Our stay was ok. The first room we were given didn’t have a fridge and the tv didnt work . A couple of men tried to fix it and couldn’t. a bunch of new refrigerators were sitting outside and we were told
- 3/5
We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Needed to be moved to a different room because of bugs in the room. The second room was bug free but food had been left in the refrigerator and microwave needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was poorly stocked. The breakfast was less than an average hotel breakfast. We don't need much in a hotel as we were traveling for work. Just a clean place to sleep and shower. Was overall pretty disappointed.
- 2/5
Took 3 attempts to get a suitable room... 1st one TV not working and mold in bathroom, 2nd one had no refrigerator and bed was broken and phone not working, 3rd one paint peeling in bathroom, tub leaking and no phone. The day of departure went to eat complentary breakfast-- no fresh coffee and breakfast foods were sparse. Have never had so many issues with a hotel room.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was well below expectations. I went down at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast, and the few hot items that were offered had already run out. There was no breakfast attendant present, and when I asked about replenishment, the front desk informed me that no additional food would be prepared, despite breakfast being advertised as available until 9:00 a.m. The coffee was also lukewarm and very weak. One of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel was to spend the day working from my room. While the Wi-Fi worked the evening I checked in, it was not functioning the following morning. As a result, I had to rely on my phone's hotspot throughout the day to complete my work. Overall, while the room itself was clean, the lack of breakfast service and unreliable Wi-Fi made for a disappointing stay.

This property was terrible! Nothing worked! Pool was green, and too top it off no hot water! We had to leave early and the manager said he would reach out and never did!
- 0.5/5
Not a single thing. When we arrived, our bed and floor was damp and the wifi wasn’t working. The rooms had a terrible smell and overall a very dirty feeling. Muggy. I was at the front desk asking for a refund within 30 mins of checking in. The pool was also not available for use. He wouldn’t refund me despite the conditions but moved us to a different room. Still, no wifi, pool, and now we were in a room with a non working fridge. This resulted in our food being overtaken by ants. There was bugs. It’s been days and still no sign of a refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The only thing we liked about this place was the fact that it was right next door to our family. Mold in the shower, clogged bathroom sink, blown light bulbs in the bathroom. Complained to the front desk about these things but nothing was done to address the issues. I do believe the guy working the front desk must have been the owner because he is the only one we seen for the three day we stayed. Only seen one other guy doing the cleaning of the rooms so I honestly believe this place is run by just those two guys. Had to ask for towels they were not replaced daily. Breakfast, well if that's what you want to call it, went down at 8am on the first morning and there was barely any food of any kind. Not that breakfast is a big deal in a hotel because most places aren't that great but this was the worst we have ever seen. One thing is for certain, we will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Nothing they doesn’t have hot water Shitty breakfast, no hot water, poor staff
- 2/5
Room was pretty clean but the A/C-heat control didn't work. Our second room had a tv that didn't work and the refrigerators in both rooms barely chilled the soda, no freezer units in them. Staff was helpful in trying to resolve problems but had limited resources.
- 2/5
Leaking toilet. Food particles on furniture. Very little hot water. A pill of some sort was left on the dresser. Likely will not stay again.
- 0.5/5
Worst hotel ever not even hot water no fridge tv was broken unit was out of the wall terrible stay
- 1/5
The properties hot water heater went out. I took a cold shower everyday. The facility wouldnt even give me a discount and or anything.. No hot water and was asked for my bedding to be changed and it wasnt.

We had to cancel because they did not have hot water They did not have hot water
- 1/5
Rude desk staff and was told there has been no hot water in the building “for months”. After 10 hours of driving, I was left scrambling to find a suitable place to stay.
- 2/5
We were informed on arrival that there was no hot water in the building and they could give us a full refund if we wanted to try to find a different hotel. The room smelled musty or something left in the mini fridge which didn't work. There was mildew around the tub caulking and the ac was squeeling so we left it off. The coffee was weak and the eggs and sausage for breakfast were room temperature when we ate at 7am.
- 1/5
They don’t have hot water
- 1/5
when i went to check in I was informed that there was NO HOT WATER in the whole building and there hadn't been for months! I was given the option to cancel my reservation and that is what I did. Upon request the front desk person did send me a cancelation notice to my email, now I need to try and get my money back from Expedia. Wish me LUCK. This hotel should be removed from Expedia until it's issuses are solved.
- 4/5
Conveniently located off the interstate. Quiet road with minimal traffic. Lots of parking.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Rude staff…woman at desk made me feel as if I was interrupting her day. Told me there would be limited hot water…there was none. Room smelled very musty. A/C fan rattled loudly. Mold all around the shower stall. TV remote didn’t work and no solution was offered. We left immediately but were denied a refund. (Booking.com gave us a whole $11). Wouldn’t go back on a bet!
- 0.5/5
Nothing Never even stayed. Was told when tried to check in no hot water and had been out for 2 days and not eta to fix. Should have been called or text prior because drove 40 min. Clerk started yelling and screaming(we have it all on video) for no reason. Booking.com tried to call multiple times to verify why I didn’t check in so I wouldn’t be charged and clerk refused to answer phone. All this is on video. She acted as though she was on something. Multiple customers we spoke to said they had same issues but everything was booked up so they had no other choices.
- 1/5
Unfriendly staff from the moment we walked in. We were informed the hot water heater was broken and not given any work-around or solution. No discount or apology. There were broken TVs, empty boxes, and wall trim all over the hallway, including blocking the door to one of our rooms. Parts of the bathroom hardware, cabinet hardware, and other trim were broken. Carpets were stained and disgusting. Our keycards stopped working after about 12 hours. Staff never asked if they could help with the inconveniences or even apologized for the problems with our stay. Really unfortunate we had to spend two nights there.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy in and out.
- 5/5
Easy in and easy out. Hot water was limited because several women's softball teams occupied MOST of the hotel, but the staff let me know this before they checked me in to make sure that I was okay with it.
- 2/5
Property was clean enough. But our room was right next the ice and vending, the toilet wobbled, their hot water heater was broken (which we were warned about at check in) and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. Ok stay if you don’t expect much.
- 0.5/5
No hot water. Pool closed. Breakfast sucked. I saw staff spit on the floor. Everything in the bathroom was coming off the walls.
- 1/5
My partner and I drove over 7 hours from North Carolina to this hotel for a concert we were attending and we were very tired and looking forward to relaxing a bit. Upon checking in, we were informed there was no running hot water. We were not offered any discount or compensation for this. Once we got into our room, we immediately heard a loud noise that sounded like running water coming from the toilet. Flushing it did not solve this problem and it was still audible through the closed bathroom door. There was mildew in the shower area and the bathroom ceiling light did not work. The room also had a very strong odor of some kind. We checked the bed by pulling the bedding back and saw some questionable stains, mainly a large yellow one on the side of the comforter and a few smaller stains on the sheets. There was a baby cockroach crawling on the mirror as well. I checked around the room more and saw a cobweb in the ceiling corner with lots of dead bugs in it.
- 0.5/5
Nothing! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! No hot water, pool closed, breakfast was cold, no frig in the room it had been taken out, bathroom lightbulb blown and they would not replace, front desk clerk was rude and did not want to be bothered.
- 2/5
No hot water, bathroom floor was sticky,
- 1/5
I booked through Expedia about 4 hrs prior to getting to the sleep inn. When I arrived the woman behind the counter said there was not any hot water and would not be fixed with our time of stay. I understand she was stressed but appeared to be rude. We had to cancel through Expedia which took about 3 days through the weekend. We went to another town and this experience was a big hassle. I have been in the HVAC and hot water business and can't believe they didn't have a tantrum back up water htr.
- 3/5
No hot water.
- 1/5
Water was out. Have not been able to get my money back.
- 1/5
The room was not clean, the hot water heater was not working, and it is out of the way.
- 0.5/5
I did not stay at this property and they refuse to refund me. I did not stay at this property and they refuse to refund me. Upon arrival at 10pm I was made aware that there was no hot water. After deciding there were no other options but to stay as it was late we went to our room and the keys they gave us were to a room that was already booked and had people in the room. I left the premises and did not stay a single night and they refuse to give me a refund.
- 2/5
Beds were comfortable. We were not warned about anything before we checked in and were forced to sign a waiver regarding no hot water. What can you do when it’s late and no other rooms available in the area. Very disappointed. I’m going to try and get compensation due to over charging for everything that was not available
- 5/5
The Sleep Inn was an easy access to I-65. There were plenty of stores in the area. The hotel was clean, efficient, and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Nice rooms.
- 5/5
Nice location and staff helpful.
- 0.5/5
When I arrived, I was notified that there was no hot water. Since MARCH! Mold in the bathroom, pool closed outlets not working, sliding door broken, miserable breakfast…
- 1/5
We booked this hotel as a midpoint in our way from Illinois to Florida. After a long day of driving, we arrived at 10pm to find out the hotel did not have any hot water. The lady at the front desk said we could cancel and get our money back, but she didn't want us complaining to her that there was no hot water. We tried to find another place to stay in the area, but all rooms were booked. I asked if the hot water would be turned on by the morning and she said no, since the hot water heater had been broken for a week. We ended up just staying there, since we didn't have another option, but we'll never stay here again. On our way back from spring break, we stayed in the same area, but a different hotel. The lady who checked us in there said the Sleep Inn's water heater had been broken for a long time and they get a lot of overflow from customers leaving the Sleep Inn because of their multitude of issues. The breakfast was also terrible. The room was advertised as 2 king beds, but they were just 2 queens. Also, our main light didn't work in our room, so we had to find a lamp in the dark to get into the room. There was also a door across the hall that had been busted open. This place is shady and not managed well at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
- 3/5
Silver lining, I had a great night sleep.
- 3/5
Not hot water that was not divulged at check in. Very rude front desk staff when checking in (older female) subsequent staff were nicer.
- 1.5/5
Water problems, test fire alarms with no warning in the morning, shot lights in the bathroom and main room, and barking dogs tied right outside of my window, belonging to another customer, just left a very bad impression on my stay
- 1/5
I didnt even get to stay. I looked this hotel three weeks ago , i arrived and was greeted with oh, the pool is not working, okay, that's not a problem. And then I was told, oh, there's no water here. They could have called the clients to inform them so there was time to find a hotel we luckily got the last round in the fourth hotel week when we talked to other hotels, they said oh yeah, they hadn't had a water heater in 3 months.. That is, inexcusable, they couldn't call clients, and they shouldn't be listening that they have rooms available.
- 1/5
Got there and the woman said that the pool is being repaired and the hot water heater was broken. Only good thing was the free cancelation. Bad news all other hotels were booked. So we drove 3 1/2 hours back home.
- 1/5
Hot water heater and pool were broken, staff was unhelpful in refund
- 1/5
Trash in the trash can. Scratches on the walls. The bed was about to fall apart. Pretty much if you can think it, this room had it. No hot water that was the worse. No pool. We got the insurance and that was a mistake. We couldnt get a refund. So we had to shower at relatives house , the food for breakfast was nasty. I could go on. But i would not stay there again if they paid me too. Stay away from this place.
- 1/5
No hot water. Was first informed that pool was under renovations and then the front desk tried to quickly mumble there was no hot water. When I asked to repeat what was said then they said there is no hot water. Needless to say we did not stay.
- 5/5
Anna was very kind and helpful upon arrival. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and they brought a new one up right away. I had a much better stay here than places that are far more expensive. I will stay here again.
- 0.5/5
There was easy access to the interstate. The lobby was pleasant enough. The staff the morning we left seemed friendly. Hot water, refrigerator, paint, cleaning these were all seriously lacking. Just too tired to go somewhere else and there weren’t any obvious drug dealers in the parking lot like our last trip home from Florida.
- 1/5
No hot water. No pool. Never even saw room.
- 0.5/5
Don't know was told upon arrival there was no hot water in the building didn't get to stay but they sure charged our account. We booked this hotel and on the way we called to see what to pool hours were. The lady on the phone was very rude and stated the pool was closed down and the hotel currently had no hot water. We let them know that the hot water was a huge issue for us. And she stated she was going to cancel the reservation. We have since been charged $166 for a hotel we had intended to stay at but had to find some ace else at 9:30 pm
- 1/5
Breakfast was not fresh. No hot water or pool, didn’t find out till after we got on property.
- 1/5
Never made it past the front desk. Be prepared to have a $200 cash deposit upon check in for potential damages to the room. I must have missed that on this site. The pool was broken, and the hot water heater was broken, so a problem of no hot water. Was blessedly able to cancel my reservation, and go else where.
- 4/5
Other than that, everything was as expected.
- 0.5/5
There was no hot water and no pool access, we decided to leave after an hour of being there. Women at the front couldn’t give a refund. Wasted $200. When I try to contact someone from support I’m on hold forever. Normally I’m not one to complain. But being open with no hot water seems like a huge issue. Being charged $200 really sucks especially since we didn’t stay! We needed to take showers as we were traveling and were in a car for 12 hours!
- 1/5
Pool was broken. There was no hot water and water pressure was poor. Bed sheets and towels had stains. The ironing board was broken. Breakfast food was cold and selection was poor. Housekeeping did not come on the first day.
- 0.5/5
They didn’t have hot water and the pool was closed. They told us due to this we would get a full refund.
- 2/5
No hot water in the building for a week but we werent informed beforehand. Japenese red beetles all over the window/curtains. Chipped dresser around the mini fridge and edge of the desk. Ice machines unplugged. Only 2 little bars of soap.
- 2/5
When we arrived we were informed there was no hot water or a pool. Being late at night with limited options we stayed. Rooms were ok but all the towels had strange yellow circle stains on them.
- 1/5
No hot water
- 1/5
Front desk clerk rude and unfriendly.
- 1/5
Grosssss will never stay again
- 1/5
My best friend and I had booked this hotel for a mom’s night away and we DID NOT even stay here. Once we arrived, we were told that the hot water heater was broken so there would be no hot water to shower and that the pool was closed for “repairs”. We were going to be okay with that, but then we were told because we live in the area, we would have to pay another $200 on top of what we paid for the room in order to stay there. At that point, we canceled and went to a better hotel in the area that was more accommodating. We should have been notified of the hot water heater, pool maintenance, and the fee before checking in. No where on this website or the official hotel website does it state anything about the extra $200 fee (only states it for cash paying guests). The front desk attendant was also very rude and had an attitude when we were just trying to ask about the fee and its purpose.
- 1/5
No hot water and the rooms were pretty rough.
- 0.5/5
No hot water. I didn’t get a phone call before checking in to alert me of this. It was very inconvenient. I asked for a refund. I have not received it yet.
- 1/5
No hot water , no bedding for sofa sleeper sheets on main bed alll pilled and uncomfortable everyone who stayed should get a full refund and could hear every foot step in the room above us a night in the streets would of been better
- 1/5
Ugh!
- 1/5
We were notified at check in that there was no hot water, the desk person didn’t know for sure if we chose to not stay if we would get our money refunded, we chose to stay. There was no bedding for the pull out couch, when I went to the front desk they only had sheets in the dryer had to wait 30 min for a sheet but no pillows or blankets. Stains on the blanket for our bed, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut, the showers was dirty. All around a terrible experience all guest who stayed that night should get a refund!!
- 1/5
The 1st room had blood on the sheets, then moved to another room which had bugs and the hot water didnt worked. Spent 1 day there then left left and went to another hotel
- 2/5
No water pressure. No hot water. Sink clogged up. Night staff poor attitudes. Bed was comfortable
- 3/5
Pool was closed. Hot water was almost gone: boiler etc not working properly. Towels stained, bathrooms not clean, floors not clean. Beds were very nice. Breakfast was tolerable but missing things that were posted but not filled. Staff was polite and informed us of the issues but offered no discounts. The property was dated and needs some cleaning and repairs to the interior of rooms...wood work, floors details that people notice.
- 3/5
There was no hot water during stay due to broken water heater. No juice offered for breakfast.
- 1/5
Didn’t have no hot water
- 3/5
If you adjust the shower head to a more solid stream of water, the temp is tolerable. It was warm enough to steam up the mirror in the bathroom, but cool enough to make me not stand in there and contemplate the meaning of life. Everyone is different. Some people whine more. It was worth the little bit of money I saved by staying there. Do I wish the water were hot? Yes. Was I glad I payed about $30-$40 less than the other places? Yes. If it weren’t for the water heater being broken, the stay would have been perfectly fine. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was courteous. I saw someone say in their review that “all of the bathrooms had mold and mildew.” They must have gone into every single room except the one I was in, because my bathroom was clean and had no mold or mildew. I guess one other thing that was great was the fact that they somehow had zero extra clean wash clothes. We had two in our room, but I asked for two extra. The lady at the front desk went to their laundry room and said there weren’t any at all. Kind of hard to imagine why since there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. Anywho, I’d stay there again….but hopefully the water is hot next time.
- 1/5
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every aspect of my stay at this hotel was terrible. May never use Expedia again because they are working with hotels that are so awful.
- 1/5
Stay far away from this place. If we hadn’t already booked the place on line while traveling…not refundable… we would’ve left when there was absolutely zero vehicles in the entire parking lot with the exception of the night manager’s…who btw was hidden in her manager room, and then finally came out & hardly said 2 words to us other than what the Wi-Fi password was we went to the room. On the way to our room we noticed the hallway had a lot of wall scratches and even one door to one room had been visibly, broken into (by management maybe for an issue?). The door still lacked a door knob and handle and it was pretty beat up. Getting to our room, the main entrance & bathroom light didn’t work and two lamps didn’t have any bulbs. The credenza that housed the refrigerator and desk/TV assembly was scuffed up to the point you could see the unstained wood splinters. We had the manager give us a new room which was slightly better (still missing a light one bulb) and the thermostat was inoperable. Also there were some dead bugs in the drawers. The shower’s outside wall had damage and there was mildew building up in the shower floor/door area. Finally the air conditioning/heating unit that was operable made a noise all night that sounded like waves on the beach which would’ve been fine if we were on the beach but was sorta irritating in a hotel room in Tennessee. The toilet paper holder in the lobby’s men’s bathroom was completely removed.
- 3/5
The shower was dirty and the breakfast wasn’t any good, coffee was terrible.
- 2/5
Breakfast was meager and disappointing. Room floor needed vacuuming. Tub faucet cover plate was missing leaving exposed wall.
- 1/5
saw several small roaches in my room, the heat would not work, room was at low 60's all nite even though the thermostat was set at 85. told the front desk and they said they would make a note about it.
- 3/5
The water was almost too cold to shower in. It was only warm
- 2/5
Probably our biggest issue was that the pool/hot tub was closed for repairs. I understand how that has to happen from time-to-time, but I wish there was some way Hotels.com would be able to communicate that through the booking process. We were arriving after a long road trip and one of the reasons we picked this location was to be able to use the hotub to relax after the trip. If I could give it 2 1/2 stars I would because, while it was clean, it was below average overall in our minds.
- 1/5
I didn’t get a refund
- 1/5
No hot water. Sink wouldn’t drain. We got moved into another room. Still no hot water and it had a strong smoke smell. We gagged and coughed until daylight and took a cold shower. Nightmare.
- 1/5
When I entered room, it was too hot. Thermostat was at 66 degrees and window was open behind the curtain. Cold shower. Toilet seat broken. When I told desk clerk about the cold shower all she said is that she would put in a repair ticket. Stay away from this place! she
- 3/5
Indoor pool closed… disappointing, need to update that in your app. Exercise room had no tarps or cleaner. The four as you entered the hotel would not shut all the way, so the entire lobby was very cold. This included the breakfast area being very cold. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Might try another hotel next time in this area.
- 2/5
Front desk lady was high
- 5/5
Very clean.

The woman who checked us in was the most rude person I have ever had to deal with at a hotel. She did not greet us when we approached the desk, she barely looked at us and spoke in one word commands, "name", "ID", etc. I had booked 2 rooms for myself and my Dad, when my dad checked in, she charged my card without asking them if she could. I had chosen "pay at property" when I booked the rooms so that they could use their card to pay for their own room. When they requested to do so, she said that they should have said something earlier (literally minutes had gone by) and that she had already charged my card and could not "go back". Later, when I checked in, I tried to question this because it was not how I had requested the booking to be, she literally rolled her eyes at me and said that "the person who booked should have made that clear". I told her that I was the person who booked and that I had made that clear. She argued with me and said that I "bit her head off", which is absolutely did not do. I was just trying to find out why my instructions were ignored. She was so rude and mean that I was afraid to continue to inquire about this matter. If I were not able to afford both of those rooms, this would have been a bigger deal, but I dropped it because I could. Some people could not have, though and this could have been devastating. She did not care, though, at all! She never once apologized for the mistake. She blamed ME! This was so unprofessianal!
- 3/5
There was no hot water.
- 2/5
Multiple times had to request towels that almost had surface stains as if they were never replaced washed. End up buying some from Walmart in Spring Hill. Water never got hot only somewhat warm and was missing tiles that exposed the pipes beneath. Staff would smoke right outside the doors so it smelt like smoke inside at times but have the nerve to try and charge a fee for vapes. Considering $80 a night was the discounted price I couldn’t imagine paying more.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice and friendly. But the breakfast was not warm nor was there much to choose from . Room was okay but the headboard was missing from the wall and the bathroom door would get stuck on the floor when we tried to open or close it.
- 2/5
The waffle was fare. Fake butter terrible coffee, eggs were rubber yuk, cheap cereal. No fruit. Just bad.
- 2/5
breakfast was terrible, no juice, eggs were not good and no variety for 3 days I was there
- 5/5
Room was clean and breakfast was better than most!!!
- 5/5
Room was clean, good quality and service for the price. Staff was friendly and welcoming, everyone from the front desk associate to the housekeeping staff.
- 2/5
First toom given the shower was moldy and broken down and yoilet paper holder broken off. We moved to a new room and it was infected with small cockroaches. Plenty of other choices in area.
- 3/5
The first key we received did not work to open our room. We were given a new key for a new room and that worked. The room was okay. It was a little worn/dirty. We could've used more towels for the bathroom. Both mattresses were very firm. We could also hear music coming from nearby rooms throughout the evening/morning. Breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Bathroom needs to be updated. Some staff ok some not.
- 1/5
No refrigerator in room as listed. Had to get one put in room. Bed was broken. Had to ask for another room. Microwave broken. When requested told there was none available due to a POWER OUTAGE. No room service provided during entire stay.
- 1/5
There was no refrigerators in room. Had to ask for one. No main hall light working in bathroom either. Did not clean room no days during stay. When reported to front desk on second day nothing still happened. When asked for towels they did not have any ready. Awful experience. Will NEVER stay here again. Other people were complaining about the conditions of this hotel.
- 3/5
Tv needs to be looked at, remote control would've turn it off. Fridge wasn't cold. Lamp shades were dirty.
- 5/5
The room was clean, stocked and ready to go. Staff were kind and supportive. Our favorite part was Saturday when we went down to eat breakfast and we're greeted and helped by 2 employees with disabilities. They were the most precious men that did a great job of keeping the lobby swept and tidy.
- 5/5
The staff are amazing they let me check in at 4am without any questions and much to my surprise i didn't have to check out until 11am the next day! They also have a breakfast bar something for everyone

Very nice! Clean large room with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravel, waffles and more!
- 1/5
We killed about 15 bugs and there were stains on the bedding and towels
- 3/5
worked and a toilet seat that wasn't broken or a door that locked
- 5/5
Neat, clean. Not beat up. Great tv.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, front desk personnel were friendly, breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices, beds were comfortable. The only complaints were the main light in the bathroom wasn't working and the bathtub was extremely slippery with no grippers or mat.
- 3/5
The room could use a deep clean. I saw a bug in the bathroom. I reserved a double room and they only had a king. We used the pull out but we had to go back down the get the bedding by for it.

Property itself was clean and I felt secure. However there were several little things that made our stay a little disappointing. There was no water for guests. There was a hot/cold dispenser in the lobby but it wasn’t working. There was another on the counter in the breakfast area with the tea/coffee but it also was empty. The shampoo dispenser in our room was also empty and there weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. It just felt like the small details were overlooked and what could have been a decent stay was disappointing.
- 4/5
Bed was a little off center but was very clean. Breakfast was good
- 2/5
Door to the room was difficult to secure. Ice maker in the hall made loud beeping noise. Tv was busted. Phone didn’t work in the room.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast food
- 1/5
The exterior and lobby of the hotel look good but we were in room 312 and it was horrible. Mold on the ceilings, mildew and broken fixtures in the bathroom. I didn’t see the stained mattress until after we woke up the next morning!! We noticed the ice machine in the way out of the hotel as well.
- 5/5
Overall great stay!
- 2/5
Very disappointed. Elderly father, myself and son traveled to TN. Arrived and told they overbooked and tried to put the 3 of us in a room with a full size bed and couch. Had booked and confirmed a room with 2 King Beds. After discussing our situation with the attendant she gave us a room with 2 full size beds. Still not what we paid for or confirmed but had no other choice or option. There was also mold in the bathroom. Would have given 1 star but at least the breakfast was well done.
- 1/5
Where do I start?!? The room smelled of very strong deodorizer and the floor was moist. Wet enough that our socks were damp when we took them off. There were several roaches killed in the room and several that escaped us. The pull out sofa had a very large brown/ with mold stains that we requested to get a new one. The front desk employee apologized and said they are no other rooms and gave us two mattress protectors to place over the mattress. After an hour of sanitizing and dressing the bed, we turned on the TV and there was a large line through the picture. By 8 am the breakfast was basically empty. No drinks, syrup was empty, whatever was hot was empty. There were no employees at the desk to notify. We eventually gave up and packed to leave. When we came down to check out there was still no one at the desk.

Never had enough stuff such as orange juice eggs

We are local and just needed a place to stay while a fix was happening at home. When we get there we had to pay a $200 deposit for being local, due to locals allegedly trashing rooms. Well, I would advise using the $200 deposits you keep to actually fix the trashed rooms because they clearly aren’t. First room we were in had no mini fridge, broken phone chord, beaten up counters, nasty shower, bodily fluid stains on all chairs, what looked like blood marks on curtains… if I was certain I’d get my money back and weren’t tired we would have left. They did put us in new room which all around was better. Until lights went off and I woke up once, turned on light and found small roaches around the coffee maker. Staff was super nice and helpful, particularly at front desk. But management needs to do better allocating funds for maintenance and cleanliness. It was worse than any super 8 experience from my early 20s in the late 1900s. Don’t stay in room 307
- 3/5
The lock on the end door of the property that was supposed to be opened with the key card was completely broken...so the property is not secure. We stayed at the property over 5 years ago...we will NOT be returning.
- 3/5
Bed was fantastic. Night staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was below par. at 8:30 AM food trays were empty and never refilled. When we asked the staff for attention to the food they did not respond and just stood around. Day staff was unfriendly and unproductive. It was an overnight stay while traveling so it was ok for the night but not worth $122.00.
- 4/5
The room smelled musty when we first arrived, we needed to crank the a/c to move the air around. Carpet felt gritty, maybe needed a deep clean and tile floor in bathroom was sticky. The gal downstairs during check in was great!
- 3/5
The bathroom shower door hinges weree rusting and gross, the dresser had chunk missing. The desk had trim tore off.
- 4/5
Easy check in and safe area, but rooms were not super clean.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
It is a nice hotel with interior entry. It was quite. There were not many guests. For some reason, however, we were put in a room that had a wet carpet (a big area was wet). We did not switch rooms because we did not notice until we were settled in. Also, they need to be more attentive to the breakfast so that guests don't have to wait 20 minutes for food items to be replenished.
- 3/5
Bed was comfy, lots of good options on the TV. The poor lady at the desk was seemingly the only one working for making the breakfast and at the front counter so it was hard to get service because she was spread too thin. I'd say more a management issue than anything else. But overall not bad. First room the AC was out so they moved me. First room had a smell too...second one did as well but not as bad. Not horrible, just odd. For the price though you can't expect the lap of luxury 😂
- 4/5
It was okay rooms were clean and bed was comfortable
- 5/5
The property was very clean. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. The area was near everything that my family needed.
- 1/5
Stained mattress, ripped curtains, smelled like cigarettes and animals, and sleeper sofa was a chair in the corner.
- 3/5
The room 223 has a dripping shower head. The shower stall is in need of repair. Really the whole room needs an update. The bed was very good.
- 2/5
The air conditioning was barely working the bathroom was dirty. The floors were not clean (carpet). The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, I’m not sure how they could have missed it. The employees rushed in to eat while the few customers that were there trying to eat breakfast. Just wouldn’t recommend this one.
- 5/5
I was there studying for my National Registry Test for EMT. I went for a quiet stay the night before my test and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you all for everything you did for my stay!
- 3/5
We stayed in the exact same room a year ago, they still hadnt fixed the toilet paper holder. Beds mildly uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Great room for the cost. I was pretty impressed .
- 2/5
Got there and the room they gave still had unmade beds, like it had been started but not finished. Second room had one king-size bed (we requested two double beds). Finally someone who had a double room but didn't need two beds traded with us. The room did not have a refrigerator, so they had to go find one to put in our room. We were there four nights and the room was never cleaned even though we requested it be cleaned. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk. We were told it would be cleaned on Saturday (the day before we left), but when we returned to the room in the late afternoon, it had not been touched.
- 3/5
The Bed was ok. Internet was a bit slow and the breakfast is same everyday.
- 5/5
I like the hot breakfast but it ain’t enough for everyone. If you are like only 1 hour late, you’re not gonna get enough. Housekeeping is not automatic, they want you to request that. I dont know why.
- 3/5
The price was really high for what you get. No A/C in the gym and only 3 machines. Bathroom was in need of updating.
- 3/5
No phone in the room. Facility was quiet. Staff was pleasant but did not address problems. Outdoor patio had very limited seating. Did not clean room which was scheduled. Breakfast options were not very appetizing. Suggest more options. Food was lukewarm. Meh.
- 4/5
A little mix up at check in got the wrong room but all was good .
- 2/5
Ac sounded like a run down car. Found mold in bathroom the morning i was leaving.
- 1/5
I decided to go to the swimming pool. That was a mistake as the pool surround was covered in hair, trash and old, used band-aids. Finally, i couldnt get hot water to shave the following morning and the breakfast was awful. I opted for an apple to go. The hotel pictures look great but do not reflect the overall awful experience. Avoid this hotel!!!
- 5/5
Very happy with the two night stay
- 3/5
Great price but entire hotel needed some love/upkeep with caulking in the bathtub , tightening of handles / bars in the elevator and room . At one point I bet it was beautiful but has age and use . Bed was comfortable and once got past the condition of the shower the water pressure was great. Won’t be back .
- 1/5
Thank God Expedia helped
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay
- 3/5
The room overall was fine. The exceptions were the bathroom. There was no towel rack, appears to have been broken off. The bath area had some mold as seen in the pictures. The bath surround had damage on the wall. And most disturbing was the rhe ceiling had mold right as i entered the room. Also found ice cream in the fridge from previous guest.
- 1/5
Not enough lighting in the bathroom no soap no toothpaste noisiness all upstairs all through the night Tommy and rumbling sounds all through the night
- 2/5
The shower was damaged with a lot of mold, there was tape and marks on the ceiling and walls (i am assuming someone had a birthday party in there) and cleanliness was really bad but the bed was extremely comfortable so thats a plus! I had a homeless person come up to me to ask for food/money outside when i left in the morning but the area seems not too bad.
- 3/5
If you are renting a room here from the surrounding counties or the same county, you have to have a $200 cash deposit...??? This property is close to Columbia which is where we like to shop. We were having work done on our apartment over the weekend, so we decided to stay here. Thank God I had $200 cash on me because there is no mention of this online, which is where I booked the room. Sleep wasn't great either. People above us were stomping across the floor between the hours of midnight and 3 am. Also the woman across the hall from us was going in and out her room all night long with slamming her room door. She was also letting her infant child run up and down the hall by herself in the wee morning hours screaming. Instead of the $200 cash deposit the staff should just go check the rooms before checkout. I won't stay here again.
- 2/5
Could not get the internet to work there were dead bugs in the bathroom and the room just had a terrible odor.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 1/5
The room had a bad odor, condition worn, walls scuffed up and when I walked in the bathroom, I froze as I had never been in anything so disgusting. The walk in shower was black with something, the shower floor and bathroom floor was wet, the shower curtain was filthy and everything was digusting. Thankfully, Christie at the front desk had aother room for us, but by this time, we were so digusted by it all, that we could not wait to leave.
- 1/5
Disgusting. I’d never stay here again…I’d keep driving. Mold, smell…just nasty.
- 4/5
Nice room. Bed was very comfortable. We were missing towels, but management got them to us quickly. Some of the furniture in the room is looking a little beat up.Breakfast had a good variety. We did not take advantage of the other amenities.
- 5/5
Loved that they offered double king beds!
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. For breakfast It appeared the coffee was a day old. The cooler that typically has yogurt and other items was empty. The eggs were cold. There were 2 pieces of bread to make toast. The tables and counters hadn’t been wiped off. There were at least 3 employees on duty but they clearly weren’t cleaning and restocking the breakfast area. The wi fi clearly needs to be updated. I couldn’t get any of my work my done. I had to go to the gas station down the street to get decent internet.
- 5/5
Lots of space around and also could be better for walking in the area such as a Greenway when staying to reduce vehicle use when not as needed for when staying in the hotel to have the time to walk around to other places within the exit.
- 1/5
We were hopeful but it unfortunately was a rough experience. Upon opening the door to room 110 we were greeted with a smell as if the ac had been dropped in a swamp for a month and then plugged in. On trying to use the bathroom we found the toilet paper holder ripped from the wall and found out why. The toilet seat was completely loose and dangerous to sit on, and the prior tenants likely were grasping for something as they slid off the toilet. We reported the issues and were told "yeah, I think they already know". The toiletries you would expect like shampoo and conditioner were missing and when we asked for some the answer was "we can't find any" this continued for two days. One of our towels looked like it had been used for car repair and the room never got cleaned while we were there. The continental breakfast was as expected but constantly running out and the coffee dispensers were broken only dispensing dribbles of coffee when they weren't empty. We left a day early and I am very angry. The worst part is that there wasn't even a person at the desk when we checked out to tell, just a sign.
- 3/5
Bath tub faucet was broken, toilet paper holder was barely hanging onto wall & refrigerator did not work. No clean towels or bed made on a 2 night stay.
- 4/5
Security was nonexistent aside from my room. Security does broken. Felt like the price was a little high for what it was like. Oh yeah, no shower curtain in my bathroom and the tub flooded when i took a shower.
- 3/5
Was a work trip where we spent very little time in our room so it was fine for our purpose.
- 5/5
Everything was great

Staff I interacted with were great. Property is showing a little wear as other reviews mentioned but my room was clean and comfortable.

Great room and super friendly staff
- 3/5
Front desk attendants were not friendly. Actually quite harsh. No hairdryer in the room. No attendant at desk to ask for one. Filter in AC is filthy.
- 3/5
Check in was bad. I reserved room with a cc that had expired before we got there. They tried to run it anyway. I gave them new card but still couldn't get it to work. All they tried to do was manually change exp date not the security code. Then we go down at 7 for breakfast and they didnt have anything ready yet even though they started at 6am. We saw several people come down and leave because there was nothing. The light in the bathroom and in front of door didnt work when we got there either. I will say that it was very quiet.
- 3/5
It gets worse each time Lady at the front desk was rude and staff just stood around smoking or eating every time we saw them . There was plenty of work they could have been doing. This was our last time staying there
- 3/5
My bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were lots of marks and scuffs on the walls. The hotel had a weird rule that if you live anywhere near the surrounding counties you must give them a $200 cash deposit. I took pictures because of that, I usually don’t take pictures. I chose this one because it was really close to my parents but I won’t book there again. I often come to take them for appointments and things like that but live 2-3 hours away in one of the “surrounding” counties and may not have the extra for them to keep until I check out of the room.
- 5/5
Nice, quiete
- 2/5
Let me start by saying that I have stayed here before...but will never again. Mold in the bathroom...sticky bathroom floor... no refrigerator...it looked as if it had been ripped out of the cabinetry...mirror in the bathroom smudged with something...landscaping was nothing but weeds
- 2/5
Sort of food also under the bed. Also, a visor cap that a previous guest had left was also under the bed. I guess $150 doesn’t go far these days. Breakfast was not all that great either.
- 5/5
The room was really clean, which helped me relax a lot. There were a couple of minor annoyances, like the fact that there was no fridge in the room, which would’ve been awesome for snacks and drinks, and the main bathroom light was out. Thankfully, there were two wall lights that worked just fine. What I really appreciated was that we were under a tornado warning when those severe storms hit. The staff kept everyone updated about the situation and suggested we find shelter, which I thought was super responsible. Breakfast the next morning was the usual continental stuff, but it was decent enough. The coffee was hot and fresh, and some warm options were a nice way to start the day. One big plus for this hotel was the ample parking, which worked perfectly for my bigger vehicle. The staff were friendly and quick at check-in and check-out, which definitely added to the good vibes. Overall, I’d totally recommend this place! It’s an older hotel, so I wasn’t expecting it to be the Ritz Carlton, but it’s a solid spot with great character. Can’t wait for my next stay! Thanks again!

Just stayed one night but was very comfortable room and good breakfast. Safe area.
- 5/5
Good sound isolation. Have wonderful rest. Will come back again. Also liked indoor pool.
- 4/5
The breakfast was not up to par. There was no juice and they ran out of coffee.
- 5/5
It was a very good room. Clean and comfortable. My refrigerator didn’t work. Had to throw away some dinner leftovers. A luggage cart would have been nice. Even with the elevator carrying everything up and back down was difficult for me at 76 yrs old.

Very nice & comfy bed! Only problem was breakfast food was not very hot!

while staff was friendly there wasn't many available and didn't seem very well trained ( didn't seem to know how to answer questions lots of um's and let me check) breakfast was sad!! only about 1/2 items that are usually available and what was there was cold. We had to go out for breakfast.

Front desk - Kristie - was helpful

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was on point and the pool was also a sweet extravagance

- 2/5
This trip was a disaster. The bathtub didn’t have anti slip features and I nearly fell and could have been seriously hurt. The shower head was a joke, could hardly get the shampoo out of my hair. The refrigerator didn’t work, I left beverages in the refrigerator for 36 hours and they never got even slightly cold. There was no ice on the third floor and had to go down to get a bucket of ice
- 4/5
People were nice. Place was clean. Breakfast was varied and good. The only negative was that the coffee in the urns at breakfast was not hot. Only a little warm. I used the microwave to heat it up. So, problem solved, but that adds an unnecessary step.
- 2/5
Our room was dirty, shower tub was slippery with no grab bars, shower spray was sparse, no hair dryer in room, no hangers in closet. The bed was comfortable!
- 4/5
Bulb in my room was blown and the lights in the bathroom seems very dim to me. Closet door was stuck( sits too low on carpet) the ceiling pain over tub was peeling and the tub area just was not appealing.. I did not use it. The room itself was quiet and beds slept well. Breakfast was decent no bacon or sausage just cut up smoked sausage…
- 1/5
The ear piercing fire alarm blasted my wife and I awake at 11:00 pm, with excruciating volume and a blinding light. That was the first of nine alarms throughout the night. I have appealed to the front desk four times. Manager has never reached out to me yet after two days. No corporate appeal available.
- 5/5
I had a very nice stay thank you
- 3/5
Pretty much standard hotel experience. Noisy most of the night. Don’t expect breakfast. Breakfast was 6:30 to 9:30. I was there at 7:30 two apples, no sausage gravy left, a few sausages remaining and egg product stuck to the warming pan. No cereal and only one odd yogurt flavor.

Check in went smoothly, but assigned room had no heat. Front desk attempted to get it to work to no avail. She moved us to another room on the same floor. Heat worked well, but no refrigerator and TV images were blurry and pixelated. We were tired and went to bed. The next morning there was no coffee at the counter and food was just ok. Never saw anyone at the checkout counter, so dropped room keys in the jar and left.
- 4/5
Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Breakfast was minimal “because their truck didn’t deliver this week”.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, clean room, good food
- 5/5
Left food from priir guest in fridge
- 3/5
First off, the good. Room was fairly clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Bad, AC unit was very noisy, 2 of the lights in the room did not work including the main overhead light in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi did not work and no mention was made of this on check in. I went down to grab a quick bite about 7:30. There was very little food, almost no coffee (I got the dregs of the last container), no milk, no juice and the refrigerator that I'm guessing held fruit and maybe yogurt was non operational. I saw not a single staff member my entire stay other than the lady who checked me in. Property is ok but it definitely needs some better attention.
- 2/5
Room was “worn out”. Pool broke.. no tv channels…not enough towels…furniture beat up. One room I rented had no refrigerator.. could be cleaner

First thing pool was out of order, greasy finger prints on every door, stains all over sheet and comforter, light in entry don’t come on, no toilet paper holder, corners of floor by the shower we’re disgusting, dust and dead bugs in window seal, and no light bulb in side table lamp
- 3/5
The girl at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t friendly or helpful The light inside the room door was burned out, the lights in the bathroom were very dim, the tissue holder was empty, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was okay but they were out of waffles. The pool was closed even though the lights were on, it was full and the pump was running. The carpet in the room was dirty.
- 1/5
Staff charged me 3 preauthorization charges on top of room charge and locked in $400 for 4 days. Kept telling my bank could take them off. Bank told me that only the hotel could take them off.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned well bathroom still had a used qtip on the floor saw a roach in the bathroom(only saw one) stairwell had spiderwebs and spiders all in it and hadn’t been cleaned the side door did not lock or close fully(very unsafe) phone in the room did not have the actual phone only had the dial pad! Staff was not informative of anything just told me my room number and what time check out was

It's an older property with a great staff and a good location.
- 3/5
Was a decent place showers were kind of nasty and could use repairs I stayed twice in two different rooms and both showers were bad other than that it was a decent place
- 2/5
Other issues were small… phone in the room didnt work, no hair dryer, the AC unit seemed like it struggles to keep the room cool. The hotel is also located down a road that leads to Harley Davidson, so on Saturday morning, I was awaken by loud motorcycles passing by. That was an issue since I was working night shift and needed to sleep during the day. All and all, I won’t stay here again. The bed is comfort though.
- 5/5
Upscale and very clean.

Showers could use some TLC other than that it’s a decent place
- 2/5
No conditioner

There was mold in the shower, on the bathroom walls, the shower was dirty. Only one light worked. There were missing light bulbs. The chair & curtains were filthy. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and left. There was mold in our ice bucket! The a/c took 12 hours to cool the room down. The staff would smoke together directly outside of the entrance. I took pictures, asked to speak to the manager, and was told they weren’t there. I emailed the pictures and received no response. This room was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
