Broken door, two people living full-time (not the issue) who smoked cigarettes and let there doors open so you could see and smell the stale beer and see them scattered across the floor. The breakfast was unclean, the bread was hard to the touch, the cereal was out before it even started and the worker was extremely rude when we asked not even 10 min after breakfast started if there might be any yogurt left. We checked out a day early as well after getting bit by bugs all night as we tried to sleep

The parking lot was packed with people outside and a lot of unsafe behavior being displayed. I highly recommend sleeping in your car over sleeping here.

I was charged for a room I didn't receive at all. Then they tried charging me for a second time, on another room I couldn't get. And I haven't even heard anything. I go to Colorado springs allot (2-5 days a week) and this is really a horrible experience I'm still having by not hearing ANYTHING.

Most things were dirty and/or not functional. No Wi-Fi or TV for half the stay. Trash under the beds. Fecal matter on the outside of the toilet when we arrived. Door key card reader wouldn’t work at some point every day. Requested a roll-away bed, but none were available. Surrounding area/parking lot felt unsafe. Staff was incredibly nice, though.

As soon as we entered the room there was cigarette ash and dry urine on the toilet seat. We booked through an app, and canceled our stay after one night. Decided to lay on the floor to watch tv, an sure I was getting bit by something.

My stay was horrible! I’m absolutely certain that I was bitten by bed bugs. Save yourself the misery and don’t book a room here.

Unfortunately there was bedbugs in the room. No common restroom, no lobby.

Booked a room for 2 nights with my family, wife and 2 babies under 2 years old, hotel was trash, cars in the parking lot had homeless people sleeping in them, truckers parked outside, homeless sleeping on benches, dirty rooms, stayed one night and didnt return for the 2nd night, too unsafe for a family, hotel.should be inspected and thr price was outrages even for a holiday

Bathroom was dirty. Toilet had stool stuck on the inside edges of the toilet. Carpets turned socks black.

The receptionist was amazing. The house keeping ladies definitely deserve a raise! However the hotel is right off the access road and so many people were hanging out at the door entrance and just made it so uncomfortable as they were going in and out of the hotel. Super sketchy as people were sleeping in the parking lot and just roaming around the back entrance. The room smelt of mold and there were several stains on the sheets as well as holes in the walls.

Hotel was run down in a very bad neighborhood. There were junkies in the parking lot, broken cars, cars missing wheels, overall do not recommend for family or self for safety reasons. We left directly from the parking lot and paid an extra $300 to stay at a 5 star hotel for the night.

No A/C and windows didnt have screens

This hotel is run down needs updating. Also not very clean. Our ac was not working when we got there they had to change out our ac unit.

Did not stay I want my money back, I even physically saw him cancel it right in front of me but he refused to give me a receipt. Avoid this place at all costs, it was nasty and said smoke-free but the whole place made me gag so much when I walked in I canceled it. That and the area seemed so sketchy and did not make my family feel safe.

A lot of people sleep in broke down cars here that have extension cords running to them from the hotel.

Filthy and Trash Motel. The room and hallway smelled weed. The motel is located in creepy and Ghetto area. There are homeless people hang in the parking lot. Its not a safe motel. The AC makes lot of Noise and does not blow cold air. Just stat away from this Trash place.

People were nice but the cleanliness of the room was like a man cleaned it. The sheets and towels were good, toilet had pee on the back, floor had debris, ceiling in bathroom had mold spots. Questionable people and broken bands in the parking lot. If you aren't super picky and just need to sleep and go, you'll survive.

The room and hallway is full of smoke and vape smell and they charged extra 40 dollars quoting hotel rules, won’t stay here again.

Had to get out of the heat and shows this facility for price. Definitely did the trick, however, we got one of the units that was in need of renovation and repair. I’m sure the other units are nicer.

We booked this hotel in an attempt to have a cheap stay the night before my friends boyfriends training in Colorado Springs. The sheets had stains, a few of which were textured so it seemed like the sheets weren’t cleaned properly. There were burn marks on all the upper bedding. Shower was stained with poor water pressure. No one ended up getting good sleep because the doors had gapping (you could hear everything,) and people were yelling throughout the night. The room down the hall had a yelling match with the desk worker for smoking weed around 3 am, and you could smell it. We slept wrapped in blankets from the car. Not worth it, even for a “cheap” stay.

The shower curtain rod was falling down so you couldn’t shower without getting water everywhere. The king size bed had a large hole in it so two people could not sleep comfortably in the bed. The parking lot is full of people sleeping in their car and full of trash. The only thing that made me feel safe was the sheriff driving through multiple times a day.

Property in poor condition. Rear door could never be closed, to ensure ANY kinda of Security. It was damaged and repaired several times, almost falling of hinges and IMPOSSIBLE to close to prevent just anybody from entering in. NO EXCUSE FOR the lack of security!!!

Booked online and upon arriving was met with bars on windows. Broken down lived in vehicles in lot and many vagrant individuals. Walked n and immediately cancelled.

The sheets were old and strained. Paint splatter on toilet seat, walls, doorways and other surfaces. Parking lot is torn up and has shopping cats on ot and old junk all.over it.

The breakfast was awful. The bread had mold on it. All and all it was the dirtiest place ever. I wonder how people have left a good comment on this hotel.

The property has a homeless camp behind it, the condition of the room was horrible, filthy carpet, bed, and the bathroom had rust around the metal frame door. Tub had stains all over. It seemed that nothing worked in the facility card readers, ice machine. I would recommend to stay far away from the place.

Disappointing. It was a stop on a business trip for my husband and an employee. They didn’t stay and didn’t even try to get a refund.

There was criminal activity inside and outside the facility, cops were all over, homeless people were all around the building, guys were walking around the parking area with flashlights looking into cars. The desk clerk did not seem to be concerned at all, even was laughing a couple times.

The room smell really bad when we just got in; non-smoking room but we found cigarette butt at the corner of the bed; left over food in the refrigerator. I’m not sure they clean the room or not. Shower knob was broken, we had a hard time to turn on and off the water. Breakfast room was tiny compared to the amount of guests they have.

The handicapped room was very run down, the tub was stained and nasty. The tub faucet would not turn on all the way. There was still trash in the room when we arrived and the floor needed to be vacuumed. THere were no wash rags in the bathroom. The room had a dirty odor. When we left there were homeless people sleeping on the side of the building.

I will never plan a stay at this place again. There were burn holes in the bedding. The place stunk and was not clean.

there was no grab bars in shower. no towel rack next to sink had to go to bathroom to dry hands. the breakfast room was small only about 12 people could eat at a time. you could smell weed very heavaly through out the hotel. shower barely worked.

The property was dirty and had a bad odor. Could not stay there. We are requesting a refund. We had to find another place to stay. Management said we had to contact Expedia Group to get a refund. I am now doing that and please send my refund.

Sucked due to refuse of my service animal and as we pulled in parking lot of hotel the cops rolled up behind us and that's all that was in parking lot at night very uncomfortable! The shower didn't work when we went to shower! Just UN happy

Blankets are too thin. Was cold. Hard to reach front desk. But when rreached were very helpful.

Towels were very soft one day, not so much the others. There was lots of room, comfortable bed, good electrical access for my CPAP. Television was very confusing. A channel list would have helped.

What was unique about this property, was the rude and noisy management. They constantly asked and harassed me and my guest about our room number. Wouldn’t give us new towels unless we gave old towels and the location REEKED of cigarette and weed smoke. Even accused us of smoking in our room. Oh, and we had cigarette burn marks on one of our blankets

Price is high compared to what is offered

This place didn’t have me feeling safe. The location was ok but there were homeless sleeping in the lot and some people loitering outside the property. Lots of guests in the hall were drunk or on something else. We were concerned that our bikes would get stolen but to our relief they were there in the morning. The room did not look clean, we bought cleaning supplies and wiped everything down. Bed was comfortable. We waited a good 10 minutes at the front seat for someone to come and check us out.

My flight was supposed to land at 10:30pm in Denver. I called the hotel to see if I got there late - check in time ended at 12am and had to travel from Denver to Colorado Springs. They told me no problem. My flight needed up being delayed a total of 6 and half hours for multiple reasons (even got a voucher from the airline). When I finally got to the hotel, I couldn’t check in because I was marked as a no show. The guy at the desk told me to call Expedia and they had plenty of rooms. Took forever to get a person on the phone. Left me on hold for over an hour. Then the hotel didn’t have any rooms available. Told me they refunded Expedia. Had to get another room for twice as much money and now I can’t get my money back. Will NEVER use Expedia or Super 8 again.

I stayed here strictly for convenience and location for one night of a business trip in Colorado Springs. Check in was on. Lady helped me with my bag up 3 flights of stairs because there is no elevator. So that was definitely nice. Room was nothing. Carpet was very thin, dirty. Floor felt weird. Pillows are no good. I simply slept there and left in the morning but I would not recommend this hotel unless that is all you need it for. Period.

Gross and dirty. Beds squeak with any movement and they are hard. Was supposed to be a non smoking room yet blankets had cigarette burns all over them. Carpet was sticky and gross. Person above us loud till 4am no insulation of sound!

Hotel false advised about having a pet friendly place. Then when I arrived then they said that their hotel was not pet friendly.

Horribly dirty! I have photos! Gum stuck to the nightstand, coffee spilled down the side of the nightstand and was not cleaned. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed, there were bits of trash on the floor. It is UNSAFE small children, there were a number of electrical cords exposed and draped across a 4' section of the wall. The sink and tube were not clean, Not to mention the hair in the tube that WAS NOT ours or just from someones head (GROSS). There were holes in the blankets.

Upon checkin multiple people were checking out of the rooms that they just checked into due to how unclean those rooms were. I had to specifically tell them at checkin that I did NOT want one of those rooms. The lady did go double check the room for me before assigning it. I wasn't expecting a ton of amenities but I have stayed in places in 3rd world countries that are cleaner and better taken care of. I'm shocked that Wyndham would have their name tied to this level of hotel.

On my way to the hotel, they called to see if I was still coming which gave me a feeling that they were trying to rent my room out. Check in was smooth, but no amenities are available. After check in, the room had a strong smell to it, window a/c, and the bathtub appeared dirty. They were willing to accommodate a 12pm check out but we eventually decided otherwise due to not feeling like we should leave our dogs alone there.

I booked 2 rooms at this location expecting a decent place to lay our heads at night for the 5 nights my family and my parents would be on vacation here. IT WAS AWFUL!!! My parents had to change rooms because their floor level window was kept closed with a board. The floors turned our feet BLACK on the bottoms within minutes, because they were so filthy! Our phone didn’t work at all, and when I asked for a couple of extra pillows I was told they didn’t have many extra. On top of all this, the entire property outside was covered with trash. While walking our dog, my husband found a dirty needle on site! There were also several vagrants that hung out in the parking lot every evening we were there! I didn’t feel safe even allowing housekeeping in the entire stay! If I could give a score of less than zero, I WOULD!!!

WARNING This hotel was a OVERPRICED dump. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. Bathrooms/Tubs were dirty (bring shower shoes). Police presence since atleast 3 homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. O yeah there was a makeshift wood ladder against the building so that drug deals could happen out the window of a second story room.

Pony up the bucks for a better hotel. Seriously. Doors didn’t lock. Dirty. Afraid to sleep on the sheets. Light bulbs out. Scary shower. Disgusting hallways and disturbingly loud in the middle of the night. NOT good for a family. Happy we had a roof over our heads on a long night of travel… if only we could have slept.

Very old and in need of a lot of upgrades..hollow walls, anybody walking down the gallways, sounded like a herd of elephants...bed was FANTASTOC, very comfirtable

We did not like anything about this property. Shortly after arriving and finding blood all over our door we requested another room at which point we were offered a refund which we chose. Tracy at the hotel said she was sending in the request to have it canceled so we would get our refund. She also refunded me the full pet deposit.

Average hotel, getting creeky sound from upstairs also the window lock was broken. Next room TV noise was audible most of the night

It was awful. Not handicap accessible. The first floor you have to walk downstairs. There was no coffee . You had to leave the hotel and go somewhere else to get coffee. The bathtub had painted hand print . Didn’t bother clean up paint mess.

Now for the rest...they are charging $80-100 a night for an unkempt and unsafe property. This place is near a sketchy part of the highway and lacks any real security to the building. Doors are propped open throughout the night, allowing anyone to wander in and out...and they do. Someone knocked on my door at 4:20/5 a.m, which I thought they didn’t know they had the wrong room...then they kept knocking. I was too scared to look through the peephole and see who it was. However, there was no front desk staff available to alert, even though they advertise a 24/7 staffed front desk. I also walked out to grab my phone charger and saw two patrol cars parked out front - got to my car and they were taking to a car next to mine about a possible arrest for trespassing if they didn’t leave. The room itself is terrible. They make the bed nicely but when you pull back the top sheet, the mattress cover is a dingy yellow and the pillows are the same, if not worse. The bath was stained with dirt, no tub stopper and the shower head constantly dripped. The a/c was automatically set at 61 and wouldn’t change but it was also not consistent. It sounded like it was running but there would be bouts of the room getting extremely warm and then drop to kind of cooler temperatures. The rug was disgusting, I found stains and debris, like it wasn’t vacuumed. Do not stay here!!!

The guy at the desk was great and as helpful as he could be in the situation and I know it’s not his fault, good dude. The hotel however was not so good. When we first get there there’s no remote for the tv so we were not able to use the tv. When I asked the guy at the front he said there wasn’t even a cable box hooked up in our room and he didn’t know why. There was maintenance going on above us at the crack of dawn and didn’t stop till we left. It sounded like constant loud banging above us. Then the room service girl is outside our door for about a half hour SCREAM singing, not just strolling through the halls singing a tune, no. She was yelling almost as loud as she was able to. Then I get up completely disturbed from all the noise and decide to take a quick shower. NOPE. All the water in our room was shut off when we woke up, couldn’t even flush the toilet. Went down to potentially file my grievances with someone at the front desk and there was no one to be found. Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had in a hotel and I hope the owners of this hotel step it up and stop tearing their guests as nothing more than a quick dollar sign.

Check in was great. Motel old and very dirty. No coffee, no elevator to rooms, dirty dirty rooms except sheets, comforter had cigarette burns on them, old type comforter. Switched rooms due to no light in bathroom. I told lady... this is 2021, this place needs updated. Shower and sink chipped but some bad paint job over chips, years of scum in tub. Furniture wasn’t even garage sale worthy. Hanging rack falling off wall. Very nice staff.

Entrance to the property was horrific. Towels were dirty, spit wads on the wall. Bathroom was dirty. TV remote had duct tape holding the batteries in. Heard numerous people arguing throughout our stay. Will not be back

It was absoutely terrible. I booked two rooms one for me and my husband and another our cousins. The rooms were dirty. Looked like blood on the wall. Dirty pair of boxers under our bed. The sheets had stains and were dirty. There was a foul smell coming from our room. The tv was not working, the refrigertor. My kids were so tired from a long trip I wasnt able to find another place and had already paid and no one at front desk to get a refeund. If you dont care about where you sleep stay here!

This hotel reeks of cigerette smoke through all the hallways, a/c was on max cold and non adjustable, not recommended for family as this hotel ought to be renamed the "Super Prostitution Center".
