This was a beautiful property with amazing and helpful staff. Our room was spotless and a great way to end our vacation

I have to begin our 1 week stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Clearwater,by mentioning,by name an individual who made our stay as pleasant as it could be.Lucillle(Lucy) has a great talent in dealing with her guests.Always with a smile,whether it was the morning or evening. Keep up the great work.

We were picked up at the rental service then taken to dinner and picked up from there when we were ready.

My family took a cruise out of Tampa after we returned from our cruise we arrived at the hotel before check in time and the staff at the hotel were gracious and allowed us to check in early which was amazing because we were all tired out from the cruise

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. It was our honeymoon, and we spent 3 nights here. Very clean and comfortable bed, the shower was amazing with full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We arrived at the hotel very late due to our flight, but there was staff there to welcome us. There was a slight issue with our check-in on their computer, so they had to switch our room. The front desk person’s master key wasn’t working on the doors so we did have to carry our luggage around until we found one that worked (about an hour in total…) but we were appreciative that they still got us what we paid for. My biggest complaints is that there is no hot tub like the listing states, however the pool is very nice, and that parking is very expensive every day (you get billed once you check out). We would stay here again, if they got a hot tub like they say they have!

The lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was friendly, pleasant, warm & welcoming. She did her absolute best to accommodate our needs. I have stayed at many motels in my lifetime & in my experience most of the check in people are usually NOT the friendliest of people. This lady was exceptional. My daughter was also impressed & praised her to me. Can't think of anything.

I was REALLY unhappy that I paid $168 for the room and could not get one free cup of coffee in the lobby for the road the next morning. That is ridiculous.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool very much. The landscaping and lighting around the property are designed beautifully. The bed is extremely comfortable and the property is very clean and smells clean. I highly recommend this hot.

The location was everything. The room was so clean, and I had no problem with parking. I liked everything.

They have an outdoor courtyard/pool area that stayed open until 11pm that was very loud. I do not recommend staying here if you want a quiet location with an early flight the next day.

Extremely clean and nice hotel in a somewhat not-so-great area of St. Pete/Clearwater. Have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again. Staff friendly, premises very clean and well maintained. The food/bar was not open this trip, hoping only temporary as we ordered from there last time and it was delicious.

Other than the on-site food option, there are no restraunts or eating establishments within easy walking distance. The food they prepare was good however.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice, the restaurant was closed but they offered us a free shuttle to get something to eat. We didn’t have chairs on our balcony. Which would have been nice.

The employees (at 'all' levels) were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was typical of a Marriott - very clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

They moved me to another room which was nice. Front desk lady acted like I was a bother, not once apologizing. The shower is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The pool was dirty and the TV turns off after a certain amount of time which makes it hard for you to watch something. Bistro food was not good. But the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Worst courtyard I’ve ever stayed at.

For the price we paid a parking lot view was unacceptable for this propery. When wd asked the front desk we were told we needed to request a courtyard view when we booked. We were able to gere our neighbors which was kinda annoying. Staff was very nice.

I traveled for business, which i do very frequently, and never felt so unsafe (especially being a woman travelling solo) which stated with the front desk woman telling me that she puts her ladies on the 2nd floor when asked if i had a preference. Why the 2nd floor? Is the first floor not safe with the accessible sliding glass doors? I checked in around 630pm and left by 8pm.

Perfect property for our one night before early flight out of PIE!

The room waa very clean and laid out well. They even supplied me with laundry soap and dryer sheets so i could do a load of laundry. The pool area was very nice too. The staff was very friendly and personable.

The property was nice and clean, seemed newly remodeled. Very nice rooms! They even give you complimentary laundry detergent to use their washer and dryer $2.00 each. Starbucks onsite is a nice bonus too!

The property has been recently renovated. We stayed with our grandson who enjoyed the recreation room. The shuttle took us to the airport at 4 a.m. We were able to park our car in the parking lot until our return.

The property was convenient to the places I wanted to go. it is not an area to walk to restaurants or shopping. However it is in a private area with 3 or 4 other hotels that appeared safe.

The cafe on site was great and the patio and pool area were nice. Room was very clean and the bedding was fresh and very comfortable. Front desk and cafe staff were super nice.

The room was clean, the shower was hot, the room was pretty sound proof so we were able to sleep peacefully, we felt safe and the staff was super sweet. We did go to fitness in the morning which could have had more equipment, it was pretty bare bones but it did what it needed to do. Over all a 10/10.

Upon arrival, I was nervous about traveling with two children alone for the first time and staying in an unfamiliar location. The time we walked in, all my worries were gone. The staff was beyond friendly. Angel (I believe that was her name) was so pleasant, and every time we saw her (housekeeper), she asked if we needed any fresh towels or anything else. The recreation room was a big hit, and the pool was gorgeous. There are grills available, although we didn't utilize them; someone else was, and the food smelt amazing. We will return!

We had a drink at the bar before heading to a restaurant nearby. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Friendly bartender and staff. Loved that we could take a side road to the restaurant instead of getting on Ulmerton. Very comfortable room.

Amazing staff! amazing room and a spectacular courtyard and pool area. Don't expect to have a sit-down hot meal after 9pm in the area even on a weekend. Everything near-by closes early. The fire pit was not working when I was there, but I was pleasantly surprised to see some guy's grilling food in the courtyard on the provided grill.

Great customer service from the front desk and the two shuttle drivers. We will definately be back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind. There were 8 people in our group and staff above and beyond our entire stay.

Overall the stay was nice only thing I paid for a full balcony and I didn’t get it. The balcony we had we were not able to sit on it because it was a 1/2 size one.

Staff is always so friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was very nice, very clean, breakfast was delicious. I would stay at this location again.

It was in one night stay but provided everything I needed. The only thing I would update is the shower pressure. The water doesn’t come out in full and takes a longer to shower and the hair dryers are older so it doesn’t produce much heat to dry your hair fast enough.

The only frustrating thing is there are 3 Marriott in St Pete and the website points to the downtown hotel no matter which one you are staying at. Took 3 tries before we arrived at the right hotel. Please fix that.
