Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. While many guests appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location, others were disappointed with issues such as poor water pressure, noise, and lack of cleanliness in some rooms.

Overall decent stay. Clean rooms and bathrooms

Upon both check in and check out, no one was anywhere to be found for 10+ minutes. It seems like the front desk staff take breaks and just disappear, leaving no one to man the desk. Staff was odd, not friendly, and it was just not a pleasant experience customer service wise. The hotel was pretty dated. Would not stay here again.

My Versace black sun glasses with tiny lions on both sides were missing from my room . They cost me $150.00 on sale.
- 5/5
The staff was so amazing! Kaneisha and Dottie were so helpful. Room size is large and comfortable beds
- 1.5/5
The signage out front not clear. There are two hotels together Check in staff not very professional. Not a pleasant greeting from any staff member
- 5/5
Overall, it was very nice.
- 2/5
My biggest complaint is that there were bugs(roaches) in the first room we were assigned to. The staff was able to relocate swiftly after we notified them.
- 4/5
Serve in restaurant was extremely slow. Took 40 mins after ordering to receive food.
- 1/5
There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. The toilet made a horrible groaning noise every flush. Hardly deserves the name Hilton.
- 1/5
Do not know never checked in arrived early hoping to get into room no chance they were rude and unhelpful
- 3/5
For 500 dollars a night plus PARKING , w NO free coffee or breakfast is a rip off ! Did not have coffee pods for in room coffee. Broken ice machine for entire 3 night stay on floor 2 !!!
- 3.5/5
There is a bar with food available during certain times of the day. Food was pretty decent although expensive for being bar food. I wanted to stay downtown to walk to my son's USC graduation. They grossly inflate their prices during certain times of the year including graduation week. On top of that they charged me $13.00 daily parking in their lot. If you're going to charge me a thousand a night at least throw in a complimentary parking pass for god's sake. Not only that , but they didn't explain I was paying for parking until checking out. If I could do it again, I would stay a few miles down the road and take a taxi or uber around town and would have saved a lot of money. If money doesn't matter to you then this is the place to stay for sure. I would have gladly paid $200-$300 and not complained about the parking, but to gouge guests every chance you get I'd highly recommend staying somewhere other than downtown.

Made a reservation through Expedia, when I arrived at the front desk to check l in I was informed that they had no rooms available and were unwilling to look into it. The front desk associate was arrogant and showed no interest in making it right. 0 stars

Staff was the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever come across. We had a mix up with our rooms in the beginning and they fixed it immediately and apologized a hundred times. They complimented our outfits at checkout, like come on!!! Rooms were clean, they have a nice bar and a small convenience store. 10/10. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Great accommodations. Easy welcoming check in
- 5/5
Just a little more light in the bathroom mirror

Was good place
- 4.5/5
Didn’t handle check in & out well
- 5/5
Great location close to Univ of SC. Easy parking. Clean, newer, modern hotel. Rooms were nice and there is an indoor pool, gym, and rec room. I would stay here again.
- 3.5/5
Location and very clean. Not applicable
- 2.5/5
The location We booked well in advance but could not get into the second room until 9:30 Pm. That was very inconvenient. We were not offered two free water bottles. We are Hilton Honors Members. Was not asked to fill out a parking voucher. The pool looked to not be very clean and the water was very cold. I tried to use the Peleton Bike in the gym. The log in screen sked for a code to log in. The front desk said they did not have a code. So spinning on the bike with no screen data was really not good at all. So why have the Pelaton bike there. I am not a member of Peleton. But at other hotels I was able to log in as a guest. The staff said they had no rooms with two beds but plenty of single King beds. So I said ok give us two king. Nope that didn't happen
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating after we had to wait 2 hrs for our room to be cleaned. We thought the location was closer to our destination
- 5/5
Clean, lovely staff- nice lobby bar
- 3/5
WiFi was down the entire time. This hotel shares space with Hilton Honors with working WiFi and free breakfast. Recommend if you need this location to book that side of the building. First two nights the entire floor I was on reeked of pot. Thankfully it didn’t reach into my room.Second two nights weren’t quiet as there sounded like minor construction happening. Couldn’t tell if it was noisy people or late night repairs. Overall unenjoyable.
- 2.5/5
Location to USC Staff seemed extremely busy and overwhelmed. Rooms and hallway didn’t smell great.
- 1/5
No WiFi Pool not heated Marijuana smell in hallway Hallway cold
- 4/5
Broken ping pong table. Noise
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. Our room was in the street side so it was a bit noisy at night but overall good experience.
- 4/5
The only complaint is that the shower doesn’t drain.
- 4/5
I had a pleasant stay, and the location is convenient. The front desk staff is friendly, but my room was not ready at the stipulated check in time.
- 5/5
One warning, if you book through Expedia or probably any other third party they will not cancel your reservation. Other than that nice place. The lady at the check in was great. Amika? Maybe ?
- 4.5/5
Clean conveniently located I had a check-in time of 4 arrived at 7:30 had to wait an hour an a half because the room was not ready. Claimed they were bought out by a last minute convention.
- 1/5
Check in was at 3 we didn’t get in our room until 6:15 had to get ready for our concert in the lobby since we had no time to wait
- 3/5
No coffee in my room besides decaf and Tea.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and nice facilities After paying a premium price for the room I fel5 like the breakfast should have been included. It wasn’t worth the $18.95 price.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- 4.5/5
location was great to my event not enough coffee pods in the room for the two day stay

This was the worst check in experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. It’s bad enough to leave town in time to check in when you’re told you can to then be told your room isn’t clean yet- but to have the staff say things like “I just got on shift, I don’t know what to tell you” is inexcusable. The lobby looked like a bus station with people laid out on chairs with luggage everywhere. It was like this from 3 to 6 pm, when, despite them telling me they’d call when my room was ready, I stood in another line for 20 minutes to be told it was- 3 hours after official check in time. Our event was at 7 and we had 20 minutes to get our bags in and be ready- I felt really terrible for the many people still in the lobby waiting for rooms. There is absolutely no excuse for a place to be run like this when you know exactly how many rooms there are, how long it takes to clean them, and how much staff that should take. Other staff could have helped- there had to be a better way. This is what I would expect from a $100 room- NOT a $200 room experience. I will never visit this hotel again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
- 2/5
I didn't feel it was in the best area. Our room was near a very loud street that despite having 3 brown noise apps on our phones we could still hear the cars so we weren't able to get much sleep. Thankfully I bought the insurance so we could cancel our room for the net night and move to a much nicer marriott where we could walk to so much. I felt very bad for the two ladies working the front desk. They were so kind and trying so hard, but just couldn't keep up with it all. They are the only reason I'm not giving it one star.
- 3/5
The room was clean. However I woke up the next day with marks on my hand, arm, and back. I don’t know if it was bedbugs or spider that bite me.
- 3/5
Room looked clean until i opened the kurig and found a used k cup. Yuck. Had to pay to park. Ridiculous to charge patrons. Paid parking was not listed when i booked. The shower was great. Lots of hot water and a nice shower head. I did not use the pool nor room service. I also didn't eat breakfast since it was another additional charge. My biggest issue was the desk clerk continually used the wrong last name. I corrected him twice. He ignored me and continued calling me the wrong name. Made me feel like i didn't matter as a paying guest. I wouldn't recommend staying there. There's crappier places to stay. They get your name right, no pay parking and include a continental breakfast. The name thing dropped from 4 starts to 3.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t very clean (hair in shower) and had a strange smell.
- 5/5
everything was great
- 5/5
Property was clean. Everything was nice. CJ at the desk and Ned at the bar were excellent. Have stayed there three times in the last month. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Every day here is absolutely wonderful!! the staff is great!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! The property was clean and convenient to everything!
- 3/5
There was only 1 person to check in 2 hotels. Line out the door
- 1/5
Pool was nice.
- 3/5
Noise
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
I didn't know that we had to pay for parking. $13.00 per day the cost of the rooms should have covered fully functional.
- 4/5
Great customer service.
- 3/5
Room fine. Cruddy view of an AC unit out the window. Great location. I still hate it when checkout in at 11am but maids knock
- 5/5
Lean spacious rooms
- 3/5
Staff was petty. When I show the desk clerk my Hilton Honors # and asked for the complimentary water they provided, she took the courtesy bag of popcorn out the bag and only gave me the water. When I asked the other clerk about it, she said it was included.
- 5/5
Nice, clean hotel
- 2/5
Booked a queen room that wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were told we would receive a call when it was ready. Got back after 11pm to learn that there were no queen rooms left. Staff was uninterested in answering questions and put us in a room with a bed and a pullout sofa in a different hotel property that shares the building. I can’t really review the hotel because the room we had was technically in a different one.
- 3/5
Basically a Super 8 experience at a Hilton price.
- 5/5
The room was absolutely spotless. Wonderful service and delicious breakfast!!!
- 4/5
Nice clean convenient location
- 3/5
Dirty not well taken care of, not enough parking, no complimentary coffee…
- 3/5
Good. Except room was ready until 5 hours after check in
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The hot water was out to the entire hotel and it would have been nice to be told this before check-in. Once I complained, they offered to refund the $13 parking fee and said I would receive free Hilton Honors points. Still waiting on the points.
- 2/5
face towel, and 2 wash cloths, and no bath floor towel. The hair Conditioner and body soap in the Shower was empty. No coffee stirrers. Staff was very friendly upon check in. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working.
- 2/5
shower didn't drain hardly at all and the coffee maker wasn't working in my room or at the front desk.
- 4/5
Very friendly clerk at checkin, room was nice. Great location, walkable to restaurants and Township Auditorium. The shower gel was empty but not a big deal. The most disappointing thing is that they charged $17 for a breakfast buffet.
- 3/5
The proximity to USC stadium was ideal. However the breakfast was very much microwaved, out of the box prepared and tasted as such. Even the buffet style presentation lacked effort, which was disappointing considering the cost $16+. I frequent Hilton brands across the country and was a little disappointed by comparison. Staff was polite and parking was decent however unless necessary will not be staying in the future.
- 2/5
Everyone was nice. The only issue we had was we never got clean towels and they never cleaned our room after staying there for five days and we asked them and they never cleaned it.
- 4/5
It was convenient to downtown.
- 2/5
not too good
- 1/5
When we go to the hotel around 4:45-5:00 to check in. The front desk worker said the room was not ready and could not give us a time to how long it would take. We waited around 30 minutes to get the keys to our room. When leaving the hotel the next morning, when walking out of our room there was 4-5 housekeepers standing in the hallway talking very loudly and laughing loudly. We could hear it from down the hall in our room.
- 2/5
LOUD street noise ALL night! This is a horrible hotel, stay away! i never leave bad reviews!
- 4/5
The hotel was convenient to USC. They had coffee and breakfast. Staff was nice
- 5/5

Not helpful
- 5/5
Staff was very polite and helpful.
- 2/5
The pool was closed for maintenance unfortunately. Apparently it has been out for over 5 months. We also got charged just to sit down in the dining area which I found to be absurd. The establishment itself is very well maintained, but lacked in other areas. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Get location
- 2/5
First thing at check in they were giving water out to few choice guest that were hilton honors members. I asked for a few waters and was denied it has been 98 degrees every day here and we couldn't even get a water which is pretty sad! Also our room is just so basic 2 lights dont work and the toilet is the loudest one ive ever heard.
- 4/5
So our first room wasn’t even cleaned but the staff gave us a new room which was nice
- 4/5
The hotel was quite basic and everything felt very old. It was clean, which we appreciated, but honestly, I expected more for the price. Maybe it’s just because it’s a very small town with limited service options. We stayed one night with our child on the way to New York — it was okay for a stopover. The breakfast was very minimal.
- 3/5
The bathroom shower was dirty also
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful except the dispensers in the shower were empty
- 5/5
Love staying here I will come back
- 5/5
The reservation process went smoothly as well as check-in. The front end staff were warm and welcoming, and explained all amenities clearly. The receptionist gave me the option to choose my room based on the floors. When I changed my mind about the room that I had initially chosen (didn’t like that the HVAC units were under the window), she accommodated me and assigned me to another room. The room was so comfortable and had a nice view. Cozy room! Nice, clean! Loved the hot shower as well. I will definitely book again in the future.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Nice hotel, close to Main St. and Five Points. Good value and full breakfast.
- 4/5
The paint scheme showed the difference, but I still walked past the door. It is located right at the corner of the building on the parking lot side (not street side). Props to the young lady working the front desk. I was a single female checking in. She asked if I had a floor preference. She did NOT say my room number out loud (yay!) and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the check in. Breakfast is available, but extra.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and responsive. The humidity level in the room was so high that the carpet felt damp. Great location for visiting USC.
- 4/5
Staff were nice. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The only issue was that the shampoo, condiotioner and body wash were empty when we got to the room. The pool was cold.
- 4/5
I like that it was close to downtown and to USC. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a facility to do my laundry and to work out and to swim.
- 5/5
Above average
- 1/5
After a 10 hour drive with a 12 year old and my parents aged 75&78 , I parked and went to check in. I paid in full via American Express and I had the paid receipt. The host charged my credit card again for the stay. I showed her my paid receipt for 4400.00 for two rooms. The supervisor said the receipt wasn’t enough and that I would have to call Expedia and straighten it out before she could check us in. After 1.5 hours and lots of tears, I just gave up and said I would work it out with American Express so I didn’t get charged two times. Amex is wonderful and were the only ones that would help me. I have a video of the 3 people at the desk yelling at me and told me to step aside and call Expedia. They said they have nothing to do with Expedia. After being checked in and missing my son’s graduation dinner due to the check in delay. I went to take a Shower, well no water pressure. You could have water pressure if you turned the faucet to max heat. Anyway, I think you get the point. The hotel was dirty. Service Was horrible. So disappointment with the Hilton establishment.
- 5/5
Loved it, we will be back!
- 5/5
Clean and nice property, welcoming staff, convenient parking.
- 2/5
Let me just start off with saying that five stars go to the person who checked us in. She was very nice, professional, and helpful. But I cannot say the same for the room. As soon as I walked in, I tripped on a paddle off water, right outside the bathroom, causing a nasty bruise to my arm. There was also water around the toilet. Shower was not clean. There was a yellow urine like stain in the corner and some hair. Room had a mildew smell. There was also a random scrunched up pillowcase on the nightstand. I will usually ask for another room, but since we were there for only one night and it was already very late, we decided not to. At checkout, I informed the person at the front desk about the situation. She did say sorry but that was it. Nothing resembling official. Not that I’m looking for handouts, but something should be offer the reconciliation. In regards to parking, I had to make my own spot. We did arrive late, but while looking for a parking space, I did notice a people parking there and walking to town. There were many cars without parking permit which all hotel patterns receive to park.
- 3/5
The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were average and the location was great.
- 5/5
It was cool
- 5/5
Clean room, pleasant staff and easy parking.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel.
- 2/5
There were no clothes hangers, wash cloths, or a hair dryer. The room phone did not work, so I could not easily call down to request these items. The emergency phone by the elevator also did not work.
- 3/5
Need clarification on pool. It is not a heated indoor pool. The soap and shampoo were not refilled and only 2 towels for 4 people. The room looks good just to stingy on the supplies.
- 1/5
The shower was dirty, I did not have washcloths or a hair dryer. I had to call 4 times to get a hair dryer. I still don’t have one and I have a meeting to go to!!!!
- 2/5
Stay started off bad and never improved. The first room they gave me had something on the bed that should not have been there. The second room was better until we showered. Every time we went in the bathroom we both started sneezing. So glad the stay is over and the sneezing and running nose is over. Parking is awful and having 2 hotels connected is not a good look. The heat in the room did its own thing and wouldn’t work using the thermostat on the wall. Finally I decided to try just using the unit and that worked. If you want quiet at night don’t stay here as were heard every car that drove past this hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
Crystal was extremely curt, rude and needs to recheck her tone with customers. Expedia did not show us staying at a dual property. Our reservations were stated for Hilton Garden. Crystal was quick to rudely under explain that we were in the wrong place. She told us very little except to rip our heads off. It was inappropriate. My suggestion for your property is to list each dual side separately. The Home 2 Suites representative was calm and professional and explained about the dual property. We have never stayed in a dual hotel property’s The room was under supplied. We were given two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel. We did not have an enough toilet paper. The bathroom door had rot on in it and the door stopper was close to detaching and scraped the floor. We did not have an ice bucket and every time we went down to ask for one, none one was at the desk. I refused to ask Crystal on the other side because she was so rude previously. The furniture was uncomfortable and worn. For what we paid and for being loyal Hilton brand customers, this property was a huge disappointment. We won’t book here again. I would like to reiterate that King on the Home 2 Suites side of the property was great. He was calm, professional and spoke to us with respect and kindness. Please let him know that his demeanor was invaluable. King is 5/5 all the way. The rest of your property and staff is maybe 2/5, sadly.

- 3/5
It is so loud in and around the property. I stayed 3 nights and each night there was racing with cars with blast pipes for several hours. There is no insulation from the outside noise or between rooms. My neighbors were just talking and I could not only hear them but could understand every word.
- 4/5
My mother’s room had a leaking toilet and my toilet had a constant dripping.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
The room was very nice and the staff was very freindly! The only issue i had was the temp co trols in the room. My wife and i could not getbit set just right. Other than that a fantastic hotel to stay in
- 5/5
Had a perfect stay. Everything was great from the staff to the room
- 5/5
Nice hotel rooms were clean
- 5/5
Room was 10/10 Overall great stay!
- 2/5
While this is my 6th time staying in the area to see my USC student. This is the worst place I have stayed. Also, you need to pay for breaks and it’s at a very high premium price. I will go back to the other hotel that I have stayed the other 5 times even tho it’s 10 minutes away. This place is not worth the extra cost.
- 3/5
No hot water. No soap. Didn’t clean our room after the first night. Won’t stay there again
- 5/5
We were in town for football game so really didn’t experience all the area had to offer
- 3/5
Didn’t like road noise, but you can’t avoid that unless you could soundproof somehow
- 5/5
Would stay again without hesitation!
- 4/5
The room was good, clean and spacious. The prices and convenience were good. The bar/restaurant was priced too high!
- 4/5
Great property close to everything in downtown Columbia.
- 3/5
Very nice hotel. Bed so comfortable. Water pressure was a terrible.
- 5/5
Nice Service
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
- 2/5
Our room was dirty. Hair in shower & floors. We asked for a different room. It was worse. Sheet had not been washed. Found hair & food crumbs in made bed.
- 5/5
the parking sucks
- 4/5
I appreciated having a bar and small restaurant in the lobby. All of the staff were polite, courteous, and efficient. Gervais Street has a lot of street noise, which is unavoidable, but nonetheless detracts from resting on the street side rooms.
- 5/5
Nice property with restaurant and bar onsite.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The lobby looks great but the rooms need attention.
- 4/5
It was close to the event we needed to get to. Easy to find. The only uncomfortable aspect was the front desk clerk. He was just very curt and not very informative. Any help or questions, he made me feel like I was bothering him. I would not stay at this hotel again just based on my experience with that particular clerk. He was not friendly or helpful.
- 5/5
What was distasteful was the noise level in the area to the extent it did not allow for a nights sleep. The mattress was a little soft; never obtained deep sleep level.
- 3/5
My room was dirty, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bathroom wasn’t clean thoroughly and the mirror was filthy. I always bring extra cleaning supplies for reasons like this but never had this bad of an experience from a Hilton hotel. I didn’t complain because it was only for one night but if I would’ve stayed longer, another room would have been requested. I was very disappointed
- 5/5
This was an extremely comfortable and quiet place to stay in Downtown Columbia. We greatly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Room was fine and staff was GREAT but the shower did not drain well! If you don’t use a sound machine to sleep, do not book a city view room. Traffic was noisy.
- 5/5
Courtesy and Professionalism...

It was awesome.

Clean room, nice size and great location.
- 1/5
Absolutely horrific experience. Stay away
- 5/5
Unremarkable and that’s exactly what we needed for this one night stay. It was clean with a very nice fitness room. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Room smelled funny. Staff very helpful. Clean
- 4/5
The room and parking were $668. I knew the room would be high because I needed a roll-in shower with grab bars. I didn’t know I’d have to pay for parking. The room was very basic. Except for the bathroom I saw nothing that was worth $400 . There wasn’t a blow dryer in my room and the Guest Services line was busy when I called. I tried twice and gave up. Blow dryers are basic tools so I had expected to find one in the room. Hilton has a unique way of handling guest services-just take the phone off the hook. I guess they think as long as the person at the Desk chirps “have a nice day” their customer service is fine.
- 5/5
We had a very nice and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
I as very disappointed with the bathroom in our room. Unfortunately we had to make do without hot water for two days. When you book a room you expect a hot shower. While they attempted to fix the problem, they were unable to do so. We were not offered a different room. While we were compensated for the lack of hot water, we would have rather had a place to shower.
- 5/5
there were to many sirens at night so it was a little noise but everything else was very good
- 4/5
Amazing parking that makes walking to all of downtown convient. The hotel was very clean and festive for the holiday. No vending machines but have a "shop" of food and drinks. The pool was up and running and very clean. The only thing i was shocked about was the not so comfy bed or pillows. Normally hotels have beds you never want to leave, but me and the hubby were glad we only had to sleep there 1 night. Free coffee or tea in the mornings, the buffet or any breakfast is a surcharge. We hit the McDonald's down the road. Overall the most convenient place for parking if you have an event downtown.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, clean, quiet and wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Soo clean and the staff are sweet
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 3/5
The rooms were noisy and you could hear people in the parking lot all night. But the rooms were very clean and well equipped.
- 5/5
This hotel was close in proximity to the Township Auditorium where we had tickets to see the band "Chicago" in concert. It was a great place to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. When we returned to the hotel, we stopped at the bar, and it was wonderful that a few people our age were there. Ned was bartending and he was awesome! He could have closed things up, but he was very accommodating while several of us continued celebrating the concert and also, coincidentally, being retired military members.

I want to like this hotel but after a few stays, I just don't. No towels in the room. No coffee pods for the coffee maker. AC units are SO very loud it's impossible to sleep. Broken shades and no drapes. Staff is very nice but always something.

When I booked through Expedia, I understood that breakfast was free/included with stay. Turns out, it was $20 per person with mediocre service and food. Tiled floor area in room was consistently damp, as if there was a problem with regulating the constantly running a/c. The charge for parking was unexpected. One Lyft driver could not find the front of the hotel, so we had to call a second. Coffee maker in room did not work.

This is the absolute worst Hilton property and they do not know how to effectively communicate.

The mirrors were nice. The hotel was neat. However the hotel did not provide complimentary breakfast. You had to pay 12.95 both adults and children.

Room had a broken door making it hard to open. I visit the front desert twice on the issue. I thought the problem was the key but after the second visit I noticed the door was not sitting correctly and therefore stuck.

For a newer hotel it seemed pretty poorly maintained

Check in was quick and friendly. Front desk attendant was nice and seemed interested in my reason for staying. Parking was adequate. The key entrance in the back did not work so we had to walk around to the front entrance which is inconvenient with a hand full of bags. Lobby, elevator and halls were very clean. Room was excellent however the shower drain was clogged. Very close to downtown and only a 20 min walk to the arena through the college which made a safe feel.

Do not stay in this hotel. It looks nice when you are searching from afar but the place is incredibly dirty and the service is frustratingly inefficient. I have a list of 15 things wrong with it and I only stayed there 3 days. Won't list the entire thing but heres the highlights: the toilet seat was filthy, the carpet and bathroom floors were filthy (feet would be covered in dirt after walking around the room without socks for half an hour. They charge you 13 a night for parking, they charge you for breakfast, everyone there is working insanely hard, but there is no efficiency to be found anywhere. The air quality is suspicious. My wife has asthma and she had multiple exacerbations in the room that would clear up after we went outside. Overall it is way overpriced, for the experience it should be about 60 dollars a night

Property was great only one person at front desk, and was very busy she seemed a little overwhelmed.
