One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning. It worked exceptionally well and could cool the room to whatever temperature I wanted without any issues. That made my stay very comfortable. The pool area was clean and inviting, the elevators were convenient and easy to access, and parking was sufficient and hassle-free. Overall, the entire facility was clean, organized, and well cared for. I have stayed here multiple times in the past and my experience has consistently been positive, and I have no complaints at all.

The room was dirty, the vinyl floors weren’t mopped, and my feet felt grimy walking around. The entire space felt unclean and poorly maintained. They also placed a $100 incidental hold, which is extremely high compared to most hotels in the area. For a property in this condition, it makes no sense. They claim they’re “under renovation,” but reviews show they’ve been saying that since last year. There are several better hotels nearby. I was too busy to cancel, but I will never stay here again. Avoid this place.

The guy who checked us in was super nice. The lady who works days is helpful. The guy that works nights is not very good. The hotel was under construction so a lot of supplies were laying around. The room was clean. They do something stupid with the keys. We kept having to get the key reprogrammed every time we left the room.one of the employees told us the keys were canceling out because someone was getting keys to the rooms I hope they weren’t going through our stuff while we were out.

The room was clean, but lacked a coffee/tea maker which is listed as one of the room amenities. The fridge only stayed on every 2 hours and there was a light in part of the room that did not work. I reported these issues to housekeepers and front desk, but nothing was ever done about these issues. I also experienced loss of power from the property and no one came to provide any updates to guests and the following day the elevators were down and I had to use the stairs in order to leave which was a challenge carrying my luggage. Lastly the breakfast was just a sack with a banana, granola bar, and juice.

The staff was great, but I did have a roach in my room my last day and night there, and this same day (Sunday, 2.8.26), I saw the people across from me had a dog. I picked this place due to their site saying no pets allowed in rooms and on the property. The check-in and out countwr had a sign up stating the same thing about pets...

N/a Although the room looked clean, the floor felt completely covered in sand. The sheets felt dirty. Despite appearing friendly, the staff made me pay a $50 deposit for no reason. When I checked out, they said they would refund it in two business days, but it's been a week and I still haven't received it. Furthermore, they claim to include "breakfast," but their breakfast consists of two cookies and a juice box, which you have to pick up at the front desk.

I like it that they switched me to another room after they gave me my first room that was not clean. I like that check out was super easy. The lady was super sweet and fast. when I first checked into my room, there was blood on my curtains when I had gone to the front desk and notified them about this they had told me that it was just some old blood stains and that they were replacing the curtain zoom and that they could just cut that part off with the curtains and then I could just stay in that room after I went back to the room to go gather my things I went to the front desk and told them I could not stay in that room. They had told me they were booked out for the night about 5 to 10 minutes later. They then told me they had another room for me. They brought me into the room had me inspected myself and then they left in my complete honesty. I have never had anything like that happen before, especially with them admitting that it was blood, and then not recognizing it as a biohazard was kind of shocking

Bugs, sliding doors not functioning .Staff not friendly. Forgot ID at front desk and they didn't call and tell me. I had to go up front and ask them if my ID was up there. And they had to Rifle through several IDs to find mine. Very strange they would call and tell you that you left your idea up at the front desk. And that they didn't make sure I got my ID back after I gave it to him. And the breakfast was in the brown bag.

For the price in comparison to what you get this was an excellent choice. Everything is clean have a back patio. It’s really peaceful. It’s not like a five star setting but for the price to me it’s probably the best you’re gonna get.

They don't really offer breakfast. All they gave me was a honey bun, a Chewy, and a Sunny D. Breakfast is supposed to be eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. What they gave me was a bag of snacks. And the Sunny D is not real orange juice. That's just water with syrup and it is full of high fructose corn syrup which it is really bad for you. Everything else was good. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the parking was safe and secure.

Our walls had stains in the bathroom. We had no soap in our shower when we got there. They told us we could snoke within 50 ft of the building, but as soon as we parked i saw so many cigarettes butts on the ground.

I’m Im unfamiliar with Dallas so when my Uber dropped me off he warned me to be careful in the area. I checked in about 11pm. Staff was friendly but saw ants in my room maybe because it was a garden room. Also the room was freezing, heating unit wasn’t working. I brought the issue to the front desk. They didn’t change my room right away, they waited until the noon check out the next day. Designated “smoking” area was filthy without any seating or place to discard butts. Neighborhood area has quite a few extended stay hotels in walking distance along with military style/ off duty police as security guards in the area. Hotel only offers coffee which was very hot and Wi-Fi that worked consistently. Overall since I was traveling alone I dealt with it, but I would have checked out if my family came along for the trip. I will stay somewhere else next trip.

It was ok, they said they had breakfast and there wasn’t any breakfast . It wasn’t really clean, the floors wasn’t mopped. The shower wasn’t all that clean either

I went to the front desk to show the manager the issue, but instead of addressing it properly, the manager claimed my brother had refused service which was untrue. The maintenance person had already asked him earlier if the toilet was still clogged, proving they knew about the problem the night before but waited until the morning (right before checkout) to respond. When I questioned the situation, the manager became verbally aggressive and began cursing at me. I told him I would contact corporate, and he said he didn’t care who I called. He then called a supposed “security guard,” who told my brother to pack up and leave. When I went to get our deposit back, the guard refused and physically grabbed me. I told him not to touch me, and when I said I would call the police, he began choking me to the point where I couldn’t breathe even saying, “You ready to go to sleep?” This was an extremely frightening and unprofessional experience. No guest should ever be treated this way.

First breakfast is advertised, but they do NOT SERVE IT! My 1st night there I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel the lady looked at me and said coldly no then proceeded to ask how can she help make my stay more comfortable… a towel. The sheets were stained, the ac unit sounded like it was made by cave men. The WHOLE FIRST FLOOR SMELLED LIKE WEED but they have a no smoking policy?? They don’t enforce it.

The property is littered with garbage. Staff barely present. No breakfast. Sex workers coming and going. But it was cheap!

If it was possible, a shuttle bus even just twice a day (morning and evening) would be incredible for visitors, as they could plan their day around the use of DART + that bus for the final stretch. But other than that, it's right near a waffle house and an ihop, as well as a fuel station, so it's got basic services within a couple of minutes' walking distance. If I'm back in Dallas, it's all but guaranteed this is where I'll stay again.

Room was very hot when we arrived. They gave away my reservation for a King bed and called it an free upgrade to 2 queens which was actually 2 full size beds for my wife and me. Door wouldn't even open when i arrived because they turned the automatic door to inside only. No one at the front desk had to wait 10 min for someone to show up and check in. Sheets were stiff and cheap, bed was hard and pillows just sucked. Not a good experience at all.

The rooms had not been cleaned very well the back sliding door to the balcony did not shut nor lock when addressed to the staff, they tried to blame me TV did not work. Had to constantly be going to the front desk.

Room was hot upon arrival and outside was 100 degrees , you can imagine how hot it was. Also the hallways were hot , it stated they included breakfast but got up and did not have breakfast. Also my friend found blood on one or her pillows.

It's a very good location to get around Dallas.

The clerk was checking in a person before me and decided to have a long business talk with them about a side business he had. I patiently waited for five minutes while the hotel clerk spoke about his personal clothing business and kept asking for a business card and business phone number so maybe they could do business later. It had nothing to do with the hotel and he just kept going trying to do a deal with the person in front of me who didn't know him. It was very unacceptable. His private business on the side should have not been discussed while I was waiting, especially for over five minutes.

Out of three floors and six vending machines, only one was working, which was pretty frustrating considering it was late and the hotel isn’t located by any restaurants. The room was fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer.

Check in was difficult due to the persons accent and speaking very fast. He did not give any information about the amenities of the peoperty. My wife and I checked in about 920pm. He told us the pool closed at 9pm but had a couple still in the pool making out. We booked a king bed at reservation but was given a double room and told we would not be charged extra for the upgrade. There was not a stopper for the shower. The water in the shower was luke warm at best. We got up to go to breakfast a little after 9am. When we got there breakfast was closed. He then told me breakfast was from 6 to 9. No signage was posted about the hours. The only reason i did not give 1 star is he gave me what he called a "brown bag". Sack with Sunny D, apple, granola bar, and a muffin. It was at least something. The customer service could have been much better just with a little communication.

When we arrived to the hotel, the computer server was down and it took about 45 mins before we even got the room keys. Even then, staff told us we would still need to come back in the evening, since we had plans to meet with family, and finish the checking in process. When we came in the evening it ended up taking another 30 mins. The lady at the reception desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge us for a few mins. When she did, she signaled for us to wait and we proceeded to wait another few mins. After 5 mins, we started to finish up the check in process but were told one of our rooms was overbooked and that they could give us another room. That didn’t make sense as we already had the key to the room that they gave us and our stuff had already been in there the last few hours. Once they got that issue fixed we went back to our rooms and our key card was not working even though it had been earlier. We went to the room my in laws were staying at to call reception just to find out the phone wasn’t connected and not working so we ended up having to go back downstairs to get the key card access. Nothing was dusted in our room and our room phone was also disconnected, and we couldn’t plug it in as there was not an available phone jack. In my in laws room, their bathroom sink was very slow to drain along with the phone issue there. There were not instructions for wifi, using the phone, etc that hotels normally have. Overall, this was a poor experience for us.

This property has a lot of potential to be a top rated business. When I stayed (May 2025), it seemed to be under new management and renovations. The staff overall was very courteous and helpful. There was an area for continental breakfast, but apparently no staff to prepare it. I was given a breakfast snack bag instead. The only real concern I had was people roaming around the hotel. There is also a big outside lounge area, but smoking is not allowed there, making it inconvenient for someone who would want to smoke a cigar/cigarette and chill instead of standing up outside at the parking area. Overall, not bad.

I always stay here whenever I work from out of town, and I absolutely LOVE it. Only issues are other guests, of course, but my stay is always flawless

Our room was okay but everything else was scary! The parking was strange- only cars on one side of the building because they have half of the hotel shut down for construction (which they didn't mention). The entire place smelled like cigarettes and paint. The ice machine was missing from our floor (2nd floor) and the 1st and 3rd floor ice machines didn't work. The towels were the worst towels I ever used and were hardly big enough to wrap around your body. I wore shoes the entire time because the wood floors felt dirty. The pillows were so thin that I could hardly sleep and my neck was cramping up for days afterwards. The TV had the old-school guide that scrolls so I would have to watch that to try to pick something to watch. The TV also displayed information that we would have to hit "Info" on the remote every 5 minutes to remove from the screen so we could watch TV. The shower head was probably 15 years old and barely worked so the water pressure was non-existent. The "free breakfast" was a brown sack with sunny delight, an old banana and a granola bar. There were tons of homeless people down our street that walked around the hotel and many MANY street workers. There were always people standing around outside smoking and hollering. I would NEVER NEVER stay here again. I couldn't wait to leave and I'm surprised I survived it. I felt unsafe and frightened for my entire stay.

The bad: The A/C unit was all jacked up in my room, the tub had constant leaking water, there was some broken things on the wall, and the furniture looks kind of old. The motel is located on a street with not much traffic with the exception of the African American guy who walked it daily selling drugs. There is a gas station around the corner that had a prostitute there two days in a row.

I didn't go back due to high hotel construction, roaches and false breakfast advertisement. They had baggies for prekindergarten kids that were meant for adults.

MY boyfriend and I are staying here for a few weeks. even though there's construction going on that means there are not that many people staying here so that is nice. The staff is super nice in the front. The security makes me feel safe. The grab bags are easy to grab for breakfast in the morning. Thanks for making our stay nice

This place was fenced it to keep the homeless and hookers out. The place was under construction there was no breakfast, all the wall plugs did not work, most of the time there was not hot water. Worst place to stay!

The televisions in the rooms had no service. The televisions in the lobby were powered off making the lobby seem very somber. The coffee being served in the lobby the next morning was only lukewarm and not hot. I definitely will not be staying at this location ever again.

Lobby had a great dining/area, and yet the continential breakfast was just a small paper bag with kids size juice and pastry. The granola bar was good tho. Shouldn't list breakfast; we'll take anything, but..........Couldn't even get a bag at 10am when we checked out - as if it was valuable or something...... Getting to this location was a bit hectic and unsafe, due to navigation. Area not located near much of anything we wanted to visit. Might pay more next time.

As a frequent traveler for business trip I found this place beautiful with a little money any one can afordit. Being very close to the international Airport it is a good deal for visitors too.

The price was what I needed for a week. That said, it is not a place of choice. If I had read google reviews, I would not have stayed.

It's a little bit older hotel but the rooms are big..

2 hurricanes hit my mothers house. I could not make this reservation. I called this morning and plead my case with the manager. He said not his problem and denied me a refund. Please control the weather if you decide to stay here. God bless.

And no breakfast They gave only a small bag of snacks They hold $100 at the checking will get it back in 7 to 10 days Horrible
