Great stay - well priced & good breakfast options

The staff was very friendly. My only problem is I have a hard time walking and I forgot to ask for a closer room. Of course we were all the way to the end of hall. We also had no view except the parking lot. That was disappointing. I would stay there again but now I know what to ask for. Breakfast was also good.

It was new and modern, the breakfast was tasty and diverse, and everything seemed clean. The beds were a little firm, but that’s a preference thing. The WiFi was rather poor (about 3-5 mb/s download).

The breakfast was actually really good for a hotel breakfast. They had egg white omelets and turkey sausage. And gluten free items!

I wanted to bathe after a long week of travel but the drain on he tub had mold on it. Yuck! Please clean under the overflow drain too.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was healthy enough to keep me happy and enough variety that I didn’t get tired of it after five days. Had a little glitch with the laundry, but they refunded my quarters, and it was no big deal. I was disappointed that the pool was not filled and the hot tub in operation because I was planning to use both even though it’s spring time I like to swim in cold water in the morning and relax in hot water at night

Clean rooms, helpful staff, well maintained facility. Excellent breakfast. Only complaint is the air deodorizer system they use. It provides a fresh scent, but the chemicals used in it are very irritating to me. Please consider your guests who are sensitive to scented products.

Breakfast closes at 10am on Sunday, at 9:30 they where out of food and when asked about it they said they where not putting any more food out.

Phone in room didn’t work, front desk lady incredibly rude and uncooperative. Left a day early due to the rudeness of staff and run down condition of hotel. There was something pink and gross on the shower holder and shower was a nightmare to run. Embassy Suites has taken a big dive. Had to rebook my son into a different hotel due to ADA accommodations not being available despite asking THREE times about it. The hotel refused to work with Travelocity to remedy the problem, instead trying to make me pay for an ADDITIONAL ADA room that was available. Never again.

One person on staff could not even give directions to hotel everybody else was great one day sheets not even pulled up on bed with bedstead over it and bathroom floor not sweep or mopped other days good over all ok place breakfast was great!

Couldn’t find any staff to check us in! Literally weren’t there for over 20 minutes. Had to leave, get dinner, and come back to wait another 20 minutes.

This has become my favorite place to stay in Colorado Springs. It is clean. I feel safe. It is convenient.

Clean room nice breakfast

This is usually our go to place to stay when visiting the Springs. The last couple of stays have not been what they used to be. This time, the bathroom didn’t look clean, and the room looked like it already needed repairs (chipped walls, blinds didn’t work properly, AC was rattling) and wasn’t cleaned properly (found top to bottle, leaves and stems in our room).

The beds were comfortable. But the configuration of the two room suite was a little odd for four adults. To use the restroom you had to walk through the second bedroom.

The hotel was decent, clean, a bit off of the highway. Breakfast was good. I thought the room rate was a little too expensive though.

Waited 10 minutes to get checked in the poor kid who was trying to run the front desk had to do 1 million different things at one time and he was trying his best while the management sat back in an office and just stared at the people in a line waiting to check in This poor boy was running around doing everything he could try to please everybody by himself. Made me sad for him. The hotel is OK. It could’ve been really good except that there was leftover food under our nightstand from the previous people all that obviously wasn’t cleaned up well

Stayed for a lacrosse tournament at AFA. Close to shops and restaurants. The bathroom was still dirty when we arrived to our room that was the only negative. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good in am. Wish it opened at 6 though.

Check in was easy and quick. Our rooms were very nice with big tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig. All was clean. Bathroom and shower were good with nice soaps and lotions. Breakfast was good with so many options....oatmeal, bagels and toast, pancakes, eggs and sausage, including turkey sausage, egg white omelets and potatoes. Different to juices to select, decent coffee and good tea selection. I would stay here again.

Sadly the hot tub didn’t function and that was high on our list of desires. Pool was cold and dirty. Many small things broken or not functioning.

We stayed here in part for the free breakfast but it wasn't available early enough on Sunday. This was a bit frustrating as the girls all had early lacrosse games.

We like how they don't serve the same hot food everyday, which is good for people who are staying for a few days. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Though, towels in the pool area were most of the time out, when you ask the staff for it, they bring them right away. Overall, our stay was great :)

Its more in an industrial. The outside was ok. We entered the attendant was on the phone. They sent me an email earlier saying to check in but im not comfortable up loading my ID and credit card. The attendant did good but announcing a room number aloud is not safe.The room is tiny. Nothing like they showed in the pictures. They seem to use stock photos they use for the hotels.This room would be great for house keeping storage. The window was right where the pool was. We could not open the shades or the people at the pool would be looking in. I turned on the TV which was at 60. With all the screaming outside I can see why. The guest made the pool all theirs. No one was allowed in the pool area, a group set up a birthday party at the pool. Cake, a cover tent and Raising Canes food. I looked up on Holiday inn site and seen they had a handicapped room, 2 bed a acouple kings and a suite available. I sent my kid and her dad to ask if we could trade rooms. The guy said he had nothing else open for the night. I went and they was going to get us a like room but we got the handicapped room which was good I am in a wheelchair but with a struggle. The second room was way better. Dont like communial soap, shampoo and such. Nice mold. The shades were broken. Breakfast nothing like photos. Pancake maker was broken, scrambled eggs 1 not 2 omelets, pork sasuage, turkey sausage, wheres the bacon as showen, potatoes, breads, butter was old, blueberry and vanilla yogert, cereal. Juice

Came to stay the night before my wedding. I was able to prepare for my big day and get a late check out since my wedding was in the afternoon. Very much appreciated

This is a great and convenient place to stay. Not sure what is going on with the walls in the room. Maybe not finished??? Property looks like it was new, except walls weren’t painted and/or wall paper applied and then taken off

Bed was a bit on the hard side but not bad. Everything else was fine.

Rooms not well ventilated and smelled- we even changed rooms and it was still bad. Breakfast was ok. Staff very nice. Would not come back.

The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout.

The bed was comfortable, king, and it is all about the bed for me. Linens are nice. We had a view of Pikes Peak from our windows. Staff helpful. Free breakfast had many offerings and hot eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and gravy. Good location for restaurants and more.

The hair dryer should be removed from the bathroom door as it hits the wall removing drywall onto the floor.

Booked a specific room thru Hotels.com only to check in and find I had been switched to a different kind of room that was smaller. Went to the desk to ask to be switched to the correct room type and found another guest at the desk with the exact same issue. The manager was kind and apologetic but ultimately we got stuck with the smaller room I did not book. Had two TVs in the room and only one remote which worked on neither. Had to call front desk twice before someone came up and was in our room probably at least 15 minutes before getting both TVs working. Rather than a seamless check in we spent probably at least 45 minutes sorting thru issues that shouldn’t have been issues. Staff was friendly and apologetic throughout but it was still disappointing. Only had 3 towels in the room despite being clear we had 4 guests so we got to make another trip to the desk later. Bunk beds we ended up with only had fitted sheets put on and I had to make them up with the top sheet and blanket. Hotel was pretty clean but wasn’t to my perfectionist standards. Dusty behind TVs, hair that wasn’t ours on towels, bottom of tub and corners of bathroom just had old grime that needed scrubbed. It was a little noisy being near the stairs and could definitely hear people above us. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Had pretty views though!

We didn’t have any cable because it was ripped from the tv and had no connection. The staff were very helpful and even offered us a room change. We were happy with staying in the room. Since it was just for resting. The outdoor pool was covered and closed for the season. There was a great spread and variety for breakfast. Delicious and filling.

Only issue was the toilet tank did not fill to allow for flushing. Had to keep taking the lid off to get the tank to fill in order to flush.

I didn't realize when I booked the pool and hot tub were outside, but wasn't a big deal because it was nice out. But the hot tub was not hot, it was luke warm at best and that was disappointing. The rest of the hotel was great, and clean. The front desk during the mornings and day were super friendly and helpful, the guy working at nigh was a grump and acted like we were bothering him. Overall we would stay here again, it is very conveniently located to tons of shopping and food.
