Let me just say this property is Excellently run. They are courteous, prompt, accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean, stocked and the housekeeping staff was AMAZING. They also were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use this Hotel again if I am in the area. And will refer as well. Great Choice!

Room was clean but bedding was terrible. Pillows were pathetic, all 4 . Sheets did not fit mattress so had to sleep on rubber mattress cover. Kathy Hilton would not allow RHOBH to sleep with those conditions. It was hard to find an open parking spot. Restaurant was good.

I booked a king room and they gave me the wrong room. They gave me a room with 2 double beds. Also you cannot control the thermostat. It’s locked. The room was very stuffy at night and I couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast was very good but you had to pay.

Staff weren’t quite as friendly as most Hilton properties and disappointed that because of the rate I got, I didn’t qualify for my Hilton points. Rooms were nice and that’s really all we needed.

The hotel was very clean, which is no. 1 in importance. The heating/ac unit in the room (#301) was very noisy, waking us up a few times each nite. Also we think the breakfast should be an amenity not $16 per person. We went out for breakfast rather than pay $32.

The front desk staff were amazing! I was there with a large group, and the staff helped make it a very memorable visit. They went above and beyond many times.

Overall pretty. Close to shopping and restaurants even their own restaurant/bar we found to be very good for Sunday afternoon football. Gym and pool were fine. Room was very nice. Only one disappointment: they have just renovated all their rooms but left the 1960’s midget toilets installed. 6” off the floor type that’s really out of style. Why?

Parking was plentiful. Gym, heated pool, hot tub all super nice. On site restaurant was really good! My room was spacious and very clean. Area around hotel was great, lots of stores and restaurants.

I enjoyed this stay from the moment I walked in. The energy of staff and establishment was beautiful. They accommodated every need and were very understanding. The food was amazing and so was the service. Everything about here gives relaxation and family friendly. 10/10. Seriously. I would love to give a great thanks to overnight staff and morning staff as they were so nice and were ready to assist any way possible. I will definitely keep this as a gem for future stays !

Relocating to Glenville, NY

Friendly front desk. Room was clean and in excellent condition.

We like to stay here when going to concerts at SPAC. It is not too far away and you can quickly and easily enter the park from the exit with minimal traffic. You often run into other concert goers and the easy access to amenities is a plus!

This area is super nice with all of the shopping nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was very quiet. I look forward to staying here whenever we visit our friends in the area!

the entire hotel is under construction/remodel, clutter of equipment and ripped up walls everywhere. Not sure what was in the air, something smelled odd. Parking is adjacent to a strip mall and movie cinema, tons of people having immediate access to hotel guests parked vehicles. Staff there was excellent.

Staff was excellent as usual. Hotel is under renovation and room was recently completed. Beds were not very comfortable, shower faucet was either too hot or too cold, very noisy stay.

This hotel was very nice and clean and had wonderful smiling staff. Two things though that were mildly annoying. My blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and there was a big light outside my window so I had to use a clothes hanger with clips to close it. Also they kept the towels inside the shower like at the end of it so that was weird but overall a great stay. Has a great location with lots of restaurants and such and the thruway is right there. I’d stay here again.

Very convenient hotel location. Signs in the hotel say they are undergoing renovations. There are signs of wear in the room but it’s still nice.

the fitness area was nice but the lock was finicky and not consistently letting people in. the peloton was a great addition but it was not on wifi and the user cannot access the wifi so it was unusable.

This hotel is a treat - a very professional, courteous and efficient check in. A large, well lit, well decorated room. I didn’t eat there but they have a dinner restaurant in the hotel which has become harder and harder to find. I will definitely stay here again. (PS it’s also a bargain compared to the hotels 10 minutes closer to the Albany airport)

For the money, this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Service excellent, has a nice bar and restaurant, very clean, great location... Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is a little worn around the ears, and we did have a several hour power outage due to the storms and our AC never really came back online. That night was very hot and our room the first night. The second night was much better. The staff was OK, very friendly and did their best in a hot situation.

Was a typical hotel. Signage was not clearly obvious. I believe it may have been due to construction.

The staff is great. The room leaves a lot to be desired. Lighting was very dim making reading difficult. Bathroom was dangerous. Getting out of the tub was bad. You were stepping out of the tub into a very small space with no grab bars. (Grab bars are not just for the handicapped!)

The TV didn't work, but staff amenities and bar on site dinning were fantastic for the price. Great location for business travelers!!! I will visit again for sure!

The rooms are a little outdated but clean. We visit every year for an event and will be back to this property going forward.

Nice updates on the hotel makes it look very lovely. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Only complaint is the air conditioning system in the room stinks of stale air and mold. They need filters and flushed lines to take care of that.

I wish I could give the staff separate stars because they were super warm and friendly! Everyone we met was kind and seemed genuine. Lastly - please don’t think this hotel has a real pool. It’s slightly larger than the hot tub.

Room was over the mechanical area or air conditioning. Vibration was annoying. Room had a funny smell. Sunday coffee was not available at 6am

We arrived on Sunday and left on Thursday. Our rooms were never cleaned and no refills of coffee, towels, etc, unless you asked. The pool was much smaller than expected. Twice breakfasts were free as the computer system didn't work.

Nice well located hotel off I-87 in Clifton Park

Hotel itself was ok. The place was clean, the amenities were nice, the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and it’s convenient for shopping and dining. My issues with this hotel were the beds, they’re not comfortable at all and only give 3 pillows per queen bed. The bathroom will need a remodel in the very near future as the wall paper was peeling everywhere, there’s mold in the shower, and the ceiling was peeling due to moisture in the shower badly. My last issue was at 5am someone broke into my car, they thankfully got spooked by the alarm but still is crazy that somehow they got in. I woke to the alert on my phone from my car. This was due to the parking of this particular hotel being shared with a strip mall. Nice hotel, ok for the money, but I wouldn’t stay again.

This was a lovely hotel. Very clean and decorated for Christmas beautifully. Would absolutely recommend. The room was very clean and modern with a mini fridge and microwave. It is attached to a shopping center so that was very convenient. There is an indoor pool, a gym, private workspaces, and also laundry, vending and ice machines on each floor. Staff were super friendly.
