Clean room guest friendly. Hotel super close to where we were going for a concert. Only thing I think they need to upgrade the ac unit. We had the temp and 67 degrees but it was still warm in the room.

Place was very outdated. Air conditioning unit very loud. Wall paper coming off.

Everything was great other than they wouldn’t let us check out late so we hung out at the pool for 2 hours. Come to find out they hadn’t even been to our room to clean when we finally left to go to the airport. Kind of annoying that they said no to the late checkout just because they could.

One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed was actually very comfortable. Nothing looked old or cheap. Problems were: not enough parking, paid breakfast, and we requested 2 pillows that we never received.

Nickel and dime for every little thing. Extra charge for parking “daily “ for this part of the city that is ridiculous. I have never in all of my travels paid extra for coffee! No complimentary breakfast , that’s okay but a small muffin was $7 that’s insane. We would not return to this property.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. I had the room right next to the stairwell, but it was surprisingly a quiet stay. The AC/heat worked great also.

The hotel only provides housekeeping every 3 days, which the front desk confirmed is their standard practice. By the end of day two, we had run out of towels and the trash was full. A staff member was kind enough to bring fresh towels and remove the garbage when we asked. However, housekeeping every 3 days is not typical, and if this is the hotel’s policy, it should be clearly disclosed on the property’s booking page to set proper expectations.

Everything was clean, and everyone was super friendly, love that they have a mini menu of Starbucks super delish but it’s very out dated for it to be a high end hotel. I mean a Marrott.

Everything was good

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro downstairs each morning and appetizers at night.

Marcos checked us in and was super knowledgeable and friendly. He acknowledged us every time we walked by. The hotel also has a good in house bistro with some good offerings.

TV did not work

Air conditioning was defaulted at an ultra cold temperature downstairs in the lobby and TV area in the middle of winter. I asked staff to turn it up but unfortunately said that the facility has it locked in at that temperature. Also do not park underneath the trees in the front building parking area. After parking it under the tree overnight, I found the front hood of my vehicle was full of thick tree sap. I had to take it through a car wash Before returning it to the rental agency so I do not get charged. I had to move my car and park elsewhere. I witnessed other vehicles getting the same amount of sap the following nights. The staff was friendly in the café area and in the front reception hallway. The facilities were not satisfactory however.

The place was fine for a motel, but don't expect Marriot quality. Overpriced for what you get. Everything about the room was mediocre. They upgraded the lobby area and had nice sitting areas outside by pool yard, nothing fancy. Friendly staff working everywhere which was appreciated. But they charge $15 a night for outdoor motel type parking, $5 for coffee in the lobby in the morning, the towels were thin and scratchy, the room was musty smelling. Not going back unless they lower their prices. This is a $99/night type of place, NOT $150/night.

No staff came to inspect the situation, check the safety of the room, or send housekeeping to clean up the mess. The lack of urgency and concern for guest security was alarming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this location.

Facility maintenance needs improvement. Bathroom floor had recently been caulked to either repair grout or replace tiles. Extremely sloppy job done, no doubt, by an amateur. I apologize to amateurs everywhere. Similar issues in other parts of the room.

Great location, minutes between different locales in Orange County. The beds and rooms are clean and I slept like a baby. The dim lighting at night in the hallways leading up to the room needs an upgrade.

Location:  It's very convenient to food and things to do, which is probably the biggest plus for me. Facility: It's a little bit older and is showing its age.  I wished they did some small updates such as use brighter hallway lighting or replace the carpets.  This would make a big difference in my opinion.  It's also nice to have Starbucks, restaurant, a pool, and work out room on site.  All were kept clean and above what i expected at this price.  Size of rooms were generous and felt spacious which was really nice. Parking:  You need to pay for parking, but it's much less than other hotels.  This was another big reason for my stay here. Negative:  One negative was the pillows.  I stay at a lot of Marriotts and partly it's because I tend to sleep well with them.  However, I was surprised to see such thin pillow used, which was very uncomfortable for me.  I should've tried asking front desk for possible alternative, but instead i just stacked two of them together to get by.

It was a nice place to stay for 1 night. Starbucks coffee bar for morning lattee was awesome. It was 20+ minutes drive to Huntington Beach pier Main Street. Much farther then I expected 😖 that kind of sucked. Check in and out was a bit slow but overall everything was good.

Parking is $15, no complimentary breakfast, pool is small, and has caution tape on it due to being broken. The elevator feels like it’s gonna give out every time we use it. I will not be coming back here.

Read online reviews ahead and got a room in the back away from the street so it was fairly quiet. When we were there, the hotel was half empty so it was quiet. The facilities are decent. Our room was made everyday. The pool was average looking and we didn't use it. We were charged daily parking fee which I didn't remember getting charged by other hotels around there from our past stays.

The Hotel & Service was great. We needed to use the fold out couch which was more of a fold out chair. Im not a big man at 5'4" but that fold out was much to small for even me and the matress was in poor condition I could feel every spring and bar in it! It was so small you would roll off with very little movement, had to stay put. The Hotel itself was nice, clean, Queen Bed very comfortable. But be very concerned if you are adding in that fold out for one of your guest.

I was suprised there was not a microwave in the room and the fridge barley held anything. I've been to hotels that cost half the price and had bigger fridges and a microwave! Plus i was charged $15 for parking! Not good. Will not stay here again.

Wonderful stay, and close to the pacific amphitheater for the concert my sister and I went to. Great lobby with coffee and dining. Room very comfortable with a great shower and water pressure. Has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. Big parking lot, $15 parking.

One day we left the DND sign on the door and didn’t remove it until we returned late that afternoon. While we were at pool our room was cleaned and towels replaced. That’s great service.

The room was clean however the carpet was stained, and the bathroom had cracked tile. You have to pay $15.00 a day to park in the large lot. No where else around has paid parking, and I didn't see any security that watched the parking lot. Forgot lotion, there wasn't any in room, but they did give me some at the front desk. Staff was nice.

This hotel charges a parking fee and does not disclose the information when booking the hotel. Hidden additional charges per night for parking should be included into fee when first booking. Hiding the parking charge should be deemed at false advertising for the total amount to stay at this hotel. They only inform you when after you pay for your room. Paying to park $20-$40 extra per night adds up so you might want to look into a higher class hotel with free parking for the same price.

The only problem is they changed our room and they gave us some room that didn't have all the amenities in it we wanted.

I liked the pool area and the fire pit. The staff were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the first floor. The second floor didn't smell that bad, but the first floor smelled like rotten eggs. Not sure why.
