Description said sleeps 7 and there were only 2 beds and the couch was not a sofa bed. At most it sleeps 5 if someone sleeps on the hard sofa. Very dim lighting. Not satisfied with stay.

We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like Clorox Breakfast was not worth eating. Expected better food for the price. Overpriced

Continental breakfast was great. Our room was clean, very accommodating, we needed to use the sofa bed and they brought up a mattress topper for us. Fitness center was great. Liked the small hotel feel. Great alternative if you can’t find a place right on Clearwater beach.

Always if you offered room for 7 is obviously at least had 2 bathrooms and bed for every person is the first time that

It's convenient to shopping, BayCare ballpark, and there is easy access to the beach. You're so close to highway 19 that you hear traffic rumbling 24/7. I went to Walgreens and bought ear plugs.

This hotel was immaculate. Friendly staff, nice pool and great breakfast to top it all off. We came for Spring Training and the hotel is only about 3/4 blocks away. We’ll be back!

Parking was easy. Location o the hotel was close to relatives that live there. 1- Breakfast was really bad. No protein variety, only greasy unhealthy sausage patties. The last day (Monday) was better. The showers are terrible. The 1/2 glassed in showers might be good in Europe, but they are inconvenient and a nuisance to use in the U.S. The coffee served was horrid. It was extremely strong and acidy. I got nothing that I had requested at time of registration and the clerk told me that I got what was available. Teens were in the pool swimming, yelling, and disturbing after 10:00 Pm and the pool wasn't even open. I had to go into the hall and yell at some teen hockey players to keep the noise down in the halls where they were running and yelling after 10:00.

The customer service is very good and breakfast is good too

Location was great. It was a big room, but the the layout wasn't like the pictures and it was more cramped. Staff was very nice and room was clean. Area felt safe The layout of the room. The couch was facing the bed and it was cramped. No light by the couch so it was really dark on that side even though we had all the lights on. I was expecting a better breakfast, but it was ok. The breakfast staff kept the items full and were very nice.

The breakfast has plenty of options I suggest to be at the cafeteria before 8 am. There is the pool that is outdoor

Staff was cordial and room was clean. We only stayed one night. A very busy highway runs right next to it and we had a room in the front. Could not sleep at all until 2am to maybe 4:30am. Thought there would have been better soundproofing.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Perfect for the time we spent there.

The room was good, a little smaller then I expected, it was in the front of the hotel on the highway side, could not sleep with the noise from the highway! Other then that it was good.

Convenient location, clean hotel. I was in Florida setting up hospice for a family member so I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. Would use the same hotel if needed again.

Our room was clean with a big bathroom, big closet and kitchen area. The air conditioner was working! The room was quiet. Breakfast had lots of options. Finally, there was plenty of parking.

A short but very lovely stay! The staff was helpful, friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good, although I would look into the waffle maker. There seemed to be an issue especially with one not working correctly. Therefore, waffles were not had by all!

Room was nice and clean and was not expecting a small kitchen in the room. The only thing was the bed mattress not comfortable very hard. Other than that it was a good experience.

Everything about our stay was amazing, front desk friendliness was next level, the breakfast area is the cleanest and most well stocked breakfast set up I have ever used. Would stay agin for sure.

That building in the other side of this hotel needs to be investigated. Didn't like what I witnessed. Also so a better job on a better breakfast and tell the female hotel clerks to be kind, helpful, and friendly. Didn't feel welcomed etc.

Beautiful establishment. Amazing staffing. Our only small complaint, this might be a city thing and not the hotel fault, but the water smell a bit funky. Every time we flush and shower, it has a strong metallic smell. However, theres no after taste. I do also suggest the owner add more air freshener in the building. We will return in the future!

Spacious with a full kitchen, and very clean rooms. New property, free parking. A hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon, bakery and cereals, etc. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach.

We especially loved the breakfast. Very clean in general. And the staff was very nice and friendly.

Unbelievable brand new hotel

Enjoyed a long weekend with the family and it dogs. We had an amazing time, place was clean, quiet and everyone was friendly! Will definitely come back

The hotel is new and the rooms are a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The only down fall was the location, because it’s located near a busy highway.

Good location to walk to Phillies game. Breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast. Room was nice. My only problem was noise level was incredibly loud from adjacent road in end room of building. Unable to sleep.

Perfect one night stay before the flight home, a little pricey but it was clean and comfy so not complaining

We arrived and had to wait 2 hours for our room to get ready which we were fine with but the front desk said they would call us when room ready and we sat in lobby even longer until we went to the fro t and the origional girl who said she would call wasn’t there so must have changed shifts and didn’t tell the new girl on shift our room was ready. Was frustrating as we were very tired and waited for so long.

Ideal location to shopping and highway. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Only issue with this property was that housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning our room. We stayed there 5 days and our beds were not made and room not cleaned for 2 consecutive days. Need to do a better job with housekeeping staff. The overall room cleaning was not done up to standard each day they left the floor and kitchen counters dirty

The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to see what they could do to improve my stay (the answer was nothing). The room was immaculate and well appointed.

Friendly Staff I enjoyed my stay!

Very dirty hotel and only had one elevator working. Waited 10 minutes for elevator to come and when walking into the hotel had multiple pan handlers asking for money. Rude staff as well.

They charged me $9.90 for a 2 nights data service. I hv a Marriott Bonvoy membership which in room Wi-Fi is one of a basic benefits. I called them and left a VM and also emailed them. Never heard back.

Staff not very helpful.

The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The cleaning of the room was questionable. She made the bed once in 5 nights because we pulled up the sheets so she must have assumed it was made. She didn’t empty both trash baskets any day. Other than that, it is worth it staying there. Location is good and staff is friendly.

This place is nice, modern, close to highway, walking distance to local food quiet. Upon arrival only one elevator was working, so it took a while when calling elevator, parking lot full to capacity most nights, ended up parking in the electric cars charging area. Housekeeping was odd, when we requested, someone only dumped the kitchen trash and did nothing more. The next time all trash was dumped but no dishes were done. The stay was fine overall, pool was small always crowded otherwise, would stay again.

It was great however the shower only had a glass & the water was spilling everywhere

Stayed during our anniversary vacation and the service was fantastic! The room was clean, modern and fully stocked. Will definitely stay again next year!

We booked for one night and now they are trying to say we stayed for 4 nights and charged our credit card 1400 scammers!!!

There was food stains and rice on my comforter from a past guest.

The hotel staff was clean and convenient to stores as well as going into Tampa or St Pete. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a last minute booking, but when you pay $200 for a room you wouldn’t think it was next to the highway, like right on the highway. I couldn’t sleep at all. They should provide their guests with ear plugs or at least warn so we could buy some for the r stay. No co detainer in the shower. I told the desk and I was asked why didn’t I call housekeeping??? Hello! I was in the shower already .there was no water in the entire suite, yes extra for a suite with a kitchenette and no water for coffee or to drink or to purchase in the room waiting for you when you arrive. This is the first time I have ever experienced this in a hotel and they said it was their policy to NOT have water. I do not for the life of me u sweet and this policy. Our room was very clean and nice. The furnishings were well thought out and the room had every convenience. The hotel had all the amenities that we could possibly need. The free breakfast was excellent and a great benefit. We would love to stay at this particular hotel again and will look for other Townplace Suites in other cities.

Room was ready before 4pm check-in time. Breakfast has decent selection. Hotel was quite and clean.

This place is very beautiful and love it. But one issue is the tub, the floor in the tub has no grip, making it easy to slip in, it doesn’t feel safe. Thanks for asking.
