Lookef like someone knawed at the door frame, cigarette burns on the sheets, vent cover in bathroom missing

Property was unacceptable. I arrived well before check-in. Both Expedia and the property refused to refund my charges. I did not even check in and never stayed at the property but was charged full price. Worst experience ever!!!!

Will not stay again

The room was incredibly smoky even though it was a non-smoking room. Smoke was in the air con vents, pillows, mattress, and really was noticable when the bathroom vent fan was on. Only 2 small threadbare bath towels provided. Ice machine was broken. Terrible value for money at the price I paid, unfortunately there wasn't much available in the area when I booked.

Room was clean. Traffic was loud.

It was a room with a bed, a bath and a tv, what you expect. The noise from the street traffic was bad.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Breakfast is not for people who are diabetics. But with the room price I couldn't expect better.

Definitely would recommend this place for others.

Too close to the highway so it was noisy. The tub did not drain. Breakfast was sub-par. Good price. Felt safe.

The room was dingy, I have been in a lot of quality ends, and this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Kinda nothing..

I had to wait for the cab company to open at 4am so I could hurry out. There were bed bugs all in the bed. I saw about 15 Bugs

a $25 pet fee @ property. I was road weary when I looked at the Expedia app - read through all details before booking. There were few desirable places to walk my pup. The AC was horribly loud and woke me when it cycled on. This is an old property with no upgrades. The mattress was not comfortable. The person on the desk was not hospitable. Overall - lousy stay. The safety lock on my room was broken. Avoid staying here.

It’s not pricey but if you list a pool, please have it working. It’s an older place in an aging area of town. The room seems operational; maintained but very dated. Front desk guy must live there and comes to the front when the camera notifies him. I would skip this place.

Very clean and well appointed rooms and common areas. Staff was courteous. Breakfast area very clean with many options…would recommend.

Amazing cool comfort

We went to view the solar eclipse. Booked a year in advance and they did not cancel out reservations like I heard so many stories about. They have a hot breakfast, waffles were fantastic.

The room was quiet, well lit and had small fridge, microwave and blow dryer. All worked well. TV has DirecTV and plenty of channels. The front desk personnel were great. Bob was our check in person and he was cordial, could tell a story and good to be around. The entrances to the property are DANGEROUS. The dip from the road to the lot on either entrance is considerable, and if you are going faster than just a couple of mph, you ARE going to scrape the underside of your car. The grading NEEDS to be addressed. Good access to ice and soda machines. Reasonably priced, and we stayed there during the eclipse. We had reserved the room 8 months in advance and while other places cancelled their reservations (so they could charge higher prices - some 5X the normal rate), they honored the reservation. Would stay again.

Breakfast was not up to QI standards. Only hot options were waffies (soured batter) or biscuits & watery gravy (yesterday's leftovers). Every morning but one bottom side of biscuits were so dry the area could not be broken when trying to open biscuit and did nit absorb liquid from gravy. If you wanted butter and jelly with your biscuit or toast there was no jelly. Every other QI I've stayed at breakfast included eggs, sausage and various jam/jelly options. Also had more train / traffic noise this stay.

The location was great. Newly appointed room. Close to places to eat and WalMart. Right off Interstate No extra toilet paper rolls.

The driveway isn’t car friendly. We scraped our front end every time we went out or in. We were in an SUV so we shouldn’t have but the driveway onto the road dipped really bad. It you have a low riding car don’t come here. Other than that the place was clean and quiet. Front desk was nice as well.

Location was really good but selection was minimal. Only cereal, toast or a waffle. Better breakfast. Sausage, bacon and eggs.

TV remote ONLY WORKS if you're standing directly in front of the TV remote sensor. Business end of remote must be within 2 feet of sensor for most of remote to function. Only remote button that works from most places in room is power button. Breakfast wasn't up to QI standards either. Hot was often cold. One morning the hot option was biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were still frozen! Gravy was always runny. More like flavored water than gravy.

This place needs to be updated badly. There was ripped furniture, stains, smoke smell, dirty, mold and deteriorating, missing vent cover, top of the bathroom door is burned, noisy neighbors.

Comfortable room. Breakfast mostly stale. Fridge had no shelf. Issues with TV remote; the only place most of the buttons worked was standing directly in front of TV. Accessible room bath tub missing seat.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Was yelled at for asking for a copy of a piece of paper about smoking in non smoking rooms when I was in a smoking room! Was yelled at at check in when I asked why I hadn't been told about $100 deposit and what it was for. They didn't show us room before or after. We had no pets. Shower didn't drain water

I went to breakfast at 8 am and selections for breakfast was limited. Breakfast was supposed to be served intill 9 am. Seemed like only scraps or leftovers were available

Staff was nice. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Bending abs ice was concurrently located.

This is not even a 2nd class room. This has to be a new owner or manager. Already looking for another place to stay in future.

The family that runs this property are extremely nice and welcoming. The room was clean and had no issues. They only negative I have is that they do not have any type of laundry facility. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This room should not be rented out. Holes in tub and it wouldn’t drain. Fan missing from ceiling in bathroom, just a hole. Smoking room which we didn’t want. Smelled terrible. No room service. They took our towels and never replaced them. Will never stay there again.

Basic, inexpensive, fairly clean place to stay for a night while traveling. Easy access to the highway and restaurants.

New owners are amazing. Had a good conversation with the son and they are doing great things to the place. I do recommend more options for breakfast but other than that, it was great

We stayed here overnight and we slept good it was cleaner than some we have been in on the trip. I would give it an eight overall.

Everything was old even though it was a non-smoking room you could still smell the smoke they did not even zip the pillows or the seats on the couch the room had cracks in the above the sink on the walls with holes in it will not go back

There are stains on the bed sheets. The amount booked on Expedia and the actual invoice are different. (The amount booked on Expedia is higher)

Water damage above shower head. Rock hard mattress choice in room.

Room was fine. Located by street with heavy traffic. Very noisy.

There was brown stains on the wall by the toilet and an orange peel that was moldy under the chair cushion.

My granddaughter found a sock and razor in one of the drawers, which means they were not searched when cleaning the room. Then she found a cigarette at the base of the bed. The room was not dirty or smelly, it just needed more attention, especially with a lot of families having young children when they travel.

Horrible. Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It was nasty.

There wasn't really anything good about it. The beds were WAY too hard to sleep on, the dry wall in our room was chipping off, crack in the ceiling above the shower, mold/mildew along the crack, the bath tub needed CLEANED REALLY BAD, The road noise from traffic was awful, our fan was up on high & still wasn't able to drown out the noise, the swimming pool was nasty. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your money folks.

Hard to get in and out of being on a busy highway

The property is on a huge hill that is hard on cars. Its next to a busy road so it's loud all the time. They had burn holes in the sheets and curtains.

The clerk wasn’t friendly at all, bathroom was filthy. I worked in the motel industry for about 15 years and stayed in numerous hotels and motels for 65 years and this has to be the most unfriendly and Most unpleasant stay yet.

This was our usual overnight stop when we go to Branson. Always well pleased with the Quality Inn.

I never made it to the room. Check in was fine and the staff was friendly but the place was just not somewhere I wanted to stay. Bad enough that I ate the non refundable rate and I wound up going to another hotel.

First strike was entrance is steep and front end of car scrapes the pavement. Second strike is property is not well kept. Third strike rooms need updated and cleaning and TV did not work. Remote missing battery cover and batteries were dead. Not worth the money it’s a $40 hotel not $80

Pool not open. No hot breakfast which were my search filters. Pink cloth chair in room stained and dirty. I would not even put my purse on it. This looks like a place that charges $30 per night

I've stayed here, as well as family, on more than one occasion. I like the place but I especially like the service. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was very good as always. We always spend the night here when we go to Branson, Missouri on our yearly trip.

The keys did not work at first. The cable was not connected at first.

Room looked very out of date and not clean at all. Curtains had smudges of who knows what all over them, not just in one spot, obvious it's happened over time and they have not been cleaned, walls had smeared stuff all over them as well. Vanity/sink area was ok, bathroom is a whole different story. It was disgusting. The seal around bottom of toilet was brown and nasty, the walls and ceiling looked like they were possibly molding, our shower did not drain, the ceiling is very low inside the shower area, felt like I was very confined in and I'm only 5'4. The only thing this hotel had going for it was that the bed was somewhat comfortable, that or we were just extremely tired. The property is on the main highway so there was traffic but it didn't keep us awake. The only issue we had with the traffic was that it is very difficult to try and get out of the property driveways as they are very steep going down into oncoming traffic, most likely unless you are in a lifted truck your car is going to bottom out or do a Joe's dive into the street. It's frusterating trying to manuever the car at an angle to get out while traffic is non stop. Breakfast was decent. Staff very nice. There is a weird smell in the lobby as well as in the rooms.

The hotel was very nice and in an easy location. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, as were the employees. I would absolutely stay there again.

Room had a musty odor and was overpriced for what it was. I will not stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay. Our room was not cleaned the last night we were there, but we had put the do not disturb sign up until we left around 10am.

Staff is fantastic. Breakfast could use some help. The room was clean but my puppy kept finding me dead bugs along the sides of the room that were missed by the vacuum. Room was quiet despite the major road right in front. If you're hauling a trailer forget coming in here with it. This hotel sits on the side of a mountain and has steep driveways to get in. Has major dips even with a low car you'll scrape if you dont go at an angel. I would stay here again.

We can’t even make this up. We checked in at 1am after calling ahead to inform the hotel we were going to be late. We showed up and the staff worker was on the lobby couch with a sheet spread in the couch with his girlfriend kissing and cuddling. I looked passed that cause I don’t care but that’s extremely unprofessional. We get our keys and go to our room, we instantly notice a leaf on the bed and as we looked closer we see a few ants walking around the leaf and on the bed. We call the front desk and the staff gentleman comes and take a look. He grabs the leaf and throws it out. At this point we’re too tired to care so we just tell him as long as there’s just not ants in the beds. We check before he leaves and didn’t see any. 10 minutes later we’re in bed and found an ant in the bed. We call to get another room. We were a new room which was stated to be their “show room”. First thing we do is peel the sheets back. One bed has small grease stains and hair on it. Of course we just packed up and left. This was not at all a enjoyable experience and never again will I stay at a quality inn.

The room was nice and updated the pool looked good but didn't have time to use it.

There was a problem with the door to the room. I never could close it properly. After the manager came and showed them how to lift, etc. my husband and daughter were able to get it closed and locked.

Great but the outside traffic was loud. We had a fan and it blocked most of it. Other than that, it was all really nice, clean, and a good experience. Good breakfast and had low carb options.

The male working the front desk was absolutely rude, and hateful. He was not easy to deal with an will not be staying there any more for future visits!

Would like them to re-engineer their driveway access and exit. Steep and even following the slanted exit I still scraped the bottom! Otherwise was happy with the stay.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was amazing even though remodeling was going on. Road in front is noisy if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was great value for my one night stay on a business trip. The lobby was being remodeled but they still provided coffee (including decaf) all the time and a good breakfast. The traffic noise might be a problem for a light sleeper.

construction going on, room smelled badly, it was a handicapped room, which was fine however, for someone handicapped, getting on and off the commode was impossible, much to low to be handicapped! Still having having spasms in my side from the pain of trying to raise up!
