Lobby, restaurant, and bar areas looked nice enough for a budget type hotel/motel. Staff was pleasant enough. The room, not so much. Upon entry, found lamps unplugged, nightstand pulled away from the wall, someone had left a large drink cup on the dresser, so it didn't look like the room had been prepped for the next occupant. It was very late, so I just dealt with it. Carpet was scuzzy, slider was extremely difficult to move and couldn't be closed all the way. Better than spending the night at the airport, but not by much.

It's an older property. The rooms are a little dated with respect to furniture. Window AC unit is working overtime , room can get slightly cooler but if you like a cold room in a hotel (like me) it never really achieved that level of cool. Daily house keeping of the roo. was a great touch many hotels today do not do that for you unless it's high end.

what I didn't like was that there's no refrigerator in any of the rooms? Or microwave that worked and out dated coffee machine. The rugs or carpet needs to be more than standardly cleaned my sinuses was going crazy the whole stay but very great sized rooms and good quality TV not so much the connection or company but great for temporary stays

I loved the balcony loved the vintage feel it gave felt like scarface back in the 70s, the bar down stairs made it easy for drinks and the pool is great accent great stay overall. what I didn't like was that there's no refrigerator in any of the rooms? This hotel was $100 cheaper than others in the area. Just remember you get what you pay for. In need of massive cosmetic renovation cracked ceilings and walls, dirty baseboards and dust bunnies under the bed. Staff was super nice and accomodating. The property is old dating back 1920 and it shows.

WIFI would not in room. No ice bucket in room to get ice in in hallway. Had to use a plastic bag and keep in fridge. Electronic room access cards were not operative over 50% of the time

This property was extremely disgusting. The room and hotel smelled horendous. The bed was as hard as a rock and the bedding had stains. The elevators were very old and seemed to be struggling with just going up and down. I would not recommend this property to anyone else.

A solid 3 star stay for our night in Miami! Definitely great option for a quick and easy stay and you’re supporting a local business instead of a chain. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean, no bed bugs and we had a fridge and toiletries as well as a hair dryer! The mattresses themselves could use some love and probably the carpets a good deep cleaning but I’ve seen wayyyyy worse so I won’t complain. We wanted somewhere with a pool and definitely was a great vibe. Not heated though so didn’t actually get to use it but still! Very happy to have it. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very helpful.

Overall, this was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the photos—they do not reflect reality.

The room was filthy, straight out of the 60s. The air conditioning was awful, the room reeked, it was musty, and the humidity was unbearable. It was unbelievable—by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We were lured by the photos online. People should be warned—avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

This hotel should not be operating. It’s filthy from the moment you park to the moment you walk in the room. It shouldn’t even be considered a motel. They don’t change sheets, beds are filthy from the top to the bottom. From the moment you walk in the room it smells like cigarettes and old. And the shower floor have lots of mold and simply disgusting. For the price I paid $550 for two nights it’s not fair that that they won’t even return my money/

The second room smelled a bit better since it didn’t have carpet, but the shower was not working. The tub was full of water and would not drain. The phone in the room also did not work, and there were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. As a result, we missed our major excursion and lost a significant amount of money because we were unable to shower or contact anyone for help. I contacted Expedia, but they were not helpful. I am still waiting for the hotel manager to respond to the email that Expedia sent. I would not recommend this place, and I would avoid booking through a third party like Expedia, as they do not provide adequate support.

The major issue was moderate amount of mold in the bathtub area. The furniture was old and scratched and old bottles and leftover containers were present under/behind bedside table. The manager at the desk was friendly and polite, He was fine

The hotel is located in a good area, and you can walk to the near restaurants. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the floor and wals; the carpet and chair was very dirty! the towel and bed smell not dirty but bad... if you move something in the room you will found a lot of dirt hidden below. I asked to clran the room and only did it once and i stay for 6 days, at least somebody come to clean the bathroom and all the hair there.

The place should be condemned

This is not a 3 star hotel-- rented for my daughter and a friend during a storm when inventory was limited and they were unable to stay there it was so terrible. See pictures. Expedia should remove the listing from their platform. Never again- rent at your own risk.

The Room was dirty, carpet on terrible condition, matress with stains, the light on the beds dont work. Elevator make a crazy noise i thought i was going to stay stuck inside. Too expensive for this facility. They need to remodeled everything. Its completely overpriced and overvalued.

The shower had so many hairs, the room's carpet smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade, and there was a cigaret butt hole in the bedding. We asked to have another room, then the second shower had pubes all over the shower. The manager would not respond to Expedia, so Expedia would not give a refund.

The hotel lobby and staff and restaurants were wonderful. Where this hotel totally neglects is in the cleanliness. It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty.

The worst sanitary conditions I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel or motel. The bed was made & the trash taken out but no actual cleaning of the space at all. Mold ridden , dirt from the last person who stayed and soap scum in tub and sink . The AC unit has visible widespread mold that is probably not allowed legally in a hotel . Stains on the bedding. Every surface was filthy.

WARNING! HEALTH HAZARD! Everything was terrible. The room was disgusting and dirty. Stains on the carpets, toilet seat fell off, cigarette burns in bedding, full ashtrays on porch, and hair everywhere. They refused a refund and when I requested 2 extra pillows (they only had 2 small pillows on bed for 2 people), they said it was impossible. The woman at the desk was completely rude and said she couldn't leave the front desk to get pillows and would not ask any other staff. When shift change occurred, the two men on shift also refused. This place is unclean, unsanitary, and I highly recommend you DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had to move twice with the rooms because there were no air-conditioning and they told me there were no other rooms that had air-conditioning. It was in Miami so it was quite warm out. The room was absolutely dirty. It smelled like dogs. There were fleas in the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was unacceptable. The curtains were torn up the carpet. I laid towels down and walked on those with my shoes because I was afraid of picking up a disease do not stay here.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly, and it was a great landing place for the evening. Our kids did not use the pool but other children seem to be enjoying it.

Room and property overall were poor. Parts of the room had been renovated but some parts were old, needed paint, were rusted or dirty. There was also no lights or power outlets anywhere near the bed. Paying over $250 for such a stay was way overpriced.

Negative stars. Horror movie. I want a full refund and be paid for the experience. Hotel is 2 disjointed buildings not close to each other without any signs. First they could not show where the second building is. Than the room key did not work. The reception gave new key but the room was occupied (it was 12:45am). On my 5th !Fith! run back to the reception building we got a remarkably run down room. A singe electric outlet in the entire room worked (not anywhere close to the bed). Lights are blinking and unusable. Toilet clogged.

I am appalled by the price I paid for this hotel and the condition that it was in. It was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower along with corrosion which either came from the ceiling or the shower rod. It was obvious nobody had vacuumed the floor The stains on the floor were gross. The chairs were all staine. The furniture is wore out and falling apart. The doors make you feel like you're being admitted into an asylum or jail. The TV speaker was blown or something and had a horrible fuzziness to it. The shower was horrible one minute it was hot and then it was cold. You don't even get real coffee it's instant coffee. The carpet didn't even meet the wall in a few spots. And it was lacking baseboard or something there. The photos were totally deceiving. The amount of dirt on the walls, baseboards and furniture did not show up in the photos.

We stayed one night before we got on a a cruise. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and in a quiet part of town. The hotel is older, and in OK condition. Our first room didn't have any power, but the front desk was quick to give us another room. There's a nice bakery a few minutes down the street.

This place was so bad that I left as soon as the sun was up and went to another hotel, not receiving a refund from Expedia. It was unsafe. It was horribly dirty. It was old and run-down. It was $700 for TWO NIGHTS. EXPEDIA, DO BETTER. This is EXPEDIA'S fault. Check up on the hotels you represent - the photos you are using are not accurate. It would have been safer, cleaner and more comfortable to stay in the airport overnight.

The staff was fantastic and check-in was quick and easy. The room was average and the WiFi had little to no internet connection.

Well it was a really bad day, I was traveling with the kids, and my wife, airlines were canceling all the flights because of the weather condition, I tried canceling the hotel reservation for the two rooms. Neither Expedia or the hotel help me to do so, the Hotel was telling me that because the reservation was through Expedia I had to do it with them, and Expedia was telling me to contact the hotel so I ended up losing $500 because of lack of service in Expedia side. I had also bought an insurance to Expedia, but that didn’t work either. I guess I’ll stop using Expedia.

The room was not safe or habitable and did not match what was advertised. I documented everything with photos and contacted Expedia immediately. Despite not staying even one night, the hotel refused to approve a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious and inspect other options before booking.

Room was dirty. No working phone. Paint splattered on various desks and beds. Sheets were worn out and from Best Western. Missing amenities like lotion and conditioner. Dust all over. No coffee. Overall the room was disgusting. It looked like the floor had not been vacuumed in months. The end tables were exceptionally grimy. The room had a terrible odor as well.Staff was less then helpfull and just stated they would not issue a refund. The building as a whole was not secure. I would never recommend this place to stay. It was so bad i walked away from 275ish dollars.

This wqs a last minute reservation due to airline weather cancelations. This an old boutique type hotel with nice history. It has attempted to update but nit a lot of care was taken during the redo. The hallway marble is beautiful but that is its best asset, along with the attched Greek Restaurant. The hotel staff was polite and kind despite the influx of stranded late night check ins.

This is my first review ever I don’t normally do this, but first off, I didn’t get the room I reserved, gave me a room that was dirty, food on the bed, hair in the bed, door had been kicked in before, toilet barely worked, couldn’t cover up, ac blowing out warm air all night, bed hard as cement, got there at 8pm and was charged 207 for the first night and 167 for the second night, I didn’t stay for the second, I checked out in the am and asked for a refund for the remaining night, they offered to switch rooms and denied the refund, I just accepted the lost and left. Word to the wise only stay here if your stranded without any other option.

The website and pictures are not portrayed correctly. It is just quite awful. Incredibly old. We booked it because when I put an airport shuttle, it came up as a. Hotel with the shuttle service, but as soon as I booked a non-refundable room because we were stuck in Miami overnight. They sent me an email saying we do not currently have a shuttle. The bedding and the carpet was disgusting and the old drapes. I just can’t tell you that I felt like I was gonna have bedbugs or something. It was just awful. Do not book here.

Do NOT stay here. This was the cheapest option in Miami, but spend the extra money to stay elsewhere!!! Our room’s door extra security chain was broken, there was a piece of gum stuck on the side of the headboard and a hole in our comforter. The sliding door was basically broken and very difficult to open. The TV wasn’t connected to anything, so that didn’t work. The bathroom floor was dirty and the water for the shower was cold. After the shower the towels they give you to dry off are a little bigger than a hand towel and the floor towel had a big hole in it. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Would not recommend.

Dated bad like been neglacted since the 1960s. Stinky room, delapated furniture, no lightbulbs in any of the fixtures, key card doesnt work every day after 4 PM the staff cant figure out how to make it work for 2 or 3 days.Pool is cold and the tile work is falling apart. The Hotel Chateaubleau was full. Our room was in a building across the street. The parking area is extremely tight in the “overflow building”. They offered us street parking. The room was neglected. It smelled strongly of cleaning solution. There were two sets of towels for four people. The wash towel on top had something orange on it (gum?). One hand towel had a long hair tangled in the fiber. There were fungi growing in the bathroom ceiling. The bed sheets were clean but there were some particles that needed removing. I am traveling with my family and nobody wanted to shower. One sink didn’t work. There were not enough outlets for charging our electronic devices. The headboards felt sticky. The curtains were dusty. The AC unit in the wall seemed to be coming off the wall and was very loud. The room felt hot. The staff was not particularly helpful. They seem to be annoyed by my questions and requests (extra towels). We have never left a hotel as fast as we left this place. Breakfast is not included.

I loved the nostalgia of the place. It needs some maintenance like pressure washing the balconies and more furniture on them. Chairs with tables at least. Shock the pool and get it clean. Sandblasting of the rails on the deck would be great! The staff was great place just needs some maintenance which would not cost that much!

Looked like I was transported to the 1980’s.

The room is clean, but it needs new appliances as the refrigerator is not cooling well, the TV has static sound and a/c is not cooling well enough.

The first room we were given wasn't even cleaned. The second room was made up but still looked dirty everywhere. I went to turn on the light and it didn't work. Neither of the lights did. It smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. I understand that the hotel is old, but it's falling apart. The room rate information on the door is from 2008. Overall it was just really dirty and smells funky.

The hotel is falling apart, the room was dirty and it smelled musty. Oh, and there was not hot water. The front desk people were nice I guess, they “tried” to fix the hot water and they just showed up and said “it looks this is as warm as it gets” and it was just cold :)

I stay here every time I come to Miami. This time I was in room 237, had a king size bed. The bathroom door was old and looked like it had been chewed up on a along the side, the sink to the left side underneath the cabinet look like it was gonna fall apart from moisture or mold and it was just not what you would think for someone trying to charge $130 a night. There was no coffee pot in the room, but you had little packets of instant coffee. The disgusting kind so I went down to the desk to complain and he said no there’s a coffee pot up there and insisted there was so I took a picture to show him. I ended up just going to the café to buy some coffee before I checked out.

Our room was filthy. hair all over in the shower and on the floor. I swear this is the 1st hotel in Miami and it hasn't been updated since. And God knows when it has had a good cleaning. The lighting was poor and the fixtures tarnished and gummy. The carpet had food debris on it and just looked filthy. We did not dare to take our shoes off. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no filter basket, coffee or condiments. As far as breakfast being offered-we were never told.

The room was HUGE for the price and balcony view. The staff were super friendly and nice. My favorite part was the adjacent Greek restaurant. The food was amazing and brought back wonderful memories from my time in Greece.

Location wasn't terrible very safe area and plenty of restaurants to walk around to. But the hotel.... It definitely need to be fix bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Room was dirty, the drains were clug. Carpet and room smell terrible. Room decor is from the 90s not in a good way is damage lamps cables were literally cut and fix you can see how dangerous it is. Will definitely not recommend stay here. Jose the front desk was very nice and help me to switch rooms but unfortunately every room was worse than the other.

The rooms needs updating and better housekeeping

NO TV. The remote for the TV did not work to change channels, and the replacement remote did not work at all. Also, I booked a queen bed in advance, and they could not accommodate it. I ended up with with 2 beds. I've been going here for years on my trips to Miami, and the service is getting worse. Seems like there are also electrical issues.

The room was big, but the carpet was old and smelly. My wife had to buy a deodorizer at a nearby dollar store. The microwave worked but had a few burnt marks inside. The balcony door barely closed. The shower handle didn’t have a screw, so it was just hanging on the thread. Elevator was good but slow. The staff was nice.

Room was in a state of disrepair. Bed hard, on boards, springs coming up in matress. Disinfectant odor like it was poured all over. Next room got painted with paint that had really strong odor.. thought there was diesel fumes. Carpets filthy and ripped.

The hotel itself is definitely in need of some upgrades—the rooms had an old, musty smell and could use a major refresh. The price however was in the “you get what you pay for” range, so we weren’t entirely shocked by the room conditions. That said, the staff more than made up for it. Every single person we interacted with was unbelievably friendly and helpful, truly 10/10 service. The area felt safe, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The restaurant downstairs, hands down the best food we had our entire trip—worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel!

It was fine for the money. I only needed a place to sleep and didn’t want to spend a lot. Fantastic location. Beautiful pool. My only complaint was the pillows. Super hard and really high. I couldn’t sleep because my neck was tilted so bad because of it. so I used all the towels as my pillow. Bring your own pillow and the place is great to stay if you need location and don’t want to break the bank.

This hotel, located in a pleasant neighborhood and conveniently close to the airport (a 10-minute drive), unfortunately falls short in terms of quality. The musty smell permeates the entire hotel and room. The furniture is extremely old, and the only clean item was the bed, making it suitable for a short sleepover before heading to the airport. However, for any other purpose, this hotel is highly unpleasant.

The customer service was wonderful, however, the bathroom had water damage along with a termite infestation. (They were even on the toliet paper). The curtains, chairs, flooring and bedding had stains on it. The bathroom door was also very hard to close.

We used Expedia for the reservation. We checked in and the gal was nice. The first room was missing the back slider handle and lock. It appeared it was ripped off with a crow bar. We got room cards for the second room but the door lock was dead. She gave us new updated cards and they still did not open the room. She said she would let us in but we would have to wait for maintenance to fix the door. We said no and asked for another room. When entering the room, we noticed it was missing a front door lock. Also one of the beds had very noticeable stains. We walked to the office and asked for a cancellation. She said we needed to call Expedia. We called Expedia and the rep was great. He called the hotel and they said no refund. I called the hotel and they said no refund. She went on to say she gave us three rooms, we should have been able to get a fourth room and be fine. She refused to refund our stay. I asked when the manager gets in and she said she did not know. After 6 hours on a plane and hours of dealing with garbage hotels in Miami, I just wanted to check in, relax, get some dinner, and go to bed. This was by far the worst experience I have experienced at a hotel in the past twenty years. Stay away!

Terribly dirty, felt unsafe with my door and the appliances

Worse hotel experience ever. I gad to switch rooms but both had mold and mildew, dead and alive termites, termite damage and wood bits around the place. Termites on the bed and on the towels. Worse if all my room didn’t have a microwave so I could eat my food until the next morning when I was finally able to get one. There was also hair on the roof and bathroom walls, pubic hair around the toilet and neither rooms had a working phone. I had two wait for the stars to align in order to meet a manager and when I did, he said there is nothing he could do. I wouldn’t let the animals who died to make my dogs food stay a night in this sorry excuse for a hotel.

I wish I could give zero stars. Don't stay there!! The room was completely filthy! There was mold on my mattress, hair on my pillow, the door lock was broken, the bathroom door didn't even closed because it was falling apart, a weird liquid that looked like puke on the wall, another weird liquid that looked like blood on the bathroom's switch. Everything was dirty, disgusting. I didn't feel safe either. I have pictures of everything, I couldn't stay, had to book another place, and STILL they didn't give me a refund! Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.

The location is quiet, not much shops within walking distance. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, serving nice meals. The staff that checked us in was nice and helpful. Just do not check-out late as they charge a late check-out fee. There was just some confusion, because I paid the late check-out fee on my check-in date and said I can stay until 3pm. But during my check-out date the desk keeps calling me and someone knocking, I can only stay until 12 but then I asked if I can stay until 1pm and they let me.

They did not have a metal chair or anything to help showering I emailed in asking for a quiet room away from the main road. They placed me on the main street which made it difficult to sleep

This hotel was definitely older and run down, but more importantly it was not very clean. There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners and parts of the toilet were not cleaned. A bird made a nest in the outside air conditioner for my room. Not a big deal until the morning when it was chirping and moving around. The location was great for me because I just needed a place to sleep in Miami near the airport and the port the night before my cruise left. The staff was polite and check in was easy.

I have stayed here one time before the first one we had was OK, but this time around the room was not so good. They had to be clean the bathroom. They have mildew on the ceiling. Water leaks on the ceilings. The walls were they just need to tear it down to redo rebuild the hotel again renovated. I will not be going back to stay ever again. Had neighbors beating on the wall at middle of the night or morning I should say wasn’t able to sleep, but I made it work will not go back.

Loved staying here

Great location. The restaurant makes delicious cappuccinos. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the balcony made the perfect configuration to feel the Miami breeze.

Easily one of the worst hotels ive ever been in. Im a forgiving and understanding person, it wasnt just one issue, first the glass sliding door would not close all the way or latch for safety. The hotel needs alot of updates. The bathroom was not clean and the dresser and furniture in room was dirty. The dresser looks like it hasn’t been wiped in months and crud was built up where someone spilt something. The night stand top was coming apart. Safety hazard. Carpet nasty and smells. Hot water was in and out in shower.

I missed my flight from MCI to Miami. I called the hotel to let them know that I would be delayed, and they said they couldn't refund my money even though I paid the extra cost for travel protection. When I finally got to the hotel the next day, they had told me that I had already checked out, which is impossible because I wasn't there. Then they realized that they booked someone in my room. So, I had to wait at least an hour for a room to be ready. We finally got to our room, and it wasn't what I ordered so we went back to the front desked and got a different room. The we had a room where the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, and my phone had died without a charging black. I would not recommend. The carpet looked dirty, and I there was random. Shanty run down hotel in the middle of beautiful surroundings. The room was def not what I expected. Hair all in the bathroom in multiple places and it being different hairs *gag* and the overall appearance. Def a rip off for the price.

Loved the restaurant and bar, but the room was awful , had a king size bed that was probably there when the building was built, had a sag in the middle so deep that it swallowed me and my husband. We had to sleep the width of the bed. The carpet was gross, the sheets on the bed you could hold up and see through them. I thought how bad could it be for the price I was paying, including tax and parking $175 for the night….. next time I’ll spend the extra money and stay somewhere that has better reviews.

i had a comfortable stay. I just couldn’t get hot running water for my shower, and the bathroom light doesn’t stay on. Housekeeping took the only bar of soap after the first night, so i had to bathe in shampoo the next day… An interesting weekend indeed!

Also if youre not spanish speaking or bilingual I do not recommend staying. The kid in the front pointed me out as a complaining white "gringa" because our room was decrepit. We stayed for 2 nights and it was awful. They had over 10 rooms available online they just didnt want to move us. We also went into the restaurant foe disposable forks and they tried to make us pay for them! Just terrible all the way around.

Absolutely disgustingly dirty. We had 2 rooms, both were very dirty. Toothpaste smeared all over the sink in one room, both rooms had dirty stains on the beds and bedding and curtains were absolutely disgusting. One room had blood splattered on the curtain and lampshades and fresh blood drips on the floor. Something smeared all over the fridge and microwave. I’d say probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. We went and asked for a clean room and were told that all the rooms they had left are dirty.

When you check in they give you the keys and tell you to walk across the street to a very old building which is not they hotel . The building berely has any parking and it is old and dirty . The balcony door did not close did not have a lock . The sheets and blankes had blood stains like some had their period and left the blankest like that. The bathroom tub was clogged and when taking a shower you had to wait for the water to go to the drain . The AC was not working properly and smelled like mold. They advertised a hotel and in reality they send you an old apartment builing . You should not have false advertisements in your platform. Ii have videos and pictures and everything i have mentioned and will be more than happry to send them to you . So you could the horrible comditions of the so call hotel and reality is an apartment building across the street. I would like someone from Orbitz to contact me directly [email protected] so i can send the proof . It was disgusting, filty and really bad .

The building had a stench of mold. I walked in and saw paint peeling everywhere. There were large insects in the bathroom. No soap or shampoo in the room. The ceiling was cracked and caving in.

Disasters

Curtains were so dirty it was disgusting to touch them. The worse ever place to go. Please stay away! And to top it off and fighting to get my money back since I had made a long stay reservation - they are thieves who are very fraudulent!!! Don’t go, trust me!!

Oh my….. the worst ever for accommodations. Bugs, dirt, grime, broken down, smelly, and limited everything. Positives…. Hot water for a shower… that’s it! This place destroyed our spirits. We left the second we could get out the next morning. Still sick from this experience. Do not risk this place. They could give a hoot about upgrading and making your own experience legit on any level.

We only stayed one night but we had a good night. We surprisingly got a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool. The room was clean. There is a nice restaurant downstairs and the property has a pool. I would stay again

The facility shows obvious signs of wear and tear. Paint on the carpets, broken doors and latches, etc. TV didn't work. water stains in the bathroom. The only reason it was equitable is I was only using it as an overnight bed before a cruise. I'd never stay for any extended period in this facility. At check in, the poor young man trying to take care of everyone was alone with no backup staff. BUt points for doing his best while trying to maintain professionalism.

The property is an old facility but is in a very good condition, the surrounding areas are beautiful and everything is walking distance, but i recommend them to modernize the property and improve the services and offers the make to their guest because the hotel in a great location

Unfortunately there were cockroaches in our room. The walls were very dirty and splattered with stains and the bed linens were stained too. Floor did not seem to be vacuumed. Our keycard stopped working after the first time we used it. The fridge was leaking from the ceiling inside onto our food, there was a puddle of water. The staff were nice though.

The hotel is very old and smelling bad

The unique architecture inside was amazing! I was really skeptical when I saw the outside of the property. The property is over 100 years old and some of the original architecture inside is amazing. The outside needs a refresh with paint and good cleaning. Parking is free, which is awesome, but the parking available is extremely tight and crowded. There seems to be parking on the street at the back of the property which is nice, but get there early. Overall a nice property for one night. All be it, our room was filthy. The hotel clerk was extremely nice and welcoming. There is a really nice Greek restaurant attached to the lobby, which was really great.

The hotel was kinda old and that’s what intrigued me, but the cleanliness of the room was not good. There was hair in the tub along with mildew and everything like the tables and dressers were sticky and had to be wiped down by me. The floors had spill marks and the bed spread had burn marks from cigarettes. The shower had zero water pressure. The service of the hotel was mediocre when I came in. Although the next day at checkout, there was a different guy and he was very nice and made sure we had a good time. It wasn’t a bad hotel but it could definitely use some improvements, like housekeeping needs to be taught better cleaning methods.

the hotel is in a great location. The woman the night we got there was amazing. However we did not stay in the hotel in the pictures. we were directed across the street. the security doors did not work, no I've or vending machines in our building, and the room smelled awful. we asked to be put in another room and was told to come back in the morning. we returned in the morning only to be told that the last room available was no longer available and we had to stay in the original room. Around 7pm i went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and an extra pillow. The young man behind the desk said he did not have access to those things. I ended up having a walmart order delivered to the hotel to get toilet paper and water.

It doesn’t look like the pictures shown, staff is not welcoming and rude, we requested to have a clean room because ours was awfully dirty and smelly but all they kept saying was that they were sold out, I kept asking it for a better one since I was staying with 2 little girls and they didn’t mind. Q tip on the floor, hair in the sink, and the bed was sinking in. Also found the remote under the bed. Absolutely deplorable place. Stayed for 5 minutes and had to find another place to stay. Room was very unkept, just a bed made. Very poor customer service

They have two locations. The one across the street has electrical issues as the light would go on and off automatically in the bathroom. The pressure of the hot water in the bathroom was extremely low to the point of it dripping from the shower head. Once I brought the issues to the front desk they told me there is nothing they can do and my stay is non refundable. Extremely disappointed! The room was 602 hopefully this brings attention to the manager so that others don’t have a similar experience.

location is perfect. the rooms are outdated and sheets paper thin. the staff was great

It was the worse stay. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and I am allergic to marijuana. The beds broke on impact the tv didn’t work to phone didn’t work everything in the room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains.
