They only offer (orders at night). I had to call a bunch of times every other hour for breakfast until someone FINALLY told me they don’t offer breakfast anymore and that I had to come downstairs myself. I went allll the way downstairs just to find out the food was not made fresh but just microwaved and it was extremely overpriced. Would not visit here again.

Location was very good for access to the airport and for going anywhere in town. The room was ready for us when we arrived and the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful although they were dealing with elevators being broken down at the time. The bed and pillows were comfortable and of good quality. The elevators were down and had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The manager offered to help carry our luggage up but only after asking if I could get help with it, I realize that is out of their control so not a deal breaker, I was given a free parking pass for the inconvenience but I didn’t even know there was a charge for parking, why would you charge a patron to park when they rent a room, I feel that should be a courtesy. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night but it did keep the room comfortable and I didn’t complain to staff as I figured again that was something beyond their control. Our room did not get freshened up one day and when I called the front desk for towels the told me I would have to come get them. We were sitting in the lounge/restaurant eating breakfast and were told we needed to leave because they were closing in 2 minutes and needed to clean the table, (sorry but that’s not cool).

N/A They only had one Elevator working. My room was on the 7th floor. My Husband and I had to take the stairs with four big heavy luggage. I asked for a Manager to let them know about my horrible experience and the girls in the front said that the manager wasn't in the hotel. They didn't want to give me the name of the manager and they didn't apologized for the inconvenience with the Elevator.

The bed was comfortable,staff was friendly and helpful. I love that there are shuttles to and from the airport(free) and to the cruise port (minimal fee). Perfect stay before a cruise vacation! There are restaurants within a short walk and delivery services can be used if needed (Walmart+,UberEats etc) I think this will be our go-to hotel for Miami cruises!

1 day stay. Easy to get to. There was No deposit held, unlike most Miami hotels. Staff was excellent. We arrive early and were able to get checked in early abd go to our rooms. We were tired so this was so awesome. Only real complaint is Shuttle service starts too late in the am 6:30. 6:30am was the time of my flight. Uber was 30.00 for a 10 min ride. Room was clean, bathroom door weirdly opened front of the toilet, don't sit before you close the door. Over heard they have Shuttle service to Port of Miami, nice price and they will pick you back up after your cruise. The restaurant has good food and service.. best amenity was weight scale in lobby.. save us a headache and money at the airport.. over all good place to stay.

Our room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, our only concern was the bathroom shower head has no hand held shower wand, and the water pressure of the shower head is very little. One of the elevators was not working leaving only 1 elevator for the entire building making wait time very inconvenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

The complimentary coffee wasn’t put out until 10:30, I think to drive people to use the restaurant where they can gouge you for revenue. Avoid the restaurant here, walk to the IHOP down the street where you will be treated with some dignity.

Only one elevator worked, and it moved at a glacial pace. I literally felt trapped on the 7th floor when we were trying to leave. Waited 30 minutes for the elevator to appear with enough space to get on. Couldn’t take the stairs as my wife is handicapped. My bathroom wasn’t very clean either. Long hair was draped all over the toilet seat.

Best Western Plus in Miami was very clean. Nice room amenities and a lovely staff. That's the only place I'll stay when I'm in Miami. The price was at low competitive rate which I was pleased to pay. Go stay and see your experience!

Estefany at front desk was more than helpful, she truly seemed to care about my check in and making sure i was at the right place. The 7th floor over looking the Miami skyline was truly breathtaking!! I recommend this place for both its proximity to Little Havana and the Miami Airport!! Quiet neighborhood and felt safe!! Keep up the good work and give em a try you won't be sorry!!!

The hotel is conveniently close to MIA and provides a shuttle service, Excellent customer service at check-in, room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice little restaurant with a decent selection and reasonable prices. My only complaint was the airconditioner which was quite noisy and could not be turned off. The property is a little dated but for the price I would consider it a good value compared to other hotels nearby.

Restaurant breakfast simple but good, with competent staff, would eat there every day if I stayed a week. No Internet problems, and TV wake up feature comes in handy as a back-up. The room was not clean. The air conditioner venting was covered in dust. The coffee maker was rusted. There was also random hairs throughout the room and finger prints on the mirror. I had been awake/traveling for over 24 hours and just wanted sleep otherwise I would’ve called the front desk. I travel with disinfectant wipes and Lysol and took care of what I could. The next day at 10:55, (check out is 11) the front desk called to let me know I needed to come down and check in for the cruise shuttle. I had already been informed the night before the shuttle is at 11:30 and to let the front desk person know when I checked out. When I did check out, the person at the desk didn’t ask how my stay was nor did she thank me for staying. The cruise “shuttle” was a van pulling a trailer. I opted to take ride share. It was only a couple dollar’s more, much quicker and I felt safer.

When I called the front desk staff, they complained about Expedia and said it was Expedia's fault for not listing the correct shuttle services they actually offered. I get frustrated when hotels try to blame Expedia or third party vendors vs. taking ownership and getting it corrected themselves. The ubers to and from the airport added up and we might have been better off finding a hotel with reliable airport shuttle service.

They do offer shuttle service to cruise terminals for an extra fee, though we opted for an Uber to arrive earlier. One perk is the free airport shuttle, but we didn’t end up using it since we flew into Fort Lauderdale. The room itself was decent, but the AC was inconsistent—either too cold or too warm—and fairly loud when cycling on. The bar wasn’t a highlight; the atmosphere felt a bit off, service was slow, and the overall experience didn’t feel worth it. Breakfast was also underwhelming and overpriced for what you get. (Almost $7 for an undercooked bagel.) Overall, it’s a convenient, clean, no-frills option for a quick overnight stay, but I’d skip the bar and food.

I had asked the front desk clerk to change the payment to the new card i gave her and she said she would do it. We went to our room andvi see where it was still on the original card. The airport shuttle was a total disaster, we called the hotel multiple times over a 45 minute time span. The desk clerks never even answered the phone. We had to spend $35 for a cab to get to the hotel. They made no apologies for leaving us stranded at the airport and said they were so swamped that they couldn’t newer the phone.

Around 3:00 AM, I woke up to being bitten and discovered more than a dozen bed bugs on the bed. It was absolutely shocking and disturbing — especially since my young son was sleeping right next to me. No parent should have to experience something like that in the middle of the night. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. The staff member was extremely rude and told me there were no other rooms available. When I asked to speak to the manager, she falsely claimed that she was the manager. The lack of professionalism and accountability made the situation even worse. Finding that many bed bugs is unacceptable. The way the situation was handled was just as alarming as the infestation itself. I would strongly caution families — especially those traveling with children — to think twice before staying here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The swimming pool is right next to a heavy-traffic street, with evergreens in between, and it’s in the shade most of the day. The staff were courteous and friendly. We even ate at the inhouse restaurant where I thought the staff there were polite and attentive, the food was decent and if you ordered any drinks, you got your money's worth. Regarding the food prices, they were as expected but cheaper than a Marriott for sure. My only issue is the area, there are two buildings close-by that look to be getting demoed and the traffic in front of the hotel is crazy busy. So the drive to and from the hotel is a bit of an issue. But other than that, a good place to stay for a night or two.

The room was generally clean and tidy, small areas in need of attention, e.g. bathroom door at the base had water damage and distortion of the wood. The shuttle to the cruise port is cramped and the baggage loading is precarious including cases stowed in the aisle of the bus so making evacuation difficult in the event it was necessary. A high price point for the area which isn't great, better value if you stayed on south beach for not much more.

I am writing to report an unsatisfactory stay at a Miami hotel booked through Expedia and to request appropriate compensation. On the night of Monday, the 26th. Initially, the room that I was assigned appeared acceptable, but I soon noticed the floor had not been properly cleaned — there was visible dirt and pieces of peanuts. Shortly thereafter, I encountered ants on the walls, floor, and under the bed; I removed at least a dozen large ants during my stay. I reported the issue to the front desk that night; the staff member was apologetic but said the hotel was at full capacity and could not change my room, and advised me to speak with the manager in the morning. I met with the manager the following day. She apologized and said she would contact Expedia to arrange compensation. This was my second stay at this property; my prior visit was satisfactory, but this experience fell well below reasonable standards of cleanliness and comfort. I reserved the hotel for the airport shuttle, but the shuttle does not drive all night. They do advertise that they have airport shuttles, but on arrival I was informed that they only drive up to a certain time. We had to order an uber to get to the airport. There are other hotels nearby who offer than service 24/7

Another issue is they try to sell round trip shuttle to the Miami port with pre-payment. however, we just couldn't get any shuttle service for the trip back to the hotel as claimed even we keep calling/texting for more than 3 hours!!! We had to take uber instead. They didn't even want to refund me. So far they still owe me $24 for the round trip cost.

The room was pretty decent. The staff at reception is very cooperative. They are helpful, fast and very accommodating. There are no hidden charges which is also great. Room was very clean and well managed. Comes with good amenities. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Our stay started off great, but the last days were very upsetting. First, my son’s $470 gold chain went missing from our room. Then, while packing for our flight, we discovered over $900 worth of children’s clothes were gone from our suitcase. We reported everything to the front desk twice, left our contact info, and were told a manager named Lourdes would follow up — but no one ever contacted us. Traveling with a 4-year-old made this even more stressful. Unfortunately, we did not feel our belongings were safe

This was my second stay at this facility this year, first time there was construction noice, paint odors and to top it off elevators were down 6 floors up and down. This time construction was over but again both elevators were down again up and down 6 floors.

After a flight cancellation and end of my Day Use room, had to pack ALL of my things and move hotels. It was late, I was tired, frustrated and hadn't eaten. Arrived in a distraught state. Greeted kindly by Yordano. Sensing my angst, his calming nature helped me relax. He assured me I'd be taken care of after I explained the situation. Due to the busyness at the hotel, there were no luggage carts available. He was going to storage room so offered to assist me and didn't want to accept a gratuity. He listened, figured I needed REST after my earlier fiasco, and granted me a Noon checkout. He offered suggestion to eat at the onsite restaurant. My room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator and microwave. There were plenty of plugs and USB ports, in addition to ports for connecting gaming systems. Property is quiet and offers free airport shuttle. The driver was friendly and placed my bags on the curb so I didn't have to LIFT them. Unexpected stay, but I would definitely go back!

AC made a terrible metal rattling noise when compressor kicked on. Paid twice the normal nightly stay due to flight cancellations and only had 6 hours to rest before the rebooked red eye flight at 5:30am. Got NO sleep.. called the front desk.. was assured the manager would follow up with me on Monday to discuss... Of course no call from the manager. Nothing like paying twice the normal rate for a 6 hour stay and zero follow up or care. Terrible service

Very small rooms for any family size of more than two members. The A/C makes hell lot of a noise. If you turn it off, then you are hit with road noise. There is not enough insulation either on the windows or on the ceilings. Literally could not sleep for entire stay.

We used it as a transit for one night. Overall it is a decent place though we wish breakfast was included in the price. The main complaint we had was with the noise levels in the room from the nearby road and airport. Light sleepers should take ear plugs or ask for an interior room.

The proximity to the airport was 5 miles. A bus shuttle to and/ rom the hotel is available, but did not run during the times I arrived and departed. This was due to my stay being at an odd time because of a flight layover. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the look of the room and the service provided at the front desk. This was a very good value for a short term stay necessitated by an inconvenient flight time.

Hotel was in the middle of the town. But had bad experiences in room. AC was not working and temperature did not come down even a degree for the whole night in Miami heat. Water pressure in bathroom was so low, that I spent half an hour to shower. Microwave and partitions in the room had sim dust collected and stained. Felt disgusting.

Upon arrival, I messaged the hotel to find out about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I wasn’t sure how immediate a response would be, so several minutes later I called and they were very helpful in their directions. They were also super kind in the reply message when they did respond. At the hotel, all staff was very friendly. My family and I (3 people) had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was actually pretty good. They had complimentary coffee and water which is insanely helpful while traveling. They offered a shuttle to PortMiami for $12/pp which we took advantage of. I accidentally left my cell phone on the shuttle and when we called about it, they had it and put it in the safe for me until I returned AND they were really nice about!!!! Thank you to the whole staff for making a simple one tonight stay, memorable in a good way.

I liked being able to dine in the restaurant and not having to search for food when coming in from traveling at late hours. The food is delicious and represents the culture of Miami. Plates average around $14. The atmosphere at the bar is friendly and lively and so are the staff. Everyone was welcoming and supportive in any way that they could. All good vibes. However, the experience wasn’t perfect because there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room, including on the sheets and pillows. It seemed like someone had smoked there before, which affected the freshness of the space. Other than that, everything else was clean and in good condition. With better air quality and fresher linens, it would have been an excellent stay.

I had just got off my cruise ship and was told we could leave bags until check in @3pm got there at 10am and was immediately able to go to my room i was soooooo happy because i was sooo tired. And for the price the place definitely exceeded my expectations i will definitely stay again

Lobby and elevators had a musty smell. Bathrooms were in need of minor work, caulking around the tub, etc. Hotel was just “average”.

It was nice that they offered transportation to hotel from airport (free) and also the cruise port (for a fee). Also i had left my boarding pass at home. They had a computer and printer station that i was able to use for free. That was a huge relief.

The reason for giving this place only one star is because I had an allergic reaction the entire week I was there. I brought the situation to the front desk, but nothing was done. Even though I had housekeeping cleaned and changed the linens, the reaction continued. Antihistamines weren’t working. When I underwent an allergy test, I discovered that I was allergic to mold! The hotel had a high concentration of mold, which was the cause of the hives I was experiencing.

Works well for staying near the airport. Around the property was a bit dirty - and you can hear people in the hallways, the doors slam hard so you hear it everytime someone comes in/out.

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. Everything very clean and tidy. We went to a funeral, the Vior funeral home is 5 minutes from the hotel. The only complaint we had is that some hotel workers, mainly the cleaning staff were on the phone talking on speakerphone and woke us up from our nap, it happened on Saturday and Sunday too.
