I like that the property was close to the airport and it offered a buffet breakfast. I think my suite was great for a family of 4, with a full kitchen.

Room was clean The room was horrible!! I am a Hyatt rewards member and I was put in the worst room possible and I have stayed at Hyatt's for years regularly. No closet,tiny room and in the very worst possible area of the Hotel. It was overlooking the stoplight on Powers Avenue so it's extremely busy so I got to hear the cars, trucks, and motorcycles accelerating and declelerating all night long!! So little to no sleep. The heating and cooling didn't work correctly either. The location is awful as there are no restaurants or even gas stations anywhere close. In short it was an absolutely awful experience!!

The breakfast every morning was phenomenal, rooms were very clean, staff was AMAZING! Always very informative, friendly, and ready to help however they could. Can not rave enough about the staff enough, especially with how the girl working the desk handled the Hyatt system being down with a lobby full of people trying to get checked in. The pool was radio active green, glowed at night, and the smell of chemicals sting your eyes when you went into the pool area. My husband also witnessed another dad hurrying his family out of the pool after they jumped in. We were afraid to use the pool the entire trip.

The location was very close to everything and place we went. The room was large, with plenty of room for our family of 4. Helpful staff and a good breakfast selection.

Shuttle only runs from 5am to 5pm. Phone just rang and rang and disconnected. My flight left a 5am. I had to pay extra $25 each way for a "ride share"

What we liked: proximity to the airport; room was clean ; air conditioning units were very responsive ; they do have a shuttle to the hotel ; there are two elevators ; there is a breakfast buffet available, but only from 0630-0830. However, you can order a “to go” breakfast if you are flying earlier than the breakfast buffet is open. What we didn’t like: the shuttle to/from the airport is from another hotel, and only available from 0500-1700; and only picks up on the hour+10, or hour+40. And, you have to schedule pick-ups in advance. So, this is a Hyatt close to an airport without its own shuttle. No coffee in the room.. I’m baffled on this one. Air conditioning was either on or off.. there was no way modulate it. So when you’re sleeping, do not expect a constant temperature unless you leave the door open to the front room and leave that one on. The elevators are small.. really small and barely fit the baggage trolly and the two of us. And, the elevators are not convenient to find as the signs are deceptive when directing customers to the actual elevator locations. Parking spots are more sized for compacts and motorcycles than SUVs, minivans and trucks.

The beds were nice, the breakfast wasn't bad. The pool was cold and no hot tub, couldnt get two rooms close to eachother, the bathroom shampoo and conditioner were terrible.

Loved the kitchenette and separate living room

We were told at check-in on Saturday that the clean staff would service our room on the third day. As of our departure on Wednesday our room had never been touched, and the only cleaning person we seen was sweeping the hallway as we went out on Tuesday. When we returned that evening, I had to go to get clean towels. This was our first time staying with this brand, and there were some good things, so I will not say we'll never stay with this brand again, but more than likely not here.

The only area that needs considering is the 5pm to 10 pm bar advertised. There is no dedicated bartender and very limited selections compared to what one would expect from a “ Hotel Bar..” The desk staff will come over to the bar area on request to serve you.We definitely would stay there again.

My AC broke and had the room at 65°. They didn’t have any maintenance person because it was 3 AM so all they could do is move me to another room. I’m disabled and so I had a lot of equipment that I needed to unplug and remove and so took me over an hour to get to new room. I should be reimbursed for a day of my day because to deal with 65° room and try to cope with it and then to be moved at 3 AM and have to set up all my equipment again is not fair to me and I got no sleep. The whole purpose of staying at a hotel is to get sleep.

We love the rooms and the layout. A great place to relax. The hallways are like a maze with the lack of enough signage to the elevators, etc. We ended up at one end and had to go to the other end to exit. We’ve stayed there twice. We arrived on a Monday evening and there was limited food items in the restaurant a the lobby check in person is also the bartender. We left the property for more food options. Breakfast is very good and probably one of the best we’ve experienced

Staff is kind. I stayed November ‘25 and came back April ‘26 because of the quality of the breakfast offered. On my return trip I did find they’d switched to a lot of frozen foods rather than fresh. It was still a good value for my trip but I was honestly looking forward to the amazing breakfasts I experienced months earlier!

The Lady at the front desk was not that friendly. The lady serving the breakfast was super friendly. Overall the Hotel was really nice in a peaceful area.

Comfy beds and a nice pool. Breakfast was yummy and they always had hot coffee and tea on the lobby. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The front desk had games to check out and play for the kids. They had a BBQ pit and a fire pit guests could use. Nice location and close to the airport and town. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we need to stay in the Springs before a very early morning flight we will probably book here again!

Studio suite is very nice. Well functioning kitchenette. Fridge is small. Not standard studio kitchen size. Everything works well. Housekeeping are organized, efficient, friendly. I will be staying here when I am back for business in a couple of months.

A lot of selection however, the staff was not very helpful or courteous in the dining area and the night time clerk wasn’t very helpful or pleasant however, the day front desk clerks were very friendly and capable. This was my second time at this hotel and I would stay here again.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, the breakfast was good. The gym had updated equipment with cables, benches w/ free weights, bikes and treadmills. Enough for a good workout. We did not rent the kitchen room but the room we had was updated and modern.

The only thing that bothered me was that as we were traveling there, we had to make a 2 hour detour because of Hi way closure. I'm disabled and it finally dawned on me thar I should probably call the hotel to let them know we'd be arriving late. The woman on the phone with an Asian accent was rude! She tried to scold me because I didn't call earlier and said its a requirement. I asked her to tell me where its written and she said its not but I need to remember to do this next time! I was so displeased with her! She needs to have remedial training on how to handle this type of situation and how to be more cordial with consumers. You never know a person's mental health and shouldn't assume anything.

Rooms are large and well appointed. Kitchenette is great. Hotel is clean, modern and they do not use heavily scented sprays. Only downside is their breakfast is lackluster. Breakfast meats have little flavor and the pastries are tasteless. Breakfast options are good but quality needs an upgrade.

Room was dirty. Did not sleep all night. Kids were screaming and adults were just as bad. No one asked them to quiet down and it was 3:30 in the morning when they finally stopped.

We stayed only two nights and on the second night the toilet handle stopped functioning. I was offered a plunger, a tool that wouldn’t resolve the issue. Horrible experience to not be able to use the restroom.

the staff was fantastic, room was clean - I wish they provided water, I did have to search for the ice machine on a different level.... one thing I was traveling alone and they put me in a room way way down the hall in a weird corner of the hotel... but other than that, my stay was great!

The front desk elderly woman was very rude my entire stay. She disrespected me upon arrival by not greeting me and when I told her I called well ahead of time to ensure my multiple rooms I rented was next to each other she got defensive and said no one would of guaranteed you rooms close by each other. When I asked for a managers name and contact info she said the manager won’t be in. I was appalled with how rude she was. After witnessing her be nice and joking with another person, I instantly knew she had a problem with me. Also the comp breakfast needed to have different options each day. Staying for a week made it where my family had to go buy breakfast because the choices were alway the same. The day they changed the menu to pancakes they couldn’t keep up with making them and they ran out of syrup. The orange juice tasted way watered down, and the cranberry juice was way too sweet that it didn’t taste like cranberry juice. It tasted like it needed to be diluted. Definitely recommend y’all getting a waffle maker instead.

Breakfast was great and it was served by the friendliest lady. Our room was great, lots of space and the full size fridge was excellent. The best of all was the shower head water pressure!! It was an actual shower head with pressure, not like most hotels where the water just drips like a leaky faucet. 10/10 would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with was warm and friendly. My only complaint is my room had the heat set to 85° when I got there, but the system did cool it down quickly. I’ll definitely stay here again for the comfy beds, nice staff, and breakfast.

The not great part was the "H Bar" It sounded great, open 5-10 pm, but the front desk had to cover the bar, it wasn't a bar by normal standards. The menu wasn't good, again, the front desk had to try to cook. I had a really long day flying with the flights cancelled and TSA problems, so I was hungry and tired, so not "having a real bar and grill" was disappointing. BUT...I will tell you, the front desk staff worked so hard trying to cover everything, I feel bad they are expected to do it all! That doesn't make me happy because they were working it all :(

This was a last minute change of plans — and was a gem of a find. The rate was great. Free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was spacious and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was most powerful spray. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is a bit off the interstate, but definitely worth a few extra minutes of travel time.

I spent a week in Colorado Springs and got a room near the airport, not far from where my son and his family lives. The room was perfect for my time spent there. The room had a little kitchenette, living room area and separate shower area. The staff was super nice and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay. 😊

This was by far the WORST hotel stay we have ever had, and we’ve stayed at plenty of hotels. We didn’t get an ounce of sleep as our room faced the busiest road in Colorado Springs. Never staying there again!

Beautiful hotel room, love the kitchen area and it’s a very big space! I like that they lock up there shampoo, conditioner and soap up to where there is no way to open it without a key. I wish there were more pots and pans, the bathroom was a bit dirty and one of the lights went out during my stay. I also wish breakfast was longer and when you scanned the QR code it actually brought up the menu!

The property is adequate, but with confusing layout. Very good breakfast. But I booked this hotel because Expedia designated it as “pet friendly.” What wasn’t shown anywhere on Expedia or by hotel is the cost for bringing a pet: $100. This is high by any standard and almost doubled the stay cost. Not reasonable. Had I had this info, I would have chosen another hotel and will in future.

Everything was good except the fact that they do not offer daily housekeeping service and for us it was a bit challenging, we stayed for 4 nights and on day 4th we kist got our room partially cleaned. Breakfast was ok but mainly pre-packed warmed food.

Our toilet seats had a couple of stains. Aside from that, the rooms we booked were clean and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. I would recommend and stay there again if in the area.

Bed was comfy and room seemed clean, till we took a shower the evening do day two. The floor of the shower was nasty and felt the need to wear shower shoes. It was 9pm when we showered due to a full day of exploring. Tried to sleep again and the road noise was terrible. Tried to call front desk, but the phone did not connect directly to the desk. Tried to call the number directly and phone was just busy. By this time I was overly exhausted to walk up to the front to ask for a new room. We left early the next day and when we got back in the evening they did switch our room for us, and upgraded us. Personally liked the layout of the original room over the suite and the cooling was better. The ac unit next to the bed need a good wipe down and the vents cleaned from the crud. There was also hair in between our sheets and a huge crack in the window in the room. Not exactly how that was overlooked. At checkout the supervisor did comp us for one night of our stay. I told her the cleaning of the hotel was subpar as the rooms needed some deeper cleaning as well as the vestibules getting to the room as well as hall lights being burned out.

This is a good airport hotel. There is not much around it, but it’s very conveniently located close to the hotel. The room was ample and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast, included, was good.

The room was very nice, had a big tv, king size bed and a kitchenette. It was very clean. They could put more towels and blankets in the rooms. The breakfast was ok. The morning staff were very nice. I would stay here again only after I called to see if their pool was open.

Everything was wonderful there. The amenities were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We will definitely stay again. Tried adding a few more days to our trip, but they couldn't accommodate us for extra days. All and all I would highly recommend staying there. Well worth the stay,just make sure you're adding all your days stays at the beginning of your booking. It was the best place to stay,and we'll definitely be back.

The room was a great size and very very clean. We used the couch for sleeping and even that was comfortable. Just a very nice hotel.

My only complaints are: * the toilet paper was very thin and cheap - we ended up just buying some * they only clean the rooms every 5 days - i would recommend sticking a broom in each closet * they provide dish soap etc but they do not provide something to clean the counters. So if you’re there a long period of time you have to buy something

This place was top notch. My partner and I went there for a "staycation" and were very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness The suite was spacious and bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and accomodating.

The room was very spacious! Separate bedroom, sutting area and full kitchen with refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher. Pretty good breakfast, coffee and tea available 24 hours. Convenient to restaurants and shopping/Walmart.

The breakfast was delicious eventhough i was limited because I'm vegan, I still found a few things to enjoy. The room was everything I expected. I just wish there was a broom in there so that i could clean up little messes. My dad was a hotelier in Texas for many years, and he always told us that hospitality was key. So I'm very picky when it comes to where I stay, But, I will definitely stay here again when i go back to visit family. 💜

This is a lovely hotel, updated, modern, nice amenities. The hotel shape is really weird...very long. The room itself was gorgeous, up there with any i've stayed at...but the shape of the hotel was very confusing...i walked around for 15 minutes on 2 floors trying to find ice, and eventually gave up. Bed very comfy, linens lovely, kitchen nicely stocked.

Layout and mini kitchen was unexpected but very nice. Great big shower.

Was given the wrong room at first. The room was AMAZING, but it wasnt what I had booked. Went to front desk who was very receptive, and got me squared away. The correct room was also AMAZING. Well worth the money. Great value great stay.
