The stay was great but for the price and considerating we stayed for three nights, there was no place to wash your clothes and they could have a least had a breakfast buffet your something free, you literally had to pay extra for everything ice was from the machine was the only free amenity. The waterpark should also consideration have a hot tub for adults or a lazy river or adult only time there is nothing really for adults to be able to escape for a moment

Overall, it was good. However, I don’t see a reason guests should have to pay for parking. Parking should be complimentary,

Property looks like nobody is taking care of it and prices are going up honestly a big change since last time we visited I personally don’t think is money worth

This a great property and the kids enjoyed the activities. The only complaint is that all extras were expensive.

The tub was clogged and standing in dirty water when I called the front desk they were very condescending and said they would charge before it then there was no hot water. Completely rude and nothing was working! I checked out and went to Polaris which was amazing!!

Our room has a odor. The hotel really should have a laundry facility. The hotel should have a hot tub or Jacuzzi for the adults only area. Some of the water areas had issues and needed repairs. The buffet looked day old for the cost. The staff was excellent and always gave information on the hotel. Especially Tucker the young man up front. Tucker interacted with us every time and was very pleasant. Always a smile on his face.

There were leftover hairs in the sink and bathtub.

Long chaotic check in process, no explanation of how anything at the property worked (first time great wolf lodge guests). Charged me for pool towels after check out, despite not being told the towels had to be left at the pool. High school kids working the towel stands that gave no instruction and clearly hated their job. Charged multiple fees after check out with no itemized receipts and no reason given for charges. We booked an overnight room and left 2 hours after check in. We didn’t sleep in the room or stay on the property after using the pool. They charged for $23 for 2 hours of parking. This place isn’t worth it

So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time .

I personally loved this place for my kiddo! There was lots to do. I do think some things may have been over priced but it was overall a great experience . They literally had the best candy ever !!

The queen bed area was very noisy in the morning, it sounded like tables constantly moving. Overall, we were there for the kids to enjoy the activities so we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway! The staff was fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly.

Expensive but a great time

Came there for a 2 night stay 2 adults 2 children. and to start the wash in the bathroom was empty. Bedding terrible! There was 1 working elevator sometimes 2. The wait for the elavator ridiculous. Just use the stairs. Apend atleast 1600. Will not be coming back. Much more to complain about but im done.

The staff were super nice and very informative during check in as this was our first time here. The room was ok. The sink and the tub did not drain very well and the toilet clogged. My husband had to ask the front desk twice for a plunger before we finally got one. Overall the room didn’t have a “clean” feeling. I understand this is a very busy hotel.

The place was not very clean. The price was too high for the level of cleanliness, service and parking availability.

My kids had an amazing time for Christmas! Loved that there was a dunkin and ice cream shop on site for a reasonable price. Great location & close to a lot of shops and entertainment. On site entertainment was excellent. I wish the hotel had a hot tub!

There are some things to be aware of. Anything outside of having a room to sleep in and going to the water park seen to be all about taking as much money from guests as possible. I completely understand the business aspect of this, but it is just blatantly in your face obvious. Want to park your car? $19. Want to get pizza for dinner with the Fam? $23 for what you might normally consider a medium at Dominoes, etc. Want a fountain drink with that? $3.59 and it comes with a code to scan to limit you to just 16 oz. And, don't count on the machine to actually count accurately. My 16 oz cup half full of ice barely filled over halfway before the machine cut off and said I got all I was allowed. Don't even think about refilling it! Mini golf is $7/person. Not too bad, but I'm not sure why? I would feel much better about this if I paid a little extra to stay here and didn't get hit with charges for every little thing. Just makes me want to go off-site for anything else.

First time here and was shocked at how friendly and fun the place and staff was.

The check in experience was terrible. The front desk clerk did not know much about the packages offered by the hotel. The touchscreen kiosk was not user friendly and we go little to non help or direction from the dedicated front desk clerk. The beds has blood stains and the A/C was not working. Overall, for the amount I payed to stay, I’d much rather selected a good Four Star Hotel. I will never come back to be a customer of this franchise.

Great wolf lodge is a howling good time. So much fun for a family of four and an auntie, we will be back!

The family had a fantastic time. However, I missed that you have to pay $19 a car for parking.

Indoor pool, kids activities

Hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Prices were very steep for attractions and food in the lodge (we left to find more budget friendly dining options and only did the water park and arcade at the lodge). Many of the arcade games were down or malfunctioning. The water park was awesome and the staff was very friendly and attentive to all guests, especially all kids swimming. Unfortunately, a friend of ours, that lives in the area, was not able to come in and hang with us without paying the $50 charge for a band. The "free entertainment" daily was geared more toward younger kids, my 8 year old was pretty bored with it (except the dance party, she liked that!) I would recommend this location, but save your pennies before you go!

It’s in nice resort however I think it is little overpriced. We stayed in double queen bed with sofa bed, the room was big enough and everything was clean and upgraded.

30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.

Beds and room were decent. A lot of the common areas needed more cleaning throughout the day badly. Add-ons are very expensive for what you get. Not worth the value.

The breakfast is so bad the cleaning so bad some staff and how treat the visitors are bad

We had an awesome vacation. It was pricey but for all the activities we did it was good I wish there was more option for a buffet style food for breakfast and lunch would have been nice.

Food was over priced for what was served in the restaurant. The beds were extremely hard and not very comfortable after a long day in the water. We had a ton of fun in the water park and at the other activities held on site though.

Water park great for 11 and 8 year old grandkids. Large hotel, ten floors,lots of rooms, busy and somehow the architects thought 3 small and slow elevators were sufficient. Spent lots of time waiting for elevators which were always jam packed with people. Good limited and very average.

Properties average little over price for my opinion

Room reserved was supposed to be a suite… hahaha… just because there is a couch in the room does not make it a suite…. No exhaust fan in bathroom…. Slow drain in tub…. Shower head not working properly, sending water out the shower…. Water park is out dated…. Side attractions need updating… no outdoor pool… needs more or better elevators…. Finding my stairs is a journey…. The breakfast buffet is average, almost comparable to embassy suites breakfast…. Very expensive to stay and play for an outdated waterpark and side attractions…. Would only recommend to try it as an experience …wouldn’t go back… I’m better off staying at Embassy suites and taking the kids to Waterworld or Elitch Gardens.

Amazing entertainment, safe and fun for kids and parents. Beds not comfortable, but didnt care at all given everything else was so great.

The people at the Dunkin Donuts refused to help my with my drink. What I needed was not in the kiosk. They were literally standing there doing nothing at all! For the amount of money that I spent there, there should have been some sort of breakfast included. I can't eat much, so a $24 buffet breakfast isn't worth it. I had to go outside of the hotel to get breakfast.

Great location, we could view the Academy and Pikes Peak from our balcony room. The indoor water park is great. We just stayed overnight during our trip, but could spent a few days here. Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The lodge dining was top notch.

Oh my goodness, what an experience this magical place is. My family and I absolutely loved every second of this place. Between the waterpark and the arcade and the mini golf and all the other activities this place was just perfect for my two kids! They had a blast and didn’t want to leave. It was a little pricey but it was so worth it , seeing my kids so happy and smiling and I just didn’t want to leave either :) it was wonderful and we will be back !

I was charged for something that didn’t belong to me, we had already checked out. I opened a dispute and no one ever asked me or called me they closed it and refused to give me a refund.

The slides in the water park are fun, without doubt, but poorly signed, changing facilities were clean but again poorly signed. Only 3 elevators which have a constant queue, we ended up using the stairs mostly up to the 6th floor. Our room was large and clean, the bathroom needs some updates the faucets on the bath and shower head were both coming off the wall. Overall, we had a nice relaxing time in the water park, ate off site as the food was overpriced, but wouldn’t return. I should also say I think if you have kids a little younger (3-10) you would have a better experience ours at 10-15 were slightly past the target audience.

Everything was geared toward profitability for Great Wolf Lodge, an outstanding model for any group that wants to see how to steer families and individuals into spending money. I thought the pool was included in the stay, and it was, but there were no slides or other pool options included. That would be an additional $59, 79, 89. When an average room costs over $500, I would expect other things to be included.

The bed in our room was so bad I checked out early at 11 pm and drove home 55 miles away so I could get some sleep.

Rooms was very clean and nice. Had refrigerator and microwave. The hotel and fun area was so much fun! We really enjoyed the bowling and magic quest! It’s pricey so be prepared for that but honestly it was worth every penny! Make sure to buy the play pass if you got kids big enough to do rope course and stuff. It will worth the money!

Had to pay for parking. Food prices outrageous. Adventure maze was extra not inclusive with water park. Had to buy a card for every activity offered. Will not recommend.

I paid over $200 and everything closes at 8pm. That really pretty much ruined my stay.

It was a nice get-away for our daughter's birthday. The only criticism I have is around the digital nature of the resort. It wouldn't have been a problem, but the wifi was unreliable, so we couldn't use the app onsite to look anything up.

They charge for parking, which is okay. The problem is there is not enough parking so after paying for parking, you’re not even guaranteed a spot. As a hotel guest who drove 2hours to stay at the resort I have to park somewhere.

It was a beautiful festive hotel for the holiday season. With nightly Santa visits and dance parties my daughter was more then entertained. The magic game kept her busy. She had a wonderful time and met a lot of new friends for the stay.

This is a great resort but now they started charging for parking and other activities that were free for guess. There ad on Hotels.com needs to be updated to reflect the additional cost.

I have stayed at different Great Wolf Lodge locations around the country; this is the worst property ever. The TV remote did not work; we had to reset the TV ourselves, and the cleanliness was poor. I requested my room to be cleaned because we found hair on the sheets, and when we returned at night, nothing had changed. When I went downstairs to ask why our room wasn't serviced, they told me they do not offer daily cleaning. Breakfast was poor. I waited for a waitress for 10 minutes; I even recorded a video showing no staff on the floor. It was bad in general.

Super easy check in , friendly people

When we arrived all was good. Then we get to our room And get ready for bed and the pull out bed looked as though mice had been inside of it. Then when we tell them they did nothing for us. Also check your bank accounts after you leave. They will charge you for the smallest things. We still do not have a full receipt of why we were charged and what for. I do not recommend going there with your family as they did not follow up with thier word on refunding the money they took from our bank account and our families.

I truthfully Love this location but I feel as the new staff/management have really let this place go. My friends and I were all targeted and treated differently from everyone else. We had our Halloween ruined and not much was made up for it. This is a family friendly place and they didn't satisfy in that field. I was given an apology but it wasn't genuine, It was fake and they just wanted to shut me up. I really don't know if I'm going back after that. I deserve far more for all the disrespect we all went through.

Hotel did not have my reservation and overcharged me upon checkout. I did have some the charge removed only to find they had charged again after my departure. I will not stay here again.

My only gripe would be I think some of the food could be better. It wasn't awful or anything, but not as good as I was expecting. We ate at Barnwood for dinner and Buckets for lunch by the pool. The Chicken nachos from Buckets was the exception, we thought they were pretty good, but the burgers where lacking IMO The service was great and the staff was very friendly. We went in October and they had trick or treat stations set up for the kiddos and the staff where in costume and looked great. Overall we will be back because we had a lot of fun. We also like the location, driving to CO Springs is beautiful in the fall and lots of other activities in the lodge instead of the pool and even good stuff around the lodge within walking distance. Also one last thing, parking should be free IMO. $15 a night for parking comes across as a price gouge to me, especially since it's just an open basic parking lot. If it was secured or covered parking that price would be a lil more justified

Short stay but fun. It's like a Disney resort where you are charged for everything, so be prepared. Breakfast buffet is nearly $50 per adult after taxes, so be prepared. Th4 kids loved it though!

The bridge going to the restroom is really slippery. I hope they’ll take some time to scrub it or else someone would get hurt and they’ll be sued.

Nice stay with lots to do. We had a wonderful time as this was our First time at the Hotel. City has so much to do that we will come back.

We loved everything about our stay here. The bathrooms in the water park weren’t very clean but other than that this stay was perfect!

10 floor hotel has 3 Elevators 1 of them was broken have to wiate 45 munites do go down stairs piad 400$ for only 1night stay and they charged $15 for unsafe parking

They double charged my card for the stay and added additional charges that I did not authorize. When I asked for a print out of the charges and informed them of the fraudulent charges, they stated they were “authorizations” and couldn’t explain further or refund the charges. The print out they gave me did not match up with all the charges they made to my card. They also could not explain that. I left the front desk frustrated and came back about an hour later to talk to a different manager. They still couldn’t explain the charges but promised they would refund right away. We’re talking about thousand dollars worth of charges. I still have not received my refund or an explanation.

Loved having all the activities in one place and how clean the hotel was!

we had a couple issues like our door lock wasn’t working and my tip from breakfast got changed from 15 to 45 dollars but the staff was very helpful and figured out all the issues quickly without giving us a hard time. The only thing that actually upset me was an older staff member was talking to a coworker and kept misgendering the coworker. They had a name tag that clearly stated their pronouns are they/them, and I’m assuming it was the manager, kept using the wrong pronouns. The staff member handled it so well and didn’t cause a fuss or anything but I just felt bad. They should be respected while they are at work.

Took my Granddaughter for a weekend of fun. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had a great time. We will most definitely be back in the future.
