Reviews
The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is a common theme across all reviews. Guests generally found the rooms to be clean and the staff to be friendly and helpful, but there were several issues with the amenities and the quality of the rooms.
- Clean rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Amenities such as the pool and breakfast were often not available or not up to par
- Rooms were sometimes noisy or had issues with the air conditioning or plumbing

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the double queen with a pull out bed. The beds were amazing and so was the pull out bed. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was also amazing. NEGATIVES were that check out is 10am and breakfast ends at 9 am. Pool was also closed by 9 pm. I hate getting up and having to rush to get ready and out the door by 10. We may be back!!!
- 5/5
Stay was great and very clean
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was great. We were supposed to get a roll in shower as my husband is in a wheel chair but our bathroom had a handicap tub and commode was not tall like a handicap commode . Otherwise room was very spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5
It has been recently updated.
- 4.5/5
Walking distance to many restaurants. Location was great

Jane, Riley and Brandon were all very nice. I loved my stay! I've already booked again for August!! There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was very clean, updated and nice. Not only friendly but trustworthy & honest - my husband left his necklace in the room and didn’t realize it until we were a few hours away, we called and the housekeeper had found it and turned it in to the front desk! So very thankful for the honesty and integrity of the staff!!
- 1/5
Location was near what we wanted The staff was rude and hateful
- 5/5
The only working ice machine was on the second floor, our room was on the 3rd floor. Additionally, with the hotel full, one would expect the breakfast attendant would stay on top of replenishing the hot food.
- 2.5/5
Close to the ball fields we were playing at The pool was ice cold so my kids couldn’t swim. The hotel also charged my card more than once and ran out of breakfast on Sunday morning.
- 4/5
Overall stay was fine however the breakfast ran out quickly and the kitchen could not keep up.
- 3/5
Room was clean but needs repair especially in the bathroom. Room seemed dark and had poor lighting. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Everything was great!

Wish the pool would have been heated.
- 5/5
It was very clean and updated!
- 3.5/5
Close to nearby restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Hotel next door is questionable. Staff wasn’t the friendliest/ communication goes a long way to make sure someone enjoys the stay feeling welcomed and comfortable.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice also they did provide electric vehicle charging so that was cool. In my room you could tell there had been water damage in the floor, I could hear the highway the entire night. My kids tried the pool it was freezing and we were told the heater had went out and not to mention the roach motel in the parking lot that made me scared to even go outside. There was very limited parking. Also the place had a very odd smell in my room not to mention it was very humid in my room. This hotel was not the worst iv ever seen but it most definitely isn’t one I would choose again.
- 4.5/5
Everything was good
- 2.5/5
I called prior to booking to confirm the pool was open. (My kids were on spring break) he said yes. I booked the hotel not knowing the heater was broke. I only booked so the kids could swim. If I knew that I would have booked somewhere else because that’s all they wanted to do and it was too cold.
- 3.5/5
Queen beds are not queen, more like full size
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. The pool was not open and this was very disappointing for the kids. The hotel should have this listed on the website.
- 5/5
Pool was too cold.
- 1/5
Bed bugs!!! Beware!!! And the staff are terrible. And they take your money after you check out.$57 charge after checkout apparently because we didn’t put the cushions back on the bed bug infested couch. The pool is so cold it’s unusable. All in all find another hotel this one is trash on all levels.
- 4/5
Pool was inside but, super cold… we were told until weather is warmer.. the pool will be that temp… bathroom by pool ; sink doesn’t work and door doesn’t shut all the way… pool was the main reason for staying so it was a bust… breakfast only had sausage no bacon… once there was no biscuits… no replacement ( also picante sauce packets were spoiled) others than this it was a nice place to stay!
- 5/5
Everything was nice NA
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the rooms were very accommodating to our family size. Nothing
- 5/5
Everything was great with the exception of the rather hard bed . Breakfadt was good . Air circulation in the room was on point . Maybe a matress topper next time .
- 3/5
Tv connection was horrible couldnt get the picture to stay on. Coffee was always empty breakfest is ok. Parking is TERRIBLE! The Semi's take up what little there is. The room was clean and the beds was comfy. Sound from the interstate was a little much but tolerable. You can hear when trucks hit the rumble strip in the middle of the night. Location is alright for places to eat and go around thise location.
- 2/5
Pool was down. The staff were super grumpy
- 5/5
Nice facility with a good staff. Some minor touching-up of the facility may be required

Awesome!
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, quiet, everything we needed!
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean, bed slept very well. Staff was pleasant, breakfast could've used fresh fruit and maybe turkey bacon or sausage but overall stay was very pleasant 😀
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Only good thing about breakfast was coffee. Parking was fine.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was nice. My room was right next to the elevator. I tried to use white noise to keep the elevator mechanical noise and Hallway noise out, but it didn’t help. There was also limited parking available.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The staff is great. Room outstanding
- 5/5
Rooms are very nice remolded and clean
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Friendly accomodating staff.
- 5/5
Very nice check-in staff
- 2/5
The front desk lady was very nice and professional. The room was a good size but its smelled like mold, there were water spots everywhere on the ceiling, the shower was leaking water and the refrigerator was leaking as well. It look like they are working on remodeling the hotel.
- 4/5
Air conditioning was weird and would run cold air then heat back and forth all night, and the ac automatically knocks itself up to 74 in the day hence turning the heater on had to knock it back down twice in the same day, also super bright green flashing light, we fixed that with post it notes, for the price less broke things than expected
- 5/5
So clean, pull out bed was clean and already had a clean bedsheet on it! We usually book a king size bed and pull out bed when traveling, so finding a hotel that already had the pull out bed prepared was a big bonus! Our room had so much space and was so comfortable, so far one of the best rooms and stays we had in Conway!
- 5/5
Clean room!!
- 5/5
Just finishing a remodel. Super clean and great staff.
- 3/5
Under renovation
- 2/5
Room 227 refrigerator made a ticking noise all night. Room coffee is not good.
- 5/5
Was there for a big event went great
- 1/5
Service charge on the room vector wasn’t in details when booking. I didn’t have it on my card and I almost didn’t get my room because of it. Bad experience for me and my kids. The man at the front desk was helpful and we were able to stay.
- 4/5
I didn’t like that with a weeks stay they never cleaned my room or gave me clean towels
- 3/5
The shower had hair stuck to the wall in several places. Hotel was under renovation and not in the best part of town. Couldn’t get cold water out of the tap (hot or warm were the only options)
- 3/5
The property was under renovation when I stayed (Sept 2025) so a lot of stuff looked unfinished. There was a roll of carpet in the breakfast are by the windows and lots of blue tape. They charged $50 fee that is refundable provided you didn't take any towels or damage the room. The room I was in had a drain in the bathroom that was attached incorrectly. They had put me in a handicapped room, but I was not in a wheelchair, so it was not an issue for me. I let the front desk know about it and hopefully they get it fixed before someone in a wheelchair does use the room as it would be an issue for them. Overall, the room was clean, and the lobby area was to even with the renovations. The breakfast was basic scrambled eggs and either bacon, sausage links or patties, biscuits and gravy as well as a waffle machine. Very basic breakfast but what you should expect for the price. The thermostat in the room resets itself to 74F sometime during the day, so if you like it warmer or colder you will need to set it every day for a multiday stay. I didn't use the gym (or look at it) I did look at the pool, and it looked like the bottom needed to be vacuumed. The location was convenient for me, and I would likely stay there again the next time I am in Conway.
- 3/5
Traffic noise was very loud all night long.
- 4/5
Still renovating the lobby, so it is as-expected.
- 2/5
It’s under remodel and there was no notification about this or concessions. I found that disappointing. The neighboring area will not be my top choice to stay at when we return.

Roof leaking in first room they put us in switched rooms at 11pm No parking , whole place was under construction the worst hotel experience i've ever had
- 1/5
We stay in more hotels on weekends than we stay at home. This was by far the worst hotel experience that we’ve had. Upon arrival we noticed that the hotel was under complete construction that wasn’t mentioned ahead of time. We stayed three nights total, and the hotel charged us three different times. We never received cleaning, or new towels that we had to ask for twice. The air conditioner only worked part time, and had to wake up multiple times a night to get it to turn back on. The internet only worked from time to time so we just gave up. Still waiting on money to be accredited to our account because what was supposed to cost us $415 for the three nights ended up costing us almost $1300 and the management telling us we were wrong about the charges until we had to prove it to them and make them look deeper into it. We’ve stayed in Conway four times this year alone, and this has been by far our worst experience. Wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone!!
- 4/5
The property is currently under renovation. That was the biggest ding. I’m assuming because of the repairs, that it’s causing some issues in the rooms. Our toilet had some plumbing issues. And the room door was oddly standing open when we first entered. Bagel at breakfast was stale and toaster was having trouble working. But overall, it was fine.
- 1/5
The property has pictures on the site as if they have completed their remodeling, yet they have not still construction and noise going on, the workers ate all the breakfast up, customers had no breakfast. The MAIN RATING WAS DUE TO BEING PROFILED by front desk literally walking off the elevator to come get coffee and was approached what was I doing here why was I here and followed me around. They did do this to others and if it was a security issue due to the area then hire security...
- 4/5
There were multiple drain flies in bathroom. The workmanship in the renovation of the bathroom was atrocious. There was a mold stain silver dollar size in ceiling over mirror. The door stop was rusted out. Floor tile.broken apparently at installation in bath. Large gap in corner with shower installation that lets water in. Food was good but only few yogurts which went quickly.
- 4/5
Check in was easy and quick. Our room was clean and spacious for our family. The property is being updated and there is a construction in the lobby. It will be nice when it’s complete!
- 5/5
Right by restaurants and great service
- 2/5
This property was under remodel construction. That was some of the issue. The rooms are dated. The front desk was not welcoming. We stayed our one night and got the h$&& out. There are much nicer hotels one block over- I would not return here.
- 2/5
Under renovation, no notice, rude staff, smelly, dirty pool, mold in fridge.
- 3/5
The room itself was very clean. The property was being renovated. My frustrations come from not being told there would be no room service, the broken Oreos (2 cookies) that I purchased for $3 for my daughter that wouldn’t be replaced, and the pool closing at 9pm on a weekend. I don’t feel that was acceptable. Other than that, the room was great.
- 1/5
They charged my card $350 after I paid $418 if full for all 3 nights plus a deposit. I asked why they told me the system did it by mistake and that I wouldn’t get my money back until check out and waiting 5-10 days. I had to call the police and file a complaint with corporate!! They also are under construction and saw dust was all over the place our entire stay, along with Nats flying everywhere in our room and ants all on the floor and walls and in the beds. I had to wait 2 hours just have my room serviced and they asked me to leave while they cleaned so I had to get my 2 kids out to sit in the car with them taking my money I had no extra to take them to get ice cream or anything! This was the WORST experience of my life and the new management QUICK! I will follow suit after I was treated so poorly and didn’t get any apology. The GM laughed at me bc I started crying about my money, I have to feed my kids!! $350 may not be a lot to him but it is to this family!!
- 5/5
Easy access to highway. Friendly staff and nice property. A comfortable stay.
- 2/5
The room was very clean, but half of the electrical sockets didn’t work, one large lamp did not work, the door to the wire box beside the bed that goes into the wall was falling off and if you have little kids could be dangerous. The soap holder in the shower was hanging on the wall. Needs some renovations done and maintenance repairs for sure.
- 4/5
Hotel was ok I just wish they were done with remodeling but the our rooms were clean and nice my family enjoyed the rooms.
- 2/5
This was not a good experience. The rooms were fairly nice. But the interstate was so loud right next to our room that we could not sleep. It sounded like it was in our room. I finally requested a room change so we would not be awake all night. After a while we were allowed to move, but we were up very late and had to drive 5 hours the next morning. The hotel was also under construction, and I saw nothing about that when I booked. The lobby/downstairs was completely destroyed. And the breakfast was disappointing . Not much to choose from, no fruit, no knives, etc. I appreciate them letting us change rooms, but I would not stay in this hotel again.
- 3/5
Remodeling, lobby not clean and parking was very limited
- 1/5
Didn’t
- 1/5
Staff was very friendly but room was horrible. Stayed in a suite and office chair was severely worn and flaking, sofa and large burns on it, and mattress was stained. Room smelled of smoke.
- 4/5
Newly renovated and the rooms and facilities are great. No hot tub, but the room has a zillion outlets for charging everything! Surrounding area is a little questionable.
- 4/5
The rooms are renovated and plenty nice. Still working on renovations in the lobby though and it was a mess. Overall though it’s a great hotel for the price.
- 4/5
Decent property
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The pool wasn't ready and they did not post it
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
It was very misleading when I booked the room I booked it for the swimming pool it was not working it was under renovation extremely cold the water was 2 Days later
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
the stay was ok. They were remodeling so it was loud, dusty, and the pool was out of order.
- 1/5
Room refrigerator had mold and mildew in them. Sheets wasn’t clean. Was told we couldn’t get more towels.
- 5/5
It was convenient for interstate access, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice little place- clean but tv didn’t work
- 2/5
It was not clean bed was uncomfortable pool was small
- 1/5
Room was ok. Ran out of toilet paper. That should never happen. Construction on the first floor very little water pressure and no hot water for showers or washing hands.
- 1/5
The pool was out of order. When we checked in this was never mentioned. The clerk at the front desk argued with me over the pool being unavailable. He stated it was posted on every site, and it was not. The room was less than adequate. The lobby area is under construction and was not marked for uneven flooring. One of the two handicapped parking spots was taken up by construction debris. The hotel itself does not appear to be in the best area.
- 5/5
Very nice,clean, and friendly
- 5/5
Wonder stay
- 3/5
Place was convenient, safe, very clean, good service, comfy bed, nice linens. The interstate side is noisy. The insulation must not be great because there was loud stomping from the room above and in the hallway. A fairly sizable gap could be seen under the door. Tons of kids in breakfast room with hands touching everything, etc. Grabbed yogurt and left- too crowded and chaotic to enjoy waffles. Need to extend breakfast hours til 945.
- 5/5
Overall good experience. Undergoing renovations. But rooms were large and comfortable.
- 2/5
Booked through hotels.com, when I checked in, it wasn't the price of what I booked it for. It was supposed to be $122 and some change. They charged me $173 and some change. On top of that they charged my card twice for it and charged for deposit. I asked about it and the guy at the front desk said that one was a charge and one was an authorization charge. Never heard of that before. So for 1 night I got charged $400 for 2 Adults and 2 kids when it was supposed to be $122 something and $50 deposit. Wasn't very welcoming either. People in the lobby yelling and cussing while trying to check in. Other than that, The room was nice and we slept comfortably.
- 3/5
No pool no trash clean outs or restock of toilet paper or coffe or anything had to get stuff from the maids, pool was out of service without anyone saying so until we went to go use it, no hot tub, breakfast was same thing each day.
- 3/5
The hotel was very clean. But no where did it say the indoor pool was closed. That should have been listed. Had to take a cold shower. They did come fix.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Room and breakfast was fantastic. Have stayed in Conway several times and this by far is the best hotel we’ve stayed at will be staying again.
- 4/5
Shower water never got hot enough!!! Other than that great stay
- 4/5
Hotel is under renovations. The pool is closed, the fire alarm system is deactivated. The gentleman checking us in didn't seem to know how to do things very well. It was a bit worrisome. But our room was clean, well appointed, the breakfast was good. Overall, it turned out fine.
- 4/5
Property is being updated so there’s a little construction going on. Our room was complete and excellent! Super comfortable bed! Pool not in use. Breakfast was good, however, no decaf coffee :(
- 4/5
Nice hotel and room. Big shower but no bar soap. AC kept switching back and forth to AC to Heat all evening and night.
- 1/5
I stated this property for two nights I rented it through Expedia. I paid through that third-party site when I arrived at the hotel I was charged for two more nights on my debit card plus the hundred dollar refundable damage fee he said that that fee would go back on 5 to 7 days. He wasn’t sure why I was charged for the other two nights on my debit card but because they refunded it it would be 5 to 7 more days so needless to say for two nights I paid over $500 to stay at this hotel I rented here because it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to swim as we all got ready to go to the pool. There was a white note on the door that said pull out of water. I then went to the general manager, and he informed me that it was on the website and it had just happened the day before I immediately went to the website there was nothing on the website or anywhere else for that matter that the pool was out of order. I expressed my concern for my child’s birthday and he said that there was nothing he could do no refund no half off he wasn’t willing to do anything because the pool was out of order. This is the main reason I rented from this hotel, not to mention the pubic hair on the shampoo bottle are all the hair in the corners are the food in the microwave. I do have pictures over all. This was a bad stay do not recommend.
- 1/5
I booked with this hotel for 2 nights. I paid through Expedia, but when I got there, I was charged for both rooms plus the hundred dollar fee for damages. So total off of my card was almost a little over $500. The hundred dollars is refundable. Yes that will be back on my card in 5 to 7 days the other money he said would be back on my card in 5 to 7 days as well, but should not have been charged. I paid for both rooms twice plus the refundable fee. I only booked with this hotel because of the pool and my children when I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was not told it did not work. I only found out because I went to the pool and there was a sign on the door that said out of order due to busted pipes. I spoke with the general manager about maybe doing partial refund or if we could accommodate coming back for the pool whenever it was back up and running just anything that we could do due to it being my daughter‘s birthday he said that there was nothing that he could do and that was on the website that the pool is down. I went immediately to the website and it was not posted that the pool was down. He lied refused, and it was justan awful stay. There was pubic hair all in the bathroom. I have several pictures here just in the corners where the room had not been cleaned properly, white residue all over the walls where it could’ve been cleaner and just not cleaned well or who knows.
- 3/5
Check in was horrible! The front desk man was asking to many personal questions! After I checked into my room about 15 mins later I kept hearing whistling by my door. My heat wasn’t working
- 5/5
I arrived earlier than expected and I just really appreciate that the lady let me check in early. Every staff member there was wonderful.❤️
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 2/5
I would appreciate at least a partial refund.
- 4/5
clean but kinda noisy from next room and above us.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing!
- 5/5
This place was immaculately clean and the girl at the front desk (forget her name) was so nice! Very comfortable bed and pillows and I have neck issues. Will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The hotel is next to the interstate, so it can be noisy at times.
- 5/5
Good overall
- 4/5
Very nice and clean property. Definitely a good bang for the buck
- 5/5
Our family enjoyed the spacious room which had been newly refurbished. The staff was incredibly helpful.
- 3/5
Breakfast was horrible
- 5/5
Great so far.
- 4/5
Good value for the money. Spacious clean.
- 5/5
Best room of our 10 day trip. Spacious, clean, updated, easy access from I40 and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly.
- 5/5
It was conveniently located. Will stay there again if needed
- 4/5
Everything great, except exercise room air conditioner doesn’t work…
- 4/5
Our first floor window that opens had a broken, noticeably crawled through, screen and the door to the room had to be jiggled just right to stay closed. Room Was nice but saftey was a concern. A few bugs in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Very clean and accommodations were great
- 3/5
The check-in experience was slow and not the friendliest. You are required to provide your license plate number in order to begin the process. Parking is restricted to certain areas that are not clearly marked; if you park in the lot for the neighboring hotel you can be towed. There were only 2 handicapped parking spaces, one of which was blocked with construction materials. The room was clean. Difficult to locate the switches for the lights. Close to restaurants and the highway. I doubt I would stay here again. Front desk could not provide any kind of receipt at check out since I booked and paid through a 3rd party.
- 5/5
Stay was good
- 2/5
Besides the insects and lizards in the room the has potential to be a nice hotel, need pest control
- 5/5
Great hotel. King suite was amazing!
- 3/5
there was trash left in the bathroom. Also there was ants in room and the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly.
- 4/5
The parking wasn't good. It was next to a more run down hotel that almost shared the parking.
- 5/5
Next to the interstate which was a little noisy when trying to sleep if you have a room on that side of the hotel. Other than that this hotel was excellent
- 5/5
The stay was great
- 5/5
The one negative thing and its a pretty big one is there was ZERO hot water in the shower, very surprising.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet.
- 1/5
There was a planned power outage in the city during our stay. The staff were not aware and did not make preparations or advise us of the upcoming outage. Our room was on the third floor and became rather warm quickly without any air flow throughout the building. Had to carry luggage for 6 down the stairs. Picked this hotel over others since breakfast was included, but it was not an option since no one had prepared for the outage.
- 3/5
The hotel is under construction and we had no idea until it was already booked/paid for. We get to our room 329 and I’m doing some work, look up and a man is quietly trying to exit the room. The hotel is having work done and one of the guys walked in unannounced. I go to take a shower, no hot water. Called the front desk from my cell phone bc the phone in the room is broken. This place should be closed until the remodeling is done. We had a broken window, mold on bathroom ceiling, phone not working, no hot water. The morning staff would have given us a refund had we booked direct
- 1/5
Lost power and owner refused to refund two nights of our stay. My husband needs electricity for his medical equipment.
- 3/5
No washclothes. None at the desk. Wheelchair accessible room you can get a wheelchair lift under the bed. Solid bed frame in an wheelchair accessible room? Why? Door would not open or close properly. Desk clerks were very nice.
- 5/5
This was an absolutely excellent place to stay. Just about all updated. Our room was. Stopped for one night to visit a friend before heading to Fayetteville. Devin was so personable and helpful! Very quick check/in. The room was fabulous! Large, great layout, comfortable and very clean. A/C works great. Husband said he could live in it. Has microwave and small refrigerator. Had an issue with the TV, but Devin worked diligently with the Direct TV person to get it working. Breakfast was good if you weren’t too late getting down there. 8:45 and it ends at 9 and only one sausage. I asked if there were any more, but lady said no. Understand because it was close to ending. There were muffins available and they were fresh. Also cereal, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, etc. I would most definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
I booked this property only off the reviews trusting it was truly renovated! AND IT WAS! It was a very nice hotel room for a business trip! Beds were comfy and everything in our room seemed to be very clean! This will now be our go to hotel when traveling near the area!

Stayed in Room 308, lots of trouble with the door locks however the maintenance man was extremely helpful. Very polite lady at the front desk as well.
