Everything was great. If I had to “complain” about one thing is that I feel like the shower curtains are never wide enough and water gets on the floor. Nothing a towel couldn’t fix.

We had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for my son's Army graduation. The hotel was very pleasant, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, and they also offered a dinner buffet from Monday through Wednesday. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the availability of free laundry facilities. Its location is also convenient, being close to various restaurants and shopping options.

Breakfast was supplied and happy hour drinks and lite appetizers was a nice feature. Pool felt great. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months.

I liked the comfort of the bed. The room smelled musty in the living room area. We had to spray air freshener which did not help. I think the carpet need cleaning. There was a small bug crawling on my bed. I do not think it was a bed bug. The night stand had not been wiped down. There was someone else's Ballon floating on the ceiling. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped. I do not think it was urine stains but I kept my shower shoes on walking in the room. The staff was amazing.

From the moment you walk into the reception, you get the smell of cleanliness. Great location. You have everything that you can possible need or want near by. It was all great, the only concern was that our door would not close. We had to slammed the door when leaving the room in order for it to close and lock it from inside when we were in the room. Room and kitchen were neat and clean. They could add more towels. We only had three for a room that can fit up to six people. It would also be nice if there was an ice machine on premises vs having to put the refrigerator to make it.

The hotel was nice. We used the grill and firepit area. The rooms were a nice size. The kitchenette was nice. A skillet would have been nice and no oven. Breakfast was ok..missed having bananas and hard eggs.

The room was spotless. It took us a couple of tries though because the first one the sink was not draining and the second one was still not clean yet. They offered us free snacks for our trouble. The free hot breakfast and the evening social are a great win. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was great. The room looked great, but my dog itched herself the entire stay. She even developed a hot spot on her head. I wish I could say we’ll stay there again, but I won’t expose her to that skin irritation.

Worst thing? I had to take a freezing cold shower! Also, ice maker was broken and keys kept malfunctioning. Staff was kind and accommodating!

The staff was courteous, the Christmas decor and fireplace was cozy. The social was a nice touch after checking in. The breakfast variety was great . The room was very clean , my view from my room was the pool and dealership behind it. Check out was seamless

Everyone except the lady in breakfast. She was not friendly at all on Thanksgiving morning. I asked her where something was she pointed instead of saying where it was, I'm not a dog.

I walked into my room and my child was greeted by a roach on the counter. Upon letting the staff know, I was simply told that management would be in the next day. Despite the challenge that left my family displaced to the night, hotels.com did an amazing job taking care of us. As a platinum member, I was grateful.

Exterior of the property was nice and appeared to be well kept. The lobby and entrance were nice as well. We were given room 321 and as soon as we stepped off the elevator we noticed a very strong unpleasant smell. Kinda like mold or musty, but something different, more rancid. As soon as we stepped in the room we were hit with an even stronger similar odor. It was 11:30pm and we just wanted to settle in so we opened the windows (thankfully they opened partially) and tried to let it air out. That worked temporarily but once we had to leave for the day and closed the windows the smell came right back when we returned. We probably should have asked for another room but when the odor is that bad in the hallways you have to question the cleanliness of the entire property. It was also this reason we decided to not partake in the free breakfast. Overall disappointing and we won't be returning.

I stayed here last night 9-16-25 and I couldn’t sleep due to the noises from the next rooms showers and toilets, I explained this to management Dee and she said she told the general manager Lora Little who didn’t take the time to call me so she can hear these loud noises I recorded staying in room# 215. Dee claimed no other guests complained about these noises I don’t believe that because it’s too loud not to hear it. I wish I could attach the noises to this review. Dee stated the GM Lora was on the property, but left, but why not call me before you left, that’s what a person with good customer service skills would have done. My check in was a long wait because they had a guy who only worked the front desk 5 times per Dee, I don’t know why he would be left alone at the front desk knowing he wasn’t trained to do so.

Checked in here for our son’s graduation from basic. It’s a great hotel. Very spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

We would stay here again. The property was clean both inside and out. Pool was not as clean and clear as it could be. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of plenty. Great location for visiting Ft. Benning. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning.

As you walk in the hotel the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The entire place smelled very strange. The pool was full of gross things. We asked for bath towels and was told they would bring them to us and we ended up having to go to the laundry room where the housekeepers were arguing and was told they had no clean towels.

The hotel was nice, roomy, clean. Staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the pool was closed. We were in town for a family get together with plans to keep kids entertained at pool. We would not have booked here if we knew they were unable to use pool . This needs to be disclosed. Pools are open in middle of June in GA.

Our stay was for 5 nights. First of all, staff was very friendly. Because this was a longer stay for us, I felt more care should have been taken to be sure our room was in tip-top shape. There was mold in the bathroom, cabinets were dirty, pots and pans were dirty, and while I did ask about extra bedding for the couch after 5 pm, we didn’t receive it till the next day. The pull out couch did not have any bedding. We did reserve the room for 3 adults. My biggest hang up was that the pool was closed on the day we arrived. When I asked about it, the host said it wouldn’t be open for our stay. I was very irritated. This should have been mentioned on the website. Thankfully, the next day, a text was sent to us after we checked in to ask if there was anything I needed. I mentioned again about the pool and it was stated that it would be open by 6pm. It was, but then closed again the next morning till about 1 pm.

Our room was clean and the property felt like it was in a safe area.

The room was very accommodating for a family of 4. It was quiet, safe, and the breakfast bar was very convenient. The toiletries were also "top notch". The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as well.

The hotel was overbooked, so we had to have 2 separate king suites. This could have been more inconvenient for other families, but worked well for us. Weekly social hour with d'oeuvres. I do not recall seasonal months listed upon booking of when pool is open. It was quite warm during our stay in late April and we would have loved for the pool to have been open. Sofa bed was too small for 2 bigger kids, very thin mattress, and a lot of dog hair from a previous guest on it.

Location My keys to my room had to be reset 3 times each day. It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience especially when I was carrying groceries and food up to my room on the second floor. I also found hair on my “clean” bathroom towels. It was disgusting.

It was an overall good experience. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. Fully equipped kitchen. Sofa bed mattress needs replacing. The ceiling had a leak.

Due to a mix-up in hotels, we were booked at the wrong IHG location. At the last minute, the one on Ft Moore had 2 rooms available 2 accommodate our family of 6, but we had only 2 beds for all of us, 1 in each room. After 2 days of this, they had another room available that would sleep all of us. We changed rooms, but the room was very cramped with all of our suitcases, since we were in the midst of moving out of state, & traveling with our dog & cat. Housekeeping was accommodating, & maintenance was quick to respond to fix the heat when we changed rooms. There is a limited breakfast at Gavin Hall & a full breakfast available at the main hotel. One of the poop bag dispensers was not working, so many pet owners were not picking up after their dogs on the side of the building. Not all of the guests at Gavin Hall were aware of the breakfast at the main hotel.

At first we were given a hard time at the front desk. But we were not going to allow that brief experience to overshadow my son’s military graduation. Go army!

All in all it was a great place. The wash and dryer could’ve been better. Unfortunately the wash wasn’t all that great because the water had a odor and the dryers didn’t dry as good as they should spent almost 2 to 3 hours drying your clothes unfortunately they need to do better or either get better machines service was good. Food was OK. Breakfast is OK housekeeping was OK was good. I would truly say I would stay here again.

Staff was amazing everything was clean and comfortable. Few cosmetic flaws- carpet ripped by the bathroom entrance and crack in sink bowl. Either than that I slept wonderfully and well rested for my test in the morning

We booked a two bedroom suite for three nights for son’s BCT turning green ceremony and family day etc at Fort Moore. The staff were very nice and promptly responded when there was issue with our first room. We were offered a different suite which was okay but the rooms could use a deep cleaning and updates. The property does appear a little worn and I have stayed in better Staybridge suites prior so I was a little disappointed but it worked. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, juices, etc. Great location with lots of dining options, and there is a AMC movie theatre right across the street.

A little older hotel, nice amenities if staying longer. Fridge nearly full sized, microwave & dishes. Bathroom had couple loose, missing tiles near toilet, but didnt affect stay. Heat couldnt really be changed, was fairly comfortable, but we like a cooler room at night. Breakfast was fair but i came down for a cup of coffee at 0945 & it was gone & no to cups. That would be nice to offer longer.

The location was excellent. I was in walking distance of the movie theater and grocery store etc., if I chose not to drive . The location was secure and I felt right at home . I wasn’t disappointed at all .

We booked our stay for our soldiers graduation in Fort Benning! Perfect location, very clean & comfy ,& staff was so friendly!! Great breakfast, fireplace in lobby & great seating we honestly felt right at home! Highly recommended!! The mini kitchen in our room was awesome too!!

The hotel is not bad but it could use some updates. Kitchen was lacking utensils. Toilet seat was broken, doors were scratched, etc.

We were unable to stay at this facility due to how disgusting the room was when we checked in. The room smelled like smoke when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. When we pulled out the sleeper couch were my childern wer to sleep we lifted up the mattress to find trash, crumbs, even change underneath. On further inspetion of the mattress (which needed to be thrown out) we saw small bugs crawling (bedbugs). We took pictures and video to show th front desk, and asked for a refund because we Could Not stay there. The clerk was so rude, and told us that we were lying. Even with picture and video proof of how nasty the room was she didnot want to see any of it she just insited on calling us a lie. The experience was so bad that All Staybridge Suites need to be removed from my Expedia search for future reservations!

The friendly and knowledgeable staff, my only things are breakfast could use some improvement. The only good thing was coffee as part of the breakfast, the other thing is was going to make coffee in the room and the coffee machine looked as if it haven’t been in a while. They have a small gym and you can also access a gym across the street, can’t say anything about the pool cause I didn’t use it as well they have laundry machines on site which was a welcome surprise.

The property was very clean and safe. The room was a good sized room and very clean. The Saturday cooked breakfast had minimal options, but was satisfactory. The Sunday to go breakfast consisted of 2 breakfast bars and fruit cocktail. The staff was very friendly. For the amount that we paid, this was an excellent deal.

We had a wonderful stay. We came for the whitewater rafting and ziplining. The location was so convenient. Breakfast was yummy. The free washers and dryers were perfect for our wet clothes. We even did laundry so we didn’t have to do it when we got home. The staff was friendly, the suites allowed the extra space for our family of 4. The full sized refrigerator and burners were welcome. Nearby, there is a movie theater, roller skating, and plenty of restaurants. And, it’s pet friendly. We definitely will stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and we couldn't sleep because the air conditioner in our room made a loud sound through the night like metal grinding on metal. I tried to turn the AC off, but it wouldn't turn off. I tried to call the front desk at 2am but our phone didn't work (the cable plugging into the wall was broken and I didn't realize there was a second phone in the room until the next morning). I went to the front desk at 2am asking if anything could be done but there was no available room to move to. I said to the person on duty that we were exhausted and at wits end and I could not pay for a room that we couldn't sleep in. He apologized and told me a manager would contact me, which never happened. I called one week later to follow up and there was no manager available and I was told a manager would call me back but no one has ever called. I find this to be terrible customer service. I would NOT stay at this hotel again for that reason.

The staff was nice. The facility was okay. Pool was out of order which was super disappointing to the kids. Had to call front desk for linens for pull out bed and towels. Overall it wasn’t bad, but don’t think I would stay again.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned from the last stay. Trash was left in the room in the trash can. The water in the room did not get hot. It had to run for half an hour just to get warm.

It was in a good location. Did not like the cleaniness of the room. The microwave had fingerprints from the previous guest, the headboard had a grease mark from someone's head. The sprinkler had an entire inch of dust on it, the bed sheets had the cleaning persons hair in it. And last but not least when we turned on the heat the entire room filled with smoke and smelled like it was burning this needs to be checked

We have always loved staying here because they keep their property and rooms very clean and the staff is super nice and helpful! Well this time, the room was hot and the air was only flowing to half of the room.. not the bedroom area, so I called the front desk to ask them if they had a fan... she called back and said they didn’t have any available. So we burned up all weekend... then I called about our bathroom drain.. the stopper wouldn’t pull up to let the water out.. she said Saturday morning she would put in a work order for that... well when we got back to the room that night, it still wasn’t fixed.. so I called again and the lady said she didn’t see any work order for this.. she said she would put in another order but they are all gone for the night, so it probably wouldn’t be fixed until after checkout on Sunday.. so I asked for another room.. she said they were completely booked! I asked to speak with the manager but she said the manager would not be back until Monday. I have not called yet, but we will not be staying here again.. they have let the service go!!

Overall great stay exceeded expectations

Overall it was a nice stay. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a slight issue where I had to switch rooms, but there wasn't a problem doing that. Room has full kitchen amenities that make for a good stay. Hotel is located very close to just about everything you would need (fast food, grocery store), mostly just a quick drive short walk away. The only slightly negative things I will note is one, this hotel does not have ice machines. If you plan to use ice, make sure your ice maker in your refrigerator is working. Two, if you reserve the suite with the separate living and sleeping areas, and you have a guest with you that will use the pull-out sofa, that guest will have to come through the bedroom to use the bathroom. There is not another entrance. That could be very interesting if they have to use the facilities in the middle of the night while you're sleeping. The only other option is that they take a trek down to the lobby and use the restrooms there. And three - COVID killed the complimentary breakfast, so if you're planning on staying there in the near future and you want to have breakfast, plan on either going to the nearby McDonalds or stopping at the grocery store and cooking in the morning. Overall though, a very nice hotel and nice stay.

The toilet tissue holder in my bathroom was old and rusted Hotel is ;located close to a bar and trucks were parked backing up to my windows. They were gunning their engines very late at night I complained to the front desk and it stopped around midnight.

The property was dirty, the entrance, lobby, & room was dirty. Front desk employee took awhile to come out of the office to assist with check-in. I must say the bed was comfortable. There was so much dust on everything in the room. It was not worth $118..just saying!

We stayed in a two bed, two bath suite. It was spacious and comfortable with a great atmosphere. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We are not much on hotel stays unless it is just on the way to a resort but I would definitely stay at one of these again.

Loved having the laundry room and coffee accessible 24/7!
