glass feature pool at the edge is constantly full of people. Beach is less than a 5 min walk. Would stay again if it was cheaper and not in such a busy season.

We felt like we were at a resort the entire time we were there.

We went down to the pool, bought some drinks and then I got an alert on my phone that there was excessive tip left. I tried to contact the manager, left a message with no response! I’m a sales manager and I would never not return a phone call. Just terrible!

Breakfast area was too small. The pancakes were delicious but having them in the back corners with long lines blocked all of the other food items. One breakfast staff member (young girl) would just stare at you like you had three heads when you asked for something. Possibly a resting B face, but let’s pretend ya know! Otherwise a good experience, would book again!

Tommy the bar tender was great and had a very good Playlist throughout the day. Staff was helpful. For those who do not need s beach the location is great excellent. On site bar and restaurant is perfect. Tired. Carpet old and stained through out. Very slippery unsafe floor tile around pool, there were a few warning signs. Infinity pool needs a "No Jumping" sign especially for kids , too shallow, dangerous. Music should be appropriate for the hour of the day.

We didn't eat there so can't comment on that, but the roof top bar was the place to be. We were on the 9th floor and the bass was shaking our room, songs could be heard word for word inside so just be aware of that. Didn't bother us though. Biggest downfall of this place was the staff. Not a good experience. Would stay again for the price and pool.

Location was right where we wanted to be, so we could get some walking done. We chose the city view, which was beautiful, too. Our room wasn't cleaned until 3 or after each day. Some things need updated, but overall, we gave it 4 stars.

Very dated, rooms were clean the rest of the hotel was not clean. The breakfast offering was okay. Staff was unpleasant, tables were filthy.

As booked, our room was a King Room with oceanview and it was fabulous! The room had exactly what we needed, it was clean and the view was beyond comparison. The infinity pool was amazing, the regular pool was very big, the rooftop bar was great with live music and projection tv at night. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly upon check-in but we never had to deal with them again. The breakfast is continental only; should really include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, and possibly pancakes or waffles -- it was a little shabby. I'd also have someone oversee the pool area as there weren't enough chairs as some people had left behind towels on them so you weren't sure if the chair was being used -- can't depend on people being considerate.

We had a room with a view of the water and pool. The room was clean when we arrived. There are not a lot of breakfast options with the breakfast that is included with the room.

Our room had a gulf view and it was beautiful! Location was great. We have a family of 5 and they gave us a double queen room (per their suggestion). My 10 year old had to sleep on the floor because they "couldn't" bring a rollaway in the room due to "law". Other downside was the breakfast. We were finishing grabbing out breakfast from the buffet and they just shut off the lights and started to tear down at 9:55. It felt quite rude. And lastly, I searched for hotels by "beachfront" and booked this hotel based on that. It was actually the first hotel to come up in results based on my search but it is not beachfront. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach access down the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Edge hotel location is great just a few blocks from the beach across the street you have an ice cream shop and next door you have Parlor doughnuts which are delicious and on the 10th floor there is a roof top restaurant called Jimmy’s on the Edge food was great with great views. Staff is very friendly and welcoming check in was seamless. Only complaint would be the mattress they sunk in but overall we had a wonderful time.

The view from the room was spectacular! I will mention that the room did smell musty like there had been water sitting in there.

All the vending machines were out of order could not get any soda or bottled water. Could be a little cleaner the elevators/hotel room.

Breakfast was never restocked ! Once gone it was gone , served til 10 should mean stocked til 10, unfriendly staff working breakfast , tables not wiped and coffee was terrible thank goodness for badass coffee next door !

One slight thing was the amenity fee we had to pay once there. We thought we were paid in full but read your email carefully. There will be an amenity fee to pay when you arrive. I wish you could just pay the entire amount and not worry but here we are. That was my only bad experience.

Pool view is awesome

Overall the hotel is okay. Rooms are clean. Issues are the amenities. the Ice machine was broken on floor 8 and 9. They have no vending or options for even just water. Pool area had many missing tile pieces and cones for bad areas. The pool area is overall very slippery we witnessed many people fall. We also witnessed a chair snap and all 4 legs fall off while someone was sitting in it. Hotel has no luggage loading area. You park in a garage and take an elevator with no signage as far as how to check in.

The toilet in the room was broken and they need umbrellas at the pool. Not a bad place for the price though.

Nice hotel

This was our 3rd year back at the Edge. Great location, family friendly and isn't rowdy at all. Every year they make improvements. They have been very accommodating with requests for late checkouts. They could have better pool bar hours especially during spring break for adults to enjoy drinks by the pool.

We had a room on the tenth floor with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean, spacious, and easy to share with my two daughters. We loved the nearby access to restaurants, easy parking, and beautiful pools!

The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the linens on the bed could be improved. They were a bit rough.

The pool was great and the lobby and rooms were nice enough for the money. The hallways are very worn and in need of new paint and carpet.

Right in the action at Clearwater beach… walking distance to restaurants and Pier 60 and right on the beach! The pool is very well situated on the 6th floor level…great view “over the edge” of the water. Our gulf front room was slightly dated but comfortable. It was nice sitting on our deck with the beautiful gulf view. We were allowed to park in the garage prior to our check in, which was so great! Jimmy’s on the rooftop had great views and good burgers.

Everyone was always welcoming and pleasant. Looking forward to coming back again & again !

Beach view wonderful, watched a pod of dolphins swimming in the channel from balcony. Staff was helpful. Did not use pool. I thought hotel was on an actual sandy beach. Better protein options with continental breakfast.

We loved this hotel and the location to everything was perfect. Room was very clean, staff helpful and pool & rooftop bar really nice. My only wish was that they offered more for the complimentary breakfast (hot eggs, pancakes etc.)

Everything was good except the elevator broke down and that was very frustrating as well as people leaving towels on the chairs int he deck but not being there all day

This was our second time at Edge hotel. We really enjoyed our stay again this year. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk and cleaning staff are consistently kind and helpful. Both stays it was just my husband and me. We plan to return in 2028 and bring our kids for a family stay. There is something for everyone at Edge and the location can’t be beat.

This hotel was amazing. My daughter and I had an amazing time for spring break and spring training. Parking was easy, rooms and the pool area were great! We will stay again.

Dated hotel. Continental breakfast is included with an additional cost. It is not complementary nor is it included with just the booking of the room. A separate $34 amenity fee is charged for parking and a continental breakfast. Front desk, staff was friendly, but not very informed about the property or the area.

Love ataying at the Edge. Property is well maintained and great customer service. Nice pool area. The location is great to walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars in Clearwater Beach. Close to Bay Care stadium if you're catching a spring training game. It's our go to hotel when in Clearwater.

Everything was great except the breakfast food. Also could have hung some towels in the sink area instead o just the bathroom. There was also a very strong smell like a glade plugin but couldn't find it.

I’m not the complainer type .My room #203 had a gorgeous view and staff was nice . But our bathroom was left unfinished and there was dry wall mesh stuck on the floor and stuck inside the sink. And the walls looked unfinished. The toilet paper holder and bracket was left on the bathroom counter . Like if someone was about to install it.

This would have a great stay except for the buffet breakfast. We stayed 6 nights and the first morning we went to the buffet. It was terrible unless you like cereal. There at least 10 different cereals. There was a pancake maker but it was broken. Terrible coffee. There were empty serving platters indicating they had hot breakfast there in the past. The attendant was like a guard almost hovering over you. Watching every thing you did. It was a Complete turnoff. Halfed assed. If your going to do breakfast, do it right. It left a bad vibe for the trip the very first day we were there. We wound up paying for breakfast at the nearby coffee shop. The rest of the Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Views from the pool deck were great! Clean rooms. The pool deck can get slick so be careful walking on wet surfaces. Otherwise, awesome experience!

Hotel was clean and had great amenities. Only complaints about the facility is that the upper lock on our door was broken and unusable. And the complimentary continental breakfast wasn’t the best. There was no protein to be seen besides some hard boiled eggs. It was just cereal, bagels, yogurt, and a small amount of fruit.

I booked a king ocean view we get to our room and we weee given a king suite! It’s was beautiful and wet spacious, the staff was very nice! Pool area is beautiful! The continental breakfast is always a plus for me, but wish the would offer a different variety every day, expecially some meat options and scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled every day, our back patio door was super loud, house keeping must hear it when they are cleaning, but o we all I love this hotel!

Jimmys on the Edge was so great and convenient to have. More positives than negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a gulf view which was incredible. Absolutely no complaints about the room itself. However, a horrendous smell plagued the hallways most of our stay. Our last day they tried covering it up with some tropical scents. It smelt like tropic vomit. The pool was nice but chairs are taken fast. Would recommend wearing sandals to the pool as the turf gets super hot in the sun. Breakfast is alright. No protein options and pancakes are pretty small. Yogurt options are great though. We saw many dolphins from our balcony and enjoyed sitting there.

Breakfast is not included in the price, neither are beach towels, etc... This is an extra charge. And pretty sizeable for the breakfast that offers less than most. Does not offer room service. I feel like the additional charges should be better explained.

Check in and the actual room were fine. The parking garage is very dark (the light fixtures are in need of replacement) so it is real dangerous. The bar area was open to the elements, so it is what it is with the exception that the floor tiles are slippery. It was raining while we were there. The the bar food is not so good either, worse than you'd expect for bar food. Yeah but the room was clean and had a nice view.

The parking garage was a little sketchy. There was always random people in there, and there was no security anyone could pull in there but the room was clean. The pool was awesome. The restaurant upstairs I’d give a two star review though food was terrible.

Crazy thing! Loved the staff and other hotel stayers. Our initial room, however (gulfside), had some issues. Crazy soft mattress that felt like the components were entirely broken down. Dirty light switches (body fluid??) and drawers that would not shut. Also, we found and ADHD pill alone side of the bed (ie., red/blue labeled "AN 26") which would have been dangerous if we had a child who thought it was candy. No wipes in the workout room. Aside from that, beautifulbstaff, responsive manager, and great visitors. Beautiful local and restaurants. I would consider again (maybe); however, there are some rooms/floors directly off of the parking garage. The door clearly states "private entrance; key card required." Guess what?! Not true! You could be a homeless murder and enter undetected. I asked the manager and his response was "It's no different than coming through the lobby!" Nope! Controlled substances undetected by housekeeping and many unsecured doors = not sure I'll stay again. Too bad.... the staff (especially the adorable breakfast guy) and view is worth the visit.

Bath towels were made for Kids and ultra small. For the price we paid which averaged 398.25 per night with amenity fees they need to improve what they are offering their guests. I would not go back there again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay longer than expected due to the large snow storm in NY. They were very kind and helpful about extending it. I wish I got their names, but there were two young men and a young lady that helped us a lot. They were wonderful!!

Continental breakfast was unsatisfying due to a lack of options. They were out of coffee continuously and very rude when you asked for some. We had to ask for housekeeping service twice even though it says they are supposed to do it daily. They didn't restock our coffee when they did come to make replenish towels and stuff. The tiki bar didn't open until the last day of our stay which was disappointing. My husband needed an ice pack because of a back injury and there was no way to freeze it. No freezer in refrigerators and they said they had no way to keep it cold...wonder how they keep breakfast food cold? lol. Anyway, it was a place to sleep and they had nice pools and beautiful view. Don't go expecting any type of service. All in all we still had a beautiful vacation but they have many areas that could be easily improved upon.

Handle to turn on shower fell off with shower. My husband fixed the set screw so it didn't happen again. The shower needs work for caulking. Needed more towels. Asked for beach view, got water view in the bay. Free breakfast was not very good. Our room was on same level as parking. Not terrible, but interesting. Bed not comfortable. Couldn't get WiFi in our room or signal in our room, but we were in the basement.

The shower barely worked. Mold-clogged head, almost no water pressure, pulsating on and off. It took 1.5 hours to shower. I reported it immediately. They admitted the next day they never sent maintenance. When a technician finally came, I had to argue with him to actually fix the problem, and he spent 2 hours making noise in my room while I was on work calls. Housekeeping banged on my door at least a dozen times despite my Do Not Disturb sign. The front desk called 7+ times demanding I come down for a reservation issue while I was on Zoom calls. Staff entered my room multiple times without permission. I felt unsafe. There is no drinking water anywhere in the hotel. No vending machines, no fountain, no bottled water. They told me to go across the street. The ice machine was also broken. The night before checkout I was told I could have a 1pm late checkout with a note for the manager about 2pm. At 8am the next morning they said no late checkout at all. The manager was rude and threatened to have me removed. I have a disability and was forced to pack and drag luggage to a conference, arriving 2 hours late. This hotel does not communicate internally, ignores maintenance requests, violates guest boundaries, and responds to complaints with hostility. Do not stay here.

Great hotel and we would definitely stay again! The staff were excellent! Our room was clean, had a spacious setup and a beautiful view. The breakfast was mainly breads, pastries and cereal so not great for our family. The weather was quite cold/windy during our visit so we weren’t able to use the pool. A hot tub would’ve been used but there isn’t one at this hotel.

Front desk personnel were rude and not very helpful when asked questions at check in. Our room needed updating, especially the carpet. The view was amazing. Air conditioner was very very loud. Housekeeping never vacuumed the entire week. Sheets were changed every other day but bed wasn’t made the other days. Carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and never vacuumed. We saw the same items that had been dropped in the floor all week. Room numbers missing on some rooms. Bathroom outside the hotel bar had a non-operational paper towel dispenser the entire week. The women’s restroom sign was missing. Breakfast was ridiculous and was in constant need of refills. Rooftop bar was amazing with excellent staff. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to surrounding amenities.

There were so many comments about breakfast being bad, however they had 2 pancake makers, 6 cereal, oatmeal, eggs, yogurts, bagels, pastries, and more!

Wonderful, large room, beautiful view of the ocean and the birds. Great bed and shower, cleaned daily, which we very appreciated. Two good restaurants on site and great ice cream across the street.

Rooms are great - good to have a rooftop bar/restaurant, too. On the not-so-good side - breakfast is pretty blah for what they charge, and our housekeeper decided to set our alarm for 6 AM on our check-out day.

Monday morning a NEW front desk attendent had said that the pool will be open that day, and that it shouldn't have been closed the day before because "The pool is heated anyways".... It didn't make much sense. We got 1 day use of the pool, which was great. The bar and everything was closed, but we made the best of it. We come to Clearwater every year for the past 8 years. Would I stay at this place again, probably not. It did have a great location, but I wasn't super impressed with the staff.

Pool and both bars were closed, as well as water park. No one at ck out when left at 10 am. $40 per day for resort amenities of which none were open. We usually stay here and will again, just disappointing. It was periodically very windy but all surrounding places were open.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible (hence included in stay), but maybe we are just spoiled by freshest and yummiest breakfasts in Europe. Did not get to try the pool or beach as the weather did not cooperate during our stay. No cafe to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea in the hotel. They suggested the Keurig in the room :D Would not go back to that hotel.

Room was decent although some wear and tear on it, but it was fine. Housekeeping always had room cleaned before noon and did a great job, and the breakfast attendant did a great job too. Breakfast was ok. Could have more options but it was ok overall. Location just off the beach so you have to walk a few hundred yards to get to the beach, which is not bad. Overall good value for the money!

Beautiful!!!! Nice view from my room. There was a safe, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Plenty of places to eat within a reasonable walking distance and on the property.

The room was absolutely beautiful, as was the view. I will absolutely be staying here again! That being said, the water pressure was so low I thought I was being pranked, so if having a luxurious spa shower in your room is important to you, be forewarned. The staff were not very friendly, not that I mind, but many people do. I will also note that I was granted a late check out, but no one communicated this to the housekeeper. I’m still not sure how she got into my room, as I did have the bolt locked and I was out on the balcony, but at 11:03am, she appeared behind me and asked if I was leaving today. Again, not that personally bothered by this, but I am slightly disturbed that she was able to get into the room and also… what if I had been in the shower or otherwise in a less hospitable scenario?

We had a great corner room with awesome views. Only thing missing in such a large room is a place to sit and relax. All it had was an office chair, no seating other than that.

This is for anyone that is going to pay extra for an ocean view room. It is not what I consider ocean view. No beach to look at or anything. I would have just stayed in a regular room with a pool view or city view. Also the beach is within walking distance but it’s not right across from the hotel. Other than that it was a decent hotel but was disappointed in the view. The pool was very nice and warm.

The music out at the pools was not vacation like music. And no one could change it. Everyone and I mean everyone didn’t like it. Need more upbeat music, like tropical music. But everything else was fine.

Everything was good, the complementary continental breakfast. They just didn’t have everything every day, and they kept running out of stuff and not replacing it but other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.

This is hands-down one of my most favorite hotels. Never had a single issue during any of my stays. The views are incredible, especially from the "infinity pool". Everything about the ambiance is perfect. Also one of the coziest lobbies! Love Edge Hotel!

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great ocean view from the private balcony. The pictures show a dock area which is no longer there. The breakfast was definitely a disappointment. They had bagels, pancakes, boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. No meat whatsoever and just very basic options. For the price of the room and the extra $40 resort fee they tack on, I expect there to be a better selection. You needed vouchers to get breakfast, which they provided but then the attendant standing at the breakfast area seemed to hover and watch us which was super weird. The hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and they had options to rent golf carts which we definitely would’ve done had we been there longer.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The pools were great. However, the hotel next door was very loud every night. There was live music or some form of music that really took away from the enjoyment of sitting on the balcony. The resort fee includes parking regardless if you have a car. We didn’t have a car and used uber. Had we known we would be charged we would have rented a car instead. Also, safety was a concern due to the doors always being open to the elevators and all floors can be accessed by anyone. Loved Clearwater beach and the surrounding areas.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Pools were awesome. Downfall is there were no vending machines, ice machine was broke, no food or restaurant, the breakfast was not good, no bacon, sausage or eggs. Pancakes had a horrible flavor.

The hotel was very close to the bay area. The room was not so terrible. The continental breakfast provided along with the room is the worst part of the trip. The front end staff were totally ignorant about several things like the digitalised keys were nonfunctional each time to re-enter the room and everytime after you exit the room, a new digital key need to be made to re-enter which was so inconvenient. The people working in the frontend were so unhelpful. Horrible experience will never come back.

The hotel was beautiful. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. The voucher stated buffet breakfast but it was only continental.

Edge does beach parking in there garage so it was so crowded that we could not even park on the level of our room, it was Labor Day weekend though. We’ve stayed here many times and love the ocean view rooms and staff is friendly and beds are comfy.

It was a nice and clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome, just a little slippery if your not on the feaux grass part. The only issues we had with this place was for one the free breakfast was horrible. There were no hot options besides an automatic pancake maker and they tasted horrible. Only cold pastries and cereal. The second issue we had was the restaurant upstairs doesn't have proper roofing. There are pieces missing in the roof and it just so happened to rain the time we went up there to eat so unfortunately we could not stay and eat we had to get our food to go, and due to most of the seating being wet from rain, we got rained on trying to wait for our food and find a spot to stand in. Also the tile floor was a bit slippery from the rain and looked like it needs to be redone badly. Other than that the hotel itself is amazing. we would stay there again!

I love the Gulf front view of the channel. I always see dolphin, manatees, stingrays jumping out of the water right from my balcony. I love the privacy on the large balcony. It’s our favorite hotel in Clearwater Beach. We also love the rooftop bar - the wings can’t be beat and the view of the city with waterways and the Gulf is phenomenal. And I appreciate the parking garage. We always try to get a room that has our view but also steps away from the door to the garage. It makes loading and unloading the car under cover so easy. Continental Breakfast is also a nice treat and included with the room. The Edge truly is our home away from home.

It was a little confusing to find the lobby. We had to park in the parking garage, and the lobby was on the 5th floor. The free breakfast wasn't really much add boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, not what I expected. The facility was clean and the staff was nice. I would stay there again.

Pros: - Everything was clean, staff was very friendly, and the pool was a great view/vibe. -Parking included Cons: - The rooftop bar, which was one of the main reason we booked it, closed before 10:00 after saying they are open til “midnight or later” - The pool bar which opened everyday at 11, was lucky to open by 2:00 - Hotel broke MULTIPLE fire codes which I have photographed. One being the fire alarms went off due to someone smoking yet the horns on the alarms never sounded, just the strobes. Real great if parties were sleeping and there was a real fire… - Only way to buy a drink or water after bar hours is if you have 1$ bills. Front desk can’t break any bills (I asked to break a 5 to get a water before bed). - Hallway had three fans in it, maybe drying out the carpet, but they ran non stop on floor 8, very noisy while trying to sleep but hotel did not care about this.

My wife and i first stayed at Edge hotelnin 2019 and everything was great. Stayed again in 22 and it was fine. This year 2025 the hotel is definitely in decline. Our room needed repairs...the door closer to the balcony was broken and needed repaired.. the mixing valve in the shower no longer worked and could only get hot water..the towels were rough as a cob and the toilet paper you could have used to sand rough cut oak. And lastly the free breakfast has steadily declined over the years. When you pay top dollar you should recieve top dollar amenities.

it was nice. it was a bit annoying when the staff would not care/stop kids or teenagers hang on the edge of the glass pool on the 6th floor. multiple times younger people would hang on the glass or slam into it trying to get it to break and the staff at the bar would just watch. the rooms were pretty hot and the water wouldn't get cold. it was a bit annoying to have to walk through the hot car garage to get to the hotel. other than all of that it was lovely, a bit expensive but it was a beautiful property.

Breakfast was poor. No options.I was disappointed of the lack of protein just a frozen boiled egg. A leak in the middle of the small area. Staff was friendly. Elevators wasn't working to access the room in the 3 floor so we have to cross through the garage that it was really dirty and stinky. Pool nice. Deck on the back of the hotel still broken since 2024 hurricane damage. Beds are uncomfortable if you are planning going with your kids. Overall an ok hotel for the price. Could be better.....

Instead of air conditioning on the wall like you would have at home they had a noisy unit by the window that didn’t even cool the whole room, it’s suppose to be a newer hotel so I thought that seemed like it was from an old motel

My husband actually ate the hard boiled eggs and although they were on ice in the buffet he got violently ill that same afternoon.

Terrible experience! The elevator near my room was broken, and I had to walk across the parking garage in the middle of the traffic with a toddler and a baby in the Florida heat during the summer. The ice machine was broken. They have breakfast included but the buffet is very limited and they give you a pass that you need to show at the entrance. I was given one pass short at the time of checking and the staff was asking me for the one pass that was missing while I am busy managing my young family. There were people eating inside the pool from food boxes and that was permitted, but there is staff watching you like a hawk during breakfast. Crazy!!! My advice, don’t go there. The price was close to the most expensive options, but the service was very poor, and the experience was terrible.

It was very clean. The staff was pleasant and check in was quick. The only thing they really need to improve on is the complimentary breakfast. Its not worth getting out the bed for. It was not even the bare minimum a chain hotel supplies. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The elevator didn’t work on my floor or section so you had to walk across the parking lot to get in the elevator. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor and the vending machine didn’t work on our floor. Everybody was nice and polite and professional in the room was beautiful just minor inconvenience

Desk staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were phenomenal. However, we complained multiple times to desk staff that the guests staying by us continued the to smoke cannabis in their room, hallway, and balcony. This filled our room and the hallway with the smell of cannabis. One day we found these guest had climbed over from our balcony to ours to see if our balcony door was locked. Once again nothing was done. This made us feel unsafe, unheard and nauseated from this continuous smell.

6 years later the one elevators were broken down due to hurricane. also the main 3 middle elevator broke down had to help guests out of elevator opened mid way up the floor . they had to jump down. First night the truck got something thrown on it inside the parking garage had to get it cleaned up. The Hotel we love for the memories but needs repaired .

Second time there , they are recovering from hurricane damage, but the pool was amazing ,the food at jimmys is ok not the greatest drinks were good our room was amazing the views are amazing the drinks at the tiki bar were good , the ice maker was broke only issue and dont get in the water they will yell at you . But place was amazing would recommend

The air conditioning in the hallways wasn’t working, and it was extremely hot. Also, my room was not in the main building — it was in a separate building next door, which was very inconvenient.

The king bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ocean view was nice as well as being affordable for this area.

This would have been a five-star review but there were additional fees charge that had not been disclosed previously. When booking it was clearly stated that ALL fees and costs had been disclosed but when you arrive that was not true. The other big issue is that security is greatly lacking. Anyone can get on any floor and any corridor from off the street. No elevators were working and you had to walk through the garage to get to your floor, o locks, not keyless entry, just walk inoff the street. That is just negligent at this point.

The only problem was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, we had to relocate to another room, which was smoothly facilitated by the hotel staff. It seems that the hotel needs updates to its furniture and appliances.

This hotel is amazing we went to spend our honeymoon, and everything was perfect, the breakfast was very good and great location, you can go to the beach walking you don't need to worry where the car will stop to go to the beach. The pool with the ocean view is perfect and all the people are very friendly. It was an incredible week. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the perfect place, our room had a ocean view, everything was amazing.
