    Unfortunately, the first issue arose when I attempted to take my family to the pool. The pool was visibly dirty, so I reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that maintenance was responsible for the pool, noted the issue, and stated that points would be added to my account as compensation. However, despite reporting the problem, the pool remained dirty for the entirety of my four-day stay. As a result, my family and I were unable to enjoy the pool as we had planned. My biggest concern came at checkout. I typically remove the sheets from the beds before leaving, and I was genuinely disgusted by the condition of the mattresses underneath. Seeing the state they were in raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. While the property made a good first impression, the lack of attention to the pool and the condition of the mattresses significantly impacted my experience.

    This was our second time visiting this Hotel but this time the water pressure was so hard and forceful it irritated our skin and the mattress was way too hard. You have to pay for everything even the coffee and tea. Other than that it’s a beautiful property.

    I booked and paid for a king room through a third‑party. When I arrived the hotel was oversold and could not provide a king, so they moved me to a two‑queen room at a lower rate. The attendant charged me on‑site for the two nights instead of using my online payment. My charges were: $341.12 through the third‑party, $250.70 for the on‑site room charge, and $150 for incidentals. At check‑in I was told the $250.70 charge would be voided and that my bill would be adjusted for the room‑rate difference at checkout. At checkout they confirmed the $250.70 was voided and provided documentation, but refused to credit me for being charged for a king room when only two queens were available. I was not allowed to speak with a manager, was told nothing more could be done, and found the on‑site supervisor unprofessional and unhelpful.

    We booked via Expedia.com because it had a hot tub, they do not have that available. There is Complimentary Coffee but you can pay for breakfast. NOT currently on the bed bug registry and the mattress looked new, ours still had a tag on it. There are some things it looks like a cheap handyman repaired it, could use some more grout and caulking in the bathrooms. The flexy tube under the sink instead of a real pipe nailed it right on the head for me. not a bad place but it could use some work for the price.

    Water pipe break. The blowers keep us up all night. The indoor pool was out of order. The front desk guy ar check in was great. I would stay here again but just let me know that there is a problem and give me a chance to change my mind to stay.

    I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and have been a consistent Hilton guest for many years. I also have family members who are employed within the Hilton organization, which further informed my expectations regarding professionalism, guest dignity, and service standards. This stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus (Bradley Park location) was my second stay at this property. My first experience was excellent, and the positive service I previously received is the sole reason I chose to return to this location for business purposes. The incident I have reported represents a stark and unacceptable deviation from both my prior experience at this property and from the standards I have consistently encountered at Hilton hotels over the years. It is precisely because of my long-standing loyalty to the Hilton brand that this experience was so shocking and distressing. I am including this information to underscore that: This is not habitual behavior on my part as a guest I have an established, positive history with Hilton properties My expectations were based on years of reliable, professional service The conduct of the staff involved was wholly inconsistent with Hilton’s brand values I respectfully request that my loyalty status, repeat business, and prior positive stay history be considered in the review and resolution of this matter.     The tv was not working upon check in. There was no HDMI cable connecting the cable box to the TV. The outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. The GFI kept tripping if you plugged anything in it...even the nightlight that the hotel had caused the GFI to trip. The breakfast was late opening on Saturday by ten minutes and the staff working the breakfast were rude and unapologetic about it being late.

    Location, very clean and comfortable. The most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was awful! Fried eggs were cold, and wife’s omelet was mi crowded. Come on-what’s easier than eggs?. And the lighting in the bathroom is also awful! If you’re putting makeup on, you’re going to look like a clown!

    I was charged $75 for my chihuahua to stay and on the app it clearly says a 1-4 day stay moma charge of $50 will be imposed. I went down and inquired about the price difference I was told”I don’t know about what that app says but our fee is $75! My chihuahua is an ESA and I actually shouldn’t have even been charged. But the attitude from the front desk clerk was not appreciated.

    The place smelled good when walking in the lobby. But the floors were filthy! The floors on every level where there was ceramic was not clean especially the side entrance. That floor was stained from Friday of our stay until Sunday. It looked like someone spilled something and never cleaned up. There was hair in our shower. Also to charge me $75 per day for incidentals without telling me is insane. Never ever have I had that much charged to me. That's $150 charged from my budget. "OH you will get it back in 3 to 5 days" after I questioned it and was not told about it until I did question it. Was told on Booking.com that there was a free breakfast. No free breakfast. But that incidental charge was what sent me through the roof!!!!

    We did complain about the pool. The pool area wasn't clean and the swimming pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We mentioned that the first night and then again the second night - nothing was addressed regarding the pool. The decaying leaves had been picked up though. The lighting in the bathroom was more like a night light. Couldn't shave or put makeup on there. We were told that lighted mirrors were available at the front desk, which indicated Hilton was aware of this problem.

    THE WORST STAFF! The hotel looks like it would be a nice stay, until you meet the staff. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. DO NOT pay for the breakfast! The one day we actually got food it was 3 eggs that looked like soup. The other days they said they were out of food (after we waited for 45 min). The toiletries are completely empty in the room. When you ask if they can get filled, no one ever comes. The 6th time I asked both on the phone and in person, the front desk yelled at me "if you want them, then you can come to the desk and get them yourself!". I had already been to the desk twice that day. Seriously, the rudest staff I have ever experienced. It is not worth it. Stay somewhere that at least has some kind of customer service!

    Rooms are clean, the lighting in the bathrooms are dim, this place does have roaches. The in-house bar needs a bartender, he don’t know the difference between bourbon and vodka, like it’s his first day being around alcohol, nothing is close by within walking distance for eating or shopping, you have to drive to get anything since this place is hidden in the woods a mile and a half. EV charging is for other EVs other that a Tesla so make sure you have an adaptor and they charge .50 an hour and it’s a very slow charger

    The staff were wonderful and everything else was just fine except that our room smelled strangely of cat pee. I kid you not. I informed the desk and they said they’d make a note of it. We didn’t notice the smell anywhere else but our room and the carpet was wet as though they’d just given it a rather vigorous bath. Again, nice hotel and great staff but the room odor was pretty bad. Even if you like cats, that’s not something you want in life. Just saying.

    Was it perfect? No. The indoor pool area could use some upgrades — safer, less slippery floors, actual pool towels, and better air circulation to cut the humidity (and the echo, which was real 😅). But the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and most importantly, it gave my kids space to laugh, splash, and play without bothering anyone else. They had a blast swimming while it stormed outside and then frog-hunting by the pond when the skies cleared. But what made our stay truly memorable was Julia, a kind and observant housekeeper we met in passing. She noticed it was my daughter’s birthday — and later came back to gift her $5, explaining someone had left her a tip and she wanted to “gift Kayte what she had been gifted.” That simple, selfless gesture blew me away. What a beautiful moment of kindness from a complete stranger — to a four-year-old, no less. That experience alone earns this hotel a 5/5 in my book. We’ll definitely be back for another local staycation.

    Well the fan in the bathroom did not work causing excessive humidity and my spouse hair responded to it. The bathroom tub was slippery and I fell. The tub faucet was loose. Then, ask for a late check out because my spouse had to redo their hair and was allowed 30 minutes. A not so positive stay. Additionally went to get coffee at 9:30 AM and the regular was out and I had to wait for more to be brewed. Not a good stay

    This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact expedia to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner. Expedia was excellent in assisting us.

    Not only were there bees flying around the room (4 of them that I had to kill) but there were bugs crawling around the room. The staff messed up my reservation so I had to wait to get a refund while paying for the hotel room again. Essentially I paid for a 3 night stay when I only stayed for 2 nights. Staff was disrespectful and rude. I was put on the first floor right across from a noisy party that kept me up all day. Had to go sit in my car just to get some time to sit in quiet. This was a really bad experience and I would strongly recommend not staying here.

    An unauthorized charge of $ 83 was placed on the Credit Card I submitted for incidentals (I incurred NO incidental charges). I attempted to have this corrected with 2 calls to the front desk without success. This may have been a fraudulent charge, the receptionist when I checked in was the ONLY one who had access to this Credit Card.

    I stayed for five days in Columbus for a swim meet. There were lots of teenagers in the hotel, but the room was still very quiet. Because I had never been to Georgia I asked the front desk if they had ideas for things to do. They were limited regarding suggestions, but they did finally give me a brochure of the area. Interestingly, the brochure advertised for a different hotel. The food served at the bar at night was delicious and the bartender was courteous but very busy since she bartended and served the food as well. The buffet for breakfast I thought was overpriced for the selection. I only at there once and dined at other restaurants in the area the rest of the trip, and they didn't cost as much! Overall, it was a great place to stay with shopping and restaurants not too far away.

    Second time staying here, approximately 6 months apart. Not favorably impressed either time. No real amenities except for 2 bottled waters on room. Had to return to front desk after getting wrong room assignment (someone was already in room). No real reason to recommend this property over similar priced ones. Was reasonably clean is best recommendation.

    Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient. The only things were there was a blinking smoke detector that was a little annoying at night when trying to sleep, the trash cans were too small, and I only had two towels for a four night stay when there should be one towel per day.

    The only negative is the smoke alarms “ blinking light and the blue light on micro wave”. The blinking light plus the reflection in the mirror in a totally dark room is what it must be like to experience “water board torture”. Try it out in room 327.

    Made one reservation for two nights. Hotel made us switch rooms after one night. Said the reservation room type was different for each night. How is that possible when there was one reservation. Not happy. Also requested wake up call , scheduled for surgery, did not get a wake call. No clock in the room. Thankfully I woke on my own. Very aggravated.

    What I liked was the staff. Patrick and Beverly were most gracious and helpful. The room had slippery tile in bathroom. Husband is handicapped and it was difficult for him to walk on the floor. Room was a little dated but clean.

    The staff was incredible and super friendly. There are a few maintenance issues that were needed. One of our rooms the toilet paper holder fell off and the drain wouldn’t drain. The other room air conditioner was super loud and it was hard to sleep when it was on.

    Check in was fine . Door didn’t have a latch on it and the room was booked accidentally. I was startled by someone else using their key to enter my room . I spoke to the desk clerk about switching rooms for my safety. She replied the hotel was safe and no one else would be coming in the room like that again . 2 hours later there was someone pushing at the door . Didn’t feel comfortable through the night . Light to no sleep .

    I paid through hotels. Com and the next morning the hotel charged me $340. It is is now a week later and I still haven't had the money credited back to my account. I have reached out to the hotel on Monday and they say they fixed it. Room was supposed to have a bath tub. NO TUB AND TOILET BARELY WOULD PLUSH.

    This is a great hotel with amazing people working there! The gentleman in the reception in the evening was very polite and helpful. Wanda (in the morning) is awesome she walked with us to show us the path to run in the lake, the lady that help us with the breakfast, and the gentleman cooking the omelettes (they are amazing, happy, and caring). I normally don’t write reviews, but this hotel is in the top three hotels in my life.

    After verifying twice it was opened before our stay, the pool was closed. The bar, restaurant, and room service was unavailable. They didn’t have my rollout bed for my room that was requested because “they were at full capacity”. When I asked them about delivery services the attendant handed me a tourist guide. I stay at Hilton when traveling and this was by far my worst experience.

    It was a very nice hotel. We checked in late about 8:00 p.m. The guy at the desk asked us if we could go into a king bed room instead of a double. We were in the hotel for our daughter's wedding prep and activities. It took about an hour and a half to get into a room. It was a simple mistake in data that was causing the system not to accept the change of double to single bed room. The manager was very nice and put is is a nice room facing the lake. All was well after we got into the room until we left. I called the hotel and no one responded, I left my engagement ring on a night stand. It's been two days, my daughter was still in the hotel and went down to the front desk to ask them about my ring. Once again, no response. I am going there personally today. The housekeeping staff was checking on us to see if we checked out on Easter morning. After two times, I told my husband that they must be in a hurry to get off work because of the holiday, so we packed up and checked out. I left my ring. I didn't remember until after we left the hotel. I am so upset about it and also that no one from the hotel has contacted me about it. It's a diamond ring, anyone would know it would be missed and valuable

    Safe, well lit, secluded property in an area with a beautiful lake with walkway & outdoor seating areas. We were well attended and very comfortable in a nice clean room. Plenty of parking near the hotel. Just minutes from Bradley Lake Park with shopping and restaurants. We will be back.

    My husband and I got away for the weekend and it was a nice stay. Good location, parking, and access was good. Nice walking area. We thought the room would have a jacuzzi tub but the listing was older prior to remodel. Biggest issue was the hot water was warm at best. We would stay again!

    The initial drive to the hotel set the stage for a wonderful stay. Cool, tree shaded roads made us sigh in comfort and relief before we even arrived and the stay did not disappoint. Staff were helpful and friendly- especially with explaining all the COVID related changes in normal routines and services. The room was IMMACULATE! Surfaces were clearly sanitized, linens gave off the heavenly aroma of bleach and clean. Absolutely no negatives about this stay aside from the fact that we couldnt fully enjoy the grounds due to COVID but thats certainly no fault of the hotel's. Highly recommend, and would stay again in a heartbeat!

    My stay at the hotel was fine. I had a really rough night (totally unrelated to the hotel), so I went downstairs to get some breakfast the next morning. I got my plate and sat down to enjoy it, trying to have a good start to my day. While I was eating my breakfast, an employee from the kitchen approached me and said “I’m sorry but you’re going to have to pay for that. You can pay now or have it billed for your room, but either way, you have to pay! Breakfast is not complementary here.” I was really confused, and actually pretty embarrassed. Turns out, the front desk gave me all the details for breakfast at check in except THE COST! It’s not a big deal that I had to pay for it, although I’m not sure it was worth $12. The issue is, had I been informed of the cost, I would’ve brought my wallet with me and been prepared to pay instead of being embarrassed in front of other hotel guests.

    Hotel was clean. Coffee machine downstairs was broken so we had to make coffee in rooms for breakfast. Full breakfast IS available. Pool currently closed. The pillows were not the most comfortable but the beds were great. Overall we were pleased.

    I have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn Hotels previously and expect a certain standard. This was anything but the norm. It was just ok as far as cleanliness. The staff upon check in were nice and competent. It was July 4th weekend and we were visiting family. That evening I was shocked to drive up and see fireworks being launched in the parking lot where I typically would have parked. Change in plan. Then parking on other side of hotel - walking in there were folks sitting on the curb with alcoholic beverages. Fireworks being shot off on other side of the property also. That evening I woke at 2am to a party in the room next door. Loud music. Loud talking. Yelling. After a call to the front desk - they rang the room. Music reduced a touch. Still loud shouting. By 3:30am my daughters woke and wanted to know what was happening. Called front desk again. Phone call to the adjoining room again and this time you could hear people leaving. Music finally turned off. Finally no more talking by 4am. In the morning leaving our room a thick pot haze filled the hallway. I realize most of my disappointment was due to rude people. However, I really wish the front desk would have handled it better.
