Best Western Conway

Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean.

Room was hot when we entered, and it took a long time to cool down. Beds and sheets clean but average quality. Sheets a bit rough and had that mass laundry smell. Not bad but musty. Mattress was fair. My husband was not comfortable. Should be "Good" not very good.

The hotel was nice, especially for an older style hotel. Needs some outside paint and touchup, but the room was clean and comfortable. Located close to several good places to eat, and pretty easy access.

I would not recommend staying on the bottom level of the hotel if possible. Noises from the rooms above is very noticeable.

Good value motel right off I-20 with friendly staff, free parking in front of your room, nice free breakfast. Golden Corral buffet next door, lots of other options within walking distance. Quiet, safe area.

The dining area is very small. The chair in the room was not good, I think maybe broken. Bathtub was stained. Knob broken of control in bathroom.

Room looked clean, but when we walked on the carpet with socks.... not so much. There were the of us staying in the room and only one small bottle each of shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were not dry up with USB adapters and luckily we brought our own. Staff is excellent.

Convenient: close to highway. Very good breakfast and I really appreciate it that they had paper plates and not Styrofoam. Just due to the location, it can be hard to get in the parking lot since you must cross a very busy street.

The staff Dawn and Ben was awesome.... the coffee for guests need to be a different brand because thats the only thing sucked

Shops nearby don’t know on pets

Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and clean room. Bathroom sink drained extremely slow but it was clean. Front desk staff just ok. Maybe he was having a bad day.

The reviews and photos are deceiving. It smelled. Did not feel clean. The front desk staff was nice. It’s not like the other Best Westerns. My family and I will not be staying here on our way back to Conway.

needs some updating. business center not functional. carpet in my room needs replacing (I have a pet with me, so that may be a reason for its condition). Getting in and out of the property is a challenge (there is only one way available).

Friendly, formative staff. After a long busy week/weekend, this was the perfect quiet break. Close to everything, restaurants on both sides. Minutes from where I needed to complete business and shopping. The softest, most plush towels I’ve ever experienced in an hotel and I’ve stayed in some really high end hotels such as the Broadmoor Colorado Springs… (maybe they just brought in all new towels? Not sure, truly memorable!)

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is...janky. It is motel style. Very outdated and has that old motel stench. It was quiet, though, even though the neighbors were a bunch of college baseball players. They overtook the breakfast, but the front desk did warn us of it. I won't be staying here again; I'll stay up by Skyline Drive. I've had good experiences there.

Great staff, clean rooms. A little outdated, but clean. Tends to be a little noisy as it is right off a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is sufficient. Nothing to write home about. For the price, it is a good affordable option for a one night layover.

Breakfast was sub-par. We didn’t bother eating there the second morning. Door handles were falling off despite us reporting the problem. We expected more from a Marriott location!

I have to say that it all stood out. Very clean and quiet place to stay I would most definitely recommend staying..

Room was tidy but could see where the corners of the bathroom and shower were not scrubbed. We had a room that faced the Main Street/ Highway and the room was a bit noisy from the traffic, but just for the first night. Bed was comfortable and linens were crisp and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

One of yuckiest breakfast layouts I've ever seen. Not only the typical chemical mixes instead of real juices, but even yogurt out of a machine. Have no idea what that surgery stuff was, but it wasn't yogurt. Don't stay here if breakfast plays a part in your decision.

Great experience

It was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing. I got to park right in front of my door. I didn’t have to carry my luggage a long ways. It was wonderful.

The shower had mold in it. We didn’t even stay in the hotel, the place was dirty and the front desk guy was rude. I do not recommended this place EVER. And it’s way over priced for a trashy place.

The bed was so uncomfortable! My back was killing. Parking was good. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with good coffee. The staff was ok. The room felt like it needed an update.

Felt dewy in the room both times I’ve stayed here. The mattress is very springy and overall very outdated looking.

The lady at front desk was so nice! Can’t say that about the hotel tho. When we opened the door to our room the moldy and cigarette smell was unreal. I get migraines and knew immediately that I wouldn’t be able to stay in the room. The lady kindly moved us to another room. As we were going in, the people next to us asked how our room was. I told her we had moved and she immediately said that they did too. Anyway, smell was some better so we stayed. Beds were ok. Carrier old and kinda dirty looking. Commode leaked water in the floor. I am guessing this is a hotel that is older has not been updated, at all. Just a damp feel in room. Anyway, I guess I was disappointed that I paid $140+ for a room in a Run down b room, or rooms. The breakfast was fine.

Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items and coffee 24/7! The room was clean and orderly with all the needed amenities - coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Had no trouble with internet access. I had a lovely, relaxing stay. Would recommend Best Western in Conway for your next hotel stay! I know it will be my choice again!

This is an old motel. The carpet in our floor was dirty, felt wet and smelled. I had tried to cancel my reservation prior to arrival but could never get anyone to answer the phone. Tried to cancel through Expedia and they never could get someone to answer either. Once we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. However, the room was not great. The tiny bathroom was dirty, the room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, the carpet was filthy. This establishment needs MAJOR updates! Would not recommend nor would we stay again.

We had a nonsmoking room which smelled like a smoking room. That is bad for people with airway disease like us. They would probably changed our room but we were too tired to go ask. The shower has 2 shower heads with no usage instructions telling how to change from the stationary head to the hand held one. The carpet is damaged near the entry door. Breakfast is great! Room was clean!

Affordable but there was a smell which made it difficult to sleep or breath.

The room had been smoked initially smelled like for a week. People were partying in the parking lot and out front of the motel. The pool had mold in it . The bed was terrible you could feel the springs the carpet had a hole in it. The only reason we stayed is because we had prepaid fro the room and couldn’t get a refund. DON’T Stay Here !!!!!

We stayed one night on a longer trip. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast, however, has lots of room for improvement. The food was not hot. It was your typical hotel microwaved meal. Their juice machine was broken down so there were no beverages other than coffee or tea. There wasn’t even water. They did have a waffle maker. If you are looking for a place to stay and breakfast is a priority I would not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable room at a decent price, this hotel would be great.

The place is so old and smelled of old, stale cigarette smoken which was so disgusting! The smell stayed in my CPAP and I had to smell it the next night. My night gown and pillow case stunk too. We had an "accessible" room which consisted of a hand rails, a handheld showerhead that was attached to the showerhead itself and hard to use, a d a shower chair. The beds were not comfortable and the carpet was gross and has a tear in it. I regret not taking pictures. I canceled the reservation I had for my return trip as soon as I walked I walked into the room. The lady that checked me in was nice.

Friendly staff and great customer service. The property was clean and offered lots of local options for dining. It was over 85 degrees when we arrived and when we opened our door to our room it was nice and cool. Even the mini fridge was cold. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a Typical hotel chain breakfast, however, they did have eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal and oatmeal, toast and muffin and of course….waffles. We will definitely use this hotel again. The rooms were pretty insulated and were relatively quiet with little outside noise. We were on the back portion of the property.

Motel is dated but had some upgrades in our room. Bed was comfortable. I booked the option for queen bed and thought there would be two beds. Just had one bed. Smoke alarm went off at 2;00 AM. But the staff was friendly and helpful

#1 - Very clean. Spacious with table and desk. Mattress was not very comfortable. Lots of road noise, Very close to interstate as well as major throughfare.. Breakfast adequate but don't set your expectations very high. Pet friendly but very limited green space outside. Choice of restaurants, could walk to many. Older facility well maintained price is right

I've stayed here several times, and always a great stay in all areas. The rooms and all customer areas clean n inviting. The staff are always professional and most important friendly n courteous, the best part is just that, feeling welcomed. The breakfast is amazing as well.

There were roaches on the table that the driver was eating on.

This stay was excellent. At check-in we were moved to a ground floor unit. We were able to park directly in front of the room. That made unloading and loading easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, sausage, biscuits, eggs gravy, choices of cereals and waffles. Coffee and juices were available.

Stayed here three nights, and would definitely stay here again. Check in was great and the staff was excellent. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. The location is busy traffic wise, but not a problem, and it was quiet even with the traffic.

For the price, the location was convenient but busy and a bit older. The hotel itself was older but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the lobby/breakfast area. It was a good value if you aren't looking for a newer hotel.

It was a bit noisy (vehicles exhaust note) and was not sure of the neighborhood. For an obviously old style of building, the property has been well maintained. Everything seemed cleaned. The smell was a bit strong walking in, like trying to hide something.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to food and shopping. Felt safe. Hotel was clean and plenty of pillows and clean towels.

I liked the coziness of the room, although it was a little tight in the bathroom for space. We had a one-night stay, and I liked that there was a dinner restaurant next door on one side of the hotel and a breakfast restaurant next door on the other side. The staff was very friendly, eager, and helpful, and happily provided extra towels for our jaunt out to the pool. The ice/vending area was close and easily accessible. Even though the hotel was on a very busy street, the room was quiet, and we slept peacefully.

Stay was ok. I have stayed at other Best Western's before and this was im sorry to say the worst far as the property itself..Staff was good kudos to Walt.. Few issues that were pretty major but I talked to front desk so hopefully it will be taken care of...

But when I got my bill from the hotel is was only $551.00 That's a difference of $150.00 so u might want to check hotel rates be for booking tho Expedia

When we showed up to check in, we had to wait in the car for 15 minutes, because 4 cop cars and several police were blocking the entrance. Eventually, the front desk employee let us in the side door. On the positive side, the towels were great!

For as old as it is, it was very clean, needs some updating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

First room we got was a no smoking room, But it REALLY STUNK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, SO BAD I HAD TROUBLE BREATHING, asked and got a new room, it just smelled, but was over all clean, rooms and hotel has seen better days Best Western needs to remodel, ice machine was on first floor we was on second, inconveniences, hand rails where LOOSE, did not feel safe, service was great though.

Seems Conway in this area of the hotel never sleeps. Car drag races at night woke us many times but the hotel is not at fault.

I was awakened at 1 am by police vehicles honking repeatedly in the parking lot at the restaurant across the street. Evidently they were searching for someone as they had a very bright spotlight to go along with the honking. This is not a quiet motel.

Boring location but convenient

The property was clean and well maintained. The only issue was noise. It was Saturday night and the traffic and noise associated with the Custard and Steakburgers business to the east was very loud. The other side of the property was probably fine. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Breakfast is the best I have had outside a 5-star hotel. Noisy. Rooms around me had activity all night. Clothes washing facilities is not really that ... They will wash, dry and fold your clothes for $10/load.

The hotel has some age on it and the room doors open to the outside. They have six rooms that have inside doors in the front, but the noise from the road in front is loud. The staff was kind, courteous and was helpful in our requests.

The sheets had not been changed. Had body skin, hair and black specks. When I went to front desk to get a key for a new room, the attendant at desk apologized and gave me the excuse that they were sold out the night before and did not have enough clean linens. WOW, that tells me they were okay with not changing the sheets now and then.

Upon check in the person that checked me in was more concerned with the phone call she was on using her cell phone than making sure I got checked in. Then I went to my room and scanned my card to get both red and green lights on the door. Tried to open it and could not. So went back down to the lobby where they sent the teenaged daughter to help me with the door. All she did was pull the handle as hard as possible then put her weight on the door and it opened. Does that seem safe. The sheets had stains on them. The room had an odor. I will never stay at this place again.

There was an issue with check in and attendant sent me to back of line so he could help other customers which I understand. I had stepped over to read a menu and when I did that someone else came in so I lost place in line. I waited for my turn to get sent behind 2 more people. The attendant was very nice and apologetic but a 45 min check in is not fun. He was alone and didn’t have help. This is not against him personally but again 45 to check in is unreasonable.

I booked a non smoking room online and when we arrived, the room had obviously been used by the previous guest as a smoking room. This room should never have been turned over for use for the smell. We checked in very late after traveling on the road all day and had to be up very early for a sports tournament so we addressed the issue later in the day with management and all he mentioned is that he will lose money if he has to switch us to another room as the maid already left and can't clean the room we were in. His tone indicated irritation. The pictures online also don't depict the current quality of the hotel as it was very dirty.
