Now positive, when we got in the room it was very clean and spacious, exceeded our expectations. During the night the fire alarm kept going off causing lost sleep, not sure if there was a fault, or if someone kept pulling it, there was no explanation. Ended up getting up at 4 am and going to the airport early.

Nothing and to make insult to injury when they were yelling to the top of their lungs it was an older gentleman in his fifties I believe the father and also the young man disrespected me and told me that I cannot tell another guess that there's a better price somewhere and I told him this is America my friend I can say whatever I want to say to guess you don't tell me what to say he was very rude disrespectful him and his father yelled to the top of their lungs then when I wouldn't back down they tried to make me leave the property before my Uber came it was raining outside and then they called the police the police came and the police couldn't believe what was done and how was treated they escorted me to a new hotel and told me don't call the Uber don't ever ever spend money here they are very rude very unprofessional and so much I will never spend my money at Motel 6 again at any Motel 6 !!

The room itself was okay for a short stay. It had the basics, but cleanliness could have been better. I noticed a few areas that needed more attention, like the floors and bathroom. Nothing completely unbearable, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The bed was decent enough to get rest, though not the most comfortable long-term. Customer service varied. Some staff members were helpful and respectful, while others seemed less attentive. If you need something, it’s best to ask clearly and follow up if necessary.

The microwave did not work in the first room and the fridge was leaking. Also the toilet had barely any water pressure to flush. Had to wait for a new room to even be offered which only happened once we told them about the roaches that were bothering us. We finally get told we can get a new room the next day mind you we have plans already set and we’re not told that we had to check into the new room at a certain time or when it would be ready m. When we got back the room was given away and we were told we had to stay in the messed up room for the night. I was lied to about someone coming to fix the microwave or even exchange it so we had to eat out eve tho we had food. Or we had to go down stairs every time we wanted to warm our food. When we finally got into another room on the last day of our stay the microwave did not work in that room either so another day and night of walking downstairs to heat up food. Tv was also sad only the very basic of cable. For what I paid and how long I was there it definitely not worth it will be addressing for a refund or partial.

The room was infested with numerous insects, and I have audio recordings as evidence. This situation severely disrupted my ability to sleep or find any comfort.

There was no TV in the room. No toilet paper. They were short staff so I had to wait a while to get toilet paper. No other rooms were available to accommodate me. This is a first. I always book here which is why these issues were unacceptable.

I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable! There was a lot of movement in the hallway i also got 3 unexpected people come knocking at my door. The room next to me have very loud music playing. Also the room had roaches and nats. This was a very bad experience.

There is several hairs in the bathtub. Dirty toilet paper when we walked in behind the toilet. Toilet wont flush. Not impressed at all

There was mold in my room, went and ask for another room and the guy was more concerned about that I threw something in the trash can in the room and a little bar of soap was open that they can replace. I checked in at 10 something and wasn’t in the room long. No sorry no nothing and now I have to wait for my refund cause the manager wasn’t there

The stay was okay however the room I booked wasn’t what o got so I was very upset..,. Big to mention the loudness tho yelling all in the halls all night and thr constant running around upstairs was driving me crazy.

I've stayed at the cheapest hotels and never had this stuff missing and the worst was I had to ask for a blow dryer, this should be standard in a hotel. Do yourself a favor don't stay here.

Close to everything

The adage " you get what you pay for" applies to this Motel 6. I ALWAYS stay at Marriott Brand properties and had an emergency - so someone else booked for me and it was an awful stay overall! The hotel is housing for some and it was evident and clear after day one. A strange guy KNOCKED on the door and asked to charge his phone; the man in the unit above me paced back and forth with his shoes clearly on until 2am-ish for about 5 of the seven days! I was trying to be patient and folk looked "on the edge )" so I finally HAD to say something. The staff did nothing and the manager told me that it was not his fault and I should have asked to be moved...lol. The noises got worse (banging to dropping things) and I missed work on Monday because I did not sleep on Sunday night! NEVER AGAIN will I even look at a Motel 6. All I asked for was a one night refund---out of a 7 day stay. VERY fair of me but ...nope! SMH.

My first and LAST time overlooking Brand Loyalty because the addage "you get what you pay for" unfortunately proved itself to be true! The man in the room above me walked i.e. paced with shoes on! - most of the evening and ALL NIGHT until about 1am and (I dealt with it for 3 days) until Sunday - had to work Monday, when I went to the front desk finally at 3am to report it. Then, the noise got worse! Stuff dropping on the floor, dresser drawers being slammed, pure ignorance and disregard for mutual respect. Then, next morning, a strange man knocked on the door to ask to use my electricity! After that, I asked to be refunded but was told that "...you should have told us sooner - we would have moved you." WRONG ANSWER! MARRIOTT HOTELS - ALWAYS AND DEFINITELY FROM NOW ON! I did not book this and stayed here as a result of an emergency since I am also visiting. Lesson learned! You really do get what you pay for and I missed a day of work too. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A BRAND AFFILIATE OF THE MARRIOTT. MARRIOTT BRANDS value their customers.

Though we ordered 2 queens for 4 people the lady in the front desk argued that it should only be two people when it was for 4 people. She almost didn't want to give up another bath towel. Old place but good only if you're a rugged person no hygiene kind of person.

They have done a great job getting rid of the problems there . Very different atmosphere . I even extended a few days . Felt safe and relaxed my entire stay . They have 3 security guys watching all night

Spacious room and very clean but lots of noisy neighbors from upstairs and also on the same floor and no one was bothering to warn them to keep it quite even at 12:30 am

I chose an inexpensive stay because I just wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, I regret this choice. I stay at hotels all the time and all over country and Canada but this is the first time I truly felt unsafe. I "slept" with a light on and furniture in front of the door to my room. But, I barely slept 2 hours. People kept propping open the entrance door nearest my room rocks. And the lock on that door was damaged.

Staff is always polite, rooms are clean. Security on weekends to keep trouble out. Always stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful and every time I passed the front desk they asked how my stay and was there anything I needed. The price was after tax $69 and that was for a suite with a living room separate from the bedroom. 2 TVs, sofa, table, refrigerator and microwave. I had a dog so I chose this hotel since the floors don't have carpet. Easy to clean any dog mess. Coffee in the lobby had liquid creamer!

Ricky at the front desk was super helpful. He was kind , professional and a real breath of fresh air!! You are lucky to have him.

Perfectly fine place to crash for a night. However, I will say the entire hotel had a weird smell. The lobby smelled overwhelmingly like air freshener and I'm not sure what the smell in the room was but I'm guessing it's whatever cleaning chemicals they use. It was very strong and not pleasant. I would have changed hotels if I had been staying longer.

The walls had dead bugs, I saw roaches in my tub, couldn’t even shower, the toilets would barely flush, the sink wouldn’t drain, the room had a terrible smell with cigarette burns in our comforter, the fold out couch mattress also was stained and torn with smoke spots and what looked almost like blood.

Stay regularly, nice staff, clean rooms. The area is not the greatest but they keep the riffraff out and keep an eye on the lot

Do yourself a favor and skip this property. We arrived and as soon as we opened the door to the room we saw no fewer than 4 cockroaches scurry away within 60 seconds. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and the walls.

Our room was unclean there was bodily fluids and hair all over. It smelled like mold so I had to use almost my entire perfume bottle to drown out the smell. The service was horrible. The area was extremely unsafe. The elevator was making odd noises and would stop and go. I will never stay here again it was awful!

For a one night stay its ok, one car got broken into 😬 im glad it wasnt mine but i felt terrible for the couple. Staff were polite and straightforward, good experience. Hallways smelled like they were clean, a bit of strong chemical odors but not to my dislike. Room was very clean, and cold just like i like it. Only problem was a strong humidity smell that we got used to after a couple hours but we could see some moldy bit that had been painted over. For a one night stay is cheap and convenient but has its cons.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The area was about 10 inch diameter circle. There was an about a 3 in diameter area in the bed area. The noise from the room above us went on all night. The toilet seat was broken.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoy our stay.

It says 18+ online for check in but when you get there they say it’s 21+ yet there is no written proof of it being 21+ and they won’t give you anymore information or help out. Luckily hotels.com helped me with everything

There was righting km the walls, a roach in the room, no smoke detectors, and the blankets were visibly dirty. We did not spend the night and left early

I received very bad service from the person who was serving me when I arrived.

I feel like the reviews on this hotel are inflated. There were some blatant maintenance issues and cleanliness could have definitely been better. There was coffee(?) spilled on the floor and dirty handprints on the shower wall. There also appeared to be a short in the bathroom light making it crackle and flash on and off randomly.

It’s a motel 6. The staff could pay closer attention to detail and ensure, at the very least, the bed sheets don’t have stains. There were other areas that needed to be serviced which are commonly used by motel guests.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Mold on shower curtain, filthy everything, floors, walls. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Felt like I was going to leave with a disease or bed bugs. No pool. Run down. Needs to be tore down.

It's a fine place to stay and I've stayed there several times and will again in the future. The only issues I see are maintenance related. Leaky faucets in showers, water pressure in the sink in room 111 is ridiculously high!
