The breakfasts here were great, I loved that they had options for dairy allergies. Staff was so helpful, rooms were clean, and the pool was so spacious.

Water pressure wasn't there, but late night staff and from desk woman was very nice

Breakfast was super duper good 👍 The room was clean, but the sopa bed was maybe too old that I can’t lay down comfortably with the beds spring, no extra pillows or blankets, good that I usually bring my own blankets. When we check in, at 4pm, our room wasn’t ready yet, so we habe to wait for an hour. The front desk clerk wasn’t nice

Then they said they were sold out, so there was no way to fix it. Their idea of compensation was 15,000 Hilton points, which does not come close to making up for being put in the wrong room type. Hotels.com then told us that because we accepted the room, even unknowingly, there was nothing they could do. So to sum it up, we paid for one thing, got something else, were never told, and then got boxed into keeping it with no real remedy. Terrible service, poor communication, and zero real accountability. I would avoid this hotel if your room type actually matters.

What we have come to expect from a Hilton property. Cordial and welcoming upon arrival by the receptionist. Breakfast was more than the typical Hilton complimentary breakfast, had an added item not usual to Hilton breakfast. They also offered besides the “normal” items but also a taco and burrito breakfast bar that included pulled pork for that option. Beyond delicious. Well done Homewood Suites by Hilton

Pool was great had a basketball ball court. Everything open and accessible.

The sofabed needs to be replaced. There's no cushion. Can feel all the springs when laying on it. And also can hear when neighbors shower as plumbing noise loud. Otherwise, all good

This place was perfect for us! Very quiet. Large, clean, very comfortable room, bathroom and beds. Fantastic breakfast too, with a huge variety of choices, including eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, warm tortillas, yogurt and more! Pretty grounds. Close to the Clovis trail, which was great for walking our dogs! We will be back!

Great stay for one night. We stayed in a king room with sofa sleeper room was large. If u are having some one sleep on the sofa sleeper ask for linens for the sofa sleeper when u check in, they arent in the room. Breakfast was good had a very good variety of all breakfast items.

The room was excellent! The staff was really cool. But on Christmas night we went down to get something out of the little store there. We picked out what we wanted and waited at the desk for a long time. No one came. We thought maybe they had the camera system there that would keep track of what you took. We took it to our room and consumed it. In the morning. When I told them about and asked them, they were very appreciative of us telling about them about it. The breakfast was a little cold but other than that we liked the place.

We were replaced in an ADA room, which is not what we booked. Our room was not restocked at all for our entire stay of four nights, even after talking to the front desk and also telling a girl who asked us if we needed service that we did. The entry door near our room started breaking down halfway through our stay and it took four or five tries with the key card to even enter through that door. We will not be staying at this property or this chain again.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. In-room kitchen worked well in our suite. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Basketball court was a plus. Front desk was understaffed, but the employees were helpful.

Hello I had a few changes on my stay confirmed at least a week in advance but when I arrived they could not even find my reservation that was already paid then come to find out when Zackery woke me up at midnight on my first day Said I was not checked in properly I asked if it could wait till morning he was rude and said no then did check in I. Went back to room to find out now my room key which he just made again did not work so I lost a lot of needed rest after a 61/2 hour drive in and if he looked at my history I have stayed at this location several times recently also customer service was just very unprofessional not what you expect at a Hilton wow from john peraza

Overall nice place to stay. Clean overall, we liked the kitchen area and the room set up. Very nice vanity area, especially for putting on make up. Nice breakfast. Bathroom had a loud fan. The carpet had visible hair strands and needed to be vacuumed. Pillows were in bad shape not comfortable.

They didn’t have an airport shuttle even though advertised on website and a representative said there was one when I called. The lobby garbage can was full for an entire day and overflowing. Two full cups were sitting on the edge of the coffee table.

Awesome hotel! I was a little skeptical when I read some of the reviews but once my little family and I arrived, I couldn’t be happier! It was clean and the layout was very functional. My requests were granted and the staff were extremely friendly. Location was also great and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night in the king suite with 2 queens and pull out couch. Was able to check in early. Staff was friendly. Kids swam in pool which was clean. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and could feel all the springs. Overall the room was very clean and had ceiling fans in the bedrooms and had two separate bathrooms and showers. Definitely worth the extra money if you have large kids or even for two couples.

The room size and full kitchen were excellent. Hotel and elevator are a bit dated but overall Great stay, and we would come back for sure.

Homewood Suites is a nice place for a family vacation and I love it there as well as the surrounding area. The room is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our time there and would love to stay there again ❤️

Asked for sheets and didn’t show up to room until 11:30 pm. Went to service desk twice.

Nice clean and quiet rooms. The included breakfast was substantive with a good variety and the quality was a notch above other similar hotels we have used in the past.

Total disappointment. I am a big fan of Homewood Suites because of the breakfast and great service. 1st day there was no breakfast because there was no attendant and no alternative was offered. 2nd day - no eggs and other items. A gentleman asked for an explanation an none was given so he asked for the manager. We were allowed to go to the Hampton Inn next door for breakfast. Not a good experience.

The staff were all veruy friendly and accomodating. i enjoy working out, so the fitness was a great added bonus. My only complaint is that our room was near the elevator and we could hear it multiple times and into the night. Other than that, the room was very quiet.

Our stay would have been perfect if they served the breakfast that was included in the reservation. My kids were so excited to wake up early so they can have breakfast.in the hotel. When we got downstairs we were told breakfast was canceled with no explanation and no compensation. We went out for breakfast which cost us over $70.00.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was comfortable and very clean. We had a toddler with us on the trip. He had plenty of room to play in the suite, and the heated pool/basketball court provided extra space for him to play and run. Breakfast was a added bonus.

We had a reservation at another hotel but they had no hot water and forgot to mention that when I checked in. Thankfully Homewood Suites was available. Got there around 10 PM and the check in went smoothly. The desk help was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay with them again.

I arrived at my check-in time and the room wasn't ready for a whole hour after the time I was allowed to check-in. It was incredibly inconvenient. I had dinner in my hands ready to eat at my 4pm check-in and it was cold an hour later. Also, the front desk receptionist said they would call me when my room was ready. After waiting in my car for an hour, I went back into the lobby to check the status and they said "it's been ready." When were they going to call me?!?!

We like staying here, but even the suites don’t have a desk for setting up a computer.

A very clean and newer property with beautiful rooms and complete kitchens. The bathroom was large and spacious.

Stayed during the Thanksgiving weekend. Found the rooms to be clean and quiet. Enjoyed the choices for their daily breakfast. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

What could have been better: The beds were not very comfortable. King bed felt old and could easily feel the metal springs through the padding. Bedding was also not very comfortable, no comfort just a basic AF blanket that was rough material, adequate. The pull out “bed” was barely adequate. Basically a bed of metal with thin material covering, no padding whatsoever. Luckily my teenager was ok with it, but he’s young and resilient. Still wish he could have slept on something better since we were in town for a sports tournament. Wanted him to have a comfortable bed to sleep on after playing hard. Room was not furnished with bedding, had to call front desk. The bedding was too basic and blanket was worse than the one on the king bed. Windows don’t open so it was very stuffy and woke up congested both nights. The TV was placed in the middle of the room so you could not watch tv in either bed unless you are watching from the extreme side angle. The shower door track was dirty and showed some crud, grossed me out a little. Overall: For a Hilton, I was disappointed by the comfort, which I feel is the most important, especially for the price $250/ night.

We forgot a couple items and called the hotel after we got home. We were told by the lady who answered that she would check with housekeeping and call the next day. We have not received the promised call. DO NOT FORGET TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. The hotel does not help with returning anything.

Did not get the room I booked. I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my family, instead I was given two separate rooms that didn't connect.

I love the suites, So nice. The breakfast are really above the average of the other breakfast hotels-so yah! We had a room on the 2nd floor-very quiet. only problem I had is the fact that housekeeper sprays the room with some kind of chemical perfumy stuff and it caused my asthma to go crazy, but I spoke to the gal that checked us in and she said next time just call a few days ahead to remind the staff to block a room for me that wouldn't sprayed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd 4 day stay at this hotel. My husband was even impressed with the suite cause it had a separate living space with a door to the bedroom. I loved it. This hotel is very close to my son and daughter's homes so that is really great. No driving all over the city to see everybody

My reservation included a 1 king bed and 2 queen bedroom, full kitchen and living area. When I got there I got a 2 queen room, no full kitchen, and living area was super small. I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the front desk person to fix the issue. At first he offer to cancel the booking and reimburse my money for the booking. I told him that I wanted what i had already paid for and that i needed a room because we drove over 4 hours to get there, I called the GM and left a voice mail and also sent an email. After 20-30 minutes they finally offer me a second room with 2 more queen size beds. Unfortunately the beds were so uncomfortable and also had bed bugs. My son's back is full of bedbug bites. We will definitely not be visiting this location ever again.

I was moving out of state and my brother flew in to help me drive to Washington and I have two poodles so pet friendly was needed and it was just blocks from my old home

We really liked this place, even though the largest suite is small and has no work desk/area.

Loved our suite!! Drove in from Idaho to see my mother in law as she was in the hospital. Got to town earlier than expected and was allowed to check in early. Treated with respect, felt very welcomed and valued. Breakfast was awesome. Stayed a whole week and even extended our stay a cpl of extra days. Only downfall was pool being dirty and no pool towels. Definitely will stay there again!!!

Arrived around midnight and the entrance to suites and other section of hotel is confusing. Both of them are under same management, but have poor communication between them.

When checking in at 3:55PM, I was told the room was not yet ready. I left my phone number down as requested and was told that I’d receive a call/text when my room was ready. An hour later, I did not get a call or text. When I went to check at the front desk, that was when I was told that the room was ready already. I think the front desk staff could have communicated better. I think the staff was very kind and friendly, but I was concerned about the security of the hotel. The elevators do not require a keycard to access the rooms. Thankfully, we did not experience anything unsafe, but I think it would make your guests feel safer if the rooms were not so easily accessible to anyone who is not booking with the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best experience I’ve had.

There was easy checking in and checking out. The place was clean. My only concern is there is a gas station across the street and my room faced that gas station so there is quite a bit of late night noise. The gas station must be 24 hours.

We really liked the room, the space, how clean it was, the bathroom. We had a child to sleep on the sofa-bed. It was comfortable and worked well. It just took some to get sheets and blankets. We needed a second blanket, I had to go to get it myself because they were short staffed. Finally, breakfast was very good. Recommended.
