    My entire team (8 rooms) did not have hot water for almost 48 hours. The hotel kept telling us that it was getting fixed and after 3 cold showers they had it fixed. The team there apologized for the issues, but nothing other than "sorry" and still cold water. I expect to have hot water at any and every hotel. It is a basic need, not a luxury.

    Ok so you have to pay $30 night for parking. My car got broken into. Security didn’t speak any English so that was very frustrating but hotel is not responsible for anything! Right next to medieval times so that’s nice. Bar food and drinks were amazing. Rooms cleaned daily. Balcony is little no room to sit and enjoy but nice to stand and look out.

    The breakfast was outstanding. Not the typical eggs, they were southwestern style. Lots of variety. The staff lady was so friendly and helpful. The floor we stayed on was hot in the hallway. The room was cool but still. The tv was in and out of signal.

    I had ants in my bathroom, my air condition in my room, would net get cold. Stayed between 74-70 degrees, when I had it set to 59. The food was good, and amenities decent.

    Location was great Thought breakfast was included in price but was not. Too much chlorine in hot tub/pool; first room had dirty underwear left on balcony; staff immediately gave us a new room. New room looked like it had blood splatter on bathroom door and shower curtain. Housekeeping sanitized bathroom and changed shower curtain immediately.

    The rooms were outdated and had “patchwork”. Our room AC didn’t work upon arrival. Had someone come in and adjusted something and it worked for a few hours then back to blowing warm air. The bar was the best thing about the hotel.

    Nothing really Do not book this room if you plan on using the pool. The pool water is milky white with particles floating on the water. You can not see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was just as dirty the first night. We did not get in, and on the second day I thought it would filter and be clean. Nope! The next day the pool was still as nasty. The outside pool is not even being cared for full of leaves and dirt. Which is probably affecting the inside portion of the pool. The hot tub was colder than the pool water. Ice cold! And to top it off the pool area has red ants. I was bitten on my legs and it burns and itchy like crazy. The shower head was a job in itself. Water sprayed everywhere no matter how it was adjusted. The door to our room would not read the key half the time. The room only came with 1 remote for 2 tvs and it only controlled half the function on one of the tvs. Staff dose not communicate, upon check in i told I could get a late check no problem. So I requested it then, at check out i called down to the front desk to confirm and the lady was rude and direct and told me there was no late check out available for me and it wasn't noted on my account. But once i asked then to fix the hot tub late check out was magically available. I was not happy with my stay and it ruined my birthday plans

    This is a nice hotel family-friendly that was conveniently located near the interstate which made traveling to our destination easier. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and freshly made and the bar was a plus. Whenever I travel to this area in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. I also want to send a special shoutout and thank you to Corey for his professionalism. He assisted us with getting checked in after having some technical difficulties upon our arrival.

    Breakfast was the worst that I have ever had at a hotel. I expected a lot more for the price. The breakfast attendant was superb on the contrary. Thirty dollars for parking was a ripoff. There was no courtesy carts to help with our luggage. The staff was nice. A continental breakfast would have been better. Parking payment is should be reduced.

    Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was nice leaving us extra towels and coffee when we weren't ready for service. Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendations for places to eat, directions to a couple places, and held our luggage till our room was ready and until we left for the airport. Girl working bar/starbucks during the day even remembered our drink order. Pool was warm and hot tub was relaxing. Fitness center looked nice. They were doing some renovations in the lobby/dining area and the workers were nice and joked with us. Would stay there again.

    The amenities of the room are a little old and the air conditioning made it kind of stuffy. I just would not go to this particular Sheraton because other Sheraton‘s have been great. The staff was really nice and one lady came from the front desk to personally clean the room for us at 11:30 pm since they didn’t clean it. They did a good job of trying to rectify the situation, but it was too much effort for going on a family trip and losing sleep and time due to all the efforts.

    Had to wait for hot water to come through, like 10 min of running shower on straight hot, couch was very uncomfortable, very very firm. Quoted $679 for 3 day stay from hotels.com but did the pay at hotel option and was over charged for $821 instead. Parking is not free, 3 days parking cost right at $100, and no it’s not valet. It’s the Sheraton, you’d expect more. Balcony? Yes, all 2ft by 3ft, lol. If you want it cool in the room the set ac to 70 and on high all day and night, never turns off and is loud. I got the king suite, never again!

    I did not like that the toilet reminds me of a toddler potty. Close to the floor. Room felt like we were in a basement. I would like to be asked if we prefer another floor when put lower than 4 if available. We don’t get to Dallas very often and it would be good to be on a higher floor. Not the top of course but the 2nd floor and by the generator outside my balcony window that was ugly. Should not have a balcony on that side. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Comment was made halls felt like being on the titanic with them being narrow and completely closed off. Staff was friendly. Lounge was good and I did have a late dinner that was made to go and it took a while for that honestly think they forgot. Also wasted a huge bag for a bowl of soup. Need smaller bags Parking I think is too much money-like the police presence though. So I give you about 2/3 stars.

    The lobby and the rest are very good. We loved the food and the staff. However the condition of the hotel is old, the bathroom is not in good condition, the pool was ok. There was a homeless in the main entrance and we felt unsafe with our kids there.

    First, I was surprised by the extra charges for parking. This was not clearly mentioned upfront, and it added to the overall cost of the stay. For guests traveling by car, I think it’s important that these fees are clearly communicated in advance. Second, the traffic noise was noticeable, especially at night. My room faced the street, and it was difficult to get uninterrupted rest. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or away from the road. On the plus side, the staff were polite and check-in was smooth, but between the parking fees and the noise, I felt the value could have been better. Overall, this hotel might work if you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind a bit of city noise, but I’d recommend being aware of the additional costs before booking.

    I have stated this property a few times. I always enjoy my stay. I love that it has easy access open parking. That I can easily pay for before even entering the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Robert was especially helpful and kind. I love the pool because it's indoor and outdoor. I love having a full-service restaurant and bar that has good food and good drinks. It's nice to be able to relax downstairs with a drink. It's near Market Center so it's very convenient to different dining and shopping choices. My favorite part of this hotel and the reason I usually choose it is because it's one of the few that have two bedroom suites. I like being able to share a room with friends but we can still have privacy.

    Short stay in town to get a quick break from kids. You get what you pay for but the parking should be a crime to charge for! I paid to stay in this hotel, I parked myself and it wasn’t some fancy spot. There is one way in and one way out to the service road and the security in which I’m assuming I paid 36 a night for is a man in a car with lights on the top. He drives in circles and watches couples fight etc… the interior is still nice from previous years being remodeled and if you look hard you can see some first class touches but it’s failing fast and already the Ac is not even running in the entire guest hallway of at least the 10th, 9th and 8th floor. And so it begins…

    Dirty sheets , dirty tub , dirty toilet. Called the office multiple times for towels and sheets they never answered I had to go down stairs to actually get sheets and towels , the pools are cloudy like they haven’t been cleaned in a while the only thing good about this hotel is the price and how close it is to most things. Also paying to park is crazy at a hotel like this

    Hotel was average . The price was good but we did have a few let downs with the room . One of the light lamps in the room did not work , the shower was semi clogged , so your feet were in a puddle of water while you are showering and there was a small amount of blood . They did change it but not when we told them to. We had to call them twice . Other than that it was okay

    The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I’m extremely disappointed in the breakfast. Breakfast is not free or included in your stay. It’s $25 per person. I am okay with paying for breakfast if it’s better than the complimentary breakfast you would receive at a lower end hotel. The problem is that it was exactly mediocre and not impressive. For $25, you would think they would use real eggs. They use powdered eggs. There was stale bread and bagels. The fruit was under ripe and not enjoyable. Again, nothing special, and not worth $25 a person when you can probably find a cafe nearby and pay the same price for a better quality breakfast.

    Enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton suites in Dallas. It’s an older building, but in good shape. Customer service is the best I have seen so far of traveling with family. The kids liked the pool, while some of the family had gym time. Thank you Sheraton suites for make our stay pleasant.

    The entire reason I booked this hotel, was for the indoor heated pool. I called the hotel to make sure the pool was heated and was told that it was. The pool was so cold that nobody in my family of 4 could get into it. I could have gotten a cheaper room at one of the 3 hotels next door, but chose to stay there for the heated pool. Also, this was the loudest hotel room I've ever been in, and I travel often. The road noise from the I-35 freeway was insane. The glass on the windows and patio door must be the thinnest glass possible. None of us slept all night. And, the traffic never stopped, no matter what time of the night.

    We get to our room and same thing just seemed dirty and smelly. The toilet paper was full of some kind of paint, the bathtub was so dirty, paint from the wall was peeling off a d the sink was clogged, me and my wife were about to just leave and get a refund but it was already late at night so we decided to just stay but we ended up leaving so early because it was just so uncomfortable and then they didn’t want to give me a refund so it was just a horrible experience, would not recommend.

    It was so-so walls on the 9th floor from the elevator were painted over with different colors and didn't match the original color. bathroom wall was patched and never re-painted. Fitted Sheets were the wrong size for the bed and kept coming off. Had to call downstairs 3 times just to get house keeping up to clean room and get towels. will never stay at a Sheraton again

    The blanket was completely disturbing. When you held it up to the light, you could see stain after stain. Brown stains at that. I stay there alot and i HATE i never noticed it. Probably was like that those numerous times i have stayed.
