    Nothing at all The hotel itself felt like it was falling apart and you had the staff arguing with customers and getting kicked out. It had the smell of marijuana and there was blood smeared on the bathroom wall. The entire hotel was hot with the a/c hardly working and we could not get cooled down.

    The smell in the hotel was horrendous. They offered breakfast, there was none. The rooms were not clean. The rooms were dark, not enough light in rooms. TV was glitchy. Internet hardly worked. Not enough towels, washcloths, etc in room. First floor had people living long term and playing loud music, long term guests arguing and fighting at all hours of the night. In the first room we were in, the shower was was caving in. Had to call the front desk employee on phone, any time of day/night to come to the front desk just to try to get help. Every time we complained we were told it wasnt their fault, they arent the owners. Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. I did not feel safe walking out to my vehicle alone. The listing on hotels.com is completely misleading. I wouldnt stay at this hotel ever again.

    I checked in and my room had roaches, front desk Carlos was very nice and had accommodated me with another room but unfortunately that room had roaches and bed bugs, hallway smelled like cigarettes and property was un sanitary. Will not book this property again. Glad I was able to get a refund.

    The breakfast items were all gone by 8am. The manager attempted to get into our room using his key card, after 11:00pm and demanded $30.00 be paid to him immediately for a pet fee. I gave him the money in cash and asked for a receipt, but he refused. He told me that he was going to call the police on me if I didn’t pay him. The next day, my wife and I went to a reunion and returned mid-afternoon to find that we were locked out of our room and our 2 poodles were locked in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for assistance to open our room door. He demanded another $30.00 pet fee for that night. I also paid that to him in cash and he gave me a receipt then.

    The outside of the building, upon arriving, had at least two homeless people hanging out. There was a car that had broken down with the front of it resting on its tires. The entrance to the rooms was supposed to be a secure door, but the door was busted and would not close. It was clean, however. When I left, a man was sitting outside, and a car pulled up and bought what I could only assume was some drugs from him. Whoever runs the place needs to clean up the outside.

    The television in my room didn't work. I mentioned this to staff but it was not corrected. There was constant traffic and noise through the middle of the night. The room was clean but the overall stay was not good. Improvement is needed.

    I would not stay here again even if the room was free! There was no breakfast, dining area or kitchen. The rooms were dirty. There were lots of foul odors throughout the entire hotel. The several outlets not working. Bathroom fan did not work. The shower handle was improperly installed and caused water to shut off as you increase the temperature. The water pressure also decreases as you increase temperature. The staff did not want to help. There were no towels in the room. Has to call a number to get desk staff to come down from their room. There were full time residents that made the stay much less appealing and more appalling.

    The stay was good until check out. I asked for a receipt for the 25 refundable deposit that i had to give incase i smoked and the guy tried to tell me i didnt pay it and i told him i had the receipt to say i did and that it was in my account. When i pulled up my banking he got all rude told me to calm down. I said im calm i just want a receipt that youre refunding me. He throw a piece of paper at me and told me to leave and not come back for askimg for prove they were going to give me my money back. Thats horrible customers service ive always given customers receipts when refunding them.

    When we first arrived, our room was not clean. It smelled of body odor and the A/C unit was very loud and obviously malfunctioning. We had to get a change of room after 1 hour and a fee. We were given a cleaner room but the A/C unit seemed not to work well and the sink drain was slow as molasses to drain. The most egregious finding was a visibly soiled dirty underwear under one of our queen sized beds. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we even smelled that during the night when we were trying to sleep. On a good note, the bathroom was clean and everything in the 2nd room seemed to work fine. If you desperately need a place to stay in an urgent situation this will do. But, don't expect much in customer service or cleanliness.

    They tried to charge me and my family $35 for smoking in the room and none of us smoke !! And they waited to make the charge until I was 30 minutes down the road, I didn’t have that money to spare so I turned around to question why I was charged and they said because we smoked and literally none of my family smokes ! The owner was who I talked to about asking why I was charged and he was extremely rude telling me to leave his property and yelling at me telling me he’d charge me anyways and I’m only 23yrs old with a 1yr old so I left before it possibly escalated and I also recorded the whole thing. I was nice and sweet and only asked one simple question literally one question and it was “whg was i charged $10 and then $25” and he just started yelling immediately “yall where smoking !!” And even if we did smoke which we didn’t , it would’ve been a $250 charge not two separate transactions of $10 and $25 I was charged almost $300 to stay for 2 nights 2 rooms and with my chihuahua .. their extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to block their business from my bank card to prevent them from still trying to take it

    This was the WORSE place I have ever stayed in my life!! It is extremely dirty and the staff are very rude and the housekeeper does a half ass job. I had to ask for toilet paper three times! They did not sweep the room, I always had to ask for towels and wash clothes. The place smelled like weed and to me seemed to be a place where the homeless stay. I could keep going on and on.     Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk, and I had to call for assistance. The staff member who checked me in acknowledged that the room’s table was broken, which seemed odd. He also warned that I couldn’t file a complaint after 10 minutes of leaving the office. When I got to the room—within that window—I found the table flipped over with two legs detached. The air conditioner was extremely loud and seemed faulty. The room was in unacceptable condition: chicken bones in the window seal, trash under the beds, cigarette burns on the blankets, unfinished patchwork on the walls, a missing fire alarm (likely due to smoking), no window lock or safety bar, and sticky floors. Due to the 10-minute complaint policy and fear of being dismissed or denied a refund, I didn’t escalate the issue at the time. However,

    When I arrived at the Hotel, I was met with the most pleasant desk clerk. She did everything that she could do to make my check in enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable, she told me exactly how to get to my room, how to get to the Breakfast room for the next morning. I really appreciate that the clerk had compassion, I was a late check in because of have to make change in Hotel accommodations.

    I had chosen a smoking room but did not know that the smoking rooms would be so nasty compared to the non smoking rooms. The bed linen was stained, one bed was completely torn open with the springs and stuffing falling out, holes in the curtains, the border along the bottom of walls was all hanging off and roaches everywhere.

    Actually, the room was booked for my daughter and her family coming to visit. My home was getting paint and upgrades, so I booked her a room, thinking this was a decent place to stay. Upon her arrival, the staff gave her a room that smelled bad so she requested for another one. The staff told her that she had to pay $25 to change room so she did. During her stay she over heard guests complaining about bed bugs on the first floor. Also during my visit to the room I saw roaches. One evening the attending staff came to her room and told her that he smell smoke in the hallway and they had to move to the first floor. Why I dont know. She didn't want to move to the first floor because of what she had heard, so he told her if she wanted to stay in that room she had to pay $50. She did. I didn't know all of this was happening until after the fact. My daughter didn't want to bother me about the issue. I would have tried to make other arrangements. She didn't know because we had already paid the hotel in advance. This hotel staff just saw where he could have make easy money and took advantage of it.They are a rip off.

    This place is a dive! Rooms are old. Beds were hard and can’t describe what they called pillows. Pictures in Expedia advertising are way dated. Continental Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and coffee. The bread was stale, the cereal was extremely limited and the container of mild was warm.

    The AC in the room was broken. We were only able to cut the temperature up as the down button was missing upon arrival. We had cut the temperature up in the dark, so completely missed this problem until it was to hot in the room. While I do understand these are cheaper motels, I feel the organization should take more pride not only in the look, but also the feel of the room provided to their customer. I will apologize to the other guest staying as we did travel with our dog. I know on several occasions she barked due to the loud noises she heard from the other rooms. On this note, we could hear everything from outside the room, including other guest who were extremely loud. I do appreciate the staff for asking them to be quiet. Along with this, we could feel every time someone jumped in that particular room. Until the franchise/ owners decide to take an initiative to correct these issues, we will not be booking with this company or partner organizations again.

    The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pictures on the site are NOT what they are in person. I can understand it being sort of close, but it’s not even remotely close. The beds do not have comforters but instead it’s a thing window curtain that they have in a way over the bed that looks like a blanket. The whole hotel smells like weed and cat piss. Tweakers hang out at your cars in the middle of the night and the middle of the day. The “free breakfast” is bread and a toaster. If you ask the hotel staff anything they are rude and snarl. This place should really have its owner stay here once and see if they’d make changes. Also, don’t smell like smoke or even look like there’s a chance you smoke. You’ll be charged more. Watched it happen to a lady in front of me. Got charged extra because they could “smell smoke on her” and they figured she’d just smoke in the room even though it was a none smoking room. People do walk outside to smoke, that’s a normal thing to do right? You’d think so but the staff sucks. Stay here once to see, have an experience. Just make sure you don’t care about the $80 you’ll spend to be bitten by whatever mites are in the sheets. Quite literally.

    Front guy really had a nasty customer service. Really needs to learn how to talk to people. Room had 4 roaches that I had to kill.     Not much. Manager was rude, place reaked of pot, room loaded with fleas. Breakfast was cereal with no milk and bread only. Prisoners get fed better in jail! Disgusting and I’d NEVER consider going to another Super 8!

    Do NOT stay here. The owner is rude. There are bedbugs and roaches. When I explained to the owner he said none of his rooms had bedbugs. I told him I have pictures and told him to come see. He kicked me out of the hotel and told me not to come back to his property. Definitely not a place I would recommend staying.

    I didn’t receive my deposit back. Staff said a card ending in the wrong last for digits was credited my refund amount. When I tried to explain details they told me whatever card was on file is what was credited and not to call back. Very rude and wrong because I don’t have my money back, by their own admission the wrong card was credited. The number they quoted was not the correct one!! Extremely upsetting!!! Extremely rude!!! I was treated like I was trying to rip them off. Horrible experience!!!

    The hotel has a bad carpet smell , the ac did not work in room. No extra toilet paper in the rooms … had to wait an hour for the front desk to bring towels , shower curtain for the room. When you walk down the hallway the floor board is missing and the ceiling was leaking. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THE OWNER IS A THIEF AND THE HOTEL NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING CARPET PULLED UP .

    I don't think this location qualifies for this site. I utilized the price as well as the location but when I arrived I was very disappointed at what the photos showed vs what was on site. I paid in advance. The 1st room given had been lived in so I was given one across the hall. The paint is coming off the walls and the homeless people are in the parking lot,the cleaning staff are meth addicts ( no front teeth) my room was locked Saturday and I waited an hour to get in. 2 people cleaning could not and cared less, the cleaning wan opened my door. I called about that issue and when I returned later, the door was still inaccessible. Overall it was a horrible find across from the mall. Motel 6 on victory drive is a better stay but I wanted to avoid the Southside of Columbus. Adequate rooms for the price and location if you want to be recommended. The paint falling off the ceiling, nasty curtains, poor customer service and unfriendly staff. I'm not happy with Columbus Ga and the way you do things. Clean this hotel for the site recommendations.

    Bed covers were dirty and nasty. Toilet paper was stuffed into the peep hole to keep people from looking into room. Bathroom shower tile was jagged and could cut your foot. Room smelled like mold.

    This hotel was a nightmare. The guy at the front desk was rude. He told me “he didn’t care about his customers because they booked with a third party.” He was disrespectful when I asked to look at the other room. They lied about the room. Online the hotel looks nice but when you get there it another story. The hotel was nasty, it had a hole in the bathroom door, there was bugs crawling around. Blood on the curtain which he (the owner) denied. He said, “it was red paint “. There was nothing red painted in the room. The hallway didn’t have enough light. It was very dark. Certain area of the hotel had yellow caution Tape up. It not safe to stay there.

    When we arrived at the facility it took 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I finally got my room key and wanted to take a shower there was 1 hand towel that was dirty. It took almost 30 minutes to get towels. The towels looked like they were dingy and the facilitysmelledluke weed. This will be my last time at this facility

    The outside had garbage all around. The one trash can was overflowing. The worst thing was the shower Curtin had and shower rod had mold on them, there were old used coffee cups lids and candy wrappers under the lamp stands, even under the table there were clothing tags right under the table that couldn't be missed, the carpet was so dirty need to wear flip lops. even the carpet the in the hall was also so dirty that you need to make sure that you wear shoes, the laundry had only one working washer and dryer, but they smelled bad when you opened them afraid to use them, also had one washer and dryer that were broken, also one day someone was smoking marijuana could smell it the hall

    When we arrived we went to desk to check in neither employee had a mask on nor as there sanitizer available. The employee checked us and we walked down a dingy low light hallway to a room that was appalling. The room smelt like cigarettes, weed, and was dirty. Smears on mirrors hair in the sick and tub from the people who stayed before us. So we went to the desk and asked to be moved. They moved us to another room down the hall that wasn’t much better. The awful stench was gone but the linen was riddled with cigarette burn holes, hair in and on the sink, dirty mirrors and floor. We checked out the next morning after no sleep and was told there is no refund for early check out or cleanliness. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to start….the owner was rude and the worker was too. They tried to keep my $25 deposit because they said room smelled like smoke. It smelled like smoke before we checked in! Everything in the room was broke. No lightbulbs in lamps. Dirty carpet. Roaches out the wazoo. Bed bugs in both beds. Super dirty. Trash under bed. Dirty wash clothes stuck to the floor under the bathroom sink from god knows when. Blood stains on the curtains. Shady characters all around. Neighbors loud and fighting. Wouldn’t give us extra towels unless we turned in the dirty ones first. Hotel appears to function as a local homeless shelter by the looks of the other tenants. Not being judgemental, just truthful. Im used to shabby, budget hotels and I’m not above staying in them but this one was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. We couldn’t sleep here. Unsafe. Wyndom should be ashamed to have their name attached to such trash. I did email them as well. Hopefully they revoke their involvement. Photos on Hotels.com were misleading and amenities were absent. Please don’t fall for it.

    *Dirty bathrooms (specifically the toilets, tub with leftover hair in the drain from previous occupants and the mirrors) *No free breakfast as advertised. *Room phones did not work. When calling the front desk from our cell phone, no one answered. *Very poorly lit hallways. *Leftover trash in bags in the hallways. *Trash near the entryways to the building. *Paper thin walls revealed all that was going on in the room next to us. *No attendant at the front desk 24/7, as promised, gave the security of the building to be a huge concern. *Building located in a sketchy part of town. *OH!! Let’s not forget ‘NO REFUNDS’ for their lack of cleanliness. *The rooms are not handicap accessible for those requiring such accommodations. You get what you pay for. Therefore, pay for quality when passing up this option. DO NOT STAY HERE.
