I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.

I would recommend this hotel. Very good location.

Room was comfortable. Very accommodating at checkin when we arrived about 90 minutes before checkin. TV did not work. Staff was willing to move us to a new room but since we were already unpacked and only in for two nights we declined. Great location to the Academy

Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen.

No shampoo or soap in the room. Cmon basic services. The staff at the desk was exceptional. But getting in a shower to find all 3 bottles empty? Come on.

Excellent room and breakfast. Room refrigerator didn’t include a freezer. And the toilet paper holder was positioned terribly. Other than those two picky items, we truly enjoyed our one night stay.

My kids loved this hotel the pool was warm enough to enjoy the staff was very friendly and the next morning when we got breakfast there was a good variety everything was fresh. We’ve gone to this hotel twice now and no complaints it couldn’t be better.

The Hampton Inn located at 1307 Republic Dr was in an ideal location for my trip. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, the facility is clean & the bed extremely comfortable. I will be staying here again

Staff was great and very nice. Had a sweet but it was above the awning and light shine through the window all night, keeping me up. There’s no blackout curtains that could fix that. Bed was very firm for my taste. Tv in the room was junk.

The one comment I can make is that the house keeping did not make the beds daily. They also missed changing the towels the last night of our 3 nights stay.

The staff was among the friendliest I have encountered. Both on the phone before my visit and while staying there. We were overall very happy with our stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be the juice at breakfast was warm and there was a slippery spot on the pool tile where my husband slipped and hurt himself. We would definitely return.

We arrived at around 11 pm. Our room had old food, drinks, toiletries from the precious occupant. The bed was changed out and clean, but the rest of the room was dirty. We tried to call the front desk but it had a busy signal every time we tried. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was also clean, kids were happy with the temp. Only complaint was we thought we booked a balcony per the Hotels.com photos associated with the room (Suite, Multiple beds). When we arrived the front desk staff told us it was a Hotels.com issue and they did not offer a double queen suite with a balcony. NOT an issue with the Hampton and staff offered to help where they could. Pleasant stay overall. We were well rested and enjoyed everything else about the hotel!

Hampton Inn at I25 & Air Force Academy is amazing. Not only is it comfortable and quieter, there are 6 disc golf goals and a walking track right behind the hotel.

Only issues we dealt with was cleanliness of hallways on 3rd floor. All the hallways for all 4 days we were there smelled of throw up. The elevator floors were constantly sticky and dirty as was the floor outside the elevator. One of our rooms was super sticky as well on tile. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. Area around hotel was GREAT! Everything you can imagine is available! Very new area with hundreds of spots to dine! And every big box store and anything else you could need!

This was our third time staying at this property during the holidays and have enjoyed our time in Colorado. The property is positioned perfectly with tons of eatery and shopping options nearby. Unfortunately, their staff was limited and could not have our room fully clean (beds made, shampoo refilled etc.) despite multiple requests. We stayed 5 days! The breakfast area had multiple items labeled “out of stock” and the food mixes were not the greatest.

Was a good property for the price. Have no complaints as the hotel met expectations for family travelers

The hotel was great, the room comfortable and clean, but the breakfast was disappointing. I wasn't expecting a lot, but it was just not even worth waking up for. The breakfast had all the parts; it was just that everything they put out was of the lowest quality. Biscuits and muffins were hard, sausage and eggs were flavorless, Coffee was burnt, etc.....

Hostess was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is walking distance to dinning and convenient stores. Not the best but definitely nit a bad stay at all. Overall good experience.

The morning we checked out, we were on a tight schedule and planned to eat breakfast there at 6:00am like we had the other days, but it was not ready until 6:30 - 30 minutes late. This required us to modify our travel schedule. This was right after another bad experience at Hampton Inn in Dumas TX

Stayed for a 3-day weekend. Although this is a new construction, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing above and beside you. Saturday we had breakfast at the hotel. Their idea of sausage was sliced hot dog. The exterior lights didn’t come on until well past dark. I thought Hampton was supposed to be a nicer property. Don’t bother staying here.

Our room was handicapped accessable, which we didn’t need, and lacked any counter space in the bathroom to put our toiletries. Hard to get ready in the morning. Didn't get much sleep because our room backed to the exercise room and loud noises of all sort were annoying late into the evening and started again around 5 in the morning.

Negative is disconnect operating TV--no guide or info. Staff got us bath towels as we had none.

The pool was really nice. Humid enough to make the pool really comfortable to enjoy. The hot tub had great jets that were strong to relax my back after a long day of walking rough terrain. Rooms were clean and when we needed extras the front desk guy made it happen! Great breakfast and very alert staff.

The shower in our room was very very slippery. Both my kids and my wife slipped and fell in the tub. There was also what looked like an abandoned vehicle in the back with two slashed tires and could tell has been there for awhile with weeds growing underneath the vehicle. Never been to Colorado, and I thought I choose a good and safe neighborhood but seeing this vehicle made me think otherwise.

Low on breakfast items. Very loud there were families with kids crying and noisy in the halls.

Uncomfortable bed. No usefull chair. Hard to control heating and cooling. Wacky closet door.

Quick trip, I really appreciated truck and trailer parking.

We were in the first floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room above us. The refrigerator smelled awful in the room and there was an empty can of beer under the side of the bed.

When we got there the clerk was smoking outside so had to wait about 30 seconds to get checked in. Had to give them a credit card to add $25 to the room "in case" we get something from the snack room, did get it back when we left, just a hassle. Breakfast looked and tasted like it was made 3 or four days ago.

Staff was friendly, property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only down side was the shower was freezing in the mornings but afternoon or night was hot.

I asked for me room to be cleaned when I checked in. This service did not take place. Second time this happened at the same hotel!

Very disappointed with the breakfast service. Many items were either not available (butter, bacon, sausage, omelets) or they were cold. The hotel room was excellent but the lack of an adequate breakfast bar forced us to eat at nearby restaurants.

This was a very nice hotel room. Our only complaint is that the pull out bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I liked that for the most part it seemed pretty quiet. Except the room above us had very heavy footed people in it at all hours of the night.

Hotel was always clean and well-kept. Breakfast was delicious every morning. There were even complimentary cookies set out every afternoon for guests. Pool, hot tub and gym were always tidy and clean. The room was updated and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that we could not access the internet via the tv to stream.

This is a newer Hampton that is very well maintained and they pay attention to little details like cookies in the lobby, hot tea, coffee, and cocoa bar at the front…so welcoming to grab a warm cup of tea after a hike. The breakfasts were delicious and the man who was managing breakfast was kind, thorough, and quick. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Nothing posted on line about pool being closed. Booked a room with a balcony and looking forward to a swim. If on line it said closed would have booked elsewhere. Did not feel we got our $232 worth.

We stayed at this great hotel for a very large wedding party. Lots of rooms booked with our group. Fabulous staff and really enjoyed our stay!

Worst experience at a hampton ever. Take care of your dam building so it doesn't inconvenience everyone! We will never stay there again

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in a great location with plenty of food choices, movie theater, etc nearby. Close distance to Manitou, Old CO City, etc. There is a perfect frisbee golf (small) right behind the hotel with a walking trail that I was able to walk my dog at every night and morning. Beautiful view of the mountains. Only complaint was the AC was not very good in the room. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The facilities were great as well as the staff. I didn't appreciate the marijuana smokers at the rear designated smoking area.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early so we could get changed for a wedding we were attending. The breakfast was quite good. Nice area.
