Room was nice,clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. However the Hotel provided WiFi would repeatedly disconnected from the hotel room tv. It was an easy fix with just unplugging the tv, though we did need to several times throughout the night.

Stayed in motel one night, parking was plentiful and convenient to the room, no elevator to the second floor, only outside open stairs which were no problem to us, breakfast was very good for a grab and go, we enjoyed it, had several protein selections in addition to fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads. Had ice machine which was good. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Located in nice area, grounds were nice. Front desk attendants were nice.

The breakfast was awesome and the room was clean but that's where it ends. No coffee in the room, we were told we had to wait for housekeeping the next day...never came. Hot tub was out of service. They took a deposit immediately but said they would return it in 3 to 4 business days. It's the small inconveniences that make the whole experience sour.

I’m not sure what I expected for the cost ($80-100/night), but I certainly didn’t expect to kill three roaches. Also, I specifically asked for a room overlooking the pool, but I was placed in a different building over 50 yards from the pool. Like I said, cheap, so two stars. You get what you pay for. The night staff was very kind.

If someone checks out at the front desk, then their deposit should be returned right away. You were able to take the float on my money while depriving me. The breakfast was horrendous.

I stayed at the same property twice in 8 days. I was really upset that my $100 deposit was held for 6 days each, even though I checked out at the front desk. Holding back that $100 each time caused automatic bill pay to reject one of my payments. If someone checks out at the front desk, then their deposit should be returned right away. You were able to take the float on my money while depriving me. The breakfast was horrendous.

Because it is an older hotel there weren’t enough outlets. No towel bars in bathroom. I had to use a hanger from the shelf in the bedroom to hang towel for handwashing and bathing. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean

The hotel was clean, the pool was warm, the breakfast was pretty much microwaveable items. All appreciated! The only problem I would say was the over the phone the front desk staff were short and not very helpful prior to arrival. Once we arrived and started into our stay we couldn’t get clean towels when requested and though-out the stay the staff was just unhelpful!

Scary. Came back from dinner and 4 sheriff cars and county lady. First night neighbor had various companions all night, continued traffic. Scary traveling with my 8 year old grandson and elderly sister. Felt we were part of “Cops” episode.

Pool is ok, but is starting to show its age, and all the patio umbrellas are broken. Staff were all very nice amd helpful. Free breakfast is quite decent. Location is also good. My issue was the smell of turpentine that permeated our room. I guess it came from a reno they were doing in the room next door...ot was overwhelming and really kind of ruined the experience.

The continental breakfast was perfect. Dtaff was pleasant and helpfull. Room seemed clean, other than the entry and bathroom doors were dirty/sticky. Beds were comfortable and clean, room did not smell musty like some of the reviews mention, but there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Could probably use outdoor ashtrays. I would stay again.

The chair was so dirty it needs to be replaced or shampooed -the rug was pulling apart where the seams are.

Breakfast was continental and it did have a big variety. A few hot items would be great.

Over all the room was very nice. The furnishings are dated and need some refurbishment but they were thoughtfully chosen and clean. The location was quite good if you had a car because there wasn't much close by with regards to shops and restaurants but it was quiet and had a nice pool to cool off.

The breakfast was good, they have variable stuff. The parking was little full but I found spot to park. The room need construction work to do in the cealing in the bathroom, look like the cealing will go down in top of us.

Probably the worst Hotel I’ve stayed in. I understand this is Florida but I’m sure they could do something about all the humidity in the room. EVERYTHING was damp… bedding, pillows and towels. It just felt disgusting. Also the carpet felt damp as well as the hard floor was sticky. Lastly , the continental breakfast was a joke. Definitely not what you would expect. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, our room was nice except for the smell and wet carpet, it smelled mildew/moldy in our room. Probably due to old carpeting and being by the pool is my guess.

The rooms were clean. They provided free breakfast. There was plenty of parking. The only negative thing that I encountered was how early housekeeping came to my room. They knocked on my door at 8:50am while I was sleeping. When I told them that I was not ready for them to clean my room and asked if they could come back later, they told me no so I ended up not having my room cleaned while I was there.

The check in process was smooth and easy. It was when we got our room, our bed had crawling bugs on it. The front desk lady gave us a new room, but it wasn’t clean. There were red stains on the carpet, floor had never been vacuumed. I’d skip this hotel in a heartbeat.

I was able to get towels, TP and tissues by just asking. The pool was nice and the laundry was very handy after getting rained out at a game. We stayed private all week and tipped well for the room cleaning at the end of the week. (Thanks for the privacy).

When we booked the pictures showed an oven with four burners but when we arrived there was an empty space where an oven once sat. We did find a burner plate with 2 burners to cook on but you should not advertise what you do NOT have. Otherwise we had a fairly decent stay.

We stayed for 6 days- the storage capacity was inadequate (only 2 drawers), no closet area, just a rack for hanging some of our clothes.

The place is a dump. The exterior handrails, doors. And fixtures look like they haven’t been cleaned or painted in 20 years. The carpets are all torn, every fixture in the room is rusting or peeling chrome. I didn’t feel safe at night. Do not stay here with your family!!

The entire facility is run down and neglected. It has the appearance of having seen much better days, long ago, and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Staff was pleasant, but we were double charged for the room, and triple charged for the security deposit upon checking in. We won’t be back.

The parking was safe and close to our room, even though I passed the entrance several times. At check-in the desk attendant updated our room from the second floor to the bottom floor when she saw the difficulty my wife was having walking.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! HOTEL IS ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING!!!! Upon check in we were provided our rooms. I booked two rooms. One room was in the back of the property. First the stairs to the room was very unsafe. Disgusting around the rooms. Dog poop on the sidewalk. I thought no big deal we are here for only one night. Upon entering the room smelled like cigarettes. The guest or I should say tenant that was next to us was smoking right outside our room as well. Causing the smell to seep into the room. I went to check into our second room and same issue. Hairs were on our bed and bed stains on the covers. Our lock on our second room did not work. I then get a call from my mom that was staying in the other room with my young son that he was having coughing issues and breathing issues from the cigarette smoke. I then go to his room to check on him and as I am walking over there, there is a random guy smoking crack and drinking beer in the park area that is at the hotel. After checking with my son, I then go to the front desk to explain the issues and ask for a different room. I complained about the dirtiness of the property, door not locking, guy smoking his crack, unsafe stairs and walkway leading to the rooms. I asked for a refund and check out due to having to find a new room that did not have cigarette smoke. We checked out a hour and half after checking in. I handed the keys to the worker and checked into another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The room was not only clean, but house keeping came everyday and made sure the bed was mad the floor was mopped and vacuumed, fresh towels were stocked and all toiletrieswere stocked. And anything i needed help with there was always a employee readily available and willing to help. Amazing stay

The building needs paint, pressure washer, the carpet in the room needs to be replace. The rooms are smelly. The faucet on the tub was loose. The strips on the stairs outside the building are getting detached, they need to be replaced.

The room was clean..the entry door has a lot of daylight coming through. I had to put a bath towel down against the bottom of the door to keep the air in and the pests out. Big piece missing. Other than that,it was a good stay.

The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was super comfortable. We had a low expectation for the breakfast as so often hotels with breakfast included turn out to be a real disappointment but here they provide a continental breakfast which is extremely well stocked and which is constantly replenished. A great stay and we won’t hesitate to book again.

The room wasn't bad, it could use a few updates and a good cleaning. The worst part was that you can't control the fan on the heat/AC unit so it kicks off and on all night. Everything else is good... great staff, good breakfast and very convenient. I would stay there again.

My check in was delayed because the computers were down. The room was clean but there was a dirty upholstered chair in the room that seemed out of place. We never could get the door of the microwave open, that was very annoying as I have never used a microwave that needed an unlock code to open it. The staircase closest to my room was taped off which made my roommate struggle a bit walking with a cane. They should have offered us another room when we checked in seeing an older person with trouble walking.

The Kind lady at the front desk when we first arrived, was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and did not smell.(this is a big thing to me because I have serious bad allergies.). The pool was clean and the round shape of the pool totally thrilled my granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay. Upon checkout at around 5:30 AM, the man behind the desk was grumpy. I’ll chop that up to maybe most people are grumpy that early in the morning. He did offer to let my six-year-oldgranddaughter come back and swim after she finished her triathlon that started at 6 AM.

This is the 4th time we have stayed there with the last being in March 2023. The continental breakfast has dwindled quite a lot since our last stay. I understand that it is supposed to be a quick bite there was nothing really on the meu that was appealing.

Found a roach and a cigarette butt in our room. Maid didn’t touch our room unless we went and found her even if we did she still didn’t always take garbage out. Or replace towels .

It was an easy check in and out. It was Quite and the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Just looking for a clean room with a comfortable bed. This was it. Friendly helpful staff.

The only I like about it was that it was relatively close distance from Clearwater beach. It was like 17 minutes away. And that they offered free breakfast 7-10AM. Everything else was one star rating if not less. We stayed in 2 rooms(family of 6) and the 2nd room…AC was damaged and making super loud notice. I reported that incident thinking they were going to switch rooms but they say they were going to send a technician to fix it while we were out to the beach. We came back at night and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and making the same loud noise. Went to sleep like that since it was so late at night. Went to the front desk to report that again before my check out and the guy told me “sorry I can’t compensate you because I am not authorize but call Monday to speak to my manager”. I know all they are going to say is “I am sorry to hear what happened” and that is it. So I won’t bother to call. Plus , I don’t want to go back again. Bathrooms are super nasty. Molded and dirty furnitures period. At least the beds were soft and comfortable to sleep in.the pool suck. It was a small round pool. Couldn’t even be around it because of how many mosquitoes and no-see-ums

I did not like the people hanging around and smoking in front of my room

It's safe and very welcoming

The room was clean but many aspects of the property needs major updates .

We stayed for one night. Staff were very friendly. I received a warm welcome. Breakfast and the pool were okay. There were mosquitos in our room. The walls are not soundproof, we could hear everything next door. I asked for pool towels, they told me respectfully that they didn't have any and was provided with regular towels instead. I think is an okay place for a quick one-night stay and you don't want to pay for a more expensive hotel.

Small roaches everywhere. Some were dying but it was too many.

Didn’t have bed pillows and requested them twice and never received. Canceled additional nights in advance and still charged.

We were just in town overnight for a concert, so we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay and this fit the bill. It is an older Florida hotel, so you can see the age on it everywhere. But our room was nice enough for an overnight stay - I would not stay here for multiple days. But, there were some renovations going on in a few rooms we passed by on our way to breakfast/checkout. Breakfast was what you’d expect at an inexpensive hotel. The stay was fine.

Love the vibe here. The woman working at the front desk was very friendly and directed me how to get to cool stuff around like the beach. Pool was fun as well.

Friendly staff, location is close to everything and a straight shot to Clearwater Beach.

Asked twice for pillows and no reply or pillows were delivered to us or a reply back. We only had a couple tiny throw pillows in the room disguised as bed pillows.

Hotel is located in a nice safe neighborhood and the room was quiet. Check-in was easy and fast, and the room was clean with plenty of towels.

Many people live there. Lots of smoking outside of the rooms

The room key wasn’t available upon check in, there were bugs on the bed, the pool was very dirty.

Liked the location but our room wasn’t the nicest

I enjoyed the closeness to Clearwater activities. The front desk staff were excellent. The so called full breakfast lacked traditional eggs and meats. The beds and bedding were great. However, the carpet in our rooms desperately needed shampooing. Our feets were blackened after just one walk across the unit floors. We needed to wear foot wear while in the room. No room service the whole time we were there.

The property was NOT what I expected, but we only stayed for 2 nights and only used the hotel to sleep in since we were exploring Clearwater throughout the day. It’s in a good location, unfortunately it needs to get renovated or at least be well taken care of. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the ceiling is peeling off, paint job in rooms is not the best, furniture looks all scratched up, and there’s rust on metal rods in bathroom area.

Great Price and great location

I was woke up 2 times at 11am and 12 pm today 5/26 because they said I didn’t pay for the 3pm check out for $40 which indeed I did. After the second call they finally found the payment? Mind you I chose to leave at 1:30 just from the irritation. I watched 2 different individuals smoking some sort of drugs in plain site, with children running around. And to top it off the housekeeper was mad and gave me a nasty look because of our late check out which once again I paid for!

Great experience

This place is very worn down and in disrepair. No safety lock for the door. I'm afraid to go to sleep. The ac smells like mold. People sitting out in the hallway in chairs talking loud and playing music. Ceiling is peeling. Everything is broken in the pool area. The front desk lady is very nice and friendly. She deserves a better place to work.

Hotel had roaches

Hotels location is good for airport, seaport and beaches. An old hotel but very clean, for the price and location 4*-5* - offer very late check ou 3pm!!!

they approved me for an early check in, then when i arrived said my room wasn't available. so they said yes, then didnt keep their word nor did they honor the notes on my reservation.

Room had an awful foisty smell, it was clean but the smell was strong as if the room hadn't been used in a while. Didn't feel safe as lock wasn't great and being on the ground floor right near the road

A few bugs

Upon arriving I quickly realized that this hotel was dirty and had a strong smell of cleaning products. I did not stay I left and cancelled my reservation. I plan to contact my credit card company to stop payment. Fortunately there was a hotel near by and was able to get a room there. The pictures in the web site must have been taken many years ago.

Was okay for the price for 1 night layover.

I had difficulty locating your Hotel as there was no visible sign and apparently it has been gone since "the storm" from September 2024. Upon arrival the Desk Clerk was most helpful and cordial. As I secured a parking spot and started walking into the building (second floor) there was food trash on the grounds and the garbage can was overflowing. In addition, the room had a bad odor in it and the carpet was shredded in one area near the bathroom. The water pressure was extremely low and there was limited hot water. The "free breakfast" entailed cold cereal (full disclosure would have been appreciated. Without significant improvements, I will not be returning to your hotel.

First of all, we had cockroaches in our room. Secondly, the sign in front of the building (Days Inn) was completely missing the covers which reads Days Inn so the only thing visible was the light bank. It was 9pm and we drove right by the hotel. Google gps took us 4 miles past the hotel to a bank. The room was damp so I guess the ac had not been turned on too early. The toilet seat was loose and ready to fall off.

My favorite place to stay every time i went to Clearwater.

I liked the property a lot and the breakfast was great but the room’s carpet flooring was wet.

The room smelt awful and there was a buzzing noise all night long. The carpet was in rough shape and the tub looked gross. Definitely needs updating. Not a lot of light in room, only from the 1 lamp between the beds.

I was placed in 2 different rooms, and both were cockroach infested and smelled like mold and boiled cabbage.

I stayed one night for work and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again for future business trips.

The staff was very nice the pool was nice leaves could have been cleaned out of it a little the bed was comfortable pillows so so overall I would stay there again

Pool was nice, breakfast ok , a lot of fast food options near by. The little beach 6 min drive towards Tampa was nice and not busy
