I enjoy staying there, plus it's only a mile to my doctor's office. Perfect location and close to Newport Beach. I do go to San Clemente and Dana Point before I head to Costa Mesa

This place was the cheapest option in the area, and you get what you pay for. Cons: room quality was substandard, with worn-out walls and decor and non-functioning outlets; shower water pressure was low. Pros: air conditioning worked superbly, beds were comfortable (if you like a firm mattress), room and hotel were quiet. Place worked OK for solo traveler last-minute crash pad needs.

Beds were small and uncomfortable, charged to check in late . Room was not very clean . Soda vending machine was empty, no other vending , only a gas station close by and it didn't stay open late . Bathroom door didn't lock , shower had bad water pressure and head was dirty so water didn't come out good .

If this continues this property will decline. If management stops deferring maintenance and repairs with quick visual fixes this would be a great travel stop for families on budget.

This hotel is very old and in need of remodeling. The room smelled mold, furniture was worn. The walls are painted dark green. No clean towels or toilet paper for the entire week. I had booked four weeks but cancelled on the second night. Quickly refunded by Expedia.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. Worth the price
- 3/5
Lots of amenities around the area. The staff are 2 cool Indian guys that are very helpful. It’s a low cost motel. You cannot expect it to look the nicest. The bed was made and clean, the tv worked, the fridge worked, the AC was nice and cold, and there is a pool. If you have a yelp account and frequently give bad reviews to small businesses, there are great hotels in LA on skid row that are amazing. It’s worth the drive.

The gentleman at the front desk (Kova?) was very helpful. The room is spacious and clean The microwave and little coffee maker were helpful. We will return if we travel there again.

It smells strongly of cigarettes.
- 4/5
Just a heads up because it wasn’t shown at time of booking, I paid room online through Expedia, when I arrived & checked in, I was required to put an additional $50 for deposit. Which you won’t get back for 3-5 days. Other than that, it was nice stay.

Ooh… my stay on cozy was one of the best feeling. It’s cool and quiet especially to scholars who would like to concentrate on their studies. Rooms are super clean and presentable. I enjoyed my atay

Fridge was not working. Sheets were not cotton. Feels like i am sleeping on a plastic bed sheet. Terrible experience. People were smoking cigarettes and vapes outside their rooms and parking area.
- 1/5
The rooms smelled like urine, a homeless drug addict in the parking lot asked me if i wanted help unloading my trunk and the front desk person said "he lives there everyday" but just in his car. When I asked for another room that didn't smelled like heavy urine they gave me another room they called "special good room" and it also smelled of urine and had warn furniture. There were holes in the wall in the rooms walls that legitimately resembled glory holes. When I first walked in the front desk attendant made me wait while he prayed loudly in a different language for several minutes while he was on the phone with someone. I asked for a refund and they told me the manager would get back to me in two days, he never did. There were stains everywhere in the rooms and I didnt even put my luggage down because I feared bed bugs or getting a rash.
- 2/5
Room looked nothing like the photos online. It smelled like weed, food still in frig and freezer, door was not working, no wash cloth, and no ice machine.
- 2/5
There is a van with a flat tire stationed in the hotel parking. The first room had corn nuts on the counter. Office staff offers to change the room. The second room had stained /dirty towels.

This place is disgusting it was dirty as hell and housekeeping did not clean my room at all. They have you extra towels and toliet paper upon request but the overall stay was gross the bed is extremely uncomfortable to . I would not recommend for a long term stay or in general

Staff was very good and friendly. Good for the money. Good location. Only thing not okay was loud people in the evening and at 5:00 am outside at the gas station next door. Office attendant apologized and said there is nothing they can do about it. If you are staying in the back of the motel, you would not hear it.

Cute on the outside & the guy at the front desk was nice enough, but our room was disgusting, especially the bathroom. Thankfully we had hard floors & not carpet. Most surfaces were very obviously not cleaned when they could’ve easily been wiped down. Also, the tv didn’t & the wifi barely did. It got very humid easily, but the temp control was fine. Relatively quiet for being close to the highway, except for some loud guests. Overall barely tolerable but I’m a recent college grad on a low budget so I guess I got what I paid for.
- 5/5
room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom good, air-con worked. easy-in/easy-out. nice staff.
- 1/5
Hi I appreciate the stay with you guys good price don’t mean to be rude or sound mean but the room had a couple of spiders and little bugs flying around and some plugs didn’t work
- 2/5
The run down rooms were nothing like the pictures. Building 1 was better than 2 which smelt of bleach. I was told those rooms were for prostitution and long term guest. A broken-down car with flat tires was in front of building 2. The type of rooms I requested were not available. Some of outlets didn't seem to work. Water pressure was good.
- 2/5
Wifi didnt work in rear building .. akthough walk out 20 feet into parking lot would pick it up. Rooms pretty dingy. Good location, not far from many options for food. At 3 am some of the guests thought it important to listen to music from their car stereos..etc etc..
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay tho the room could be updated it was nice to stay. Looking old.

Arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM — 7 hours after my official check-in time had already begun. There was absolutely no grounds for any additional charges. Nevertheless, the front desk staff attempted to charge me extra for an “early check-in,” even though my stay had long since started. I had to spend considerable time explaining something that should have been obvious. The receptionist, visibly annoyed, called his manager — who then instructed him to collect a $50 deposit instead of resolving the matter properly. I checked out at 7:30 AM, well before the 11:00 AM checkout time. I left the room in perfect condition: no smoking, no alcohol, everything clean and undisturbed. The deposit was never returned. What stings most is not the $50 itself — it’s the deliberate attempt to mislead and take advantage of a tired guest who simply wanted to rest after a long journey. Would not recommend.

Me and my wife stopped by since we had few options, and we woke up to multiple bites and visible bedbugs. This was especially hard on my wife due to her poor upbringing and past trauma dealing with bedbugs. I literally called multiple times and talked with many of these people but they were blowing me off and some of them were mocking me, calling me a Newport Dirtbag and other nasty things. Stay away.

Overall pretty clean, eventhough there was some sink in what appeared to be a closet that had a tuna can or something like that in it. I just threw it out because we needed a place to sleep. The heater did not work and my wife was chilly, so I just ran the hair dyer at her. No mention of any compensation of the heater not working so I just blew it off. The hotel felt safe.

I travel for work and stay in different hotels every week, but this one had multiple serious issues: 1. I found hair in the bathroom, in the bathtub, on the sink, and on the floor. 2. There was mold around the bathroom sink. 3. Inside the closet, there were holes and missing drywall, exposing the wood behind it. 4.The TV signal kept cutting out; I had to call the front desk almost every day to get it fixed. 5. The carpet was dirty. 6.The tables and chairs were squeaky, unstable, and felt like they could fall apart. 7.The bed felt dirty, as if there were bugs or something similar. 8. There was a bad smell in the room. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Leaving. Rajeesh, the front desk person, was very impolite. The room stank of old cigarette smoke, so I complained. Nope! That's the only non-smoking room they say! The sheets were a bit damp and mildewy, so I slept on top in my clothes. In the morning, I found literal blood spatter droplets on the ceiling if the bathroom!

I have already submitted my review. This is a horrible hotel. We paid for two nights and left after one. No coffee on room, crappy pillows, old ragged towels, faucet in bathroom was coming off the sink. When i asked for coffee they said they didnt have any and i could go next door to the gas station. When i asked gor two more pillows they said, you already have two.
- 1/5
Rooms were neglected and shower was badly in need of repair. The cops were called while we were there on the neighbors next door. And hotel guests were in and out and loud at all hours of the night.
- 1/5
I wasn’t able to check in because they only take physical credit/debit cards for deposit, I had called before booking to ask how much was deposit and if it had to be cash or card, I was told they deposit was $50 card or $100 cash, when I arrived I asked if I could use Apple Pay since I didn’t have my physical card with me due to have lost it, they said they only process physical cards , then I told him tjst then it would have to be the $100 cash, he said that they didn’t take cash deposits, I told him that I had called and ask about the deposits and he said that online reservations could t do cash deposits

You essentially get what you paid for. We've stayed at a couple of places and this one wasn't the worst nor was it the best. It is pretty cozy i will say that and curtains blocked the sun out completely so if you need some peace and quiet this is the place! In the beginning we were greeted with some underwear left behind on a lamp so not a good first impression but besides that everything else was good. Staff was absolutely nice and theymade the stay worth it.

Clean, safe, good amenities, helpful front desk.

There was significant damage in both rooms I stayed in. Rather than properly repairing or replacing damaged items, the hotel appeared to rely on temporary, makeshift fixes that does not address the underlying issues. Additionally, I was charged for extending my stay, even though the charge was made directly by the hotel—not by the third-party booking platform. When I questioned this charge, I was instructed to contact the third party, despite the hotel being the entity that charged my card. I also spoke with an individual who identified himself as the owner or manager but declined to provide his name. Communication during this interaction was unclear and unhelpful. I reviewed the policies on both Hotels.com and the Cozy Inn website thoroughly, and nowhere does it state that I would be charged for extending a stay into an additional paid night. The only policy mentioned is a late check-out fee, which is not applicable in this situation. When I requested written documentation of the policy justifying this charge, I was instead provided with a receipt reflecting the charge itself, which does not constitute a policy explanation. Charging an additional fee simply because a guest extends their stay—without checking out and returning—defeats the purpose of offering extended stays. I felt like I was being scammed. I have stayed in many hotels while traveling, and this was by far the worst experience I have had. The owner (this is a family-owned property) was very rude.
- 1/5
So disgusting! Mold in the corner of the room of the ceiling with spores showing. The fridge was gross with old food, shelves missing and broken. The bathroom was missing the door handle. The room didn’t have a smoke detector. The worst part was the homeless dude trying to open the door In the night.

The TV never worked. When you would plug anything into the outlet. It wouldn’t stay in its place and it was so lose that it almost fell out. It was 20% in and 80% out. So, there was no TV connection. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t even lock and it would swing open. We used the trash can as a door stopper. Uncomfortable stay.

You couldn't swim in the pool cuz it was dirty and locked up. The first room that they put me in stunk really bad I think because there was a dog living next door. Plus the stains on the floor and the top cover of the bed. The second room that they put me in was a whole lot nicer just the TV didn't work in the remote.

Doorknob to bathroom was missing, one of us got locked in due to no doorknob, a significant safety hazard. . ‘Manager’ told me 2 times it would fixed, then told me because it was a weekend maintenance wasn’t available to do any repairs (?). Bathroom sink fixture was not attached/sealed to counter, another significant safety concern. Patched hole in the wall was not finished, and rust in the shower. Also found baby bottle with spoiled milk/liquid and 3 other pieces of garbage just a little under the bed (I hit the stuff with my foot when making the bed). This was a complete disaster if a 3 night stay. Also, I checked out a week ago and they still haven’t reversed the deposit that was held on my credit card. I will be filing a complaint through Expedia and the hotel requesting a full reimbursement for the 3 night stay; it was a horrible experience.

It was ok was clean but there’s maintenance that needs to be done in the restroom also needs a new bed. Bed felt like it was worn out ready to break.

They told me housekeeping didnt get there till 9am. Two sheets on bed. Had to walk to ofc at 9pm to get a blanket. Man occupying room next to stairs was sitting in car in front of room àfter 9pm. Asking if ineeded help getting up the stairs to my room Very spooky. I kept hopi n g but no one made up roo Or brought towels while i was out during the days I was there. I kept calling, evenings when i returned, they keptadvising housekeeping in at 9am. Had to walk to ofc to get clean towels not offered face clothss. I was not told or shown notice at ofc that rooms would not be serviced without specific request.???? What was I doing every night? I checked out one day early. Will never use or recommend again.

This hotel was disgusting. The carpet was foul and the bedspread had a huge bleach stain that clearly was trying to bleach out a previous stain that was still there. It was so grimy and disgusting, it was musty and gross and behind a gas station. Expedia had decent reviews and photos, I feel cheated and immediately booked a new room at OC Hotel which was fabulous and clean and affordable with very nice staff.

When I made it to my room there were cigarette burn holes all over the comforter. The was someone’s dog that barked all early morning, before the sun was up. I left unexpectedly left my keycard in my room and went to the front desk the door was locked. A different guy said, “yeah what”. When told him I locked myself out of my room he just looked at me like I was dumb and I said well are you going to open my door or not. Then he got up and unlocked the door for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

This property was dirty, broken lights, broken plug ins, staff was rude, they call to make sure you are getting out of the room by 11 or they are going to charge you, taped up closet door, floors were dirty, homeless people hanging out around the place. Pool was closed. So many things wrong with this place. Just because it's priced low doesn't mean that it has to be this cheap! Jpthat it has to be that bad!

It was very nice and tastefully done.

Shady all around . Horrible beds , room dirty , smells like mold.
- 1/5
This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The first room (#16) we got had holes in the wall, ceiling had holes and was stufffed with tissue paper the ceiling was severely stained and damaged. The shower had dirty water from the previous person that was in there. I asked to go to another room (#8) because we did feel comfortable in it. Their pool also doesn’t work. But after the rooms looking like this and smelling gross I wouldn’t dare step foot in their pool. The reason we chose 8 was because we could see through the windows and it looked like 8 was in better condition. The front desk (Steve) said this is the last he will be accommodating and I said ok. He called the room and asked if it was ok and I said it was but this was 5-10 minutes after being in it. We checked out the bed and the bed was just springs. No cushion and the smell was DISGUSTING. We started a refund process with Expedia and it is still pending as the property manager needs to approve the refund. Please don’t waste your money. Spend an extra $50 and go to the Marriott in Irvine instead. Our stay at the Marriott was beyond amazing.

Great stay.

The manager tried to have me cancel my Expedia reservation and then rebook with him to save him money. But then the night before the manager called my hotel room and stated that my wife asked him to extend our stay. My wife was with me the entire time and never called not once. When I confronted him he stated he did not have to answer any questions nor explain the phone call. The room was disgusting, floor was thrashed due to water damage, bed sheets had bleach stains on them, bathroom had water damage. Most outlets did not work.
- 2/5
I stayed at this motel about two weeks ago expecting my deposit to be returned, however it has not been returned yet. My partner and I left the room practically in the same condition we walked in to, except for one unmade bed. We walked into a damp carpet and wet floors in the bathroom, and poor ventilation while taking a shower, it felt like a sauna. That is the main complaint, the staff was friendly and efficient when checking us in and out.
- 2/5
Very shady people hanging around outside at this
- 1/5
It smelled. The furniture came from a dumpster. Chsirs were stained. The bedsheets were gross and looked like they picked up from a bum off the street. The pillows snelled even with towels over them. Hsd to kerp head straight up to avoid smell and go to sleep. It was a gandy csp room which i did not order and took a fast shower with a towel on the floor to avoid desease and the drain cover never cleaned flood the floor that didn't dry and water headed into the main room. Slipped on the floor. Worst room i have ever been in. Sticking to Hilton or Quality inn from now on for an economy priced room.
- 1/5
This place was DISGUSTING! The toilet seat was broken, the duvet had stains all over it, the toilet paper had green stains on it, the bathroom floor was sticky, the refrigerator was leaking water AND had hair inside it of it! When we spoke to the hotel employee they offended us another room. Absolutely not! Why would we want to stay here? Plus Expedia tried NUMEROUS times to contact management for a refund to no avail. They kept dodging the call and emails. So, no I would NEVER recommend this dump! If I could give it negative 100 stars I would!! Do not stay here! Plus we have pictures and video to prove it!

- 1/5
The room was run down and really unappealing. Walking in the carpet is stained all over, the walls are missing pieces. The bed that was presented felt like there was sand on the top sheet as if someone had already set their shoes on there or luggage? Didn’t use that bed. The TV did NOT work. The bathroom gave us towels that were yellow and clearly heavily used and washed. Wash rags were not provided or a bath towel to place your feet after a shower. The shower knobs were loosely hanging from the wall. The toilet seat was cracked. Room 10. Maintenance and cleanliness is clearly not their priority. I would NEVER stay here again and only stayed because I already had it booked and planned. Unfortunate stay.
- 2/5
Other issues too but these are enough to point out that we wouldn't stay there again.
- 5/5
I was surprised as to how spacious the room was and did the price I was very pleased. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Great location to fairgrounds.
- 1/5
Water dripping all night in the bath. Not very clean, definitely didnt pass the vacuum on the carpet. Moldy shower curtain. Was just overall uncomfortable. Even after showering it was just a gross feeling to be there.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. This is probably one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever been to. They make you sign a paper saying that you will not stain their towels or sheets yet they provide you with ripped and stained towels and sheets. There are holes in the walls, the headboard is chipped, the furniture is chipped, and there are random patches of different color paints. The entry door is disgusting as well as the bathroom door. I asked for a new blanket because the one they provided was ripped in many places as well as stained, and they gave me a new one that had a shoe footprint on it. The carpets were stained, and the shower would not stop leaking no matter how much I tightened the faucet. As I was walking out to let them know that I am checking out after two hours and asking for a refund, a police officer was in the parking lot and asked me if I heard anyone arguing. I said no, but I am checking out and he said it was a good idea that I leave. I asked if this was an unsafe hotel and he said they often get calls there. I wish I would have checked Yelp for reviews beforehand. Lastly, they don't provide washcloths or even a phone in the room. This place needs to be shut down.
- 2/5
The location was good, easy road, freeway, near Newport Beach and had plenty of amenities close by.

Inn was just OK. Room was musty. Back of door wasn't clean. No washcloth.

This place is horrible. I would not stay there for free. We got to the hotel and the beds had stains and room had a really bad smell. It was so bad that we left and got a hotel somewhere else. The property refused to refund us. When we pulled up the cops were in a different room with a broken window. It was really bad.
- 1/5
Damage bathroom, ripped towels and hair everywhere, you should expect zero clean service and it will make you feel like you are in cheap motel, I mean very cheap motel
- 2/5
Early check in fee was $35. They do not price match the online price which is cheaper. There is no rollover extension for staying another night, otherwise they charge you more and a fee, plus early check in fee again? Pool is only 4feet deep and was not available to use. It was very, very small!! You can’t even swim a lap. Rooms are not properly cleaned, found a buzz ball empty in the bathroom. There were NO towels or toilet paper in our room, we had to go ask for more. Only one light worked in the area by the bathroom. Bathroom door did not close all the way unless you use strong force and it gets stuck. Water from shower kept dripping all night long even when the knobs were tightened. AC had a bad clicking noise. Pillows were bad, felt like you had no support on your neck and just lay flat. Sheets were dirty and crumbs were underneath, shows that they didn’t properly clean it beforehand. Downstairs someone was playing loud music even with windows closed all night until the early morning 6am. Even though they have a $500 charge noise policy if you’re loud between their “quiet hours” which is 10pm-8am. Would not recommend. Will not stay again.

It's quiet and close to Hoag Hospital, great location. I was surprised that there were so many holes in walls and mirror was cracked. I mentioned this before checking out and was assured I would not be charged for damage. Another concern was that the non slip strips in bathtub were not there and bathtub was very slippery...it's an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, my stay was great.

This place is unsafe and filthy. Sheets were stained and photos of white sheets in the website are not what you find when you arrive at this place. Very likely could be infested with bed bugs and more. Lights in bathroom were flickering. This is a zero star motel. Stay there at your own risk.

Smelly, dirty, dusty old food under beds dried up, used toilet paper and used bar soap. Dusty smell from ac unit. Cracks in all walls and ceilings hole in the walls and opening in building leading to who know’s and what is living in there. I have 30 pictures

The room we didnt stay in should be condemned. Holes in the wall, doors, broken furniture, threadbare sheets. I took pictures that i hope i can upload so people can see this for themselves. I reserved this room months ago, this was not a last minute booking. I honestly get the feeling that if my and my husbands skin was lighter we would not have been given this disgusting room. No towels in the room and when housekeeping finally brought them, she only brought bath towels. She also brought sheets and sat them on the bed for me to change. Check in was at 3, all this started before 4pm. I complained. My very mild mannered husband complained. The manager said he would move us-the next day. When we got back to the room late that night, i was tired and wanted to shower. The shower had hair in it (it looked like someone had cut their hair). The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned well. It was late-11pm, i went and rang the managers bell. No one showed up. My husband and i packed and left and got a room at another hotel. We stayed at this property a few times before and had no issues. Although we didnt sleep there, they will not refund us. Disgusting property. Disgusting manager. Disgusting. This hotel seems like it has gone from a clean no frills place to stay to a property where they rent by the week-at least the room we were given seems to have been on that part of the property. I would stay at home or sleep in my car before i would stay at this place again.

Could not even provide towels to shower. Stains in the room. Dirty shower. Would not suggest.

the bathroom smelled like pee, the bedding was dirty and the staff was rude and unhelpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Horrendous… Horrible! It was filthy, stains on the carpet, very strong cold tobacco smell and the staff is beyond rude! Drug users on the parking lot.

Stuff was disrespectful, room was so bad ,everything horrible
- 5/5
Very nice property and rooms very clean. The staff were all polite and freindly. Very nice place to stay.
- 2/5
Bathroom has black mold. The fan extractor in the bathroom doesn’t work.
- 2/5
What was right about this hotel? The beds, that’s it. Missing lightbulbs, no amenities (like no coffee, no hair dryer, no breakfast), the shower runs constantly and the cold stem leaks badly when you shower(like over the side the of the tub, no smoke alarm- wires dangling, possible black mold in bathroom ceiling- what rkse? Never again.
- 5/5
the room was a lot bigger than expected which was awesome! the bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and felt safe. for a simple stay not too far from the beach and other shops, a great part of Costa Mesa, this is a great choice. fridge and microwave, coffee maker, good shower, blow dryer. it was great for the price. (:

TV didn't work. Asked employee to come to room and fix it, but he was very impatient and slammed our door when he left. We never got the TV working.

It was amazing and quiet nice neighborhood close enough to Uber everywhere

The property, while maybe better than the local LaQuinta and smaller was very fun down. paint falling off ceiling in bath, no shower curtains, worn linens, etc. I was there for 12 days and was placed next to the transient long term residents. Drug activity, noise and lots of vulgarity. The outside grounds were ok and access to the area good. In defense of the property this seems to be California for low end hotels. Kind of sad that regular people have to stay in run down places like this.

Nice hotel and easy to find
- 1/5
initially they put me into a room where the smoke detector had been stolen, the rug and door were filthy, and the bathroom counter was painted brown and half peeled and scratched off they put me into a second room after complaints, to their credit. this was better. tub would not stop running in new room, half the lights did not work. hoarder's mini van in custom parking with 3 flat tires.. wifi did not work in the back building, and was not fixed by staff though asked. bordered by trailer park and people walking around on meth or something.

Location to all things in the area
- 1/5
There was a broken mirror, the microwave did not work, the bedding had stinch. I will never be back.
- 1/5
As soon as we pulled into the parking lot i knew something was wrong. Multiple broke down vehicles with all 4 tires flat. When we opened the door the room stunk and the carpets were the dirtiest ive ever seen in a hotel. They fix the holes in the walls with tape. The bathroom was so dirty, pieces of the ceiling were falling into the tub while showering. There were no towels in the bathroom. It was terrible!! I have pics if needed
- 1/5
All the surfaces in the room were visibly dirty. Several of the main lights were burned out leaving the room permanently dark. The bathtub had an empty hole in the tub where the drain lever should be, leaving you unable to take a bath.
- 1/5
It is a very bad place, the furniture is very old, you don't want to sleep in those beds, the sheets are horrible with bleach stains. We just looked and left immediately. It's the worst
- 3/5
Rooms with cigarette smell (even though it is prohibited). Rooms without maintenance, old mattresses.
- 5/5
As always the cozy end was cozy as can be a very welcoming property The rooms are nice and big and staff is friendly as always.
- 1/5
This place is clean. The service and welcoming is unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. I will never be coming back to this place again. There is ZERO hot water. The television does NOT work.
- 1/5
It was a terrible stay. The whole room smells like cigarette. The bathroom was horrible. The tub was dirty floor and the toilet had crap all over the seat., there was holes cracks everywhere on the walls, the room floor had a bunch of hair everywhere. The floor was dirty. It was just terrible.
- 1/5
Low quality, mattress, pillow, terrible condition, next door room dog barked nonstop.
- 1/5
Upon arrival at 4:30 PM, the reception door was locked. When the employee finally opened it, he let it shut behind him without welcoming us and was outright rude. The customer service alone set a negative tone for our stay. The room itself was far from clean. We found a used soap in the shower, the floor hadn’t been swept, and the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh. For $109 a night, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I did expect basic cleanliness and decent service. Unfortunately, neither was met. Between the poor room conditions and unwelcoming staff, this was a disappointing experience. I won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great little place close the FWY and bar scenes. Beach is also a short trip from here.
- 4/5
Close to Triangle. Rooms need some attention. Showers leaking, door knob loose.
- 3/5
The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the pillows, pillowcases, and sheet. But the pillows were old you could see because the pillowcase kept falling off. I like the pillowcases and the sheep because they were dark navy with flowers and they were very soft. Other than that the mattress was very squeaky. The floor was dirty. Missing lightbulbs we had a closet in our room that was like open but had a deadbolt on it and when you opened it, it was like a bunch of exposed wires like a washer dryer. You may have been there before so a big closet with no reasoning, the surfaces were clean and includes the toilet. The towels and the blow dryer was burnt out on the back of the fan melted with a piece of instant stick pointing out of it. The staff is rude and they charge you $25 if you have a guest over so per guest, you have come after the two people in her room is $25 , we were worried they were gonna charge the Pizza man. And there was of course the pool which it’s January but we are in California so it was dirty leaves nasty obviously, we did not go in it. They turned to $50 deposit, but I don’t know why because half of the room is missing already. There’s no telephone in the room, which I am pretty sure is against the law. Come to think of it it is against the law.

Shavings in the sink, toilet crap streaks, 3/5 lights worked.

Fairly quiet for location, room good , not aired out.

The small coffee maker was sufficient to get me moving in the morning. The room was basic, but had a microwave & frig too. Hotel was located near busy street yet I didn’t hear traffic.

It is very badly kep, dirty, rusty, tv didn’t work, smell bad. Bad overall.

Not clean

I asked for a room upstairs, and I was told they had one king size bed room upstairs with no tv, or a kind size bed room downstairs with a tv. We like to watch tv before bed, so we took the downstairs room. Huge mistake, the people above us and all around us(we were put right next to the front desk area) were extremely loud. Paper thin walls. Luckily we only stayed here to sleep for one night, so it’s a alright deal for that, less than $100, but if your looking at hanging around your hotel room and getting peace and quiet, you won’t find that here.

Worst stay in any location ever. As a single woman I was definitely unsafe because the property owner kept attempting to enter my room but i had locked the second lock. He kept making an excuse that I had to check out and I told him several tines tgrough the door that I did not because I had the room for a second night. But he kept knocking and trying to access the room until i opened the door and restated it to his face where he argued and i said go and check. He then came back again doing the same thing - trying to open the door and then knocking. Again i yelled tgrough the door and he kept knocking and jiggling the knob, so again I cracked the door open and asked what he wanted and he said that i do not have to check out and i said okay and closed the door. This occured drom 11:15 am to 12:30 pm. Then later my friend arrived around 3:00 pm. We were talking - he was sitting in the chair and I was sitting on the bed when all of a sudden the door opens - becauae has not locked it since my friend arrived - and it was the property/motel owner/manager again. He saw me on the bed and startrd to walk in until he looked and saw my friend sitting on the chair then he quickly said "oh sorry" and slammed the door and left. Then to add insult to injury. The hot water did not work. The room was dirty and the parking lot was riddled eith drug addicts.

Very nice

The pictures you see online have to be from years ago or are one random unit that has been fixed up just to show off. We had two rooms, and both had water damage, exposed wires, missing outlet covers, peeling paint, rust around the bathroom fixtures, mold, and the list goes on and on.
- 5/5
For the price this is a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but nice and clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

A/C motor was nothing short of horrible

Well..... it was not terrible.. but the bathtub did drip all night long, and there was no fire alarm. I had to pay $25 to check in an hour early.

Smooth check in and self parking! Quiet and clean room and close to restaurants and bars!

Super dirty hotel, found vapes and hygiene products in the room, smell was unbearable

Little black flies like fruit flys. Tv was not tuned in. Called front office and he said he would come but didn’t. I finally rang back after waiting so long and he said sorry too busy. So had to work it out an tune it in myself. Rusty drain in bath tub. The ceiling is peeling in the bathroom. Hair dryer doesn't work properly and has a broken turn on switch. No heat coming out. No tissues in tissue holder. Carpet needs steam cleaning. The two Power outlets at the base of the lamp does not work. Couldn't charge my phone near my bed. Would never stay there again.

Was told i can check in at 6:30am with a $30 early check in fee. I asked before i bought the room to confirm. I arrived the next morning to a $70 fee and a rude clerk. I was turned away with no where to go. They would not refund my money since they gave me mis information. Would not recommend this motel to anyone..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

For 1 it didn’t have that piece in the shower. So they had to change rooms and then the other room no shower curtains and I wanted to take a shower and had to bother them for 5 hours before them giving me one. Then 5 days after I left they didn’t send my refund on the deposit. I have to wait another 3-5 days for it. Never go here if you can avoid it. Walls have holes and it’s just horrible service from there staff
- 2/5
No outlets - hair blower was burnt - closet falling - curtains ripped - roaches in room.
