Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Didn’t get to use the pool as we didn’t stay long enough. Nice hotel but a little pricey. $274 for one night.

It was clean and loved that they had more then just donuts and muffins for breakfast. The lady that checked us in was friendly also. I feel like the lady when leaving wasnt as friendly. Also you should have something in the room with hours for the pool, and breakfast.

Breakfast was ok , parking was good . Just no hot tub.

The indoor pool was very enjoyable. I was clean and well stocked with towels. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It’s rare anymore to find a hotel that comes in during your stay to empty the trash, make the beds, and replenish the towels. I would very much recommend.

I took wash cloth to front desk when I checked out and told them about the lady bugs. They apparently was not bothered by it.

We've stayed a night on our way to Florida for a couple years no and it's always as expected. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good amenities for the cost. We'll continue to stay here when we travel.

THE REVIEWS ARE LIES!!!! AS MARRIOTT LOYAL MEMBER THIS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I changed rooms TWICE and the second room was even nastier!!!!! As I checked for bed bugs, THERE WAS BUGS CRAWLING ON THE BED!!!!!! I did not stay at this property and I am still awaiting my refund!!!!

was not told the hotel was animal friendly .two family members are allergic to dogs. after inquiring about it, i was told that the animals were only on the 1st floor, that was a lie.we stayed because we were only there one night for a funeral.we had to buy medication..

We were allowed to check in early. Clean room, great breakfast. We were given a double queen at first when we booked a king but that was quickly fixed.

Very nice. We stayed one night on our way to Florida. Easy check-in , comfortable rooms. In our bathroom, we had a larger shower with no tub, which we preferred. We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on the quality or variety of the food.

For the price of many higher quality hotels in more appealing areas this was a very disappointing stay. The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was extremely dirty. The bed was super saggy and had zero support. It honestly felt like the equivalent of a bean bag or water bed. It was also so noisy that every movement when sleeping was loud and disrupted sleep. In addition it was so lightweight and unstable that sitting on it moved it several inches across the floor unexpectedly and I’m a smaller single person at 5’4” and 145lbs. I’m pregnant so sat down slowly and carefully and almost fell to the floor with how it moved. Ironically this was the handicap accessible room so this is even more terrifying for those needing added support with transporting from one surface to another. The hotel itself was quiet. The tv and internet only worked intermittently and kept dropping connection. This made it extremely hard to work or relax and it even struggled to maintain a call with my doctor that I needed to have. I paid for the upgraded internet and it still dropped every ten minutes or so, so it was a complete waste of money. I won’t stay in this hotel again. I won’t recommend it to others traveling to the area. I’ve bypassed other Fairfield locations when traveling since due to these issues. This was $150 stay with so many problems that it’s not worth the risk again. Luckily it was only one night but had it been multiple, I would’ve checked out early and went somewhere else.

From checking in to accommodating several family members who stayed here this weekend everything was great. We were all able to meet in the lobby and pool areas to just hang out and talk and never once felt like an annoyance or that we all weren’t welcomed. Nice variety for breakfast, good internet, and the rooms are very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little lack luster. They only had eggs and pork sausage as the “warm food”. Would’ve liked another option or two besides bagels or cereal.

The hot breakfast in the morning was really good, this was the highlight of my stay. On the down side, the air conditioning unit inside the room was really noisy and loud. Please consider have an A/C repair guy service the unit to make it less noisy. Also, the room was not cleaned by maid service when I returned on my second night. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice if the bed was made and fresh towels stocked.

It was alright. The amenities in the room weren’t that great. They gave you no water for the coffee pot, no lotion and no shower caps like most hotels do. Your site said we would only be charged one amount however we were charged $29.00 more. For the price I was charged, it wasn’t a great stay.

The hotel was perfect!!! The room was very clean, nice accommodating staff and location was centrally located !!! The breakfast was great. Overall I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!!! The only negative was house keeping never came by in the 3 days we were there. They said they would be coming in after knocking on our door just before we left for the day, we got back that night and no one had been by. If we were staying another night we would have said something. But we were leaving in the morning. The hotel like I said overall was wonderful, can’t say enough good things about it!!!!

The property wasnt very clean. There was no out water in our room. The air conditioning was broke. The staff wasn’t overly helpful and the breakfast was poor. We’ve stayed here before and it’s always pleasant. This time it was noisy, the room had a broke air conditioner and no hot water in the sinks and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Sink stopped up and finally worked stopper out. Was COVERED IN MOLD. Have a picture. It was black!! Wasn’t upset. Just left it in the sink to be cleaned. Had to stay extra night and cleaning service came in while I was out. Came back and it was never touched. Actually in same position I left it in. I cleaned it myself. Very disappointed for what they charge you to stay here…

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our experience has been tremendous both times. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was as it should be: clean, neat, and comfortable. While I was told the rooms do not offer Smart TVs, there are streaming options available through them (Amazon, Netflix, Etc.). The bed was great, and the pillows were better than most “hotel pillows” I’ve had to use in the past. Breakfast was well-rounded as our offerings were scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, or oatmeal with a variety of optional toppings (craisins, slivered almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, etc.). Cage-free hard boiled eggs as well as fruit (apples and bananas) were also available. Milk alternatives were also offered (oat milk) and there were gluten-free muffins available too. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again should the need arise.

After driving 12 hrs wrapping up vaca, ckd in 7:30ish pm, ok..went to room, said newly remodeled, seemed ok, went to dinner, 8:30pm, our room window, curtains, a/c unit, floor & wall covered w lady bugs..in cking under wall a/c unit found dirty pair black socks civered w dust or mold...so "newly remodeled" when??. Front desk put us on hold which ram out, went to front desk, waited 5 min or so, noticed sign up on desk they had no control over lady bugs inside rooms. We were switched to diff rm, no lady bugs but gnats, in closing drapes a filthy cover of dust or mold covered the a/c screen, didnt run it at all....so tired..difficulty falling & staying asleep, NEVER could get logged in to wi-fi, toilet ran off & on, something in the ventilation would beep about every 2/3 min...kept tv on. Mold around tub water nozzel, on/off water dial, hand grip & stationary shower door. Thru bath wall could hear man next door using f word several times...breakfast limited menu was ok, smooth ck in & out. We wont stay again. Hubby had been over large school system maintenance, he said if proper maintence procedures would have been preformed "before" infestation was to begin vs after the fact, bugs could have been avoided. Having breakfast in commins area, lady bug landed on ladies arm next to us, then on table & walking on table. Very uncomfortable night! Could not wait to leave. In first sight, place seemed nice & clean..as eve wore on...cant make a silk purse out of sows ear.

And stains on the sheets .. Paid 300.00 for one night and I had to park on the lawn .. apparently they were working on the parking lot and there was zero spaces available.. not thrilled at all to have my new vehicle parked in the dark in the yard at 11:00 at night checking in .. And then finding my room like this .. very frustrating.. also the other locations around was priced at more than 1/2 the price when I checked pricing after I checked in .. this whole stay was ridiculous

Standard along-the-interstate Fairfield Inn. They’re doing some remodeling & whats new is nice. Could hear a bit of hallway & neighboring room noise. As always, would love a vent-fan in the bathroom & there was none. Breakfast provided, the breakfast area was clean & the staff friendly it was standard not too healthy typical stuff of scrambled eggs, waffle bar, fake juices, bagels, etc. it was overall exactly what we intended, a decent place to stay super close to a wedding we attended at a nearby venue.

All was well. Cobwebs in the corner of the walls/ceiling.

This is a very nice and comfortable property.

Everything was as expected or better for a very high dollar stay. Clean, quiet, no noxious smells, breakfast was as good as any other hotel. One thing that surprised both my wife and myself is as we were eating, the front desk lady and a female cleaning lady stepped outside the front door and smoked for 5-7 minutes. They stood so close to the automatic doors that they opened and shut several times. I have employed many personnel over the years, smoking was always a pain due to smell, appearance, and wasted productivity. I’m guessing the front desk person needed to be close by, but for appearance and professionalism, if they must smoke (7:30am), then find a more discreet area. Smoking at main entrance certainly detracts from the establishment. I personally gave non smokers a hiring preference, I wasn’t always successful but it definitely helped.

When we got to the hotel, the power was out and they didn't know what to do. The staff seemed very confused. Once we got our room, everything went okay until the morning. The housekeeper was slamming doors as they were going from room to room early in the morning.

This was the cleanest most comfortable hotel for this cost I have been to. The breakfast was way beyond just the normal continental breakfast. The rooms were very clean. I am not sure if this is a brand new hotel but it definitely gave that vibe.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

The breakfast ended at 9:00 am and if you were trying to get a bagel at 9:01 the breakfast hostess would be rude not giving you even a few extra minutes past 9:00.to get anything. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were modest and frankly looked more like a Motel 6. This was the worse Fairfield Inn we have stayed out of many.

The Fairfield Inn Columbia was clean, well maintained, conveiniently located, and comfortable. We were on a 5 day trip to TN and stayed at 3 different Fairfield hotels, all were consistently clean, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was better than we’ve had at other hotels and offered real eggs vs powdered. We will definitely plan to stay at this location and any other Fairfield hotel for future trips.

Heather at the front counter was extremely rude not just to us but the people in front of us and also who ever was calling in when she was waiting on us.

The stay was perfect for out needs! THe online check-in was most convenient, the room was very nice, customer service both at the front desk as well as cleaning staff were professional and rice. Parking was convenient and even the continental breakfast was better than most.

The staff here are very friendly- the front desk, the housekeeping, and those working at the breakfast service- all were friendly and smiled. The hotel was very clean and smelled clean! I am not very picky- but if I have to name something about this hotel room that I didn't like- I will say the room needed another lamp or two. There is 1 lamp in between the 2 beds and that was it. Room was kind of dark- not a deal breaker....I will stay here again in the future.

Our stay was Good - not outstanding, but par for the course. A couple things that I didn't care for were the fact that there was zero soundproofing between units and I could hear everything in the rooms next to ours. Also - minor point, but greatly affected comfort - the pillows were SO thin...very uncomfortable. All of them on the King bed were smashed beyond recognition. Seriously - make the investment in new ones. Finally, there were no USB ports for charging anywhere in the room. Not one. I get that it's on the guests to account for those things, and we did, but it would be much more convenient to have at least a couple of charging points in the room. Otherwise, it felt like your average hotel stay.

The bathroom looked updated but once you got closer it looks like the bathtub floor was dirty, the grout was missing and the toilet ran. I was surprised by the lack of items for the bathroom. No lotion bottles, shower cap, QTips, etc. these are all pretty standard items in most other hotels.

The property was in excellent condition and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was very comfortable- perfect!

Stay away. Property as a big mold issue. Mold in the bathroom. On the ceiling and walls. A huge health concern and no one should be but in a room with mold. I definitely do not recommend. I wish I could add photos to my review.

This was a very clean room and it was super nice. Beds were clean and soft. Surfaces were cleaned and bathroom almost spotless. Had attached shampoo, body wash and conditioner in shower. They were placed a little wonky and you hit them with your shoulder, but still super convenient to have and was much better than the bar soap. The breakfast was great and the lobby was clean. They had nice and close by amenities. Overall a wonderful place to stay and worth it!!
