Amazing! Very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Will come back again.

The bed was comfortable and had microwave and mini fridge in the room. The AC was silent. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. I was there for a week and the same pile of hair didn’t move from the floor, instead there was hair that wasn’t mine. The food was just ok and the location didn’t have anything decent that you could walk to and from. Uber needed to get everywhere.

Overall, decent affordable place to stay. Bathroom was definitely outdated. Took me a min to tell if that was cracks in the tile floor or hair. My biggest plus, affordability and pillows. The pillows are fantastic. My biggest dislike, the mattress. Little too firm for my body. If I had to do more then my one night, I would have been either sleepless or hurting.

The only issue I encountered was with the toilet in Room 215. When flushed, the water would rise unusually high before slowly draining, suggesting it may need servicing. Aside from that minor maintenance concern, my experience was very positive, and I would gladly stay here again.

The infused water was refreshing. I did not have anything special anout my stay. I was glad to be able to relax in a clean room before going to my event. The tv screen had welcome with my name. Which was enlightening.

The staff while checking in was very unorganized. One gentelman was of no assistance at all continously had me leaving our church meeting after I expressed to him I would be tied up could my husband check in if the room became available earlier. He could have established a name at that point. This staff was was not satisfactory.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at $20+ but very tasty with good wait staff and food

Did not try the food. Only needed a short getaway. Was deeply disturbed by the crack on the door. The rest of the room was acceptable. Huge issue for me. They charge for parking at a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unfortunately that a never again issue for me. Thank you.

I did not feel it’s a 4 star hotel, when compare to my previous experience with 3 star hotels.

I had someone enter my room while I was out and they went through my luggage and stole a pair of valuable earrings. The hotel is not concerned with guest safety or comfort. The management was cocky sarcastic and dismissive. The room did not feel clean. The toilet paper is very poor quality. The drain stopper in shower bath did not work or drain so standing in water while showering. Problems with hotel card key. Long wait for elevators. The heat did not work effectively.

AC kept the room cool. Staff were ok not very welcoming at check-in . Warm was decent.

Paid twice for breakfast. Through the app and at the breakfast bar.

Excellent facility, good location, only issue was when the bar closes you cannot stay in any area around the bar seatings to finish your drink, they force you to completely move away.

I noticed some odd smell coming from the sink when running the water but I did not notice the smell when running the shower. I was not sure what to make of this. It will not be a factor in returning to the area and using this location.

Clean room, convenient and safe. Met us with Gluten Free Cookies, which was a plus for my daughter.

Great location, however, air did not work well in my room.

Well I booked through third party and was supposed to be charged $137 after Taxes the charge to my card was almost $200 which no big deal I guess just wish it was more transparent. Breakfast gets charged to your room, and is AMAZING staff is super friendly and the hotel is amazing we will be coming back!

Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as good as we’ve experienced before at this location. The way I was treated was like I was bothering the person by staying there. Before I was greeted the man ordered another staff member to bring him a chair from across the room which because his back was sore but I could tell by their reaction that it caught them off guard because they had to stop what they were doing to accommodate him for something he clearly could have done himself. When he was checking me in I explained that we stayed before without having to pay for parking and asked if he could wave the fee this time due to The rollaway bed they provided was poorly repaired which caused it to collapse and fold me up in it. When I called and told the manager he cut me off mid sentence and said housekeeping would bring another one which they did but I was more concerned that a child or elderly person would be hurt if they didn’t fix the wheel so I brought it down to the lobby to show him. His response was that he believed me but it wasn’t his responsibility it was housekeeping and any normal person would not have brought it down, then he wheeled it behind some closed doors nearby. We were charged for parking which I understand is a new policy but had I known that we would have stayed at another location and spent that $24 on a better room.

Parking is no good. The spaces are waaaay too tight. My car was hit and damaged by another car next to me because the spaces are ridiculously tight.

I really enjoyed myself and plan to come back soon. The service the food, the clean rooms. I loved it all.

Nice hotel! The room I picked was right above the AC unit for the building. It was loud. Don't pick rooms that end in 02-05! I didn't take any stars away for that, it's not the hotels fault I'm a light sleeper!

i have stayed in older Hiltons in the past that had this same issue: dingy despite being apparently up to date; the food was mediocre and the room was dingy - no outside windows - looking out into the dining room with dingy old windows on the outside and low water pressure and minimum heat for the shower; if i was a business traveller i would never stay here and i will not stay at an old hilton again. staff was good but they were working with low quality

This hotel was very clean and all of the employees very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a classy place to stay. Just FYI- breakfast is not free here. The buffet is about 20$ per person. They also have a Starbucks and a 24 hour snack bar. I enjoyed my stay and would most definitely go back.

The stay here was absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was very clean, pleasant temperature and great breakfast. Services were great from the time we entered into the building and exiting! I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay! By the way, don't forget to get the warm delicious cookies from the service desk.

This was a very convenient location for my non-business trip. There's nothing much to walk to around here and probably wouldn't do so unless I had someone to go with. My greatest annoyance is that they do not have coffee or water avaliable for guests. You can buy it at Starbucks but it seems like something a big hotel chain can afford to offer.

The stay was amazing! Allen checked me in with one of the most pleasant attitudes that I had witnessed in awhile. Richard our bellman gave us all the details on great food places while staying on the property or just venturing 10 minutes up the road. BOTH MADE THIS STAY ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Very professional and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about.

I had a darkskin black lady who checked me in and she was amazing! It was my birthday so she helped me get a great room. (Sorry, I didn’t get her name) I had no complaints and would stay here again if ever visiting Dallas

Having to pay $30 for parking is ridiculous. There was nothing special about parking at the hotel. Ridiculous to have to pay to park where you already paid to stay. Will never stay at this establishment or others like it in future.

The air conditioning would not cool. It stayed 68-69 degrees so we were hot the entire time.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel near the Galleria in Dallas for one night and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which I appreciated after a long day. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. While I enjoyed the accommodations, the breakfast buffet didn’t quite match the value for the price. Still, I’d definitely consider staying here again for the comfort and convenience.

Decent for a short stay. The location is great—close to everything. The room was fine, but the air conditioner was really loud. You can also hear the neighbors’ toilet and people in the hallway. Not ideal for light sleepers, but manageable for a couple of nights.
