Terrible front desk staff from time of check in to later the same evening... staff sent a maintenace person to my room - could not understand his dialect. Then the front desk called the room - asking me why I was in the room????.........What????..... after a checkin with photo id to a reservation with Expedia and a credit card placed on file with the hotel....what a bunch of clowns....

The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. The parking was plenty when we arrived. The room was spacious with a lot of outlets for charging. There is a lot of shelves and draws for all your things. The breakfast is hardy and plenty. Overall a good deal.

I was evacuated from my home. I was able to book my room on very short notice. I have stayed at this hotel on one other occasion and this stay was just as nice. I was thinking, you know I had heard other guests coming & going in the hallway. Definitely will be back under less stressful situations.

This travel did not happen. They weren’t accepting check-in because of the chemical spill or explosion that was going to happen nearby nearby so they could not allow for any check-in. They were going to evacuate not sure if they did, but I had to find another place. Total inconvenience. Not their fault. I’ve stayed here before. It was a great place. just disappointing that this was a tragic situation.

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady helping set up the breakfast. Overall, we thought it was a great stay. It's about 20 minutes away from Disney, the price was great and free breakfast and parking were included. We loved that they had coffee and tea available 24-hours. The rooms were clean overall and the AC worked well. When we got back into our room it was a bit warm, as we were on the side facing the sun, but within a couple of minutes the room cooled down. I will definitely consider for future stays.

I would like to compliment Ana who keeps the breakfast room stocked, clean and organized beautifully. she is friendlly and such a hard worker; a real asset to the Hampton family.

The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing and very helpful and so nice. Breakfast was delicious this morning and I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms did not have microwaves , but not a deal breaker.

The staff is amazing. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except that there wasn't any microwave in the room. I would expect a hotel within the Hilton network to always have a microwave. Disappointed.

Having a microwave in some rooms as an option would be great. Staying on 4th floor is best if you’re easily disturbed by people walking above you. Doesn’t seem to be adequate noise proof between floors.

Room ok. Clean. But not to the standards of the Hampton's I've been to. Choose Hampton for 1 reason only: Consistency. That, unfortunately wasn't achieved. The worst part was the breakfast. Yes, you'll say "well it is free", but nothings free. It's worked in. Out of many items continuously, messes everywhere./ 1 staff member trying their hardest to stay afloat. Schedule two if your booked or get the manager in there to assist!

Room was clean, but pillows were too limp. The first night we had to wait 20 minutes to get into our room because the keys werent working. However, staff was very nice! Breakfast was best on Sunday. Overall, decent stay for the cost.

Great hotel! The complimentary breakfast options were actually really good compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean rooms-bathrooms could use a remodel honestly but other than that I have no complaints. We were greeted by a very kind woman the night we checked in and that made our stay so much more amazing. I’m not sure how this property has a 9.0 “Wonderful”. The rooms are outdated, carpet is gross. Shower (no tub) pan was cracked and shower doors needed a good cleaning. If this is now Hilton standards, we’ll pass.

Staff was soo nice and friendly even when we got there later in the night. Free breakfast, free wifi, and free parking only 15-20 minutes away from Disneyland. The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING, we made sure to go everyday throughout out stay because of how good it was!

Was told my accommodations were set but waited another 2.5 hours for me and my significant other to check in after a long flight to California.

We had 2 rooms and 4 children. Our stay was great. The breakfast was a plus and a really good way to start our day. The parking was just outside of the lobby and it was FREE! There were other stores within walking distance and hotel is not far from the beach. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room. Otherwise I’d definitely stay again.

Customer service is amazing. I reached out in advanced and called the morning of regarding a check in request and they honored it. I am so appreciative of that. My stay was brief, one night but I can tell at check in that this place is one I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. My only issue is that the sink hot water took a while to warm up at night for me to do skin care. Shower warmed up just fine. The immediate location/surroundings is in a commercial area with a target plaza in walking distance. Not too far from the 605 exit and within 5 miles of Forest Lawn where I had to be.

Loved that it was in a commercial area, didn’t feel like I had to worry much about my car. The staff very helpful and friendly, hotel was very clean offered breakfast. Dinning area was open floor plan didn’t care about how open it was and close I was to others while eating. Had a pool , gym and laundry on property. Pool was a little small for my liking but overall a great property Will stay again in the future.

Toilet needed attention. I had to remove the lid to get the flap from being stuck so that it would refill with water. Very old setup for the toilet bowl, expected more from eco-friendly California

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, clean fresh room. I had an issue with the air conditioning but they addressed it right away and provided a different room where air worked perfectly.

the stay was great. we requested an early check in and was given it even though the manager, Gabby, had to do some adjusting to accomplish this since many rooms were not cleaned and ready for the day yet. She was professional, courteous and pleasant. The hot breakfast was awesome, the best we have ever had!! Ana, the breakfast attendant, was helpful, pleasant and quick to keep the tables clean and food stocked. We would definitely stay at this Hampton again.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Hot cookies every evening and free breakfast. The kitchen staff came out and said hello every morning. The property is in good condition and is clean. There were a few spots and water damage in my bathroom but it was minor. My only complaint was the person upstairs got up every two hours all day and night. They stomped across the floor. It shook the walls. I do not know how they stomped so hard. It sounded like a jack-hammer. This went on for 15 minutes at a time and then would stop. Not the hotel's fault, and as I stayed a while they must have left because it stopped. One of my favorte hotels in this area. I will stay here again.

We like staying here when family guests invade 😏our home in Cypress. This time, however, there was very little hot water… only 2 towels?! 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel? I isn’t usually like this. The front desk was great, but the room? Not so much. If anyone is interested… it was room 104

We arrived 4 PM , stay for 15 Min and left , back at 11: 30 , the bathrooms wasnt work , have to call , the maintenance guy cam almost midnigt, use the reat room , spleep and left at 8 am

Great great great! Location is far away but it was a wonderful stay for us. Many positives to include: Ice machine on our floor, they kindly accommodated us with 2 pack and plays. They were incredibly kind at the front desk. Sheets were clean and no pilling! Of course the room does need updating but for the most part was clean and nice dove collection for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was perfect. Just right. Lovely kitchen staff! Everything was great!

We tried the free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the offerings and how welcoming and helpful the staff was. The coffee bar is a nice added plus. We decided to Uber for dinner in downtown Disney and for $25 it was a great value. I’d probably stay here again on our next SoCal trip.

We were looking for a place close to Knotts and chose this hotel. Location is good and the hotel is quiet. Overall condition is a bit outdated and the beds were average in comfort. The pillows were terrible (flat). There were some stray hairs in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. Parking is easy and free.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The only thing I have a complaint on is that we have 3 dogs and the property wouldn’t allow us to pay an extra fee for the 3rd dog, so we had to find someone to watch our 3rd dog which resulted in depression for her!

This place was like staying in a prison. But the part that actually was the most upsetting is that at no point on our stay did we have Hot Water. Showering was cold water only.

The room we stayed in was older but was clean. The only thing I wasn’t about is that the bed was hard and sounded like it was breaking when we sat on it. Besides that everything was great. The staff are friendly and happy to assist in anyway. 😁

We have stayed at this property several times. This time it was over a weekend when our house was being shown by realtors. It’s convenient and clean. Not overly crowded and they are pet friendly.

Just a quick get away and the hotel never disappoints. Staff is super friendly and always eager to serve the guests. The breakfast selection is good and the young lady keeps everything neat and tidy! Different selections in egg and meat on each weekend day. I can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed here for one night for a soccer tournament and we were pleased with our stay. The room was spacious and the hotel was quiet. The beds were not as comfortable as I would prefer but for one night they were fine. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

I really liked that the hot breakfast options were different every day! The room was cozy, bed was comfortable, everyone was really nice, and its walking distance from Target for all of my snack needs. I will be staying here again in the future!

I liked how big the room and bathroom were, but I didn’t like how the bed was not positioned in front of the TV. So you had to sit on the side of the bed (or sideways) to face the TV.

They gave me someone elses luggage. I didnt notice til i got to the airport. No hot watwr, luke warm, the electronic keys didnt work. Didnt work at the pool or gym either had to be escorted. No chase lounge chairs at pool. No glass turntable in microwave. I extended my trip for fun..it was disaster. I want my money back i wirk for yamaha right across the street from the bldg. My fun vacation was disaster

Our reservations were for a King bed. Upon check we were informed that since we’d used a third-party booking service, they were unable to accommodate our King bed reservation. In all the many years I’ve used Hotels.com, this is a first.
