Reviews
The hotel reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with guests frequently mentioning issues related to cleanliness and maintenance. Many guests reported stained linens, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. However, the staff was often praised for being friendly and helpful.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location for some guests
- Unclean rooms and linens
- Poor maintenance and outdated facilities
- 2/5
Rundown, dirty, and crawling with meth addicts. I didn't sleep the first night out of fear my vehicle would be broken into. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I didn't get tetanus.
- 1/5
Very run down, the pictures looked good, it was clean and I could smell bleach when we arrived but the room was very cramped, old and run down. I was disappointed, compared to the other travelodge I have stayed in. When I return to Colorado Springs I’ll be more apt to sleep in my car than to come here again.
- 4/5
Not mind-blowing but good value for money
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and understanding. However there are several issues that need attention. Outside lighting is poor and made the property feel unsafe, room not up to standards compared to pictures of property, sheet on couch, shower window has no covering, few flying bugs in room and bedding did not look fresh,
- 2/5
Never go to eat breakfast, location is good. No elevator
- 0.5/5
Check in was well done at front desk. Everything other than check-in was really bad.
- 1.5/5
Broken clock radio and vanity lights. No telephone to call front desk. This wouldn’t pass for a Motel 6.
- 2/5
The a/c in our room wasn’t functioning properly and we’re told a maintenance person wouldn’t be available until our stay was over and there was no offer to switch rooms. Carpet had frayed hole as well as the curtains. The free breakfast items were limited. When the gentleman worked the breakfast he basically stood behind us and told us how to make our breakfast because he liked things pulled from and done a certain way. The desk staff were nice though. Oh and the fridge only froze things. There was also lots of people milling about outside.
- 5/5
Staff was good. I loved the breakfast and my bed was comfortable

Nothing Dirty out dated room, partying all night, no breakfast as stated, had to beg for toilet paper. Room was super dark ac would not stay on
- 1/5
The only good thing about the experience was the clerk who helped us with the different room.
- 1/5
Never wrote a bad review. The small 2 bedroom units are a health hazard. Exposed electrical wires, holes in bathtub and a stinking carpet were the worst
- 2/5
The hotel is old but clean enough. The room was clean but the carpet was so old and sticky it was unsettling- and I've traveled and stayed in a lot of places! It's a low cost hotel so you get what you pay for - just keep your shoes on and don't stay there if you have young kids that crawl on the ground! Stayed during one week night and didn't really hear any outside noise.
- 2/5
Sketchy people hanging around, loud children screaming well after 9pm, people hanging out side my window talking throughout the night, a chihuahua barking in the late evening to Early morning, and the bathroom was not very clean with a bunch of limescale on the shower head and tub.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good
- 3/5
I truly expected better from the "Wyndam" name. I'll definitely think twice next time before I book another Wyndam property.
- 2/5
The front desk staff was very helpful with any & all questions. But the first room I checked into smelled like an ashtray and the 2nd room they offered had housekeeping’s cleaning gloves left on top of the desk. The most disconcerting was that there was no interior security door latch for the rooms—it was removed. As a solo traveling female, I’ve never been in a motel or hotel room that didn’t have that, let alone it being intentionally removed by the establishment. Also the 2 side entrance doors to access the rooms are supposed to be solely accessible by room key card, but the doors open without needing a key card so anyone can enter the facility. Overall, it’s a shady motel with poor/intentionally disabled security measures in place.
- 3/5
This is my second time here. Had some issues with the TV, but the night clerk was very helpful. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were very good.
- 3/5
Didn’t get the room I paid for. They put me in a “suite” which is bigger, but it is very run down. The shower and showerhead are very weak, the floors are a wreck, the entry way is falling apart, lots of cabinets but no pans or glasses… not even ice trays! I like the newly remodeled rooms in the main building more
- 1/5
There were lots of people milling about outside, mostly men, so I also felt unsafe. We went to the office and got a refund and had to find another place to stay for our 5 days in town. Do NOT recommend this place.

I received an email from customer service about Hi Alison, We're sorry to hear about your experience at Travelodge by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport - Peterson SFB. We've contacted the property and they'd like to make you an offer. Please review and respond to this offer within 12 hours (before 29 May 2026 – 09:15 America/Denver) I missed the 12 hour response window because I was asleep !!. Will you open the response back up ? The room was clean. Staff was friendly however in our room we could hear everything going on outside at our window.
- 0.5/5
Breakfast was good. Nothing is good. They provided 2 bedroom home instead of 1 room with 2 beds. This home was very bad. Carpet smell was too bad. No Air conditioner in both rooms. Only living room was with AC. May be they are having good rooms in main building but adjacent rooms are bad.

The room needed the repairs finished. Needed new toilet seat. Shower drained very slow. Comforter was soiled and the pillows were stinky. Needs new carpet or a shampoo. Room was very stinky. Had to buy air freshener. 2nd room I rented wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the Comforters were soiled. I also found a Marijuana bong that was left from the previous guest. Breakfast was not good either. All in all my stay was not good only when I was away from the motel visiting my family.

I’m not sure if the carpets are ever cleaned in the pet friendly rooms. But my room smelled like urine and the carpet was sticky. Other than that our stay was amazing. Great staff especially the breakfast staff. Very accommodating and friendly he was.
- 1/5
Miserable.. smelly rooms and cigarette burn blankets
- 2/5
We booked a two bedroom unit with a kitchenette and living room through Hotels.com two months before our trip. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel could not honor our reservation for this type of room because previous guests extended their stays in those types of rooms and no longer had that type of room available. Instead, they offered us a room with 2 queen size beds. The room that we were given was in such poor condition and smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom, that we went back to the front desk to either get another room, or cancel our reservation. Josh at the front desk felt badly about our experience so far, so he allowed us to look at 4 other rooms available. All of the rooms were in poor condition, however, we chose a room with the least amount of issues. This room still had low water pressure, and flooring in need of replacement.
- 5/5
Loved that it was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. There are no elevators here in case that matters. It was fine for me. Would like to see the hotel add an iron and ironing board to every room. And to also see better fit and finish with the hotel room doors to not let any light pass through the side. Overall, happy with the stay and would stay here again

My “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, it was dirty and falling apart. Cockroaches in the room. Stains on the carpeted areas. People yelling and shouting in the parking lot.

Great staff Run down back lot security door broken. Smoky. Hotel odor.

Service: Full marks to the front desk staff. She was very warm and proactive in helping me solve problems, and never showed any impatience despite the language barrier. Even though we both carelessly booked the room extension at another hotel, I still highly appreciate her service. Also, her two daughters are very cute. Location: The map shows it's very close to the airport, but since I was on a road trip, I found it very convenient and quiet. I hardly heard any airplane noise. Room: I'm quite sensitive to smells, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room when I checked in. Fortunately, the room was in a good location — opening the windows for ventilation solved the problem quickly.
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable...slept great!
- 3/5
The staff was nice as always. Have stayed here before. The beds are crazy comfy. Property seems a little dated but clean. Very affordable.
- 2/5
The key card reader of the original room I was suppose to stay in was not functional. The front desk person who checked me in insisted there was nothing he could do in terms of moving rooms or opening the door, so his solution was to keep me in their conference room for hours until maintenance arrived to fix the door. I was visibly angry but absolutely tired so I didn’t argue. I napped in that conference room for an hour until I was fed up and arrived at the front desk to demand something be done. Thankfully, another person took over his shift and this person immediately got me a new room and apologized on his behalf. I was just confused and angry why he didn’t attempt to do anything to help me
- 5/5
Booked this hotel last minute after getting refunded by another hotel and the guy at the front desk was the sweetest guy ever, the rooms were so nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, left the hospital to lay down in bed and fell right asleep, food was really good.
- 1/5
I'll start with a positive. The staff was amazing the girl working the front desk was awesome and she was a sweetheart. The towels clean bed clean The rest of the room was very outdated very dingy I could not walk around barefoot The carpet was gross. But the main part I would say that is a negative negative is how loud it was until 1:00 in the morning. Music loud people arguing. The food was like homeless shelter basics. The fruit was brown bananas. I literally called at almost 1:00 in the morning to get a different room there was none available and I almost rented another room at a different hotel but I needed to get sleep because I had to work early in the morning. Will not be coming back.
- 4/5
Any of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was always ready and the area it was served in was clean and well attended to. If you're looking for somewhere close to Peterson, right next to main roads, and at a good rate, this is a good choice.
- 5/5
Not sure how breakfast was because i never went. Stay was fine
- 2/5
This was not the experience I expected so I left early. The staff was polite.
- 5/5
This place is amazing. The staff is helpful and breakfast was delicious I will definitely be back
- 2/5
Absolutely hated our stay here. Room smelled horrible. The outside grounds of hotel just had shady people hanging around. Sheets were dirty with what seemed to be blood and other questionable stains , holes, hair . I asked staff if i could get at least 2 clean sheets to put on beds and to cover ourselves and lay on . Was told they didn't have any but to put in a housekeeping request and following day would get clean ones . That never happened. Woke up one of the mornings to loud adult activity happening in room next to us. Just Absolutely horrible experience . Would not recommend at all . Save your money or pay a lil more but avoid this place .
- 1/5
The place was not as described and had numerous issues. I won't waste your time listing them all. The best advice I can offer is to stay away. It was not a pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Surprisingly quiet. Very basic but sufficient breakfast. A little run down. Nice staff. Shower not great with low pressure and temp control issues. Overall OK for a needed one night stay
- 4/5
AC was fine. What laundry services? that washer/dryer shed out back that closes at 9pm? I love the upgrades, but you need to change out the electrical sockets...cords and plugs just fall out of them...and I have stayed the same room now a couple of times..these never got changed. The mirror is pretty cool, but not bright enough to shave with.
- 5/5
Leticia the Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. She was very friendly and offered to bring me breakfast to my room because I am handicapped. I really enjoyed the clean room.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Leticia and all the crew do a wonderful job. Its not your upscale hotel, but very welcoming and clean. The staff don't bother
- 1/5
It was horrible. Room was filthy. So many people outside loud, I had no sleep for an early flight out. I felt lucky to leave alive.
- 4/5
Breakfast was Very limited, Staff was Friendly, overall clean but old.
- 5/5
Clean space I felt comfortable and welcomed
- 5/5
Loved this place the staff was very kind and informative my room was clean and had a great view of the mountains
- 3/5
Room is clean,A.C is working except is making a loud noise, and the Breakfast need to add a fruits ,yugart atleast and the staff need more of communication.
- 5/5
Clean room, adequate parking
- 2/5
The condition of the place is pretty bad. The walls are so thin you can hear the TV in the room next door. The area surrounding is not good either, with sketchy people wandering around. I didn't feel safe, which is the most important thing. The guy working the front desk for the night shift did not seem like he wanted to be there and was not very helpful, but the guy in the morning was more personable. It's a great location next to Peterson SFB, so it could be so much better if management actually cared to fix it up, clean it up, and hire more people who care.
- 3/5
My last resort stay
- 5/5
Left alone
- 5/5
Clean and fun
- 1/5
I don't recommend this place. We stayed because it was late and we needed a place to sleep but it was old, smelly, dirty and uncomfortable.
- 2/5
This place was horrible. Our room had holes in the wall, and in one spot the bathroom wall had long - term damage from a water leak. The breakfast bar was pathetic; no butter for two days for you waffle! The clientele staying there looked a little sketchy to me, prrhaps indicating yhis is more of a long-term residence facility than a motor inn.
- 2/5
The room was dark and the carpet was dirty. Felt like we were in a cave! The staff were friendly and professional. Access to the first floor was difficult due to steps and poor lightng. Building is old and needs work.
- 4/5
Clean and tidy , staff unorganized though
- 1/5
We booked our final hotel stay after 10 days of traveling close to the Colorado Springs airport and checked in about 7 o’clock. The room had never been cleaned beds needed to be made dirty towels on the floor, etc. the very, very sweet front desk girl attempted to set up another room, but she only had one left a queen bed so they brought a rollaway and another rollaway mattress both in terrible condition attempted to gather as many extra linens as possible also from the stained pile, not dirty just stained clearly the Internet has overbooked this property and the person who owns and runs. It is doing a very poor job. Very unfortunate. We had to check out at 4 AM in order to make our flight so I will be contacting Expedia and Wyndham for a refund.
- 5/5
Got the food was great the service was awesome the rooms fantastic but the most part that I loved about this place was the shower the shower was great it was hot in the shower sprayed hard I love that I'll definitely recommend this place to anybody else

Staff was cool room was clean

Breakfast was inadequate, shower curtain had dried snot all over the inside of it, overwhelmed with the smell of weed inside and outside. The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the staff was nice.
- 5/5
I just enjoy it there
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Loved the gravy! Staff was great the entire 2 months I was there! Housekeeping was always kind and helpful! I will stay again and recommend to all short or long stay!

The property is being renovated. I would suggest not staying there until they are done.
- 3/5
Room was clean staff was very nice, and freindly, lobby slightly smelled like wet dog
- 1/5
Worst experience at any hotel ever! Check in was abysmal. Have call and email in to general manager.
- 5/5
Great stay! Housekeeping, front desk, groundskeeper was all fantastic and my stay was comfortable! Will stay again!
- 3/5
Room was mid
- 1/5
The "suite" stunk, was dirty, hot when I walked in, roaches in the hair dryer, it was the worat room or suite as they called it that i had EVER BEEN IN
- 2/5
And just a note for travelers - they say your room number out loud even when there are other people in the lobby. The desk clerk seemed offended when I told him I didn't appreciate him announcing my room number to the man behind me. It's got a bed and a toilet and a shower... but I can't say that I recommend for anyone to stay here.
- 5/5
The staff there will make ur day . I was there for a hole week and iv had the best sleep in my life. My room was cleean the bed was just right . My stay there was great and if i could stay another week i would.
- 5/5
Yup
- 1/5
The staff guy with the respirator told me i can pay 30 dollars for the deposit over the phone then he took one look at me when i tried paying the deposit in person and made up a lie that i jave too many identification cards with too many names I actually felt discriminated against because of my black eye then changed his mind he judged a book by its cover which i have to say was not a very good business move and i ended losing my whole stay and my 42 dollars i didn't get to enjoy any of it
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was very good.
- 1/5
Will never stay here again, although staff was ok I stayed in one of there one bedroom suites, upon arrival the room was dirty, the kitchen counter had greasy stuff all over it the towels were dirty in the bathroom and the bedding on the bed had black stuff all over it. Bedroom TV was going out they were able to fix the tv in the living room, microwave was nasty and pealing. They did offer a different room but they couldn’t guarantee it and I had to wait until the next day to see if they even had another room available needless to say I didn’t switch rooms. Toilet kept running all night light switches all loose and wires hanging out of the heat vents. At night I felt unsafe some kept banging on doors in windows neighbor either blared music or argued all night by slamming doors etc. I stopped complaining as it seemed like front staff didn’t care and I am not one to complain all that often, but this hotel is not worth the money I spent and I felt like I was stuck as I didn’t have money for another hotel and it would have taken forever to get my money back and I was in Colorado for IVF treatment so I did unfortunately stay put. But never again will I stay here not worth $50/60 dollars
- 1/5
Staff was rude
- 1/5
dirty room . no smoking room smelled of smoke! torn pillow cases and bedding! ! Very dim bulbs could not see to shave!!! But probably on purpose so you could'nt see how bad it was Horrible!! Just another bad experince with Wyindam NEVER AGAIN
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff! They need better security but I’m sure they’ll fix that.
- 1/5
Room neglected, charged extra for no reason
- 5/5
Staff was awesome 😎
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever. Room was extremely stained and dirty. A chunk was cut out of the carpet from a stain they probably couldn’t get out. Window had 0 screen in it and you can see how they laid flooring over the original tile that was there form when the hotel was built. And don’t waste your time on the “free” breakfast. Cold biscuits, jello like gravy, juice machine didn’t even work, and hard boiled eggs ONLY? Do not waste your time or money here at this spot even if it’s for 10 hours.
- 5/5
The staff are amazing❣️💯🌹 very clean and well maintained id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 2/5
I had cockroaches in my tube and the room was dated and falling apart
- 3/5
For the price it was way better than I expected only stayed about 9hrs but the rooms and place was clean… now the breakfast jus forget about it breakfast gets double zeros 0.0 wouldn’t even waste your time going to breakfast unless you want cereal or cofffee that’s all that might be decent
- 1/5

Room was clean and staff was very welcoming and kind! They helped us with all our questions and we are very happy with the service and room
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable the breakfast was filling and staff is super helpful I couldn’t be happier with my stay!
- 5/5
Had to make my way back here hasn’t disappointed me yet this will now be my go to place simply because of the staff and comfort or the rooms!
- 5/5
Very good. Can walk next door for the gas station they also have a gift shop at the front with snacks and drinks
- 5/5
Wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is great!! I will be back. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Staff is extremely kind and helpful
- 1/5
I was at this hotel for a total of about 20 minutes! It keeps blocking my review. My advice to you is never ever stay at this hotel.
- 1/5
The entire building smells like cigarettes. The rooms: walls are stained, furniture is broken, and they didn't clean before my stay. Don’t bother asking for a refund the management doesn’t answer the phone. So you’re out $200 for a disgusting room that you didn’t even stay in.
- 2/5
The staff
- 2/5
I requested a handicapped room as I am on oxygen and have problems with my vision. When my son checked us in he was told they do not had handicapped rooms and they charged us a $50 damage deposit. The website did not say anything about this.
- 5/5
I will most definitely be back here!! This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff is amazing. My room was so clean and cozy the mirror they have that lights up was a nice touch to the room. I loved it here.
- 1/5
this hotel stole my deposit and is refusing to return it. After I was told that I would be receiving my deposit back, subtracted from the checkout late fee.
- 5/5
Amazing service. Fast check in the staff is so nice
- 5/5
Very comfortable and staff was kind
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! I recommend the suites for an extended stay the size of the one-bedroom suite is ginormous, the price is unbelievably low! You cannot find this type of room for this price anywhere else!
- 2/5
Staff support was lacking
- 2/5
TV is not working, the internet not working well.
- 1/5
almost 100 dollars more than what I was quoted...jus not satisfied overall.
- 5/5
I definitely recommend this place. I came with my mom and we both enjoyed it very much the staff is nice and accommodating breakfast was good and the housekeepers do a very good job our room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Love this place. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is good my room was clean and comfortable i will be back !!
- 2/5
No clean towels. Was told housekeeping not in for few days. Outside doors unlocked 24/7 so not too secure.
- 5/5
Room was perfect and I loved the layout The staff was just amazing and can’t speak higher of their professionalism, and my experience was as great as it was because of them.
- 3/5
Poor service
- 2/5
If you're looking for cheap, its sleepable. We had a roach in our room, stained sheets, and the rooms are in bad need of a fresh paintjob and a lot of things fixed.
- 2/5
My room smelled horrible. It smelled like burnt pencil shavings, mildew, and stale baking herbs. The AC didn't really chill the room, despite being set to temperatures in the 60's to help her the bad smell out of the room. Despite the room being a wonderful $44 per night, the random domestic violence acts that were taking place one to two rooms over were quite disturbing.
- 1/5
Mattress was old and you would sink into the middle of the bed, only one lamp out 4 worked, 3 lights throughout room worked, coffee maker was dirty, this was overall the worst stay I’ve ever experienced…would never stay again!!
- 1/5
My plates were stolen off my car. They also have roaches at their hotel
- 1/5
Manager is beyond rude. Refused extension based on a service dog because the room “smelled like dog” but was happy to take my money for the extension then threaten to call the police even though I was paid up for 3 more days refusing a full refund, only offering a 2/3 refund for my full stay. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. And their phones don’t work.
- 1/5
Another guest came up while we were checking out and echo our sentiments, it was rudely dealt with all in all I would never stay there again and would not recommend this to anyone else
- 5/5
Was almost perfect for my needs - a clean bed to sleep in and refresh for another day of driving. Hot cocoa packets would be a great addition!
- 5/5
Yes it was a quiet stay
- 4/5
Josh, the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely awesome! Great guy! The hotel is older so expect what’s common in an older hotel. Price is great
- 5/5
Staff was very kind and not rude. The breakfast had the same items every day but still the fact the staff makes an effort shows their care for thier guests.
- 1/5

Worst stay ever they took my deposit said I was smoking in the room but I don’t smoke anymore and the floor was filled with stains the room smells of cigarettes bad and there were cockroach’s climbing the walls when I got up to get breakfast the breakfast was good everything else except for the night time clerk was great the guy had oxygen mask on but was super helpful and kind but the girl in the daytime was just awful
- 5/5
I absolutely Love this place there breakfast is amazing and the Staff is exceptionally kind I would recommend anyone I know to stay here
- 1/5
Not sure why I paid Expedia. And now I have been charged $50 ( which they said would be put back on my card) not yet after 4 days) and was charged another $87. Not happy.
- 3/5
Heater n tv didnt work. Shower weak
- 3/5
I realize that it is an older hotel and they are renovating but we asked to me moved to another room due to a broken bathroom door and I killed a cockroach. The room we were moved to had a hand towel hanger coming out of the wall. Plus my friend woke up with bites all over one of her calves. The only way I would stay inthis place again is if it was in a newly remodeled room. It would also be easier on people with a handicap to have the breakfast room on the first floor or have an elevator.
- 5/5
Female staff are very warming and friendly. They answer any and all questions. They are all very helpful and so kind.

Everything inside and outside is in very nice condition, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hallways are well lit with bright, modern lighting. The carpeting is clean and everything compliments each other - carpet, walls, doors and doorways, light fixtures all go well together.
- 5/5
Loved this place. Staff is awesome and kind easy fast check in. Loved the view of the mountains from my room. Breakfast was good. I will be returning !
- 5/5
It was a really wonderful, and cool experience. The rooms felt like home, and to wake up and to go to the breakfast Dining, I mean the waffle were amazing!!!😁 And thank you to the staff Ms. Leticia for your wonderful hospitality making me and my wife feel welcomed.

Clean room, good breakfast
- 5/5
Staff and guests are all so kind and generous. Everyone was helpful and the place is located in an area where you can get to anything within 10-15 mins.

Definitely a budget motel, with a "down on your luck" kind of vibe. There seem to be many longer term/residential guests. No one stays at a Travelodge for the ambiance, but this one felt particularly depressing, though the employees were friendly and helpful. If you don't mind some stains on the carpet or furniture, or a slight mildewy smell in your room, it's definitely not the worst place if you're on a budget, but there's a reason it's cheaper. Mattresses have encasements, but I did see a roach in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Our stay was an easy check-in process and we got a room away from all the others located on the property so that we could have some privacy. Well, the room was very warm and the AC didn’t work correctly, so we opened the window early one morning. A few hours later we heard a very loud knock at the door and someone yelling for us to open the door. We were still in bed. So I got up and got dressed and went to the door where some very angry woman with a clipboard bullied her way inside and started making accusations of smelling drugs outside. I explained she must be mistaken and I even allowed her to roam around the entire unit and to let my friends get dressed so she could also check in there. But she didn’t want to wait around. She saw pancake mix on the counter and yelled “SEE, DRUGS” at which point I had just about enough of her, so I spoke up and explained I had things to do and she was ruining my time that be spent doing others things. Then she ran out of the room and slammed the door. On the way out she said that we had to leave immediately. We left immediately but it was u justified and they charges us that second night * I want my money back
- 5/5
Great staff and good experience for a very budget friendly price. Would stay again
- 5/5
Helpful staff very professional and very kind
- 1/5
I paid for two nights at the property and was told to leave with no cause after the first night and was never refunded.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay very much. The stuff made me feel so welcomed answered any questions I had. Amazing stafff!!! My bed was so comfortable I will be back!!
- 5/5
I had such a great stay! The staff was amazing so kind and professional. Breakfast was simply but delicious! The room was comfortable I can’t wait to come back when the renovations are done!

I love everything at this hotel
- 2/5
The bathtub shower wall was full of mold and mildew. Tv did not work.
- 2/5
Supervisors need to explain to housekeeping how to make a bed. Sheet first--then blanket or comforter!!
- 3/5
Bed bugs that’s it that’s all.
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Everything was very clean!
- 3/5
When we arrived there were a couple people just sitting outside against the building. Odd. The attendant at the front desk was nice. The front area looked decent but the difference between the pictures on line vs reality was way off. Only thing nice in our room was the laminate floor. The bathroom was SO outdated. Holes in our doors. Bottom of the door scraped on the floor and you couldn't close the door. There was baseboard peeled back, some missing. The tub was old and creaky. Very old toilet. I barely wanted to use it. My husband used the shower but I did not want to step foot in it. Wall paper was peeling back. The bed felt like we were sleeping in a hammock and I wished i had looked at the sheets good before i slept in the bed but I'm the morning i noticed stains in about 4 spots on the bed. Really grossed me out. We didn't Even want to eat there so we left right away. I did have a cup of coffee and it was not good coffee. Do Not be deceived by the pictures!
- 3/5
I couldn't eat most of the breakfast options
- 1/5
After confirming amd requesting the hotel had accessible rooms (1) or at the very least would accommodate me with a ground floor room, upon check in (It was about 10 pm) they booked me into a second floor room. I did advise the staff I would be a late check in. I ended up canceling my reservation (10/18-10/21).

Clean room Great Breakfast Nice Staff!
- 1/5
Absolutely foul motel. Floors are sticky and disgusting with visible foot and shoe prints all over. Obviously haven't been mopped in weeks. Drains are clogged so a decent shower is out of the question at this place. Roaches and flies will be your roommates too. Avoid this slum if possible
- 5/5

- 5/5
Highly Recommend! Great Stay and Pet Friendly!
- 3/5
Carpet was filthy, stains. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy. Sitting on the end of the bed, other end pops up, same if you sit on the corners of the bed, either side would pop up. It's an old building that's falling apart. Area was a little sketchy, big bus parks in back and comes and goes, some guys' home I guess. Front desk people are very nice though. Check in was easy and fast (checked in online).
- 4/5
It's not bad
- 2/5
We will not be staying at this location in the future and will not be recommending anyone of our friends and family stay here either.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
It is not handicap accessible. No elevator to get to the offered Continental breakfast that is on the second floor. The deadbolt knob on room 118 door was missing. The West outside entrance did not latch, so no security. No phone in the room. After three days, requested clean towels for the room, which was written down on a clipboard, never happened. General maintenance appeared to be extremely shoddy. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.
- 1/5
The room did not look anything like the photo. The floors looked like they had water damage at some time. The sofa was covered with some type of covering. I use a walker and it would not fit through the bathroom door. The door was labeled as non-smoking and yet there was a cagarette butt on the bedroom floor. No extra pillow or any blankets at all. We had to call the front desk to get help with the TV-the remote had been taken. Front walkway was chipped and broken. Breakfast would have been on the second floor so I would not have been able to get there. The building we were in looked like the older version with two newer buildings up front.

Chipped paint in the bathroom, the hallway had a strong smell of marijuana, baseboards removed in the bathroom, dirty walls and carpet in the room, the door to the room felt unsafe even when latched.
- 4/5
I just neede one night eith my kids away from a bad situation and it worked out for us last minute.
- 2/5
room smelled of urine.
- 5/5
My only suggestion is that the guest PICK up their dog poo
- 5/5
Staff was patient & nice
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 1/5
Staff was polite and there is a nice view of the mountains. Other than that, it smells, the area is unsafe, the entrances don’t actually lock, the deadbolt on our room’s door did not lock, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle that has not been patched—instead stuffed with tissues. The fan in the bathroom and the AC unit were both noisy and rattling. Plenty of other things broken and dirty but you get the idea.
- 5/5
Easy in and out
- 1/5
Other inconveniences came up with the toilet clogged , mold on the bathtub, bathroom walls; bedroom damaged walls, damaged window screen and others. My wife ended up with headache. Later afternoon we were able to move to room 132, the smell was not as bad as room 225, but it seems that the air conditioning system doesn’t have a proper maintenance and filters are replaced at a proper time. Damaged walls and electric outlets and sockets and bathroom door. Breakfast room too small, not well kept, breakfast choice very limited, etc.
- 1/5
Horrible experience! Very weird/random/strange people walking in the hotel, there is no control whatsoever of who can enter the hotel. It is pet friendly but the room in front of us, the dogs wouldn’t stop barking all night! Very annoying! Rooms are clean but very outdated!
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room did feel like it was not clean, lot of stains. was just a overnight stay. other than no problem

Nice room, amazing staff, crap part of town.

Was a perfect spot to stay as kiddo was racing in Ellicot off Hwy 94. Was one light away from our location. Easy on and off for possible food options. Exactly the what we needed after long day of travel and racing.
- 5/5
The check-in and check out were simple and it was quiet. The only issue was I asked for housekeeping twice and the room was never cleaned other than that I would stay again.
- 5/5
Super friendly helpful staff great breakfast definitely recommend
- 5/5
it had a kitchen even though we didn’t used it
- 5/5
Front desk is amazing
- 2/5
Nice people. Run down place.
- 1/5
The room was decent but the blankets and towels had stains and found roaches in the room
- 2/5
Our box springs was broke on the bed, the sheets were stained along with the towels that looked like they had been used, our ac unit dripped into the room, no ice bucket had to go to the front and ask for one, was told they don't clean rooms everyday unless asked, no parking if you get there of an evening, we ended up having to park at the front of the building, lots of tweaker and homeless looking people.
- 5/5
I like everything about this ap

Great place to stay
- 1/5
Blood on the sheet and the place reeked of cigarettes and weed even though their policy says they're strict about no smoking. Only checked in for about an hour before i went down and told them we were leaving and they refused to issue a refund
- 1/5
System was down upon arrival. Staff checking us in could not access our prepaid reservations and thus no one got a room. Had to go up the road to another establishment.
- 5/5
Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and pillows.

The amenities are great, and the hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access to Colorado Springs Airport. They also offer free breakfast from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. It's affordable, too.

Front staff friendly… hotel smelled and looked clean in lobby. Room not so much!!
- 2/5
Customer service was great dining area was clean. The reason I rate this property poorly is because the room was dirty. The worst part were the sheets were not clean.

The people where very helpful

Alright, buckle up, because I'm about to gush about my recent stay at the Travelodge in Colorado Springs, right by Peterson Air Force Base. I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, but this place? It's not just a hotel; it's an experience, and it's all thanks to the incredible humans who work there. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just right. The folks at the front desk are pure magic. There was one evening, after a particularly long day of exploring, when I realized I'd left my phone charger in the last city. I walked up to the desk, looking like a lost puppy, and before I could even finish my sentence, one of the wonderful ladies behind the counter, with a twinkle in her eye, said, "Rough day, huh? Don't worry, we've got a spare charger you can borrow!" It was like she read my mind! Another morning, I was trying to figure out the best route to a hiking trail, and one of the gentlemen at the desk pulled out a map, circled the perfect spot, and even gave me a pro-tip about a hidden waterfall. It wasn't just directions; it was a mini-adventure planning session! They don't just check you in; they make you feel like you've just arrived home, and they're genuinely invested in making your stay fantastic. And let's talk about the breakfast situation. Oh. My. Goodness. The person who makes breakfast every morning deserves a medal, a parade, and maybe their own cooking show! This individual
- 1/5
There were people walking in and out all night, scratches on the duvet presumably from a cat, you could hear dogs barking inside the hotel, sheets did not look freshly laundered and we locked the door and didn't go outside our room till morning, then we left!
- 5/5
It was a very nice hotel with awesome staff. Room was nice and clean. Very relaxing.
- 5/5
convenient that a gas station is just across the building. amenities were clean. loved my stay!
- 5/5
Place was nice and relaxed
- 3/5
When I arrived my towels were stained and torn. The room had a musty smell. Low water pressure. The carpet was not properly laid down. The sheet on the bed had holes in them. The staff was nice. They cooked the same breakfast for most days. The hotel did smell like cigarettes.
- 5/5
The ladies at the front desk super amazing, friendly and helpful. I felt safe inside the hotel area.
- 3/5
Room was big and nice, but the black paint or hair dye or whatever it was that was splattered on the bathroom wall and dripped on the entryway floor also made its way to a drip on the fitted sheet. So the bed obviously was not changed. Breakfast is upstairs, it is not ADA friendly.
- 1/5
When we arrived, we stood in the lobby for well over half an hour waiting to be checked in. There were 2 staff members but only one checking in. The door to our room stuck so bad that I had to ram it with my shoulder to get it open. I thought it was locked until we told an employee and he casually did the same thing as if it were normal. There were stains on the inside of the sheets. The shower water pressure was absolutely terrible. Trying to wash your hair was like trying to wash it standing outside in a light sprinkle. The breakfast in the morning was pretty sparse. The only things they had were waffles, juice, cereal, and some VERY dry biscuits and gravy.
- 1/5
I stayed at this hotel for one night and paid for the reservation through expedia. Upon check in they took a deposit of $59.80 and it's been a week and I still haven't gotten it back. When will I get it back?
- 1/5
Horrible smell of pee inside the room. Dirty stained, torn carpets. Dirty filthy sofa and broken furniture. Walls had gouches and stains. Shady People were outside the property. We could not bare to stay even 10 minutes in the room. Complaint about it to the front desk. They refunded all the charges. Had to find another hotel. I could not select zero star about the property condition. Had to select single star.

This property was disgusting. The room smelled of stain cigarette smoke and mold. I couldn’t stay the night. I had to pay for another hotel to stay at.

Breakfast was all but gone by 8:30. Not coming back
- 1/5
This place smells terrible and everything is in disrepair.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 3/5
I didn't actually stay. My room wasn't cleaned very well and they didn't have another to switch me to so they immediately apologized and granted a full refund. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
- 2/5
The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I had to get my keys reprogrammed four times, and the door was stuck and we couldn’t open it. There was a door in the room that let to a dirty utility room, that door was opened when we went into our room. The linens were cleaned but they were old. We were not informed that our room would not be claimed unless we submitted a form. The TV channels were unavailable. The chairs in the room were very old and so was the carpet. The only positive thing about the hotel was Bobby from the breakfast area.
- 1/5
Wybdhan should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place. The rug in the room was disgustingly dirty. One of the two towels in the bathroom for a shower was dirty. I almost left thinking it would be better to sleep on the floor in the airport. I don’t believe this place had any improvements since 1970
- 1/5
The sheets were stained all the way down to the mattress protector. There were whiskers all over the sink and the hair dryer. The outlet wasn’t covered. The towels looked as if someone rubbed Cheeto covered fingers on them. And we saw a drug deal going down outside of our window.
- 3/5
The staff was extremely accommodating. Definitely the best part of this lodge. The bed was comfortable. The clientele was sketchy as would be expected from a hotel at this price point the room was in very bad condition. If you are looking for a very inexpensive place to stay and font plan on going out at night, it's likely ok
- 3/5
I liked the price, and location. I didn't like a woman coming up to me in the parking lot begging for money. That is why I said leaning towards uncomfortable.
- 1/5
DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY. Plans for my original stay elsewhere fell through on short notice , so I had to find a place for me and my 18 month old son to stay while visiting my sick grandmother m. As soon as I pulled up after booking I automatically regretted this decision. Due to the nature of my visit (this wasn’t a trip for luxury, this is possibly the last time I will see my grandma and I wanted her to see my son one more time) I am not in a position to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel since I just purchased plane tickets and rented a car last minute to get up here; I honestly thought that because it was the same price point as say the Extended Stay and the like, we would be ok. I did my best to even overlook the crowd that was hanging outside of the main lobby and others talking to people through the windows of the hotel and just wanted to get to a clean room. I booked our stay 3 nights, after night one both my infant and myself got bitten completely by BED BUGS. I immediately checked out the next morning and had to find some place else to stay for me and my son. This disgusting and careless property won’t even refund me the 2 nights I didn’t stay , and when I brought it to their attention at checkout , there was no apology, extension of another room ( I wouldn’t have taken it anyway etc) or anything, they just wrote my room number down and weren’t surprised or disgusted , like this had happened before. DO NOT STAY HERE
- 5/5
Ok
- 1/5
The room is with pet smell and the carpet is so dirty. There is nothing in breakfast and the service is very bad. Overall its very bad experience.
- 1/5
Very disappointing! The pictures and description of this Travelodge is misleading and false. The establishment is run down, the hall has a musky smell with the rooms being the same. The room was dingy, dirty and the TV was going in and out. The walls are thin and carpet is unclean. We didn’t want to sit on the bed. We left and checked out within 2 hours because we felt unsafe.
- 3/5
Location
- 1/5
Hall smelled old and bad. Room appeared clean, however, the bathroom was dirty in the spaces that they think people don't look. It smelled bad, the room smelled bad, the bed smelled like pee. Just a couple of towels for two people. If our flight was not delayed until midnight, we would have left the premises immediately.Worst hotel site... The staff was quite the opposite. Each person we came across on the staff was polite and kind. The property is the problem. Period
- 2/5
Room was old & tired, upholstered chair in room was gross. Bathroom needs complete upgrade. Flooring was warped and in bad need of replacing.

The staff was great and very accommodating. Perfect stay for our group, and the price couldn't be beat!

Perfect for a night’s rest passing through Colorado Springs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Awesome, helpful staff.
- 5/5
The wall edge we’re breaking a part the bathroom toilet is out of date and old the sink is not new the furniture looks out of date and old
- 2/5
Staff is great and inviting but non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. Towels looked like they had been stepped on with dirty shoes and put back up. Toilet paper roll had what appeared to be syringe punctures holes on side of roll. Did not feel comfortable staying there
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Not a nice hotel
- 5/5
I liked the location because of its proximity to good food, gas stations & major roads, so travel to and from the Travelodge was very convenient!
- 5/5
Beautiful, cozy, and felt familiar. Wonderfully pleasant staff, always friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
Stayed two nights, that's two nights too long. Based on decent reviews, we were shocked to find 3 electric outlets in the entire room. One contained a power strip behind the fridge/microwave/tv area and only had one outlet available. One was under the desk and had a light plugged in, so only one outlet available there. And one next to the chair in the corner. We always bring extra "outlet extenders" but you have to have an outlet to use them! Couldn't plug in a CPAP machine and a phone charger, let alone hair tools, tablets, watch chargers, etc. When we arrived, a homeless guy was sitting on the bench out front, another homeless lady and her dog sitting on the bench near our access door. The side access door DID NOT LOCK, day or night, so anyone could access the hotel. The bathroom had no place to put any toiletries - a cracked pedestal sink, and of course, NO POWER OUTLETS! Will not stay here again - not sure who gave this good ratings, but it was not a pleasant place to stay! I would much rather spend my time writing a good review, but I don't want others to make the same mistake we did...
- 5/5
Older but well taken care of.
- 1/5
The room smelled horrible, duct tape held the air conditioner and hand prints all over the wall
- 3/5
Property called the night before and overbooked my room reservation. Had to change from a 2 bedroom suite to 2 separate bedrooms. No closets, very small bathroom areas. Strange smell in the room. It was a non-smoking property, but the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The continental breakfast was very dismal.
- 1/5
The shower was broken
- 3/5
They need new mattress because they were on even. My back hurts from sleeping them. The carperts were sticky, smelled like cigarettes even in our non smoking room. The air conditioning wasnt cooling the room during the day and room smelled like moist from something being wet in there and some of the sheets look like they had blood stains. Just needs a who knew make over on there things
- 4/5
We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). We also had trouble getting clean towels and had to ask the desk staff to get us some. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a full kitchen. The hotel itself may have better housekeeping but the suites need improvement. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful though.
- 2/5
I did n't stay there it wasn't clean not even the bed was made up everything was a turn off from the start
- 5/5
Everyone was so helpful and professional

No (extra) lock on room door.

Suite chosen for kitchenette as we traveled with food. Viewed on arrival, found front door covered with thrown eggs, inside couch with torn cover, furniture chipped & broken. Clerk suggested main hotel better, though didn't meet our cooking needs decide to change. Hallways filled with noisy neighbors. 2nd rm had adjoining door-neighbor talking at the top of voice on phone for over 1 hr. Asked clerk for 3rd rm w/out adjoining door. Improved noise until started hearing banging on walls-?? Doors slamming until 10 pm and began again before 0500. All rooms dirty, scuffs all over walls, peeling wallpaper, A/C unit with wall gaps-could see the sun! Food under AC wall unit. surfaces sticky, something dried & dripping from wall sconce, Snot found on bathroom door frame at eye level, fabric on furniture frayed, lamp shade ajar-unable to straighten, too many appliances for 1 wall outlet. TV unplugged, when plugged in, needed reboot. No where to plug in phone-cord wouldn't connect to outlet on lamp. Exterior building doors broken locks. Staff states management told but remain broken for 2 years. Sham on Wyndham & Expedia for dishonest reviews & photos. Some reviewers stated remodeled?!! Noted newer flooring but..difficulty sleeping wondering if bed dirty too. One positive, staff very nice-trying-however we couldn't take another night & canceled our reservation. Unable to recoup "non-refundable" reservation! Truth in advertising? PS Crazy pet change for horrible rm.

Blow dryer had to be reset in 1 minute intervals after waiting 2 minutes which was frustrating and NO hot water for shower during morning peak. But in a "oh well" go with flow mindset, wasnt 'end of the world' bc cannot beat the price! You both get and don't get what you pay for! Was 'perfect' in the end for what I needed. Staff were intelligent, pleasant and responsive. 5 stars for staff/ management.

We urgently need to stay around the area as it is nearest to the highway. So i proceed to check online to make sure there isn't any room available. to my surprise, i notice Expedia do have a room available. so i proceed to book the room. The front counter lady was surprise that i have book a room through Expedia. she was hesitance to give the room as she aware that this room is not suppose to rent to customer. she had not choice (she cannot cancel, she did not told us upfront as well) I proceed to take the card and proceed to the room. to my horror, i open the door, it was too smelly! (room fill with cigarette and mouldy smell !) the bathroom floor was flooded with water~! I have to get out and proceed to the counter. the lady did not surprise that i return back. i request for refund and she did not help to proceed and only told me i have to call Expedia for refund. nothing she can do.... after few mins of messaging to Expedia customer service, i am able to get a refund. it seem like they do rent out another portion of rooms for weekly or monthly renters.

Great stay if you need a place to stay for a while

Was a great experience. Only had to put a $50 cash deposit down and the staff was very willing to help. They're very polite.

The Price
- 5/5
My stay was great and so was the staff. They were very willing to help with everything that I needed help with. Plus they only charged a $50 cash deposit which helped me out because most hotels don't tell you that you need to have a credit card for the deposit.
- 5/5
The managers are always on point with guest concerns or needs! Thank you!
- 3/5
Loud lots of homeless people just sitting in side
- 3/5
The property has a convenient location, but it was a lot of people there that make me feel uncomfortable, unsafe and one of the front desk was very rude .
- 4/5
The room was good but the lobby smelled like cigarettes
- 1/5
Cleanliness was just fine. On other had , it would have been great to have keys to open the door. I went through 7 sets of keys and NOT 1 worked. I was there for 8 days. No maintenance man came to look at it or fix it.
- 4/5
My stay was very nice I was there for my little brother funeral and the location from the airport and everywhere we needed to go was great. Really polite and friendly staff
- 1/5
I had no issues with the staff. But there were stains all over the sheets, dust covered the room, the area was not particularly safe. I saw the Sherriff at least three times in two days. Granted only one time was it for the hotel. The other times it was due to the neighboring housing area. I ended up leaving early because I and my family felt unsafe.

Nice little Hotel was clean cant beat it fot the price..
- 2/5
We didn't have any hot water or water pressure other than that everything else was ok
- 5/5
The hotel is on the outskirts of town but that definitely had its advantages, it was a lot more quiet , less busy , and the pricing was slightly less . Over all stay was great . Nice breakfast friendly staff and very accommodating management ! Thanks for a wonderful trip
- 4/5
I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff is amazing. Very accommodating and friendly.. The breakfast here was better then most mid range hotels with make your own waffles and biscuits and gravy ,that was a nice added feature a hot breakfast. The only down fall was the breakfast room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator, but staff will bring your breakfast request down to you if you can’t do stairs. Over all a very nice stay!

The rooms smelled like cigarettes, weed, and mold mixed together. The bed sheets were horribly stained and crusty. The heater sounded so bad you couldn’t run it. I am never staying in a travelodge by Wyndham again.

Very shady feeling.

On snow days the boss buys me a room to stay safe from traveling, the price is great!

Dirty. Moldy. Smelt. Could hear the neighbors even when they’re talking low.

Friendly staff
- 5/5
I was shocked, for the crazy low price I was not sure what the hotel would look like. I was in a bind with a snow storm and this was convenient. The room was great! Clean all around, had a fridge and microwave, a window that could open for fresh air, the heat worked great, TV had a great selection of channels. Was a steal I felt like. Front desk person was nice, I could park right outside my room, I could see car from window. They provided breakfast I left too early to experience, but I would give this place an A plus.

Staff is excellent

My stay was great! Second day here tho people above me had no respect for my comfort. They had no control of their children. Constantly jumping up and down and screaming crying made my life miserable. Call office they said they would handle it. It got worse! So had make second call and then turned up my TV to drown out the constant jumping of kids. After an hour or so i guess they gave up and i turned my TV down! 3rd day is quiet little bit of jumping but after all they are kids. Recommend putting families with children on first floor and let kids jump (without screaming of course) all they want. Parents stop with sweets try fruits!

Absolutely the worst place i have ever stayed and embarrassed that i stayed here. Very Dirty and unsafe we found used needles in the parking lot. We booked out over a month got a call while in Chicago after the first leg of our flight that the suite we booked was not available and we would have stay in a double queen room. After traveling for 16 hours that day i agreed.the next day they moved us at 3 in the afternoon and then charged me an additional 300 dollars on my credit card for a room upgrade. Go figure their mistake would cost me more money. Then we get in the so called suite there and my GOD it was nasty. Dog prints on the clean sheets holes in the walls food on the walls no electrical covers on some of the outlets hurn holes in the sheets and i could go on for ever. They tell me well i guess we could come over and deep clean it tomorrow some time and you can move to another room and move back to another suite the next day. Thats the service you get there next day at best deal with the nastiness until they get around to it. Then they wouldnt even refund my trip to expedia or myself. If i could give this place one positive note it was the manager lady that actually refunded me the 300 dollar bullcrap room upgrade when i checked out and apologized for the horrible experience. 0 out of 5 stars never go to this place unless you like methheads crackheads and hookers are your thing.

Hotel is a bit dated. Overall not a bad place to stop for a night
- 1/5
I went to the office in the middle of the night to get towels, took forever to find towels, and when she did, they were all busted up. Said that’s all she had. The next day want checked out, she used those busted towels as a reason to keep my deposit. It’s out right thieving is all it is.

My husband and I brought our daughter to Colorado for her first vacation. Upon arriving the sweet lady at the front desk Debra accommodated the deposit needed for our stay, she was very sweet and helpful the whole stay! The location was amazing only 20 minutes away from garden of the gods! The breakfast was always a hit and served with a smile! We had to end our stay a day early, once again Debra made sure we were refunded for that nights stay! Our deposit was returned at check out, we will definitely be coming back!

the bed was nice and it was close to where I had to go the next day. I would not stay again with other choices. I. Did inform them at the desk of the things not working.

It was pretty easy going from place to place from the Travelodge. It was pretty nice and the view was excellent. The staff were also pretty helpful and nice.

There was something growing out of the ceiling.

The front desk people are the best! Beds are very comfortable, carpet newer, and mostly pretty quiet. They also have a pretty good breakfast buffet. Extremely good location.

Stayed here in October everything was great don’t let other reviews fool you. Just a little bit of a sketchy area.
- 1/5
All above mentioned plus lept my deposit for no reason.
- 5/5
The door to get in was never locked. The large amount of marijuana smells on the hallway not a fan. Morning breakfast could use some work..if you have toast and pancakes, butter is always nice to have. Start however went above and beyond..
- 4/5
Honestly I didnt have that many issues with the property. However my wife wasnt fond of it. Id ignore her and rate perfect but I did have to fix the TV and toilet. Made things a hair stressful. Also, the shower wasnt the that great. More the reason why my wife didnt like the room. Still good in my opinion, staff was super nice too.

It is always a great stay here at Travelodge! If any issues arise for guests they are quick to fix the problem. And the beds are always comfy!

Breakfast in the morning with Bobby made my mornings and my day

Everything was great, with the exception of available parking, we were lucky to get a spot for our car and small trailer, but it really needs more parking.
- 1/5
Unclean room. Check Google review photos. Never got my refund. Never stayed the night after seeing it. Had to stay elsewhere
- 1/5
This feels like I’m being unfairly charged for days I didn’t stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s very concerning and makes me question the integrity of the staff. I’ve lost money, but more importantly, I’ve lost trust. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed properly.

Great Sercie from front desk

I liked the room and was not bothered the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free basic breakfast every day if you’re looking to save money, especially if you’re traveling with a family. The rooms were clean but they need to work on stained sheets/ towels. It would make a big difference. Overall I really did enjoy my stay.

Bathroom exhaust and hair dryer is broken, hotel staff won’t replace or fix, we did not have towels for 2 days - staff do not have towels although they took our dirty ones to be washed. A lot of bugs and cockroaches- hotel did not offer to move us to a different room
- 1/5
I went to the front desk to let them know that the hair dryer is broken, fan exhaust is broken, sink is broken and there are a lot of bugs and cockroaches. Did not offer to replace or move us for 4 days. For 2 days we did not have towels although they took the dirty towels but did not replace them, the guy at the front said it needs to be laundered . I wanted at least a credit, front desk said no! Will not recommend nor stay here again
- 1/5
We had a horrible experience here. The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned very well. The whole floor reeked of cigarettes even though they claim there is no smoking. The paper thin walls assured that we wouldn’t be sleeping. The man in the room next to us was on drugs and the police spend the night visiting his room multiple times, keeping us awake for the entire night. Never would stay here again.

I stayed 4 nights in room 220 and ended up in a bed bug infested room and brought bed bugs with me. I will not be staying here again.
