I never used the pool, but saw a few people in it during my stay. The room was clean each evening I returned. I don't ask for much, yet got sufficient.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, breakfast included, about 23 minutes from TPA airport, plenty of parking, food options walking distance. Our only complaint were the pillows! Terrible!! The bed itself was comfy though!

They had great options for a continental breakfast. They even had some gluten free options, which was nice. Definitely had a good variety. I liked most everything. If I had to choose something, it would be that the dining space was a little crowded.

Very clean and great location to drive to Tampa! The breakfast was also a nice touch. Staff was very friendly except for one who was working Tuesday night, 4/28. That person had a very cross attitude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly and lovely. It was steeper in price given the concert that was happening this weekend, but that’s to be somewhat expected. The doors are paper-thin so be prepared to hear people talking or other guests’ doors slamming closed. Other than that, it was great.

We were able to check in a little early with no problem. The prices were jacked up due to a concert happening. I don't think they should do that.

Continental breakfast was served and plentiful. Lots of space to eat in the morning both inside and outside by the pool. The room itself was a bit outdated as it could use a coat of paint but overall good for the value.

I’m glad this place was available and the cost wasn’t so expensive compared to the other locations. Even tho it was a short stay, everything was alright. When entering into the room, there was a strange smell. It smell musty and a little old. The room felt damp along with the sheets, I wish that there was better ventilation in the rooms. Overall, the place was ok. Very close to a lot of places and is not too far from the beaches and Tampa. The house keeping staff was very, Thankyou.

Hotel is very new ( or recently fully remodeled) so exceptionally clean. No gray stinky carpet nonsense. Part of ICOT so lots of food and coffee options for your morning espresso. Quiet, nice pond around with fountains for a walk. Beds are comfortable. Pool area looked nice. The staff were notably friendly and that was definitely appreciated! There was some kind of problem with the alarm clock in the room, but thank you for the on time early wake up call!! Printer at the office center was not working, but fortunately I was able to work around it. Nonetheless, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff really made this a very pleasant overnight stay :)

We came for a gymnastics meet and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, we had everything we needed and when we didn't the staff did not hesitate to provide. The food was also good (breakfast). Close to everything we needed.

Quiet and location was good.

The facility was very clean , and staff was very helpful during check in. We were very happy with hhe clean , comfortable room and the outdoor pool area was very nice too.

Although this hotel is usually dependable, on this particular time my room, although cleaned, had a terribly strong smell throughout my stay that made it very unpleasant, probably a lingering small from the previous guests.

I do not recommend this hotel. Our room was old and there was mold in the bathroom. Not just a little but a lot. Especially around the toilet area and in the back. Stayed dirty even after housekeeping came to the room.

I try to always stay at Holiday Inn Express wherever i travel if I am making the accommodations and not staying with family. Some guests were taking more of their share of breakfast items, leaving others to wait.

Friendly staff.

The pool being in the middle of the courtyard meant noisy swimmers until they kicked them out. It's right next to a bus stop so you can ride to the beach without a hassle.

We were there when the tournaments with young kids . The noise with slamming of doors and the amount of people in the breakfast area not was left when they were done.

The breakfast was delicious!!! Would recommend it.

We had a great stay. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, super-clean room, quiet, comfy bed, and convenient location. We walk to Muggs twice and had a meal. It’s right behind the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The internet did not stream properly spotty It was a cold night and we have a early morning meeting after sleeping in the cold it did not make the study enjoyable

The second day I was there, when I approached the desk about my bill..they thought I was checking in...AGAIN? One hand didn't know what the other was doing! Didn't need the stress. The room and dining area were well-kept and comfortable. The lack of supervision of the pool area, with several children throwing projectiles with little regard for others in the pool and adults opening drinking from prohibited cans and bottles.

I booked our stay here based on the good reviews but I can’t say I would be back here. The floor in our room was dirty not vacuumed or mopped. Our feet, socks were black. Beds were clean and comfortable and no bed bugs were found. The room had a musty smell to it even with the a/c on, the people next door had very loud music and moaning. Breakfast area was clean and selection ok. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

Stick with scrambled eggs and eggwhite veggy omlets. The rest of the menu was excellent as well as service.

Very nice hotel overall. Second day the hotel must have been sold put. 7:15 we came down for beeakfast and the place to sit down was jam packed. We had limited options due to the food placed out already gone. The two coffee machines in the lobby also werent working. We went back to our room to make coffee there. The coffee machine didnt work so we ended up going out to breakfast. Other than that, a good visit will return.

When I made the reservation I assumed you were in Clearwater Beach, only to find out that you were largo. I tried to cancel at 220pm and was told it was too late to cancel. This is not Fair. I want my refund. I will never stay at a holiday Inn again. I never stayed at your hotel last night. I'm pissed off.

It was fine. Breakfast left a little to be desired. But I much preferred cleanliness, which it was, minus a towel being dirty. Shower was good. Plenty of hot water. Location was ideal. There was a driver doing doughnuts in the parking lot the first night. Other than that, never really felt unsafe.

Stayed here for a couple of days while handling some business in the area. For the price it was amazing. Clean room, quiet, plenty of parking, working elevator. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it's complimentary and decent.

Did not have hot breakfast as advertised. What they did have was minimal and ran out quickly

The room was great. Comfortable and clean. Lots of flies in the lobby and when Sunday morning arrived someone didn’t show up for work. There was no hot breakfast. Many people waiting in the lobby for the doors to open for breakfast. After 7am a child opened the doors to see what was going on and informed us no one was in the breakfast area. You could get cold cereal or yogurt but not much else. Why the person behind the desk didn’t put up a sign or make an announcement is a mystery.

Rooms were humid. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Bathroom had some damage from a previous leak. Bathroom fan did not work.

We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with only one bed for the same price. My husband, our daughter, and I had to squeeze into one small bed. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful — they showed no interest in resolving the issue. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived at 4:20pm and were told our room was not ready. We had to leave in 20 minutes for a meeting. After 10 minutes he finally found a room. Must be short staffed on housekeeping.

Small hotel. Very quiet and very clean. People in hotel were friendly and the hotel staff was also very friendly. Cable was not great but we always pack our traveling Roku and were able to plug it in to watch what we want. Would stay here again and most likely will for future weekend get aways.

Friendliness: all are nice including the girl at front desk, the lady serving breakfast and the cleaning lady of the room. The parking lot and the hotel are in good shape after a second hurricane ie., Milton passed by a week or two before my visit.

My room was located on the first floor close to an exit door and all night people were in and out slamming the doors. The hotel ran out of coffeee cups and also there was no food at breakfast and you had to wait for everything to be filled up. It was slow and not well planned out with having the breakfast food stocked. There was no fresh fruit. The room service never filled my body wash every day and I would have to ask for this.
