There is a cool skate park out front great for kiddos even to run around All the staff were SUPER friendly Pool room was very clean, pool was super warm! If I had to pick something my to complain about? The appearance, they were remodeling And the breakfast. It wasn’t the most practical for family traveling with young kiddos!

One of the best values I've found for the money. Roomy bedroom and living room with a well equipped kitchen.

Our suite was perfect for our family of 5, including three young children. Arrival went smoothly and the suite had everything we could possibly need. The hospitable front desk staff made checking in at night with sleepy children a breeze.

To much emphasis was placed on the breakfast, although adaqute the food was horrible and not inviting, please just stick with bagels and muffins

Breakfast was terrible. Most offerings were empty and what wasn't you were scraping the bottom of the container. We ended up going to Breakfast somewhere else. Very disappointing

Friendly staff and nice area. If I had to be picky it’s time to change so pealing and bubbling wallpaper and the sofa and chairs in the room could be more comfortable. But all that said I would stay again!

the front parking lot was not lit up at night. no overhead lights. extremely dark, especially during winter, a risky situation for guests. i was shocked to see out of my window how dark the lot was.

Wonderful hotel! The room is very spacious, clean and comes with everything you could possibly need- including pots/pans/dishes. Definitely a place to consider for families or longer stays. My son enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio and seating was great (there are even really nice grills!). Located next to anything you may need and easy access to the highway. The breakfast was one of the best we've had for a "free breakfast" at any hotel. Highly recommend!

Booked 2days, only could tolerate 1. 4th floor severe water damage yet put customers in rooms among the damage, constant loud air handling system, hand print of plaster on wall in bathroom, room had no towels so had to call for service. Refused refund of early departure due to 3rd party booking.

The front desk staff could not locate my reservation and refused our paid room with no refund issued. We attempted to contact Expedia to resolve it and they spoke with the hotel. The hotel then informed me that because I booked with Expedia and not directly with them they were not responsible for my reservation and did not have any additional rooms available. I was turned away from the property

The first night of this stay, there was a ringing Noise in the room above. we attempted to call the front desk and no one answered. We had to put on headphones noise cancelling music just to be able to sleep when we approach the front desk immediately answered us with there is nothing we can do about it. We are not giving you any money back, they were not helpful at all, this was a very disappointing visit. We paid for a room to sleep in and we were unable to sleep, and that was not addressed at all.

I have a large family so a suite is essential. Not only was the suite spacious and clean but we were very comfortable. I will ALWAYS choose this establishment when visiting family in the Capitol region, thank you all staff for making our trip even more delightful!!!

I called to reserve a top floor room with no adjoining door and they said it was reserved but when we got there they gave us the opposite of that room and said they were sold out and could not move us

We always have a great stay at this hotel, amazing location, there is a skate park very close by if you have teens. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean. Everything always works and staff is pleasant! This is always our go to hotel in the area.

Our room needed to be updated.Sofa sang down when we sat, there was a plastic cover over our mattress so when we moved , it made a lot of noise, we got sets of towels for three when we were four, there were stains on the floor, the counter was sticky as well as the old badly stained kitchen chairs, the dark curtains did not close completely so lights were coming in when we slept , bad as our room was on the ground floor where everyone can peek in…no privacy if we want to open our curtains during the day .,the kitchen table was so old, the bathroom door was so close to the toilet, the soap and shampoo bottles were mounted so high in the bath tub , couldn’t reach especially if I had to take a bath, we used our two paper coffee cups, it was not replaced the next day.

All staff were kind and kept the hotel immaculate! The breakfast was also very good with lots of seating and went until 11:00 on weekends. I would highly recommend.

it's getting run down. Carpet is worn, walls are marked up, wallpaper is peeling. This hotel was awesome 5 years ago. However, it is in need of a refresh.

The suite was perfect for our stay, and very clean. The hotel was decorated so cute for fall. The staff were all kind and very helpful. Breakfast was on par. They have a great pool. There is shopping and dining experiences aplenty, and all are within walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. We stay here occasionally as a one night stopover. We especially appreciate the full size fridge and freezer and the ceiling fan as well as the short walk to a nice restaurant. Breakfast is quite good with several fresh fruit options.

Whenever we come to the Capital region I always make an effort to stay at Homewood Suites Clifton Park, never disappointed!

Great front desk staff, clean, comfortable bed, nice amenities and terrific breakfast.

The staff was so helpful giving suggestions on restaurants nearby as well as the hotels amenities. Breakfast, I would say I would rate the breakfast a 4 out of 5 as I missed my bacon or sausage. But it really was very adequate. The bed was the best hotel bed I ever slept in.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Immediately greeted with smiling faces full of all the information we needed! Room was fantastic, pull out couch was a little rough for my son but they immediately provided an extra mattress pad and cushioning to help him and it worked! The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. The hotel service upon request was quick and provided more than needed. Will absolutely be back to stay at this hotel. Can’t say how amazing the staff was…

Size of rooms and cleanliness

Overall quality surpasses other hotels in the area, beautiful rooms with suite atmosphere, full service kitchen with all amenities, full closet, great mattress and comfort pillows and bedding, easy access tv channel cable, elegant modern decor and healthy foods breakfast of eggs, fresh fruits salad, oatmeal and other goodies like pastries and fruit juices.

Second time I've stayed there. Very pleased. Although the room could use a deeper clean throughout. A little dusty. And coming out bathroom smelled like urine. I went out and bought some disinfectant spray and clean the floor myself and then it smelled better.

Stayed up her for Mother’s Day/graduation weekend and this hotel was great! The rooms were huge with everything you could possibly need. The staff was great and so was the breakfast included. Very safe, clean and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone traveling upstate to the Albany/Saratoga region!

Loved our stay. Everything was perfectly clean and all staff (night and morning) were so nice and friendly.

Overall consistent with what Homewood Suites offer - upscale and comfortable experience. Elegant and modern decor, kitchen area, large closet and bath area, great bedding, suite feel. Only criticism was breakfast was not to my standards - very little offered at time I arrived which was later and not great selection of eggs and fruit. So this was disappointing. Especially for the room price paid.

Staff is awesome, however the company need to update the rooms. Carpet is worn, walls are scatched up, ironing board was in horrible condition. This hotel was awesome 2 years ago but, it hasn't been maintained.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Bed was comfortable. We would have liked the availability of a reclining chair as my mom needs to sleep somewhat upright to breathe more easily. The main level had a nice area for our family to gather together. Breakfast was nicely prepared.

Excellent! Highly recommended. My only negative is that we both fell extremely ill with the flu, and when asking at the front desk for the location of the nearest Urgent Care, they had no idea. We lost HOURS searching. This should be a standard printed handout available at the front desk when needed, similar to the listing we received when questioning places that could deliver food. The only black mark against an otherwise top notch facility.

Excellent customer service. Front desk very responsive, polite and pleasant and the kitchen staff are hard working who go out of they way to make sure everything is available in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and the support staff makes you feel welcome.

Homewood suites was very friendly and able to accommodate me and my family while we were in town visiting relatives. The kids had a great time and loved the breakfast and pool. More than enough space for us to have guest and spread out. Will definitely stay again.
