Lobby had dead roaches all over. All outlets with exception of 1 actually worked. Shower/toilet light didn’t work. Stains on walls, ceiling, blankets. Shower head about to fall off wall. Room stank. Holes in bedspread/sheets. Stained pillow cases.

The front desk staff was RUDE and Unhelpful!!! Policy is 18 and over can sign for a room and she refused my nephews!! Thankfully we found a better hotel with helpful staff!

Room was ok, had to use an extension cord to plug in my CPAP because the outlet between the beds didn't work. The breakfast was orange juice only, thankfully there's a Dennys across the parking lot. Load music next to the motel, they did quite down about 10:30

I love the central location, and the place is easy to get in and out of. Our room was clean, as was the property in general, and we felt safe overall. There were definitely some shady people around us though. I didn’t appreciate the stink of marijuana that wafted into our room once or twice, but I have no complaints otherwise and will stay there again.

The best location with a lot to do near bye. It felt safe, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint would be the first room we were put in, the A/C was broken but the front desk manager immediately moved us. He was very kind and professional.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front office staff was rude. He told me he only had one room which was all the way in the back of the last building. I asked if he had any more rooms he said no I found this to be strange because the parking lot was just about empty. When I got up to my room, it did not need a key to open the door because the door did not lock at all so I requested a refund. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel and by the way it was not clean at all anywhere.

nothing Pillows were small and thin, room smelled like old carpet fresh, clothes iron had dark sticky gunk on it sonwe couldnt even use it, 3 light bulbs didnt work on lamps. Tv cable ddnt work so we had to move to a different room. Also the parking was terrible, parking spaces were very small and too close together, if someone parks next to you and opens their door it is going to hit your car, and the upstairs has only one set of stairs way on the end of the floor, should be in the center so you dont have to walk so far to go downstairs.

They should not claim to have breakfast. A pack of muffins and a granola bar does not count. Our bathroom door did not close properly and we only had 3 towels in a 6-person room.

Then, we were having issues with our computer as we needed to access flight information before we went to our conference and I went to the lobby as a computer and printer were on a table. The computer was not on and I asked the person at the desk for help. He said he could not remember when the computer was last used and he could not get it up and running. Thus, we packed up "our stuff", checked out and moved on to where we could get a decent breakfast and a computer that worked. We will definitely not stay at this Days Inn again.

Location and convenience. 24 hour restaurant in the same parking lot. Nice air conditioning and low lighting. Staff was very courteous. On site security. The complimentary soap was open and there was water on the sink counter. The beds are big but stiff no softness. No coffee maker in the rooms and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner was about a teaspoon full. There was no tv guide and no Bible.

The location was great When we got into the room the toilet was clogged, there was no remote and when we reached out to the front desk he said he would see what he could do and then did not answer anymore of our calls. He did the same thing the second night except said call back in 10 minutes and then he did not answer. At checkout I was told someone would reach out to me about this and still have not heard anything.

Exactly what I expected for the price. Older motel. Needs some updating. Great location. Quiet place to sleep for a couple of nights while at market.

Somewhat rundown, but clean and no apparent bugs. It met my needs and is in a great area. Their breakfast option is virtually worthless - 20% off the Denny's next door for breakfast. Overall, it was decent.

The hot water is set to barely warm so, no hot shower.. just a warm shower. Although we smoke and requested a smoking room, the coverlet blanket had more holes in it than a screen door. I realize being able to get a cheap hotel super close to MidEvil times was a plus and I got what I paid for, the hotel could use a remodel. Lamp with no light, reading light with a burnt out bulb, no breakfast, coffee is in the lobby with 3oz styrofoam cups. Run by Muslim which is what most cheap hotels are these days but overall, for the price, I would stay again (We did bring our own pillows and, glad we did)

No coffee in the room or the office. Weekend breakfast(such as it is) ends at 9 a.m. Wifi is fine, but television channels were weird and featured no College Football choices. Great location next door to Denny's and down the street from the Market Center. Safe and quiet enough. Morning desk staff was very nice. Good water pressure. Sadly, I woke up on Saturday with five bedbug bites on the right side of my body. No bites on my husband or new bites on Sunday.

This is the filthiest room I’ve ever stepped into, we basically needed a room to sleep for a few hours and to shower in as we were doing a show and only had a few hours to get away. First of all the the pictures do not depict the property or the room. We arrived at 10:45,lobby was not open had to step around side to small window to check in. I will say that the person at window was very accommodating in giving us a ground floor room, that being said we went to our room. We opened the door to a room that looked like it rented by the hour,carpet was so disgusting that you didn’t even want to set down

The staff was very nice.the beds could have been more cimfortable. It wasn't clear that there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. We had an older lady who couldn't take the stairs. So, we awithed rooms but gave up apace in the room.

The staff were awesome. They put up with my locking myself out of my room several times and the room was decent but no, I didn’t expect a whole lot for that rate which is a great rate for the location. Of course, a tiny bit rundown but what do you expect for such an awesome rate. I can’t say the coffee machine was too awesome because they turned it off before I ever woke up, which was it like early as he-llo at 9 AM so why even turn the thing on in the first place I mean, saving electricity on the coffee machine by turning it off at 9 AM is kind of cruel to anyone who wanted to get coffee. Cheap a$$ Indians lol, but more than nice enough for Indians. Especially when I woke them up at 2am to reissue a demagnetized key. They put up with a lot of bs there.

The check in was great and the clerk was very friendly. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the breakfast. No coffee . Had to wait 10 mins for it to be ready and then it was decaf no reg coffee… and that was the breakfast they had.

Fire alarm went off 4 times on one night during our stay

Staff is impersonal yet efficient. Room was not clean. Lots of weird characters in the parking lot, so it feels unsafe.

The room was very dated, but also not deep cleaned, and in need of repairs. The air conditioning unit is in desperate need of deep cleaning. The air coming out smells so musty and moldy, that I had an asthma attack. My husband and I both became so congested, and our eyes were so red and burning. Our stay was supposed to be for several days. But our experience the first day was so bad that we booked elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. I hope the staff can make some improvements to air quality, can secure the towel bar to the wall with more than caulking, and make overall improvements to room conditions.

The first room had ants and when they moved me to a different room, it too two hours to cool down. I asked for a refund so that I could change hotels, but it was denied.

When I walked into my room, it was a pungent smell of weed that stayed on my colthes, the lighting was really poor and hard to see, and my door lock was broken. I went to go tell the front staff the the front desk and they made it easy enough to get a new room. The room was a little dirty, but bareable. Beds were not comfortable.

Not a bad property truthfully, just outdated. Was surrounded by these cool looking hotels just for it to be the ugly duckling. Room was all carpet. Blankets had some holes in them (but were clean!), some satins on the fitted sheet (hopefully it was just some red paint). No working ventilation in our restroom so we had to keep the restroom door open (didn’t want mold to grow). Shared the same parking lot with Denny’s (no speedy service, waited like 1.5 hours to get our food). Now my biggest disappointment with the inn was - no breakfast! It was just complementary (aka only coffee/juice some bread/muffins, stale cereal!!). Only reason we even booked the inn was due to free breakfast. Thought I was going to save some $$ with having breakfast included each morning but had to go out to eat breakfast instead. Staff was friendly tho. Overall, not a bad place to just lay your head down. If you want more (gym, pool, breakfast, etc.) this place is not it.

Most hotels that offer free breakfast starts their breakfast at 6 am. This one did not have the breakfast as stated on the app when booking.

The employees were very courteous, no issue there, BUT, there was dust on appliances, a big roach on the carpet(which i stepped on), the sink was dirty, and some bug bit my leg. Breakfast was only a couple of juices & some bread. Definitely not going back.

Location is bomb. Easy to get to and off the highway. Close to downtown and UT Southwestern. Looks better inside than out. Very comfortable stay and didnt hear anything from neighbors whereas a friend staying at a higher end nearby hotel did. Great value for the money. Dont expect the works but for a basic stay where one only needs a room to stay in, this hotel is a great stay especially for the price.

Couldn't sleep at night. Walls to thin and could hear people arguing next door at late nights. Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Outdated. Not worth the price. You could get a nicer hotel for same price.

Bathrooms were very small and there was long black hairs in the shower. Pictures on the internet DO NOT match what you pay for! Paid over $100 for 1 night and it should have been $40!

This property had what we needed but is very outdated, the property foundations have sunk so felt like we were walking uphill in our rooms. Rooms are old and dark with very little lighting. Location was gold and staff was helpful. A good option if your on a budget and don't mind old dingy rooms

The hotel is dirty holes in sheet and smell like a strip joint me and wife could not stay the one night we went to a next hotel because she felt unsafe this place is in need of some upgrades although it might be cheap Fairfield right next door was 20 dollars more and is 5 star compared to this property

If you check in after a certain time, you have to check in through a window and I was not a fan of that. Otherwise, you basically get what you paid for. Checking out was very nice and pleasant though!

Hotel was fine, but there needs to be some sort of mat or something for the shower. Its very slippery in there and I can see someone falling and cracking their head on the wall. Yes there are bars in the shower, but something as simple as a shower mat or something that just provides a semi non slip surface in the tub could save someone a trip to the hospital.

The only complaint was that the carpet was dirty -- but it was on the ground level so people walking directly in from outside with dirty shoes would cause the carpet to get dirty. It was right next to Denny's restaurant which was perfect because it was open 24 hours a day. The staff was exceptional trying to make everything as great as they could. I was also happy because I felt very safe as it was in a hotel district and a good area.

I was offered a room with two queen beds, both bed spreads have multiple cigarette burns on them. The room is infested with cockroaches and tons of black flies coming from the drain in bathroom and tub. Carpet was dirty.

The facilities are not maitained, the placed showed free breakfast and it was terrible! 1 old gallon of milk, stale bread and nothing to put on it. Overall not good experience

In the 2 star rated class, this Days in rates a 10. We found the Days Inn to perfectly suited for our needs. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee and shampoo, in the room. George at the front desk was very welcoming and shared some recommendations for barbeque. The breakfast was basic but provided what you needed to start the day. The location gave access to Ferris Wheelers BBQ, the Rodeo Goat Burger Restaurant and the Meddlesome Moth, all three of which were worth visiting. Overall, it is a location we would certainly choose again for a future trip to Dallas.

We had an ok experience, cleanliness is ok, location is ok, price was great. A few things I didn't like - bathroom door had no lock, carpets were old, one of my bedsheets had a small hole in it, the microwave had rotary controls, shower was slippery. Bed, linens and pillows were ok, location is good - a few min from downtown. The fridge, TV, heater worked fine. They advertised breakfast but had none, instead we were given a 20% coupon for Dennys next door which was ok but we would have preferred a breakfast.

This is actually an old motel. Basically no lobby. The room was clean enough but very old and the walls and doors are paper thin. The breakfast is cereal and an orange juice & coffee machine. There were two muffins when i came downstairs at 7:30am.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a business trip for a coworker. The first room smelled bad and the AC/heat made a loud noise and didn't work properly. After switching my co-worker to a different room he broke out from something on the bedding. He checked out early and I moved him to a different hotel to avoid any further issues. I would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.

Decent for the price, although the room was a bit rough, the bathroom super tiny, and we could only get a smoking room for the king bed we purchased online. Luckily, it was only one night.

This hotel is adequate at best. First room was a smoking room (only King bed they had) but it stunk and the toilet in the tiny bathroom did not flush, nor did the outlets work. Changed to a better non-smoking room but shower bar was falling off, water in shower never got past lukewarm and the towels were dirty. Breakfast was a joke (cold cereal, packaged pastries, coffee that dispensed 4oz at a time, no fruit) and they use styrofoam cups. Office locks up in the evening and the printer at the "business center" did not work. The only good thing is tons of parking and the 24 hour Denny's in the parking lot. I come to Dallas often but will NEVER stay here again.

If my wife was with me I probably would not have stayed. It is convenient that a 24/7 Denny's shares the parking lot.

Was not bad overall when said continental breakfast was over statement. Just muffins and juice. But Denny's next door off set that. Personally bathrooms are way to small but okay if you like closets bathrooms.

My only criticism is the 'breakfast item' offering. Fresh fruit (especially bananas) hit the spot, but little else. The pastries were pre-packaged, not that that is a bad thing. Might be nice to hook up with a local donut shop and have fresh pastries available. The 20% off coupon for the Denny's next door were appreciated! All in all, perfect stay!

Room was nice and clean, it is an older motel. Only minor negatives are the floors are sloped, there was trash in the field outside our window, curtains had been ripped and tv had a cracked corner. There was a space for continental breakfast but I was not told about it at check in, so I can't verify if it's offered or not. Parking lot looks sketchy, but it's very well lit at night and there are cameras.

There is no breakfast as advertised. I went one morning at 9am and it was over. The following morning there was nothing ,but was only offered a discount fo breakfast at dennys. Very active parking lot so if your a light sleeper its not for you.

Beds we good, room was dirty dead dried roaches behind beds and behind toilet, food behind beds. Asked for room to be cleaned and she didnt clean a room we still found the dead roaches.

Noisy overnight. Not the fault of the hotel, but other guests and visitors. Woken up a few times by cars playing loud music in the car park.

My praise ends there though. The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being deemed a nonsmoking room. We stayed in the large three queen configuration, which had two TVs. One of which looked like it was shattered and broken. Moving around the chairs, it looked like somebody’s old hoodie was underneath a chair. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. Ice machine was out of order, and water in the shower never got hot. The hotel also occupied some suspicious guests who were creepy and made some in our party uncomfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue, although a bit slim. Given the rate of other hotels in the area during this event, this hotel was by far the cheapest and having the luxury of walking to the event was worth it in the end, but far from a nice stay.

I arrived very early and just wanted to leave my bags but they checked me in early with no fee after checking if a room was ready for me. Very friendly staff and just up the road there is a burger and bbq place that have great food too.

This a run down cheap place to stay. The chairs leather was peeling and rotten, curtains stained. A/C heating unit was falling apart. Everything was dirty but the sheets. Cigarette burns in comforter. When we asked for a non smoking room. Carpets have never been cleaned or fully vacuumed.

At the front desk (side window) I was told that somebody under a different name had my room until i showed him my reservation. Then I was given a key to a room that had a couple in it already. I opened their door and invaded their privacy, which meant the same thing could happen to me. After getting another room and sitting down i noticed cigarette burns on the bed and a roach crawling on the table. There was yelling in the parking lot throughout the night. This place was awful

Very nice hotel that is walking distance to the DART transport system, very clean, multiple eating establishments local, staff very helpful, and comfortable beds.stayed for a week, and would recommend as a base for any tourist looking for a great base to discover Dallas.
