Probably less than 1 star hotel , only recommended if you are desperate for a room to sleep, if you are looking for a free breakfast don’t expect more than a waffle and a coffee.

The shower water was kinda warm one day but the next day, it ran for 20 minutes and was still cool. When we checked out, we told the front desk and all they asked was, "Did you tell anyone?" My husband stated that the TV issue had been brought up Friday, and Saturday, then again upon checkout. The water was only an issue Sunday, but that is when it was addressed. The breakfast is extremely lacking. There were some packaged pastries, juice, and 1 waffle maker for the whole hotel. Not even worth the time to wait for a waffle. Location was good, and bed was comfortable.

The room was horribly dirty. There was mold in the shower and around the tub. There were baby roaches coming out from beneath the bed. There were also two rusty nails sticking out from the headboard. The bedspreads had gray and pink stains. The office offered us a different room but with the roach issue; we didn’t feel like that was an issue that could be contained to one room. We declined and checked out within 10-15 minutes. I would not recommend staying at this hotel under any circumstances.

With a one person ahead of me checking in I was checked in 30 minutes it took for that. I went into a room with mold and roaches. The other room had a bed bug. That day my refund was denied. I had to leave the premises and find another hotel. It took me hours of working out my refund. The following day it was granted.

I didn't like that there was only one cashier up front which was holding up a long line. And outside the hotels was lots of trash on the floor and no one cleaned it up it was just sitting there all day.

nothing, ok well it did have hot water. everything. looks at the room they originally gave me. I took pics and just went to the office and didnt say a word and just showed the pictures of the room they gave me. the one I did get in the 700's (avoid that area) had a damp floor and a giant commercial air fan blowing full blast. The AC/Heater fan was clunky like it was going to fall off the wall. loud people in the lot all hours of the night, I think someone was squatting in the room next to me as the door was wide open at 1AM and all the lights on with no one in it when I walked past it. there is literally nothing good to say about this place. this place needs to be shut down and get a full face lift. sorry, not sorry.

The room was in bad shape and the explanation offered was, that was what you would get when booked through an aggregator and need to pay additional dollars if looking for better options. Cut short my stay and checked out. Yet to hear from the Hotel or Expedia on a refund for the remaining days but no luck.

We found out there were food crumbs under the table and night stand and behind one of the bed frames. Online it stated that upon request we should be able to get a crib/toddler bed but when we asked at the front desk they said they didn’t have those. The phone either wasn’t programmed properly or no one was at the front desk as we tried calling the front desk from the room phone multiple times and never got an answer. We also ended up finding cockroaches crawling near our dog’s food, the makeshift closet, and one of the beds.

I know this is a budget hotel but it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at sorry I meant to say motel this guy at the front is very mean he’s a mean Indian guy that made us turn away and did not give us our room just because the name was different. I booked it for my husband under my account and he had his drivers license and credit card and name on the reservation, but since the account was under my name, the Indian guy would not let him in. It was 11 at night and he had to go get another hotel. It’s really bad service and we even booked it on their main website. I’m going to have to call corporate to complain about this one branch.

The room made a motel 6 look like good. The room was wet and moldy. Stains and holes in the bed linen and the flooring. Bathroom sink leaked. No ice bucket but ice machine wasn’t even working either. My family was evacuated due to the chemical spill in Garden Grove/Stanton and had no choice but to get here because the options were minimal due to having pets. Never will I stay there again. Or even recommend to anyone.

Room was so gross I got another hotel even after paying for it. Would have asked for a refund but once you book with Expedia, fat chance. Was worried I might get jumped in the parking lot on the way out

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was a metal piece sticking out of the mattress, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The room also had a strong damp/moldy smell. There were no trash bags provided, and we could only find one towel, which was extremely old, stained, and looked dirty. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained.

I usually have a good stay with this hotel for years. This time was very dissapointed. I work most of the night working in saving street kids . Checked in at 1am. Went right to bed. Got up at 8am to shower and go to work again. Well the shower was maybe a drizzle and wouldn’t get hot, normally I would just figure it out but I worked 14 hours the day before and slept about 6-7 hours before another long day. I reported it to the front desk girl and she said well you can shower next door and illl have someone call you. I explained what I do and how long I had to do today. And basically got the cold shoulder. Now days later no call. No discount ect. Myself and the rest of our team will be moving hotels and not returning if this isn’t handled

A convenient cheap place to stay. However I saw bugs on floor, and there is a large gap under front door where there should be extended stop gap. Also mattress was very uncomfortable. The room had been updated so furniture was nice but bathroom and tub need a replacement. Marks on doors and walls. Tiny soap and packets of shampoo. No tissues. Limited towels and very minimal quality. I did not bother to stay for breakfast. Sorry the review was negative. Overall is ok hotel but below average in my experience.

The only thing really good about this place is you can take your pet.

Beds were disgusting. Room smelled like cigarettes and meth smoke. Smoke detector had a plastic trash bag over it held on by 2hair ties. There was black mold everywhere. Showers had mold and something unknown growing. Walls had what looked like blood smeared in spots. Beds lumpy and old. Manager wanted to challenge me about my service animal wanted to charge me $25 more because they have a pet fee. She's not a pet shes a prescription. Breakfast was prepackaged sweet rolls or waffles apple orange juice or coffee. That was it. Also you are not allowed to take any food to your room because they already have a roaches. Disgusting, rude, way over priced. If my service dog and me hadn't been in a car for the last 14 hours I absolutely would not have stayed at this place. Its a $40 a night place not a $130 a night place. I want a refund.

During our stay we killed three bugs, one in the shower, one in the sink and one crawling across the bed sheets. There was no sink drain plug and there was gum in the sink. The toilet barely flushed. There were stains on the walls and baseboards. The electrical outlets did not have covers and so the outlet wiring was exposed and we could not use the outlets. The floor had dust throughout as if it had not been cleaned for a while. We arrived late and were too tired to address the situation upon our findings throughout the night at the room. We only stayed one night and would never stay at another La Quinta hotel ever again. We will not comment anything other than the staff was at the desk when we showed up to give us a room. The pictures on the website for advertising are nothing to what we experienced. We had a room next to a major highway and could hear the cars throughout the night. It was the worst overnight stay we have ever had at a hotel. I would consider this a motel versus a hotel.

The pictures of the property distinctly do not represent the condition of the room. We were given one room and found three walls paint peeling off of large sections and mold. Bathtub had hair in it. Rust marks, and scratches as to the toilet bowl. The second room, not as bad, but closet rack was on the floor and towel. Rack fell when I attempted to take the towel off of it. Size and quality of the towels were small, abrasive and non-absorbent. Lastly, the hotel is right next to the freeway so unless you are a super deep sleeper, forget it.

We stayed 2 nights but had to change 3 different rooms. The first room had a broken door latch, dripping bathroom and only 1 towel. The second room was unfinished, no TV, dead cockroach and dirty floor. The third room was a little better, but still had dirty floors, old towels and barely running shower. Parking was good though.

The room was ok. The breakfast was minimal but the waffles we made came out very good. The biggest gripe was that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. And their phone line just keeps ringing forever with no one answering.

The room was cleaned normally how you’d expect at first glance like beds were made, there were toiletries out included with some towels. But when you looked closer the walls were filthy and what looked like chipping as well. The room we stayed in(244) had the bathtub stained with black dye of some kind, the front door was really dirty, near the door on the bottom corner of the walls was chucks of it coming off, on the back wall there was some stain of what looked like dried blood, the windows frame was completely dented down the middle leaving it open which I feel like made the already loud noise of the freeway even louder, we even found a cockroach crawling on the night stand which freaked us out, the breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast all they had were waffles and a couple muffins. Perhaps all this was my fault due to not doing enough research on the place and for trying to quickly book something for a short trip but at the same time the pictures did feel misleading. We only stayed there for one night so we didn’t deal with that for too long but it’s not like we were completely confortable either. Overall the staff seemed nice.

I had no issue with my room, it seemed to be newly renovated, a little . But outside seems a bit sketchy. However, I had a friend who booked a separate room and his friend was complete opposite. It was so bad he had to checkout that same night. It was dusty, a dead roach was on the floor. The room smelt like moth balls.

AC is not cooling even set at 60F. Stain and hole in bedsheets. Bed side lamp is not working. The room have musty smell. Breakfast is cold and no other options. The worst La Quinta we’ve stayed. The front desk staff is not as friendly and welcoming compared to other La Quinta inns.

The first room had bedbugs, which forced us to move immediately. We then upgraded to a remodeled room, which looked much better; however, the WiFi was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use. Because of this, we had to move a second time. In the third room, the WiFi was finally acceptable, but the air conditioning did not work properly. The room was very hot for the last two nights, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Additionally, our room was not properly serviced—there were no clean towels provided, and housekeeping did not maintain the room as expected. While I will say that the customer service staff were polite and did their best to assist, the overall experience was unacceptable. I am especially frustrated that I was charged for an upgrade despite the ongoing issues and lack of satisfactory accommodations. Overall, I did not get much rest during my stay and left very dissatisfied.

Floor: Visible black marks on the bathroom floor and leftover plastic debris inside the right cabinet. Missing Amenities: The room lacked a hair dryer and the television had no available channels, both of which added significant inconvenience to my stay. I have photos of these issues for your records. Given the lack of cleanliness and the damaged bedding, I am requesting a partial refund for this stay. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the room was not properly prepared for a guest. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.

This was possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I get it, you get what you pay for and things happen but this was too much. I got to my room and just wanted to nap after a 10 hour work day. I went to lay down and turn the TV only for the TV to not work. I thought Ok I will call the front desk, I grab the phone to dial and the phone is not connected/not working. As I reach for my Cell Phone to call the hotel someone tries to enter my room (I believe it was housekeeping but not sure why since I was already checked in and my room was "clean"). When this person attempted to enter my room the deadbolt was latched and the force from them trying to enter and me trying to keep them out the latch got stuck and I was locked in my room. Maintenance arrived within about 20 minutes, unfortunatetly I do not speak Spanish and was unable to communicate to the maintenance team what was going on. After nearly 2 hours the door was opened and the deadbolt latch repaired/replaced. They attempted to fix my TV bringing cables and what not but finally determined they needed to change the TV. At this point I was exhausted and asked them to just leave the TV alone so I could get some sleep. The front desk never reached out to me to check in, apologize or make any apologies or offer to swap rooms anything. I will not returning to this hotel. Also the floors were filthy and the bathroom was in bad shape, so bad I didn't even shower this morning.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Stay far away. First, they don’t have the room available that I booked online. They gave me another room that wouldn’t accommodate the 3 people and 2 dogs that I had with me, but it was late and we needed a room to sleep in. We walk in and the room was infested by roaches. I mean infested!!! They were all over the room. I couldn’t stay there with my wife and son and 2 dogs. So I went to the front desk and told them that I couldn’t stay and asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk said okay, but hotels.com needs to contact the manager. Well, the manager is now refusing to give me a refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ROACH INFESTED MOTEL POSING TO BE A HOTEL/LA QUINTA INN!!!!!!

The room we reserved was filthy and looked like nothing Expedia showed on-line. We checked out the next day and reserved at Residence Inn. Another customer in front of us in line also cancelled their reservations. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this place.

Entered the hotel room noticed roaches crawling on the wall. There were no hangers in the closet to hang up my clothes and no telephone to call the front desk. If there was an emergency or needed something entered the bathroom the toilet was broke. It will not flush the bathtub was dirty had a lot of hair and things in. It was not clean requested towels and was told that they would not be available until after 9 a.m. this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and received no help from the front desk. This hotel should not be referred to other people outside the door door of other patriot.

The Internet was acceptable. Was slow a few times throughout my weekend stay. Breakfast was a little lack luster with it only having Waffles, Muffins, Cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice. Didn't have any water to drink or to fill my water bottle. The room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom had a small packet of shampoo for my weekend stay. Staff was nice and understanding when it came to things I was confused about. Overall the stay I had was good.

Rooms are absolutely nothing alike the pictures online. First we arrived and the room looked like it was a motel 2 stars. Second, the next day they never cleaned the room, we came back and nothing was clean. The amenities are horrible. Toiletries were in a packet and super back quality. Nothing like the pictures. We asked for more towels and they only had small for hands. Then in top of everything the day we left we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. Horrible experience. The rooms were not clean renovated but not clean dust all over. Towels another joke small stained no working TV no remote, no blow hair dryer. Was moved to another room same thing don’t stay here you run into that you could bring some roaches home to your home and invest your home, not worth it.

My experience is terrible, I checked in and then was given someone else room that either someone was in that I walked in on, idk but I then felt so uncomfortable, then went back got a new room, then breakfast came nothing but waffles with no butter just syrup everyday, and old little wrapped danishes, no water at all or ice, there was just that and coffee and juice, room key deactivates and have to keep going to the front to get it work for the reader or idk what is not functioning, I would recommend staying here if have kids, if need something cheap then fine but know you just get a cheap rate.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The toilet ran the whole time I was there. No one ever brought towels. The “24 hour front desk” was a joke since the phone would just ring and no one would pick up. I was there to attend a formal event and discovered the hairdryer was broken and I had to go buy a hair dryer. On my last day there was no hot water. I had to leave early to go shower somewhere else. When I called to ask for a discount or even a refund they said that they have no record of me complaining during the time I was there and refused to give me even a discount. When I got home they had charged me another $50! I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

Staff was rude, they said they didn’t have my room available. They gave me a room with roaches and a clogged sink that was full of black water. Didn’t offer to come up and fix it or change my room.

No one could take a shower because the water was scalding hot, no cold water. The television was broken. The bathroom sink drain was filled with hair from prior guests. The room was hot and musty smelling, but the windows were bolted shut so no fresh air. Walking around in the room the bottom of our feet turned black. The room looks decent for the price in other respects, but these conditions made it quite miserable. Wish there was a way to get a refund, it was that bad.

The property is in serious need of renovation and basic upkeep. The room felt very old and poorly maintained. The flooring was literally coming apart, which not only looked bad but felt unsafe. Several lamps didn’t work, and there were exposed wires visible in the room — something that should never happen in a hotel setting. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and overall the space felt filthy and neglected. For a brand associated with Wyndham, this was far below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this location unless significant improvements are made.

The room was uninhabitable and failed to meet basic health and safety standards. Visible black mold was present throughout the room, creating an unsafe and hazardous environment. As a result, the accommodations were not fit for occupancy, and I was unable to safely stay in the room. When I brought my complaints to the front desk staff, they were extremely rude and refused to accommodate with a new room .

The toilet had some marks on it, and did not flush well. The hot water was very luke warm. The noise from the cooling unit was very loud.

We had a one night stay here for a nearby concert.They were out of the king beds we had reserved so thought that was a little odd. This hotel could definitely use some cleaning/debugging in the rooms. It also had holes in the bedding. The staff was friendly and tried to solve the problem. Our first room had cockroaches in the refrigerator, on the microwave, and on the floor. We moved and the second room had a fridge that worked well,but had no microwave. Nor a coffee maker in either room. We didn't use the pool so can't speak for it. They did have a few breakfast items. I will say the bed was actually really comfortable and it was pretty quiet there overall. They are also dog friendly and that was part of our decision to stay. I really hope they can take the infestation seriously so they can have a better hotel experience for their guests.

My stay was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place as a destination to stay. My sister re-booked to extend my stay so she could come visit me after a 10 year separation. While both of us had business meetings and work to do the staff continued to harass me over 5 separate times. The manager came banging on the door while I was in the shower and all of this was done after I had communicated to the customer support team the rebooked stay with names and reasons why we added my sisters name on my reservation. Huge mistake because the started threatening me that they would call the

2 - Once I went inside the room, the bathroom door was locked and I could not go inside. They hotel staff couldn't open it either and they ended up switching me to another room. 3 - The floor, towels and room interiror was all dirty. I walked barefoot on the floor and my soles became black. 4 - AC was broken and I could not turn it on. 5 - Shower water was either too cold or too hot, I could not adjust to the right tenperature for me. 6 - I had never seen so many cockroahces in a hotel room in my life until this trip. I stayed for just a few days and I encountered close to twenty. I left the lights on at all time worrying that more cockriaches would have appeared if I had turned the lights off.

The room was well used. The door jam looked like it has been kicked in by the cops a few times, missing trim etc.. Room was noisy with traffic from freeway, but the TV had a lot of good movies and it was fairly clean.

Roaches all over the room. Stayed in the room for 30 minutes before turning my keys back in. Then neither the property nor hotels.com would refund me. So I'll never be using your service again. Hope it was worth $75 losing someone that has booked over 100 trips on your service

Due to unsafe, unsanitary, and hazardous conditions, we were forced to check out early and relocate to a safer hotel. The property was surrounded by homeless individuals and abandoned, trash-filled vehicles, raising safety concerns. The room emitted a strong odor of urine, had broken or unsecured windows, and was infested with cockroaches. The bed presented a physical hazard due to exposed nails protruding from the frame. The bathroom contained live snails and visible mold. These conditions rendered the accommodation uninhabitable and left us with no reasonable option but to vacate early and secure alternative lodging.

2nd option bad condition, mold in bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, peeling tub finish, toilet leaked all night, cockroaches, bad condition of it all.

The only thing was the breakfast wasn’t that great. They only had waffles and muffins. Nothing else. So if you’re not somebody that eats breakfast, then it wouldn’t matter to you. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Despite booking a king-size, non-smoking room well in advance, we were assigned a room with visible mold throughout the bathroom, a strong and persistent odor, torn and visibly dirty bedding, and an uncleaned carpet that felt sticky underfoot. These conditions are objectively unsanitary and pose a potential health risk. We immediately notified hotel management and provided photographic evidence of the mold and overall lack of cleanliness. Management refused to relocate us unless we paid an additional fee to “upgrade,” despite the fact that we had already booked a premium room. No reasonable accommodation or refund was offered. The room bore no resemblance to what was advertised online, raising serious concerns regarding false advertising and consumer misrepresentation. The hotel demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Because the property refused to address the issue, our vacation was effectively ruined, and we were left without a refund. Expedia was contacted to report these conditions and to question why a property in this state remains listed. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The conditions, management response, and business practices are unacceptable.

Our keys to the room did not work at the beginning and the door was very difficult to open. When we checked in a couple checked in at the same time and the front desk gave them the same room number as us. We left the room and went out and when we came back the keys no longer worked. When we booked our room, we booked a king bed and when we had to check in, we got “double delux” to get the king bed we needed to pay to upgrade. The rooms were dirty, the mattress has very large brown stains, the restroom was dirty and I saw a cockroach in the restroom.

The room was definitely neglected. Somewhat dirty (I’ve actually seen worse) but bed linen was torn and half the lights in the room did not even work. Towels were old and stained and hair was even on them. I had to ask for linens the second day and the third day they didn’t bring anything or even attempt to clean the room. At least the roaches didn’t come out until the last day. But one of the worst room experiences I’ve had in a really long time. Not to mention my room was by the interstate and it was so loud it was hard to sleep. However, that was not their fault and was just what it was. Never staying there again and glad to be gone. Worst part of my California experience.

We tried two different rooms and both rooms had bugs. First room was on the third floor with ants and bug on the wall. Second room was on the second floor. Room looked good to start, then bug ran under the bed. Front office tried to give us another room on the first floor, but we checked out. The front office did apologize and we got our deposit back. Now waiting to see if Expedia works it out to refund our package for the hotel portion as we went to a different hotel.

Our vehicle broke down Sat night.We were car-less at 12 noon Sunday morning, we attempted an early check-in to refresh & store our luggage. But were denied. Reason being most guest Don't check out till after 12 noon and check-in was 3 PM. We we're forced to pack all of our luggage into our friend's car. And then travel up to Inglewood for a football game, changing into our clothes in the parking lot in Inglewood.

If you are looking for a motel 6 stay this is it. Otherwise I do not recommend staying here. The hotel had a strange odor from lobby to room. The room was dirty, dingy and the whole feel of the place was not one of safety. I am a single female, and I told staff I didn’t feel safe and the room is unclean and they refused to refund me. They did not check me out when I clearly stated I am not staying and returned the keys. I received a check out notification by email, despite my request. I paid for another hotel room elsewhere costing me two hotel stays. In short, horrible customer service, unsafe and unclean.

This room was so gross that we had to leave and book another hotel room nearby. We checked in at 3pm during a torrential downpour, dropped our bags, and went to an event. When we got back around 11pm, I discovered cockroach nymphs and decided that, plus the fact that the bathroom was less clean than most gas stations I've seen, and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke was enough and we could not stay. The man at the front desk offered to move us to another room - No, thank you. He offered to upgrade us - To what? A room with MORE cockroaches? Nope. We ended up at the Courtyard by Marriott by the airport. It was great. Also, this "hotel" refused to refund our stay...so book at your own risk.

The 1st room was not what was reserved and paid for. Ordered a king bed room, received a room with 2 double beds looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Went back to office to request another room (single bed/King) and front desk person said you get what you paid for. I upgraded the room to a renovated room it was supposed to have a microwave and mini fridge but it didn’t have either one. The hot water wasn’t even toddler temperature. The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast. I paid $30 extra dollars a night for the upgraded room but it’s not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel. Will not be staying here again. When I talked to the front desk the gentleman told me I had to email the manager as he couldn’t do anything. He did however write everything down in a book which it looked like it had many complaints.

The room was not cleaned. It had stained comforters, mysterious white liquid on the desk and night stands, and hair everywhere. We went to the front desk and requested a new room due to the cleanliness, they obliged. The second room was somehow even dirtier. We went to the front desk and the manager told us that in order to have a clean room, we would have to pay for a room upgrade. I asked if the upgrade would be clean and the manager said you have to pay for the room to be clean. The “upgrade” was clean, however did not have weather stripping. Outside light and the smell of the pool filled our room.

I arrived friday 24th oct 2025 430 pm .i was in room on bottom complex .i went un packed. Tv didnt work guy couldn't fix. Move me to 2nd floor i stayed first nite i noticed the door jamb in bathroom and other side were rotted from water damage .but ok toilet slowly drain. Saturday the ac quit working .i had move again to another room.at this point its rediculas. Sunday morning. Parking was fine , ac was fine .Hotel has roaches I’m like 100 percent positive the whole building has them because I had counted at least 10 we had to kill but we ended up checking out at 3am . I never checked in. They sent me a text message inviting me to reply with questions. I texted what time is check-in and they texted back 3:00 with a paid option to check in at noon. Again they invited me to text my questions. I asked if it was possible to change my reservation to the next night and that question was ignored. A few hours later I texted asking if just one text question was allowed per guest and that message was ignored as well. I'm done with La Quinta.

On September 30, 2025 around 6:30PM a fentynal addict tried to break into my room while I was in it with my family. I yelled for him to go away and it took 5 minutes for him to leave and give up. Found him trying to get into another room later when we were escaping from the motel as we checked out within 10 minutes of that incident and demanded a refund which we never received even though they said they we’re going to refund me several times over the past week as I call daily to get my refund. They still have not refunded me. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, I DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF or THE AREA. I LEARNED MY LISTEN and WILL NEVER STAY AT A LA QUINTA COSTA MESA/NEWPORT BEACH Again!

First off probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, lets start with checking in and asking the front desk about local food and then vending machines, all vending machines take cash only no card, told the front desk and was told to check another floor which was the same, asked for change and was told they dont have change for a $10. Room, ac/heater would not turn on the bathroom toilet had dried feces on it. These are just some of the issues among orhers, in the morning realized i forgot toothpaste, went to the front desk and was told they dont have any, stay away at all costs

Only handicapped ramp access for entire building is at lobby entrance. Was greeted in our room by bed bugs and cockroaches in the bedsheets. Bathroom lite was nonfunctioning. Bed has hard as concrete.

I did decide to upgrade my room when i arrived, as I wanted one closer to the pool, although a slight increase for my stay we'll worth it! The room was like brand new fresh and clean, and super quick 10 minutes to the beach! Thank you for a wonderful beach trip!

Usually Wyndham properties are pretty nice. I travel quite a bit and have had good experiences with them. This particular facility however is run down and in desperate need of a remodel. The staff was quite nice and helped me when asked. The first room I went to was unmade. I went to the front desk and the gentleman gave me another room. Went to that room and could not hear a phone conversation as it is directly next to the freeway. I noticed the room was quite worn and one of the lights was flickering. I went back to the front desk and again the gentleman gave me another room. He was very helpful. Went to the next room. It too was run down. Got in the shower and the tub was clogged. Went to plug in my phone and the lamp started flickerimg also. Noticed the walls around the door were stained and dirty. Finally go to sleep. Woke up was brushing my teeth and a large bug crawled out of the drain in the sink. Got dressed gathered my things and another bug crawled across the bed. I had booked 2 nights but did not stay the 2nd. I'm usually pretty accommodating but this place was gross. Not worth the money and hopefully I'm reimbursed? I do not recommend staying here. Hopefully Wyndham does something about this?

I thought nothing of it until when I got to my room door the key would turn green but wouldn’t open.. I tried again… nothing. And I hear the guy say “having trouble with your key?” I ignored him as I was on the phone on speaker with a male friend but I was very aware this situation is getting weird. i tried again. Nothing. He asks if Im having trouble again. I pretend to ignore him. At this point I realized hes definitely up to something cause why are you hanging around my door (single female) at 2:30am???? I immediately walk down back to my car and go to the front lobby. I ask for my deposit back and check out. I told front desk and all he had to say was sorry about that didnt even ask for my id and gave me my deposit back. I wasn’t even about to ask for my money for the room back I was just so scared I needed to get out of there. His lack of questioning makes me believe hes in on it.. idk this place is shady as hell I dont know if they target young solo female travelers or what but id rather drive 2 hours home at 2am than stay for whatever creepy situation they have going on. Never staying here again

Remote control for the tv or the tv did not work. The tub for the shower needs to be replaced. There is not water pressure. The handle for the shower also needs replacing. The bath counter top has curling iron burn marks. There is a leak from the upstairs toilet that leaked over night on to my toilet. The drywall had been previously repaired. So the last time it leaked had not been fixed. The room smelled moldy.

First impression is everything. We walked into our room and it smelled musty. We had one set of towels and the lock was broken. We left so we could get some fresh air. Came back to the front desk and told the manager about our experience. He gave us another room. It was much better but there was no hair dryer, iron or iron board. You really need a checklist for whoever is cleaning the rooms to make sure everything is there for a decent experience.

My room had a bug crawling on the wall right when I walked in, 2 light switches didn’t work, no remote to the TV, bathroom was dirty and the bedding and towels had black hairs on it. I wanted to leave but was only there from about 8:30pm to 7am the next morning for a work trip. I got out of there as soon as I could. I was told there was breakfast and there was a like of 10 people to get orange juice. The gentleman checking people in was kind but that line was also 8 people deep at 8:30pm. The photos online are not true and so deceiving. The hotel was also right on the freeway and I had to sleep with a pillow over my head bc the cars were so loud all night long. I would never stay here again nor at a La Quinta Inn. Do better

Not as pictured, whatsoever. Dingy, old, dank smelling, and meagerly appointed. First gave me a room with different bed than I booked. The new room with the right bed, the card reader didn't work well. Mildew and rust in the shower. The tiny top sheet that barely fits over the top of the mattress showed how badly stained the mattress is. Terrible towels. Kleenex dispenser with no tissues. Not one hanger in the closet. No seal around the door so you hear everything. I trusted the name, knowing it wouldn't be luxurious for a one night stay, but man, this presents like a half star roadside motel. Avoid it.

Immediately upon arriving the area was so sketchy and as a group of 4 younger women it was most definitely not safe. We stayed there for about an hour and within that time found a new hotel because we were not staying there. do NOT book this place. Since we were attending a wedding we did not discover the towel shortage until it was too late to ask for another one. The vent grate fell of the A/C unit when we turned it on. Small fridge made a whining noise and we decided to unplug it for the night. We would not stay in this hotel again. I expected better from the Wyndham group.

In room 148, Leaking water around plumbing and black mold. Next to freeway, so it will be noisy. Recommend ear plugs.. Orignally was given room 355 and 159..due to distance, requested room close to each other Room 146,148 given to use. Drop off luggage at 300pm and left. Notice the hole in the wall. Took picture..and left for our schedule engagement. Came back at 830pm Showed the from desk person. I believe name was SAL. Informed him of the hole in the wall. Show picture. No need to change room...given it was late. Informed him to annotated that in the computer. When I checked out, i informed the front desk staff( same gentlemen that checked us in the day before)...about the pre-existing damage in room...and check if if the evening shift front desk (SAL) made the note in the computer. He mention he will check. Their security camera should show me entering the lobby at 830-840pm showing the front desk person the picture The cleaning staffs needs to pay attention to details such as pre-existing damages and cleanness. I rented two rooms. The front desk gentleman, checking in around 230pm on 7/19/2025, was fantastic. Friendly demeanor. Engaging with customer. Polite. Warm personality. Front desk gentleman at 830-840pm on 7/19/2025 was friendly and pleasant.

Only place that had late check out best hotel

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews posted but had a great experience and was pleased with my stay. I have nothing bad to say at all.

There was mould in the shower, the doors look like they haven’t been replaced in forever. The showerhead did not have hardly any water coming out and then there was water going on the ceiling. Had to wipe off the toilet seat in order to sit down on it, but the bathroom definitely needed an upgrade.

Front desk personnel were excellent, helpful, and friendly.

My room need some attention- wasn’t very clean - hair in the bath and in the sink-

our first room was infested with cockroaches and our second room and many bugs as well. the bathtub and ceiling had mold or some sort of black gunk all over it.

There were molds on the ceiling of the bathtub and the grout of the bathtub. Very limited outlets.

Hadnt even been in the room for one minute. Big roach on the ground! Dust and blotches on the bed!!! Just sleep in your car….

We tried three different rooms all were gross, we left and found a different hotel! This hotel is right next to a hooters and right next to busy freeway! Dirty, dirty dirty hair on sheets lamp shades broken smoking in rooms cig butts everywhere!

The reason I stayed was because of the pictures on the website of the bathrooms look really nice but when I got there the bathrooms were nothing like the pictures they were pretty

Smelly, roches, towels worn out, stain sheeting on beds, no cleaning, better sleeping in your car This is like a 20 dollar motel

Uncleanliness all around the hotel

Room was nothing like the photos, sheets were ripped good thing I brought my own stuff. It smells like cigarettes when first walking in and the smell lingered the whole time during the stay in the bathroom and sink area. The room overall was so out dated and felt so dirty, especially the bathroom. The fridge had some kind moldy residue that needed a cleaning. Had no choice to use the toilet but for it to flush had to hold down for handle for a while and the shower and walls were in need of remodeling. In general wouldn’t stay here again unless the building and rooms get renovated. My partner and I were carful of what we touched and made sure to sanitize before and after. It was for one night so dealt with the stay but honestly wouldn’t recommend to family if you don’t worry about catching something or the smell then feel free to stay at this hotel.

Staff was accomodating and friendly but... Beddings were old and damaged. No bathroom venting. Mildew around shower including the ceiling. Loud A/C.
