The only complaint was that the floor in the rooms needed to be cleaned. A bug was spotted under the bed during my stay. Other than that, my experience was decent.

2nd timing staying but this time was not the best. Found live roach in our room. Hotel at capacity so couldn’t charge rooms. They sprayed room. Could not find another hotel in short notice. Staff seemed to careless. Never even changed back to see if we were satisfied. Bed smaller than expect for a queen very uncomfortable. Still waiting on potential refund or monetary accommodation.

Parking lot was tight. Facility was great otherwise.

Was just there for four nights. This was the second and most likely last time staying here. When we got to our room there were no bath towels and the trash had not been emptied from previous guests. Took my trash to front desk and also asked for towels. Only two clean towels could be found but we were promised more. Never got them until I went back to the front desk. During our stay no one from housekeeping came to our room. Had to empty our trash. Was not happy.

Stayed 2 nights. Front desk service was amazing. Room as advertised. Everything was updated and clean. Love having the ability to crack a window in the room. Will stay again when in town.

I expected more of this hotel, provided horrible service. Breakfast was bad and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected it. I really don’t believe is worth the price.

Hotel had a nice patio area which is nice: but for hotel management to allow loud behavior up to midnight and past was unfortunate for us. We could not get to sleep for the noise. Management should control the facility and shut down the patio at a decent time for the guests that need their sleep. Would not stay again

Proximity to everything I might need. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really great at check-in. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't rate that. Overall, our one night stay was great. The bathroom floor needed to be swept thoroughly. There was hair in every corner. This is my only complaint about the room.

The sofa pullout bed was covered in crumbs, pieces of chips, and had no sheets. As you pull out the sofa bed, you could see socks, toys, and food that has not been cleaned in some time underneath. The room smelled horrible. The floor was filthy - my son spilled his water, and when I wiped it up, the towel was brown. Gross.

I can't think of anything. Maybe more Stations on the tv? The shower is a little small. I'm just reaching for stuff. Haha

We always enjoy this location when travelling with our dogs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facilities in excellent condition.

Stayed a total of 5 nights. Room did not get cleaned nor garbage emptied the whole time even though we asked twice to do so. Breakfast was fine.

Bathtub had piece of enamel off tub, and iron was running down tub. No cleaning of our room, baseboard in bathroom had dirt and pubic hair on it. Dirty..all of it

I like the new renovations!! The rooms were very nice and cold. The staff is great, and I love the comfort of the room. It took 10min. to check in. They need more staff and the breakfast was limited. There weren't many options for food.

My truck was broken in to while staying here. I over heard the management talking about how they should start looking in to security since its happening so frequently.

I liked the location and convenience to travel. The place was nice as I have experienced in the past. The breakfast was almost inedible. Not the kind of service (not withstanding it was free) that I would expect from even a residence inn which caters to folks who might want to do things their own way.

I specifically booked the room with a fireplace, seeing as how I was on a romantic getaway. The fireplace was inoperable and wasn't addressed during my stay. This was a disappointment.

They were renovating. We had a 3rd-floor room and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke-probably from the construction workers smoking during the renovation. Room was clean, and comfortable, but the property was torn up. I’m sure it’ll get better after the renovation. I’ve stayed here before many times and was always pleased, so I’ll chalk this up to the construction.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay this stay was different. The housekeeping staff did not do a good job at cleaning. I wiped down the tables n counters witg disinfecting wipes and they was so dirty. The bathtub wasn't very clean nor was the fridge. It was hair in sink that i knew they would have seen had the cleaned properly.

The stay was good. Great location. However, they couldn’t find my reservation and I ended up paying more.

My room floor was soak and wet and they wouldnt change my room. And they have charged my card for w nights when i only stayed one night and the maintaince guy was very rude. Dont stay there go somewhere else. And there was dead roaches on nathroom floor.

It was a good stay. I was just in town for the night and slept fairly soundly. Elevator smelled like smoke but that can’t be helped sometimes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy.

The toilet leaked in the bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom beside the window was soaked from the air conditioning unit I guess that's where it came from. The room smelled funny and there were dead roaches found in the livingroom. We also were advised that the pool closed at 9 but there were people at the pool until well after 11pm yelling which my room was right beside the pool

The room looked great, but there was a load of dog hair inside of the pullout bed/couch as well as the carpet. I chose not to use the couch. I requested a vacuum to clean the room myself, since I was told no one would come and clean my room because my stay “wasn’t extended.” The vent beside my bed was also filled with dog fur and I could see it spilling out as the air came on and off.

The staff was really nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and I was able to cook for brother who is in the middle of bootcamp and had family weekend. Wish there were a few more pans in the room. My only real complaint is the kitchen floor looked clean but it was really dirty. My toddler likes to wipe things with baby wipes and it was black when she wiped that floor. I cleaned with some clorox wipes

Very clean, room was spacious, had a complete kitchen so we were able to make a meal there for the evening which was nice after being on the road for the long day. Breakfast buffet was fresh and hot, a good selection of items to choose from. The only negative was the pool; it was quite green and uninviting, much to the dismay of out little one.

A big plus is that the hotel is located within walking distance to many stores and restaurants and in a relatively safe area. We arrived just a few minutes prior to check-in at 3:00pm and were asked to come back at the proper time. Not a very welcoming sign.

We just finished an international flight and we’re looking for a good nights sleep for our family of 5. The 2 bedroom hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No complaints.

Great all the way around. Food/Beer on Mon, Tue & Wed nights for social hour. Real frig with ice maker. Many good restaurants around local and chains. Walmart and Win-Dixie with in a couple of blocks. I travel a good bit with work and any time I return to Columbus, I will stay here.
