Room was dirty, rust, cracks, tears, but no visible insects and kitchen was fairly clean.

It was an ok stay but the staff were a little passive and asked question rudely. 3/10 stay.

I will not be coming back. The outside looks fine it’s well maintained but it’s misleading to what the inside looks like. When you walk in you’re immediately slapped in the face with a weird Cesar salad smell. The front desk guy was a bit rude. Check was at 3 but we didn’t arrive till 6. The guy told us that he needed to check if the room was ready.. mind you it was 3 hours after check in it wasn’t ready. He came and told me it was t ready and to wait another 15 min when I asked him I thought it would ready by now since check in is at 3 and he said yeah could be as early as 3 not necessarily 3. I would hope the same rules apply to check out too. Then the elevator stank. The hotel is overall run down.

If 0 star is available, I would choose it without hesitation to rate this hotel. Please please please do NOT stay here. The hotel is super old, dirty, and the room we got was disgusted. Bathtub was dirty and rusted/grossed and floor was sticky. As soon as we walked in, it smells so bad. Staff named Jake did NOT know his job and provided us with the wrong info which caused us time and stress trying to resolve the situation. He told us that our prepaid reservation will be automatically cancelled if we don’t checkin by midnight and to cancel it and rebook for the same night to be able to checkin at 1am and mind you that we were coming from a 6-7 hours drive. We ended up walked out at 2am on our first night and did not come back for the 2nd night.

The location The room i book was 2 queen bed. We got a king bed with a pull out couch. There were no.sherts pillows or blankets for the couch bed. We went to front desk asked to switch room he told us no thats what they had didn't matter what we booked. The couch was a joke so uncomfortable. The morning staff was better.

Staff was not helpfull when we aske to be accommodated for a late reserve there was no answer and the reserve was lost due to an audit and we were forced to find a new hotel, this is the same thing that happened last time i tried to stay with them. Needless to say i will never book at this location ever again!!

But rooms were outdated. wood floors for the rooms were nice but if you go barefeet, your feet gets dirty really fast. Doesnt seem like the floors were ever clean. Toilet paper holder was broken and tub has rust build up. Appliances were really old and dirty. Breakfast is not full Breakfast, just snacks and diy oatmeals and cereals. Overall only stayed here due to price and convenience.

The stay was brief and the hotel was alright. You could hear everything through the thin walls. The dogs and the cleaning crew at 6 in the morning. The bed was hard and horrible to sleep on.

The Kitchen was not equipped with anything , not even a cup to rinse my teeth after brushing. The breakfast was horrible should not even be considered breakfast at all. Coffee, hot water, quick oats or a muffin this us not breakfast it's a joke.

The kitchen had nothing to cook with in it, no pots, pans, plates, utensils, nothing. The room was not clean and I had a cockroach walking up the wall in my bathroom. The bed was just a glorified spring tensioned cot, with a queen sized mattress on it.

The internet service was also extremely unreliable. Despite paying for higher‑speed access, the connection frequently buffered, disconnected at intervals, and did not provide the level of service advertised. For anyone who works remotely, this would be especially problematic. Additionally, communication regarding basic amenities—such as where to do laundry—was not clearly provided. The building itself appears outdated and in need of maintenance. I also witnessed concerning activity, including what appeared to be someone dropping off drugs to guests staying at the hotel. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I was counting down the days until I could leave. Given the amount I paid, I was very disappointed and do not see myself staying at this location again.

This hotel has horrible customer service there employees are very unprofessional and they do not make it clear on these booking sites what everyone in your party needs and thin don’t give u a reason why u can’t book another room and they want to come take pictures of ur license plate and ur car witch is very unprofessional I spent over 1000 dollars on rooms and for them to be so unprofessional and rude is crazy i will never stay there again

You definitely get what you pay for with this spot. The AC unit was incredibly loud and rattled every time it turned on. The floors and bathroom were pretty gross.

The front guy (Jacob) discriminated us just because we looked humble and hispanics. The reservation was under my name and I took my mom and mother in law with me , I even added them in my reservation and I gave him my id when he asked for it , but he was making everything possible to find something wrong or just giving me a hard time that he also asked for their Ids too. The way he treated me and his attitude with us was so bad. This is the fist time I get discriminated like that. An I forgot to mentioned that room was very smelly(dog pee) and the carpet very old and nasty

The room was dated. There were holes in the flooring, lots of ceiling (leak?) patches and black mold in the bathroom. The bedding seemed clean at least. The staff was very courteous.

Room stunk from dog. Our next room stunk from fried food. Rust in bathtub, dented refrigerator. Not enough bedding. Holes in blackout drapes. You could hear noise from hallway - felt like a tenement building.

The staff was really nice but the room was not properly cleaned. The floors looked gross and there was so much dust and trash behind the night stands. We were also woken up to a young girl crying and screaming outside of our window, when I looked out she was crying to who I am assuming is her mother and she looked like she was under the influence of drugs. Real sketchy people staying here. Definitely won’t be back. Also, all toiletries need to be asked for at the desk. So you’re saying if I realize I left my toothpaste at home I have to wait to get some from downstairs? Not acceptable.

If I could give a negative star, I would. It took about 15 minutes to get checked in. The room wasn't clean, the floor wasn't vacuumed at all, the room smelled like dirty coochie, there was a whole fake eyelash in the bedding, the refrigerator looked like it came from some war torn village, there was weave hair everywhere, even on the towels, the stopper in the tub was broken, and the sink looked like a crime scene. I asked to speak to the manager, and she wasn't due to be there until 10am. She was supposed to call, but never did.

To have a shower that works well that is easy to turn off and on

Room was nasty and old, nothing compared to the pictures online. Sheets had hairs and bathroom had hairs. There was some kind of animal hanging from a spider web dead in the ceiling.the halls smell bad.

Everyone there is great! The rooms are mostly clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the rooms need updating...permanent stains on sink and bathroom counters, tubs and sinks have permanent chips. Honestly, it's probably the best hotel for the money, which is not bad compared to other hotels in the area. I always enjoy staying there. Its quiet

I needed a place to stay while in town for the holidays that was not super expensive but still nice and this place was perfect, the staff are excellent, the room has a full kitchen they are pet friendly, room was clean and inviting everything went so smoothly I will definitely be staying here any time I’m in the area. Also I like that housekeeping is by request this way I slept all day without any interruptions it was heaven

First of all the hall ways smelled like pot smoke and smelled horrible. My wifes Asthma was triggered repeatedly by the horrible conditions in the hotel. The staff is great-this is the one positive thing. The condition of the hotel and rooms leaves much to be desired. Firstly getting on to the elevator and smelling the scent of old stale cigarettes the smell continues even in our non smoking room. Were we in our room about an hour and realized it was infested with fleas. Upon letting the front staff know, an apology was issued with the info that we would offer you another room but we are full and what we can we can offer you is a full refund. We saw that they are replacing the flooring at this time so hopefully that will help with some of the smell.

They had roaches and dis not refund me for the stay.

Jen was very pleasant and Jacob was helpful as well. I was a little miffed that breakfast consisted of coffee, hot chocolate packets and blueberry muffins for 5 of my 7 days. Although we got notice of water possibly being shut off for repairs, that wasn't an issue for us but our sink was clogged when we left. The room was clean and we didn't require housekeeping which was nice. I would return again.

Then came the mold in the shower and tub, which was absolutely disgusting and made it clear that housekeeping doesn’t clean properly (if at all). The drawers for our clothes were stained and filthy, like they hadn’t been wiped out in years. The carpet was full of stains, the counters were sticky and never cleaned, and everything just had that grimy feeling that makes your skin crawl. I genuinely felt uncomfortable touching anything in the room. It was unsanitary, unhygienic, and unacceptable for any guest to have to stay in those conditions. We couldn’t believe that management allows rooms like this to be rented out. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — not even for one night. Save your money, your sanity, and your health, and stay literally anywhere else.

The first room I was assigned had fleas that jumped onto my sandals and legs and started biting. The night clerk, Jason was great and gave me another room on a higher floor. The keys didn’t work, so I had to go back down and have them re-activated. The bathtub had mold and did not look clean. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again!

This is barely a hotel. When we were there, most of the guests appeared to be unhoused individuals staying there on government voucher. I’m glad they’re getting housed, but think the hotel (or someone) should have been transparent about what’s going on there.

Police visited the property due to unruly behavior and there was screaming from a guest in the middle of the night. Bathtub was rusty, the room smelled musty and old, community area and rug were old and rolled up. Room had no shampoo or hairdryer. Expedia advertised breakfast but it was instant oatmeal , granola bar, and a packaged muffin. Overall a terrible stay.

The furnitures were old. The pillows had a smell. Maybe it’s time to change them. Don’t know if appliances work cuz we didn’t use them. The rooms were not available at check in time. We had to wait for an hour. It was about 5pm by the time our room was available.

The room was functional and good enough for a couple of days there. No microwave in the room. Very average, but affordable.

Ok, the checking was pretty smoothe. The security was not. The keys to get in, worked only sometimes. I was locked out of building. Got to front door, no one was there for over 13min. You need to be better. I was afraid to be standing out there. Every visit out was horrible. When we attempted to check out, I tried calling no answer. We went to office no one was there for over 15min. We left the keys on the desk and left. The late night crew lady was very short and condescending, the other staff encounters was very pleasant. I like the room very much. Location was good for us. I would like to say I will be back. However we must address the rooms security keys immediately before our return. Thank you Lisa Lewis-Moss

Absolutely horrible. Stunk like cigarettes. Multiple issues with trying to get towels to doing laundry to absolute crap for breakfast. I should have booked somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN.

Property is in a very rundown state and its not maintained well. There were cockroaches in the room. Microwave was not working. Bathroom was not clean, it was very difficult to use the bath tub, a mat was sticked onto to the floor for extra grip OR to hide something beneath that.

The room smelled heavily of urine. Only way to keep the smell down was to keep the room cold. Asked for and extra blanket and was given a single sheet. Was told I could make the room warmer. I said no due to the smell. They said all of the rooms have a smell of some kind.... nope never staying in cypress again. Their target might as well be a walmart.

Plus they charged me $27.50 more for my pet, I have been on others hotels and pets are free and honestly i don't mind to pay for it but honestly this hotel for me the price isn't worthy.

I should have known better than to value shop in this area. It’s the little things. I expected cleanliness issues from the start, and for it to be a bit noisy. But I did not expect to have to ask for simple things like towels. I had early morning meetings all week and waking up to realize there wasn’t a towel for after a morning shower was a huge issue. Then to not have anyone working the desk to ask for one. I literally had to let the phone at the desk ring for 7 minutes before anyone answered. I won’t be staying here again.

Avertisr grab and go breakfast. Completely false advertising. Had coffee and oatmeal packets only. No muffins or granola bars as advertised. Tub in room in bad shape and leaky faucet all night long. No amenties like shampoo or lotion. I guess if you want those you need to go down to desk to retrieve. Disappointed overall. Rate was cheaper but still not worth it.

The overall condition or everything was very poor such as there was a lot of worn carpet with holes, shower was clean but was definitely in need of an update and when I asked for a coffee pot the 1st one was missing pieces the 2nd had a moldy coffee filter and the 3rd that was only about a 2 cup pot took about an hour and half to brew. However the people at the front counter when I checked in were very nice and tried to do their best.

I choose this location because of its value and their kitchenettes. I needed a place where I could have my disabled mother over to visit and eat. The quality of the rooms were inconsistent. I had to change rooms multiple times and each room had issues whether it was a lumpy bed, non working stove, mold, or windows that didn't open (even though it was required to open while cooking). The staff was amazing! They were friendly, accommodating, helpful and always welcoming, from the check-in staff to the maintenance crew. The breakfast was very limited to coffee/tea, oatmeal or Nutrigrain bars, I cooked in my room instead.

The stove was repaired quickly and the staff tried to remedy the bed but in the end a room switch was needed. All staff was friendly and would say hello in passing.

My husband booked quickly and I should have read the reviews before we booked. On arrival I initially thought oh this is in nice tucked in business area shortly to be greeted in the parking lot by sketchy looking people. Walking down the hallways a lady came out of one of the rooms joking about ghost I thought it was strange. The next day in day light I got a better view of the property and there is a lot of homeless renting these rooms living in them roaming around. Our room it’s self wasn’t cozy it smelt so bad like cigerette smoke I had a hard time breathing trying to sleep. The counters were burnt and peeling through out the whole room. Looked like there was wall damage on the sides of the door in the hallway. The heater didn’t work in our room and there is no toiletries. For the price point spend a little more and save the headache.

The location is good. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Not much provided, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion. Wanted to buy water. They don’t have any and the vending machine was broken. All you get is a bed, tv, towels, and soap.

Is what makes my stays there more pleasurable. From the first visit to the present; Jacob set the stage for me to be an ongoing Guest. He is ALWAYS patient, kind and accommodating. Jen and Mona are very helpful even when the place is very busy, they will make the time and not forget about you; helping as soon as they can, in a timely manner. Last but not least, the General Manager Mr Angel, who not only over sees his staff but will also be quick to assist you and make your check in, stay and check out easy and pleasant. This is my go to place for a couple days to relax. Not it’s not a five star Hotel but the staff are 5 star customer service reps!

We were traveling 4 hours to this destination and were scheduled to stay Mon-Sat. Halfway in, around 7:00 pm, the hotel called and cancelled our reservation. Were told that since we booked 3rd party and they needed our room, we no longer had a reservation. The receptionist then told us "Have a great day" and hung up the phone. We had to find another reservation for the week, which wasn't easy and was quite costly. Have booked rooms many times over the years and did not know that once confirmed, the hotel could just cancel you. It was not a good experience!! Very frustrating!!

Requested a bottom floor. was not available. in hindsight it was a good idea as the hotel had many shady people there. The back parking lot had dozens of broken down cars. There was so much dog poop it wasn't even safe for my dog to relieve himself. But I still cleaned up after him. I had to clean my dogs paws every time we entered the room. There was a terrible odor by the elevators. Not safe to use at night.

I didn't did not like the fact that they only have one little bench little table bench outside for smoking throughout the whole property and has no shade so they really need to put some seating in there and some shady spots if possible or a tarp umbrella for the smokers so that's really inconvenient

This place offers zero housekeeping until you've stayed 14 days. You are required to carry dirty towels and linens to the front desk to get fresh ones! They won't even bring you toilet paper, and only 1 roll in room. I'm not joking. Phone in room broken. Furniture in room broken. I called Extended Stay corporate and they confirmed this is their policy. The staff is polite but consisted of tweakers and untrained jugaloos. Again, I'm NOT joking.

We had to pay extra for a second bed room. Front of hotel was reeking of marrijana smell & litter all around. We had to ask for anything we required -- coffee pot spoons cups shampoo hand lotion etc. Only one person manning the desk as a result delay in service. Room price of $143 + $ 22 for upgrade was not worth it. Breakfast was very chintsy space not adequate.

Area had a weird smell. Upon arriving to the room we attempted to shower but saw multiple bugs inside the shower area.
